Michael C. Guasco, attorney with Buty & Curliano beat up a handicapped senior woman with MS, by mentally abusing her. He took away her civil rights and lied in court documents. It was verified that he had his so-called client's signature forged several times, which leads me to believe that his client was unwilling to participate. I believe that it is the case because his "client" is a Kaiser doctor who must comply with Kaiser's hired law firm. I guess he was being punished for being kind to his patient and attending her surgery at her request and it made someone so upset, that he was forced to file a restraining order against his own patient! Sound crazy? YES, it IS! Marija M. Petrovic, in psychiatry, known to the doctor and to his domestic partner, because she used to have an office on the very same floor as the doctor who was forced to file a restraining order against his patient! Marija M. Petrovic was hired SPECIFICALLY
get rid of the doctor's patient! Marija M. Petrovic mentally manipulated, gaslighted and made entrapment style plans to get enough plausible information to use as a reason to give the poor patient victim a restraining order, thereby fulfilling her "hitman" style duty. Marija M. Petrovic is supposed to be a psychiatrist, but acts more like a spy. She was brutally cruel. Kaiser knew what Mr. Guasco and Marija M. Petrovic were doing, but did nothing to stop it. The unethical things they did together to the patient, were terrible. Mr. Guasco also blacklisted the patient somehow, so she was unable to get an attorney. The patient even got an anonymous email saying no attorney would let her hire them! He must have smeared her name royally. At one point, Mr. Guasco "somehow" got the patient's court file delivered to him, when the patient was interviewing attorneys to hire. One obviously sent Mike Guasco the patient's file...the attorney who sent it to Guasco, told the patient that he destroyed it by mistake. He must have made a few bucks off of the deal. "Somehow" Mike Guasco got judges to all go in his favor, and one (Judge Novak) even brutalized the MS patient who also has a brain brain lesion and heckled her, mocked her and put her into jail with bogus evidence. She forced the patient to take an attorney, "or I will put you in jail tonight" she said. The attorney, Charles Smith IV, merely yelled at the patient and did nothing  helpful, just left the patient to twist in twist in the wind. Before a trial, Charlie Smith IV had the courtroom cleared of people and allowed Judge Novak to say terrible lies about the patient! Novak ran down the patient's mental health and things that had no meaning to the patient. It was terrifying! Novak has this weird way of being cruel with a smile on her face! It is intensely creepy and reminiscent of movies depicting maniacal Nazi brutality.  The brutal treatment and the terror inflicted was intense.  Because of the verified forgeries and lies in the filed court documents, I feel very confident when I say that Michael C. Guasco, partner at Buty & Curliano is a CRIMINAL! He has been arrested twice and was married to a woman who was arrested many, many, many times for controlled substances! Was it a family business?
