Need an Attorney to Share in BIG damages!

 I am adding to the previous post. I am seeking an attorney who wants to share in huge damages probable from a case. I have been attacked for over 5 years by Kaiser contract attorney and a year ago, it escalated to attempted murder! I was given a false breast cancer diagnosis by a radiologist who was ranting at me as she was removing tissue samples, so I knew who she was doing it for, Dr. N. Moayeri. I was given a scary diagnosis of having a 2.5 cm tumor and was urged to seek immediate surgery. It frightened me, so I said I wanted to wait until the false restraining order set up against me by attorney Mike Guasco was over, so I could have Dr. Lukaszewicz observe the surgery and keep me safe. No, Mr. Guasco could not have that! NO! He hit me with another restraining order and the reason he gave? "Past behavior!" San Mateo Sup Ct. Judge Foiles was only listening to Mr. Guasco, but I said I needed Dr. Lukaszewicz to observe my surgery to keep me safe, but Mr. Guasco said, "I want her to have 5 years!" He sure seemed like he wanted me to die! I know he is keeping me restrained to help Dr. Moayeri feel better about herself, but at the expense of my life? It is my only insurance and they all know each other and back each other! Kaiser is scary and their attorney, Mike Guasco is even scarier. I had an outside exam: I DO NOT HAVE BREAST CANCER! They know it! It has been a year now! Yet, they still call me to come in for surgery! It has been ATTEMPTED MURDER! I need an attorney! I filed police reports and have heard NOTHING BACK! 5 years of harassment, jail, humiliation, shame and they just don't stop! I moved 150 miles away! I have been in my house for much of the time! I need an attorney who will go for HUGE damages! I am a widow with MS, but Mr. Guasco, Dr. N. Moayeri (Redwood City Kaiser) do not care! They keep harassing me! Please message me, if you can help! Tell them to stop hurting me! I am in Northern CA in Mendocino County. Go for BIG damages and I will SPLIT them with you! Evidence galore, I was blacklisted, by....guess who? My life is being cut short; I should not have to live this way! Please help me and help my doctor too; he is being punished for doing nothing wrong too! Dr. Moayeri is obviously insecure and must think everyone should love her! The PD in her area said she is abusive! I do not feel sorry for her, plus I believe her attorney is making money off her, even though he is supposed to be a freebie for Kaiser doctors. I would never sign up with them, knowing what I know. I would run, fast and far! 

Free Kaiser Surgeon Dr. Lukaszewicz from Kaiser Attorney, Mike C. Guasco's false imprisonment!

Kaiser Neurosurgeon, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, became jealous of me and had the Kaiser contract attorney Mike C. Guasco (moron), give me several FORGED (verified) false restraining orders because she did not like that I gave my doctor, her roommate, gifts for his outstanding work for me. She has hired people to torment me and twice try and kill me. The last time, she had a colleague, Radiologist, Dr. Moon, violently take out breast biopsies while yelling strange things at me, that sounded like Dr. Moayeri and made false reports that I had a serious breast cancer of 2.5. Cm. I was being urged to go in for surgery, but I wanted to wait until my doctor could be there to observe, instead, I was again hit with a restraining order! To be sure I would either die by her surgical method, or by cancer, her attorney, Mike Guasco gave me a 5 YEAR restraining order, again FORGED, by a very "cooperative" judge, so I could not be safe with Dr. Lukaszewicz's observation/protection! I was wanted DEAD! No doubt! Kaiser will do nothing to help me! Dr. Moayeri is not acting normal! I believe she is a danger to Kaiser patients!

Dr. Lukaszewicz is held like a PRISONER! He needs help! Police, please do a welfare check on him, or even better FREE HIM!

I am still held under Mike C. Guasco's false law! He had someone write false contempt charges! It has been over 5 years now! I have MS and was falsely JAILED and was very ill in jail, but got no help!

Kaiser allows their contract attorney Mike Guasco to use criminal methods to hurt me!

 Kaiser contract attorney, Michael C. Guasco of Law Firm of Buty & Curliano, Oakland, CA has been holding me under false restraining orders of his own making and benefit and using the name of a Kaiser employee, Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, MD, of Kaiser South San Francisco as Plaintiff. Mr. Guasco uses his seniority over Dr. Lukaszewicz and obvious threats against his job to get him to comply at all. But, Mr. Guasco has forged the signature of Dr. Lukaszewicz in each document Mr. Guasco fraudulently filed with the Superior Court. I have had 3 seperate handwriting experts verify my claim. (Dr. Lukaszewicz should also verify the claim) Mr. Guasco is doing the restraining orders on the behest of Kaiser Redwood City Neurosurgeon, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, MD.!!! She has been harassing me for years and has hired people to attack me and has gotten employees at Kaiser South San Francisco and Daly City to cause problems for me and take me on as a patient to make my life miserable and try and get me to kill myself in the form of mental manipulation from a psychiatrist she knows to come to Kaiser to interrogate me and then harass and psychologically torment me to into death.Mr Guasco uses many deceptive and other practices to get judges to find in his favor. His papers are all forged and are complete lies. He has yelled at me saying he could keep me restrained forever. He is obviously being greatly compensated by Dr. Moayeri. Mr. Guasco uses the same methods at other Kaiser Hospitals to get rid of undesirable patients for Kaiser, or those who cost them too much. Attorney John Busman has opposed Mr. Guasco and won and blogs about Kaiser frivolous lawsuits. Mr. Guasco has made my life terrible, demeaning and even had me falsely jailed. Dr. Moayeri recently tried to kill me by giving me a false breast cancer diagnosis to lure me into surgery so I could be harmed, or killed. She is insanely jealous of me! This has been ongoing for over 5 years. I have proof and I have MS and I am suffering terribly. Please help!

Lure me to death!

 Neurosurgeon, N. Nicole Moayeri, Kaiser Redwood City, tried to MURDER ME! I would not say it if it were not true! She should not be treating patients! She also paid a psychiatrist to attack me and an attorney to put me through over 5 years of FALSE legal HELL! I am a widow with MS and she has been BULLYING ME! She does not seem like she is sane. She had me tortured by a radiologist, Dr. Moon who ranted at me while pulling out large pieces of my breast! I was given a SERIOUS FALSE BREAST CANCER DIAGNOSIS TO LURE ME INTO SURGERY TO KILL ME!

BUT THEY AT KAISER STILL WANT ME TO COME IN! NO WAY!

KAISER TRIES TO KILL!

 Kaiser Permanente has been allowing their contract attorney, Michael C. Guasco of Law Firm, Buty & Curliano, Oakland, CA to be abusive to their patients. Mike Guasco makes false accusations against patients to cut costs for Kaiser so they can get rid of those patients who are proving too costly for them. What Mr. Guasco does is make outrageous claims such as he did with a quadriplegic man and said he spat at the nurse. Fortunately, that man was able to find an attorney and was able to beat the false accusation. I have not been so lucky. I have been told by another victim that Mr. Guasco also uses the Kaiser employee's names on paperwork as victims against innocent patients and then hires actors to play them in court. He always manages to get the judge to go along with him, "somehow!" The victim ends up with a never ending restraining order and they (I suspect) leave Kaiser. 

 In my case, Mr. Guasco used the same premise, but he was doing a favor for a female doctor, Dr. Moayeri, who got it in her mind to be jealous of me, a patient of her domestic partner, Dr. Lukaszewicz. Dr. Lukaszewicz is a vascular surgeon and was helping me with lymphedema/lipedema issues that had arisen after going through a year of experimental chemo for a rather rare pPNET cancer with which I was diagnosed shortly after my husband drowned while out sailing in the SF Bay. 

Dr. Lukaszewicz took exceptional care of me and helped me with health issues the other doctors did not understand. He understood that my lymphatic issues also kept my body looking large, but had nothing to do with weight loss. I gave him a few gifts to thank him for his extra care and time. He wrote thank you emails and also called. I was getting some strange reactions around the Kaiser facility, but I brushed them off. In the end, I was offered to see a psychiatrist who was touted to be someone good to talk to. She was not. She interrogated me about Dr. Lukaszewicz. I later found out that psychiatrist (Marija M. Petrovic) had been hired temporarily by her friend, Dr. Moayeri, to question me about my feelings toward Dr. Lukaszewicz. I thought I could be truthful with a psychiatrist, but that was not true. There seems to be no code of ethics at Kaiser, merely "anything goes!" My innermost thoughts were put on display for Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri. 

  I went to the ER with pain in my chest and had my renter drive me to Kaiser. I was told that I needed my gallbladder removed. I asked the ER doc if Dr. Lukaszewicz could observe. I was told nothing, but I had to wait for the surgery to take place from Tuesday until Friday, Dr. Lukaszewicz's 1/2 day off, for the surgery. My surgeon, Dr. David Le told me Dr. Lukaszewicz had been there and after I awoke, the station nurse told me I missed seeing Dr. Lukaszewicz looking in to check on me. I got Dr. Lukaszewicz's phone message number from Patient Relations and left a message telling him "Thank you!" for his kindness. 

  Next thing I knew, while I was still recovering in my home in Millbrae, a process server was at my door serving me papers for a Temporary Restraining Order. It said it was from Dr. Lukaszewicz, but why would he come to my surgery and then give me a restraining order? It said it was for giving him gifts and saying something suggestive to him! That made no sense! The last day I saw Dr. Lukaszewicz, he asked me if I wanted to become his friend, which required a waiting period after stopping being his patient. I had already been away from him for over 3 months, or around 100 days. So, he wanted to be my friend, I stopped seeing him, but he gave me a restraining order? I thought maybe it was merely a way to keep me from seeing him longer for the wait period. But, it has not been a sweet waiting period. I have been falsely sent to jail, screamed at by a judge, screamed at by an attorney (Charles Smith IV) who pretended to be my attorney through the Private Defender Program (Bar Association) but was not. Obviously, Mike Guasco used Kaiser money to pay him to keep me quiet and serve me up to Judge Lisa Novak, who was obviously a part of the legal charade. It seems like Mike Guasco has the entire way paved for him with Court personnel, including judges. The judges who "paved" (bribed) the way for Mike Guasco were: Judge Livermore (ret), Judge Lisa Novak, Judge Chou, Judge Foiles, Judge du Bois and Judge Karesh. They were all aware of the irregularities and the FORGERIES (verified by 3 experts) that were all a part of the false law against me! For years I have been writing to the DA's office and sending in my evidence to show my innocence. Nothing! I have been telling Police. Nothing. 

   The Private Defender Program attorneys do nothing. I had false contempt charges against me and in court, the private defender, Alejandro Jacome, did not do anything for me. He did not submit my evidence, he did not object, he did not cross examine the witness (my former doctor), so nothing. I now have attorney Emily Andrews appealing for me. Let's see if she does me a service, or disservice. 

   The DA's prosecutor did nothing but lie as did my doctor. He must have been threatened. That was not him on the stand. The weird thing is that the DA had my evidence for a long time, but that prosecutor (I do not know her name) just trashed me as if I were a murderer! I was beyond humiliated! I lost the trial, but I really do not doubt that the jury was told how to how to find me.

   I am a widow, cancer survivor with MS and lymphedema/Lipedema. I have stayed at home for most of the 5 years this nightmare has gone on. I did go to my yearly breast exam, etc; and my doctor, obgyn, Dr Zuber suggested casually that if I had time, I could get a mammogram. I now live in Mendocino County, so I took him up on the offer. A few days later, I was notified that there was an anomaly and I should get breast biopsies. I had an appointment with Dr. Moon, Kaiser Radiologist. I was lying on the table and she approached me all masked and gloved up. I had never met her before. She held a long needle high up in the air. Then, she began waving it in my face in a threatening manner past my eyes. Then she began ranting at me. She told me I was selfish, that I took things that belonged to other people, didn't deserve to live, was a terrible person, etc, etc. It was outrageous! She told me to go get a mammogram. I did. The machine was squeezed down so hard on my breast that had 5 core biopsy holes in it, that it made me scream! Blood flood to the floor in a puddle and my MS kicked in and I became dizzy and nearly fell, but a tech caught me. It was an awful experience!

   I was aware that Dr. Moon was speaking on behalf of Dr. Moayeri, when she was ranting crazy things at me while I was having deep holes punched into my breast. Dr. Moayeri was using Dr. Moon as her mouth piece while I was being held captive under the power of the breast biopsy punch. 

   I was called on a Monday by Dr. Moon telling me I had a large breast tumor 2.5 cm. I was given medication to take until I could have surgery. I said I wanted to wait to have surgery until my former doctor, Dr. Lukaszewicz could be there to observe and the false restraining order was over. I waited for the day after the order was up and called the Court. I was told it was up and nothing else was restricting me. I called Dr. Lukaszewicz's office and I was told that I could not speak with him. I said the Court had cleared me.  There was no reason I could not speak with him. The next day, Mr. Guasco had someone serve the papers. He had not even filed them yet. They were copies of old papers he refiled with the Court. Same papers, same forgery of Dr. Lukaszewicz's signature. (Which, I was told, was most likely forged by psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic, who headed out to Florida to reinvent herself.)

   Mr. Guasco knew about the breast cancer diagnosis situation and did not care. He was not about to allow Dr. Lukaszewicz go observe my surgery. I was worried. Kaiser said I could have one outside exam to check on the breast cancer diagnosis. But then, they denied me. I went to a local clinic with a breast specialist. She said, "you do not have cancer and you most certainly do NOT have a 2.5 centimeter tumor!" It is what I had suspected; the Kaiser team, under the direction of Dr. Moayeri, or perhaps Dr. Moayeri herself, was planning to harm, or kill me to get me out of the way so I could not be Dr. Lukaszewicz's friend. Dr. Moayeri is obviously unhinged. 

     They kept calling me and calling me to come in for surgery. I just let my VM get the calls. I should be dead by now, if they had not lied. They gave me a lot of documentation and said they had not made a mistake, that they were my records. No, they are not. Kaiser falsified my tests to allow a Kaiser surgeon KILL ME! I have told this over and over to Kaiser CEO Richard Isaacs and Mark Zemelman, Kaiser inhouse attorney. They ignore me. 

    The local PD in Dr. Moayeri's town gave me enough information that pointed out clearly that Dr. Moayeri is abusive. (Must be to Dr. Lukaszewicz.) She is still doing brain surgery and spine surgery: WOULD YOU TRUST SOMEONE WHO WANTED ME MURDERED, TO DO YOUR BRAIN SURGERY? Normal people do not do what she has done to me!

   Also, Mike C. Guasco is supporting her, why? Because he is obviously being paid, BIG TIME, BUT my suspicions are that those two murderous minded individuals are planning something much more lucrative proposition, involving Dr. Lukaszewicz and the forgery of his signature....maybe a will? 

   Dr. Lukaszewicz is allowed to go to work and home. I believe he is a prisoner! I think I was used as a scapegoat somehow, but I moved and I did not die when they wanted. Dr. Lukaszewicz is in serious danger! The people who are doing this have proven to be cold blooded, violent and desperate.

   I need my story out there and Dr. Lukaszewicz given his freedom. I also need to have false restraining orders dismissed and cleared from my record.
