KAISER HAS BEEN TRYING TO KILL ME!

It is weird how I went through such oddball health things that felt devastating and now getting over my self inflicted kidney crap that was the result of the false cancer scare invented by Dr. Moayeri and Kaiser contract attorney, Mike Guasco. You cannot believe how much I immersed myself in it. I bought so much stuff and supplements. I bought needles, IV equipment, etc. all because those a-holes said I had a huge breast tumor. It was nothing. I am so surprised at how many people were involved in the deception. The end result was to be my demise in surgery. It all worked hand-in-hand with the bogus R.O. and they knowing I would wait to have the surgery observed, but then false R.O. was reinstated forcing me into making a decision to do the surgery unobserved, which would result in my death, or mental incapacity, or I would do nothing and they would keep terrorizing me about it. I cannot believe that even Dr. Zuber was involved. That is scary that he knew I did not have breast cancer, but called me trying to lure me in to have surgery. He screamed at me over the phone, "you're gonna die, you're gonna die!" It was tempting to go in, but I just knew it was all crap in my heart, but it was hard to believe. Had I believed them, I know I would not be here to talk about it. Why is everyone there so loyal to helping one unhinged person harm me? Look what Dr. Moon did to me with her torture? It is jaw dropping what people have done! I was worked on mentally and physically. They figured I would be so devastated by the obvious rejection of myself by someone I loved, that I would be so depressed I might kill myself. I swear, there were so many things negatively affecting me, I barely knew which way to turn. I know who did what and the things done to trip me up and make life difficult. They even got to the IRS, DMV and my HOA. The HOA said strange, insulting things to me and tried to cost me money. Even the P.O. weighed in by sending back my court papers and other things I needed and by them sending them back, negatively affected me. It became a domino effect of negative things happening to me.

It has all taken mental strength, determination and a belief in my own independence and faith in someone, but hanging-in-there when I was let down. Someone made attacks on my home, before I moved in and broke and completely destroyed things, had my cars towed. They went after every crack in the armor of my life and tried to widen it to a devastating degree. I defied it all. They had been doing it for a long time in big and little ways prior, at Kaiser too. I am surprised at the way people working there, unified to make life ugly and mean, to break me down.  They went for the most vulnerable parts of me and who I loved, to break me down. 

All I can say back to them is, "FUCK YOU ALL TO HELL!"

July 1, 2021, Kaiser STILL Has a Doctor Being Held Prisoner by Their Contract Attorney, Mike C. Guasco!

 Dear Sirs,

As you know, Dr. Moayeri and Mike Guasco have been holding me illegally under false restraining orders and have tried to kill me twice. One of the things that none of you seem to stop and realize is that a restraining order is antithetical to the personality of Dr. Lukaszewicz, which points out dramatically why the restraining orders were never his from the beginning and why they had to be forged, which is why they were NEVER VALID FROM THE START! PLUS WHO GIVES A TRO TO A PATIENT WHO GAVE A FEW GIFTS OF GRATITUDE, THANKS THEM AND THEN COMES TO THE FORMER PATIENT'S SURGERY ON HER REQUEST, AFTER HAVING HER WAIT UNTIL HIS 1/2 DAY OFF AND THEN CHECKS ON HER AFTER THE SURGERY? A WEEK LATER, WHILE SHE IS STILL RECOVERING, HAS A TRO SERVED TO HER? REALLY? YOU THINK THAT SOUNDS REASONABLE? FOR THINGS LIKE BOOKS AND OTHER TASTEFUL ITEMS THAT COULD NOT BE ANYMORE RECENT THAN 100 DAYS PRIOR?!

NOT TO NORMAL PEOPLE!

This has been an insult to Dr Lukaszewicz making him look like a jerk who would do this to a patient who was grateful for his extra kindness and and work instead of a mean, jealous, greedy woman who was afraid of losing him, since she has such a charming, sweet personality? Ha! She is cold blooded and ruthless! I am surprised he had not left much prior, but now Moayeri and Guasco keep him prisoner! The Hillsborough police said she abuses him. (I am sure it is why I got a terrified call from him, but he had to quickly hang up.) I find that highly believable that she is abusive after she had me given a false breast cancer diagnosis to lure me into surgery, for no other reason, than to kill me. He no longer goes anywhere or participates in any medical activities. I am sure Dr. Moayeri and Guasco have made up a story about that

 They are adept at lying. Just because they have upper level status doesn't mean they aren't ruthless, greedy criminals,because they are.

This was all false law against me and Dr. Lukaszewicz to stop a nice friendship. It was done by Kaiser Redwood City, CA Neurosurgeon, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri and her partner in crime, attorney Mike Guasco, because she was worried she would lose Dr. Lukaszewicz's income and assets. So, she and Guasco abused (and continue to abuse) the law. They are both opportunistic and selfish. They are full out criminals. 

Dr. Moayeri and Mike Guasco have threatened my life twice, so there is no statute of limitations. I will go after them forever. 

 Even when she can no longer be performing surgery, I can still go after her for her crimes as well as while she is still a surgeon. She is obviously  unconcerned about the sanctity of life, since she cares so little about mine, or Dr. Lukaszewicz's.

Restraining orders were from the weapon arsonal of Mike C. Guasco. He has used them profusely against innocent Kaiser patients for whatever reason suits him. Maybe a patient is too draining on Kaiser finances and Guasco wants the money for himself. He uses the names of Kaiser employees as Plaintiffs with a sad story and actors playing them in the courtroom. Fine law....more Guasco criminal behavior.

John W. Busman has written about Kaiser filing too many frivolous lawsuits. He said attorneys were noticing Guasco filed excessive amounts of TRO lawsuits. He merely carried on with me and gave it a different reason. He is a hack, but with all the Kaiser deep pockets he can do a lot of evil. And he does. 

Guasco also probably gets kickbacks from the judges after he bribes them. 

But, to get a quick BIG return, Dr. Moayeri and Guasco are keeping Dr. Lukaszewicz a prisoner and will get rid of him like they got rid of his mother, by using Marija M. Petrovic as a hit man. Dr. Lukaszewicz knows and is targeted as next, and it is held over his head as a threat, if he does not comply with their wishes. 

ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO CONTINUE TO ALLOW THEM TO BULLY AND RESTRICT  DR. LUKASZEWICZ'S LIFE AND MAKE HIM LIVE UNDER THREAT AND LIVE A MISERABLE LIFE UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO KILL HIM?

I WILL SPREAD THIS EVERYWHERE AND INCLUDE YOU BOTH AS ACCOMPLICES, IF YOU DO NOT STOP GUASCO, TURN HIM IN AND FIRE HIM AND THE SAME FOR DR. MOAYERI! THEY ARE BOTH A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC! STOP THIS NEW MURDER ATTEMPT BEFORE IT HAPPENS!

YOU HAVE ALLOWED DR. LUKASZEWICZ TO BE ABUSED FOR SO LONG, IT IS ALSO A CRIME!

Wait 5 years through terror and abject abuse,

Dedicated Love-

I love the hollow sound and gentle squeak of the wooden floor as I ascend the few steps to light candles of hope and prayer. It is a lonely sound, but I find comfort in the old familiarity; it is stark yet embracing.

My soul is weary, but holds a tender memory of your soft touch on my welcoming hand. It revives me as nothing else could.

Behind me, I hear the rhythmic sound of the tandem rosary chanting. The pious seek redemption, health, lost love. It never comes, yet devotees ardently and fervently return day, after day, to repeat their pleas to the saint who listens the most attentively and carries the least judgmental look in their loving, but disappointed eyes.

We are small, but our hearts have a grand capacity for love. I can't imagine my heart being able to hold all the love I have for you. The vast sky even seems inadequate to take on the overflow. I look up and see the breathless enchantment you leave behind and I know I will never be alone, for you are the beauty in every place my eyes find to rest....and my dedicated prayer to you, at last is answered.

Kaiser allows Attorney Mike C. Guasco to scam Dr. Lukaszewicz Captive!

You may be unaware that Mr. Guasco has been using your doctors against themselves in the guise of protecting them against innocent victims. He makes the innocent patient look like they have done something wrong against a doctor, or other Kaiser employee to look like he is being the champion of Kaiser and the doctor. He is not. He is a scammer for himself. He has been using Dr. Lukaszewicz against himself and Guasco has been making himself the champion of Dr. Moayeri who wants to force Dr. Lukaszewicz to stay with her. I think he is making an extra salary from her by keeping me illegally restrained, so that he looks like he is protecting Dr. Lukaszewicz against me, when in actuality, he is being kept against his will, and I was helping him to have a voice. Mr. Guasco is a predator and will eventually take everything from everyone and may even have myself as a target to take my property away too. My ONLY goal is to let Dr. Lukaszewicz have his freedom to decide what he wants to do for himself without a predator forcing him with threats. I always appreciated Dr. Lukaszewicz and he always took good care of me. I do not like to see people in pain, nor hear about people taking advantage of them. That is what Guasco is doing, taking advantage of Dr. Lukaszewicz and in some ways Dr. Moayeri also.

Mr. Guasco is a very adept liar and uses it against the court, or anyone he needs. He does not allow Dr. Lukaszewicz to have the freedom to go where he wants, say what he wants, or even make his own decisions. That is being held a hostage. Mr. Guasco knows Dr. Lukaszewicz may have some money in reserves that he most likely would like to have for his children some day. I believe Mr. Guasco has his eyes on it for himself. He has been forging Dr. Lukaszewicz's signature on all court documents. That would be unnecessary if Dr. Lukaszewicz were a willing participant. He is not. What Mr. Guasco has been doing is identity theft. It is Mr. Guasco who has been giving me the restraining orders, not Dr. Lukaszewicz. There is no reason to give one to me. I do not see Dr. Lukaszewicz and I have not been near him personally for over 5 years. I moved 150 miles away on a long difficult drive. I called Dr. Lukaszewicz to warn him about his signature having been forged a lot, but it was edited out of the recorded phone call evidence against me for the latest false contempt charge. I have evidence that proved this entire matter was fraudulent from the begining, but Mr. Guasco kept me tied down by an attorney he claimed was from the Private Defender Program, but he was not. He has also been using deep pockets of Kaiser to pave his way and he has been smearing me to those who could help me legally, so they will not take my case. I have been railroaded to appear as if I am some stalker to Dr. Lukaszewicz, who has been told what to say against me. It must been a terrible threat, because none of this has been Dr. Lukaszewicz's kind personality to do. To give a doctor thanks in appreciation for his dedication and help to a difficult case, is not unusual, at least not for me. I like to show people gratitude for going out of their way for me. It was over a period of 3-4 years and he did not complain. He thanked me. Why would he suddenly give me a TRO after I stopped seeing him as my doctor for around 3 months, but he still observed my surgery at my request and a week later had me served a restraining order?  How does that even make sense? It doesn't.

A few months ago recently however, Dr. Moayeri had Kaiser radiologist, Dr. Moon attack me during the breast core sample test for the breast cancer I was supposed to have been diagnosed with after the mammogram results. I said to the surgeon I would only have breast surgery, if Dr. Lukaszewicz would observe. I waited until the latest false restraining order was over to ask Dr. Lukaszewicz if he could be there. His office had already been told I was already again restrained by Mr. Guasco, so I was not allowed to speak with him. I called the court and I was told that no restraining order had been filed against me, so Mr. Guasco lied. Then he DID serve, a false TRO that was merely old papers he had previously filed against me adapted for a new situation. I had done nothing wrong and he merely asked the judge to give me a restraining order based on "past history". Any past history was manufactured by Guasco. He knew I wanted to have Dr. Lukaszewicz observe any breast cancer surgery and Mr. Guasco did not want that, so he said he wanted me to have a 5 year restraining order, to be certain I would be dead, should I actually have breast cancer. Mr. Guasco is sadistic as well as cruel and a liar.  He gets judges to go along with him so easily, even without evidence, he must have an advantage, such as deep pockets. Money seems to be the magic "spell" to get him whatever he needs. I cannot think why else he gets everyone to comply to his nefarious wishes, he uses ridiculous reasons and lies for everything. The only thing I ever did was to give Dr. Lukaszewicz a few thank you gifts, for which he thanked me and nothing else, except to lend a hand when it was obvious that a scam was being done against him. I cannot allow a lovely person to be in obvious danger w/o helping. 

Dr. Lukaszewicz is in obvious danger. Mr. Guasco may be even living with Dr. Lukaszewicz to keep him under control and a prisoner.

It is absurd to keep me under all these bogus restraining orders for doing nothing wrong. No one goes back to the start to see that it was never a real restraining order in the first place. Mr. Guasco relies on false restraining orders getting by the first court hearing, then he can build up a case for contempt charges from there. Then judges will deal with contempts from there on out and the falseness of the original R.O. accusation is forgotten. 

In reality, Mr. Guasco is the ONLY person in contempt of court.....he is a criminal and hurts people.

If you would tell Guasco to leave Dr. Lukaszewicz alone and let him decide his own life. Guasco was hoping I would be dead by now from the fake breast cancer surgery. I found out I do not have breast cancer, so why else would they want to still do surgery on me? They know it was fake from the start. My only answer could be that Mr. Guasco wants me dead so that he is free and clear to forge a will for Dr. Lukaszewicz and eliminate him. That way, Dr. Moayeri can have his money, etc and then she can share it with Guasco, then he can get rid of her and somehow his name will appear on her will giving him everything!

If Mr. Guasco has already moved into Dr. Lukaszewicz's home, then it means he is gearing up for action against Dr. Lukaszewicz. It needs to be checked into. Mr. Guasco has no problem with harming people.

Dr. Lukaszewicz is in serious danger. Please, investigate. We are both innocent of doing any wrong. The court needs Guasco to stop his abuse of them and of innocent people and so do you.

Please, I would like to discuss the ongoing situation with myself, Dr. Lukaszewicz, Dr. Moayeri and the false law to which I have been brutally subjected for over 5 years. It has been terrible and inhumane. Surely my time of suffering has paid any imaginary debt that I could have possibly owed, even in the most disturbed, draconian mind. I did NOTHING WRONG! I would like to suggest a meeting of those involved to discuss the situation. I am a reasonable person. I would like to think that those who run a large organization like Kaiser could also be reasonable too. I am not seeking monetary compensation, although it would not be out of the realm of reasonableness. What I seek matters more to me. I would like to find an end to the cruelty. I would like to understand what happened and how we can find a resolution, not merely slamming false law on people. Mr. Guasco is not someone of subtle, or artful handling of delicate matters. I think he causes problems and dare I say, inflames matters, rather than settles them. I think it serves his nefarious lifestyle. He has expanded this situation into a world war, including espionage, threats against life and false law. It is a disgrace. It pulls Kaiser down to a level so low that it is unrecognizable as something that would emanate from a place of a higher standard of care, but instead, it is a degrading circus of abuse of law and human dignity. I want to appeal to your higher sense of compassion and virtue and ask for an achievement of detente. It needs to happen.

I cannot imagine that you want to destroy people's lives any further that what has already been done. From my viewpoint, this has put a strain on the life of Dr. Lukaszewicz and on my own. Each time I have seen him, he has appeared to be wasting more away. I myself, have suffered in multiple ways. At this time, because of the false breast cancer diagnosis, I have kidney problems with excruciating pain at times, because I tried to stave off any further progression by taking enormous amounts of vitamin C. I believe I may have caused irreparable damage. I found out from an expert, that I do not have breast cancer. The only reason that I was being urged into surgery would be for harmful reasons, which would have only emanated from Dr. Moayeri, since she had Dr. Moon threaten me with a long needle across my eyes and spoke to me in a vituperative manner while roughly taking out core samples from my breast and then sending me to have a mammogram while I was bleeding profusely from that breast. It was not an investigative procedure, it was torture. I screamed out in agony and nearly hit the floor due to a dizzy spell that hit suddenly, possibly from MS going into gear. I have suffered do much merely because a woman was jealous that I gave some gifts of gratitude to her domestic partner. Normal people don't do that. Nor should you allow the victim to be penalized for a small thing of giving a few gifts over a period of around 4 years. I have also been accused of other actions that were not true, but only done to round out the false picture that was being painted of me as a woman who was obsessed with her doctor. 

Why this entire Broadway production of Sweeny Todd was done to me on a more drawn out and savage level, is obvious; Dr. Moayeri was frightened and insecure about her relationship with Dr. Lukaszewicz and instead of looking into what might be wrong and taking steps to repair it, she used me as a scapegoat for her relationship issues. I did not create those; in fact what was told to me by a Hillsborough police officer, she has been abusive of him. Why would you allow her to go on abusing me, and leaving Dr. Lukaszewicz in that dangerous situation and allowing her to attack me through a false breast cancer diagnosis and surgery? Then, Mr. Guasco gave me another erroneous 5 year restraining order, merely so he could prevent Dr. Lukaszewicz from being available to me to observe any surgery I might need.

I would like to avoid further legal entanglements, but I would appreciate you removing those which have been erroneously placed upon me by "accomodating" judges at the behest of Mr. Guasco and your endless deep pockets. Sirs, I am tired. I have been sad for well over 5 years. I have worried. I have had to deal with this on a daily basis. Mr. Guasco has pushed himself into nearly every aspect of my life and succeeded in making life very difficult for me. I deserve to have it stop. Dr. Lukaszewicz deserves to have it stop. He deserves to live like an automous and free citizen of this country. This matter has been a disgrace and an offense to humanity. It has been an indulgence to a spoiled and narcissistic woman who has gone beyond self-indulgent and has moved into the vast realm of the mentally disturbed. She is a danger to the public and those close to her.

Please, let me meet with Dr. Lukaszewicz and call off the erroneous legal  restrictions. As I said before, I would sign hold harmless papers as necessary. I think it is a generous offer as I sit in pain from kidney issues caused by my reaction to Dr. Moayeri's false breast cancer plan against me. It could be looked at only as a possible attack on my life. That is attempted murder, with no statute of limitations. I would like to put my life back in order. I would like to reconnect with Dr. Lukaszewicz in any manner in which he would like, or not as he sees fit, but I would appreciate the opportunity to be able to do so. He was the nicest person I ever met and I enjoyed talking with him. He felt like a nice friend. 

Mr. Guasco has been sucking monetarily off of Dr. Moayeri by illegally keeping Dr. Lukaszewicz and myself apart. He and I had no animosity toward the other. I respect him and he treated me with genuine respect too. It had the makings of a nice friendship. I have missed it very much. No one has the right to tell grown adults who they can have as friends. Nothing could be said negatively about our relationship; it was above board. It has been over 5 years apart. I miss him and there is a hole in my life from his absence.

Please consider my offer; it is more than generous, because Dr. Moayeri could be imprisoned for her activities toward me, and possibly her actions toward Dr. Lukaszewicz as well.

KAISER PERMANENTE BOUGHT SAN MATEO COUNTY COURT HOUSE COMPLETE WITH DA, JUDGES, JURIES AND VERDICTS! EASIER TO RAILROAD THEIR OWN PATIENTS THAT WAY!

STAY AWAY FROM KAISER, THEY HAVE TRIED TO KILL ME TWICE AND KEEP TRYING TO TORMENT ME WITH FALSE LAW TO COVER THEIR ASSES! 

Their CEO Richard Isaacs, turned a blind eye to the attacks against me by neurosurgeon, Dr. N. Nichole Moayeri, who has been targeting me, because I gave her domestic partner, my doctor, some thank you gifts for his kindness and attentive work on my difficult case. She is unhinged, but Kaiser keeps her on, gave me multiple false restraining orders through their cheesy contract attorney, Mike Guasco. He is such a bad attorney, that the only way he can win is by buying judges and verdicts. Kaiser has 28 BILLION IN THE "KITTY!" Last time I was railroaded, even the DA added in his support for them! (I wonder how much THAT cost?!) FYI, SAN MATEO COUNTY COURT HOUSE HAS A PRICE! ALL THE JUDGES I HAVE SEEN DUE TO MIKE GUASCO OF BUTY & CURLIANO, OAKLAND, CA, HAVE BEEN BOUGHT! HE IS A TERRIBLE ATTORNEY, SO THEY PAY HIS WAY TO VICTORY! HE HAS GIVEN TRO RESTRAINING ORDERS TO THE LIKES OF A QUADRIPLEGIC MAN AND A MAN WITH A SON WITH A TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY! Unhinged Dr. Moayeri, works with accommodating colleagues who carry out their portion of her vendetta against me. I was given a false breast cancer diagnosis and was terrorized by her helper, Radiologist, Dr. Moon. She waved a long needle in my face, across my eyes and ranted at me about my supposed transgressions and roughly removed 5 deep core samples from my breast. While bleeding profusely, she sent me to have a mammogram. It hurt like Hell and I screamed out in agony. Blood poured to the floor. My MS kicked in and I became dizzy and nearly fell. I was called and told I had a serious 2.7 cm. tumor and would need surgery. I was given Arimidex, which cuts off hormones and causes terrible menopause symptoms.  My hair began falling out in large amounts, I couldn't sleep, l sweated profusely. I was hoping to have the doctor who was her partner, Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz observe any surgery to make certain it was all done safely and correctly, but instead, Mike Guasco, Kaiser contract "attorney" hit me with an unwarranted 5 year restraining order handed over graciously by San Mateo County Superior Court judge, Judge Foiles, no doubt also on the Kaiser payroll. So, unless they knew I did not have breast cancer, they knew that either way, they were sending me to my death. 

I DO NOT HAVE BREAST CANCER! KAISER WAS ALLOWING THEIR MEDICAL STAFF TO CONCOCT AND CARRY OUT A PLAN OF MURDER AGAINST ME! I CANNOT GO BACK TO KAISER, THEY ARE WAITING TO KILL ME!

Kaiser Contract Attorney Has Kept Me Falsely Restrained and Even Jailed!

In RE: People v. Petrovich

Dear DA Wagstaffe,

I hope this finds you very well and safe.

In the matter of The People v. Petrovich, It was an invalid restraining order from the beginning, manufactured against me by Kaiser Contract Attorney, Michael C. Guasco, using lies and forgery, threat and duress.

I would please ask that Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, MD, (#3 Mountain Wood Lane, Hillsborough 94010) be subpoenaed to be a witness for the case to shed the light of truth (on the case). Dr. Lukaszewicz was used in this matter against his will and as a matter of fact, he has been kept a prisoner so that he is unable to have outside contact and freedom to tell his story. 

Dr. Lukaszewicz, is listed as Plaintiff in the restraining order case against me, but he is as much a victim as myself. His honest testimony, without the Kaiser Attorney present, will end the entire case against me and save the Court’s time and money and can focus on the people who put us both through Hell for over 5 years with invalid restraining orders, using Dr. Lukaszewicz’s name and his forged signature and threats and duress to further comply, but when he did not comply once in court on the witness stand and told the truth, Mr. Guasco did not bring him back to court, but pretended on court filed documents that he had indeed been there. My adult son was present and wrote a statement saying no Plaintiff had ever been present. Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, MD and the Kaiser contract attorney, Michael C. Guasco manufactured the entire matter against me, pretending Dr. Lukaszewicz was the true plaintiff, when he was not.  

This entire matter was devised on behalf of a Dr. Moayeri, by attorney Michael C. Guasco, who is a contract attorney for Kaiser (NOT Dr. Lukaszewicz). Mr. Guasco devises very “creative”, cruel, illegal ways of ridding Kaiser of patients they find undesirable, such as severely handicapped, as the quadriplegic patient he framed as having spat at a nurse. The quadriplegic man, who was the client of John W. Busman in Orange County, CA. was exonerated. Mr. Guasco, also by using an illegally obtained TRO, harmed a father of a brain injured/traumatized young man, merely because the father was looking for justified answers for his son's treatment. Mike Guasco also frequently threatened the man (father), Jeff Lusk, often with jail, merely to be sadistic and keep the man in line (in fact, not once have I ever experienced an act of kindness coming from Mr. Guasco toward myself, only unprovoked cruelty). Mr. Guasco knew the man was the only caretaker of his son Tyler, so jail would be a disaster for him. There are more horrific parts to the story, when Mr. Lusk's home was invaded by men dressed as officers of the law and Mr. Lusk and  his son were roughed up and his son's essential morphine was stolen. 

I believe that I am being charitable by calling Mr. Guasco a monster. 

Mr. Guasco uses Kaiser employees’ names as his Plaintiffs in his fabricated “legal” tales and then uses actors in court to complete the entire deception. One of Mr. Guasco's victims, Mr. Lusk, knew the employee (I have her name and work phone number) who was supposed to be the plaintiff against him and knew he was not looking at the person named in the invalid R.O. Mr. Guasco has a sordid plan going to assist Kaiser in keeping their 28 billion “kitty”and come off as their invaluable asset.

Mr. Guasco has used a very similar plan/template to put me under an invalid TRO and then R.O. I was unable to find an attorney for the first hearing and I became suspicious. I asked Mr. Guasco if he had anything to do with my inability to find an attorney, he just smiled. I was certain of it, since I called so many attorneys and often got strange responses. I even got an email response that said, “stop trying to get an attorney referral, no one is going to let you hire them. Leave the kind doctor alone!” It was obvious that someone warned them off, with lies. 

Mr. Guasco's true client is Dr. Moayeri. She is an important surgeon to Kaiser and they want to do anything to make her happy. It has been Dr. Moayeri’s restraining order from the very start, not Dr. Lukaszewicz’s. She has hired two people to attack and threaten me using intimidation, torture and threat.

It isn’t even Dr. Lukaszewicz's style to do that kind of false legal thing. Dr. Moayeri and Dr. Lukaszewicz, I believe, had an agreement about investment and other entanglements of a personal nature, that he would know about, not myself. I suppose the time came up when those entanglements prevented him from feeling tied down any longer to Dr. Moayeri. Anyway, on the last day I saw him for an appointment, Dr. Lukaszewicz merely asked if I wanted to be his friend. I agreed. I suppose it did not settle well with Dr. Moayeri and did not want their past financial (etc) arrangement to end, so she contacted Mike Guasco, the contract attorney provided free by Kaiser for the complimentary use of their doctors to help her force Dr. Lukaszewicz to stay under her thumb. I believe he has been a controlled prisoner ever since. 

The last day I saw Dr. Lukaszewicz alone, October 9, 2015, he asked me to be his friend. I said that would be nice. I dropped him as my doctor to begin the process. About 100 days later, I had chest pain and went to the ER. It was an infected gallbladder and I was told it had to be removed. I asked the ER doc if Dr. Lukaszewicz could observe. I never heard back. I waited for the surgery from Tuesday evening until Friday afternoon, when Dr. Lukaszewicz had a half day. My surgeon, Dr. David Le told me Dr. Lukaszewicz had been there to observe. I was also told by the floor/desk nurse that Dr. Lukaszewicz had been there to check on me while I was still asleep from the anestesia. He was making certain I was doing well and safe, not being angry with me.  

About a week later, I was served with a TRO saying I had given Dr. Lukaszewicz unwanted gifts and made unwanted romantic overtures. None of which could have even been done except around 100 days, or more prior, which begs the question, why a TRO? They are for emergency protection, how was giving gifts that long ago an emergency? (The idea of my saying untoward things to Dr. Lukaszewicz was never an issue again, merely a ruse by Mr. Guasco to get the judge to sign the TRO) Neither of the reasons for the TRO were true. Dr. Lukaszewicz never returned any of the few gifts, and instead wrote me thank you notes and called me to say how much he liked what I had given him. It made no sense to be given a terrible, life altering TRO for things he liked and for behavior I never did, nor did he ever mention prior, or since. Nothing made any sense and for good reason. It was done as a desperate attempt to remove me from Dr. Lukaszewicz's life by Dr. Moayeri. I was given the phone number to a dummy message line for Dr. Lukaszewicz, by Patient Relations manager Bertha Ponse, so I could thank him for his kindness toward me. A week later I was served with a terrifying TRO.

 Why would Dr. Lukaszewicz come to my surgery at MY request, to keep me safe, if he were going to give me a terrible, life altering TRO in a week, especially with a forgery of his signature on it? A forgery invalidates a restraining order. I also never believed the restraining order was valid, or actually given to me by Dr. Lukaszewicz. I thought perhaps it was all Kaiser’s doing, but why the need to forge Dr. Lukaszewicz’s signature? 

Mr. Guasco was doing it for Dr. Moayeri, because she wanted to prevent Dr. Lukaszewicz from having freedom of movement and his own life, with his own friends. And with the help of Mr. Guasco, she has been able to accomplish just that. 

Dr. Moayeri has twice hired people to attack me. One, her friend, Marija M. Petrovic, a psychiatrist from Serbia and a colleague, Dr. Moon in Radiology (Kaiser, Daly City) to diagnose me with false breast cancer, and a terrorizing breast biopsy session where she had Dr. Moon berate me and wave a long needle menacingly across my eyes and use threatening language. I had never met Dr. Moon before, but she called me selfish, that I always got everything I wanted and that I took away things that belonged to other people. It suddenly dawned on me that she was speaking for Dr. Moayeri, from  her point of view. It was similar to when her psychiatrist friend (temp. Marija M. Petrovic) called me and said I embarrassed Dr. Lukaszewicz and he hated me, on and on, until I sobbed uncontrollably, then she abruptly hung up. She had obviously known I had a phone check-up appointment later that day with Dr. Lukaszewicz. I was still sobbing when he called and I apologized to him for embarrassing him, or causing him any problem. He barely spoke, but I must have worried him. He called everyone he knew I knew and had them call me, even Sgt. Steve Petit called me to ask when we were going to work on traffic problems together. The phone calls brought me out of the harmful attitude I had toward myself and saved my life. Dr. Lukaszewicz saved me. I asked Sgt. Petit if Dr. Lukaszewicz asked him to call me and he said, “that would be a violation of HIPPA to tell you.”

Dr. Lukaszewicz has always been there to keep me safe. I suppose it upset Dr. Moayeri that he did that and accepted and kept my gifts to him, so she put him between a “rock and a hard place” and had a Kaiser attorney threaten and force him to participate as much as he was told, but during court on the witness stand he said, “her gifts to me, were very nice and expensive.” That was after he said my name very gently and sweetly, which caused me to blush. At that point I thought the suffering would be over, but his testimony was ignored and I was given a sentence of 5 days in jail, serving 3.

This has been a plan by a desperate woman, Dr. Moayeri, to hold on to a partner and a willing attorney, Mike Guasco, who is obviously being paid by her as motivation to keep me restrained as long as he can (He said to me outside of court, “I can keep you restrained FOREVER!” 

I saw the wall and buzzer door Mr. Guasco had installed around Dr. Lukaszewicz’s waiting area and a plethora of security cameras made to look as if they were protection for his office, but I contend it was all done to keep an eye on him, so that he cannot leave without someone knowing. I do not believe he is able to have freedom of movement. After he made a frightened phone call to me, but having had hung up quickly, I believe he has been restrained for a long time. I asked a local PD of his if I should ask for a welfare check on him. The officer said to me, “better to be safe than sorry”.  He also said, “I know who lives there, a powerful woman.” He also said, “Men are not the only abusers; women can abuse too.” I agreed to the welfare check. Later on in court, attorney Mike Guasco belittled me for calling the police and said I was doing it to be a stalker through the police. I think only a twisted mind would come up with such a strange answer as that. Mr. Guasco, I was told, called off the extra patrolling the police agreed to of Dr. Lukaszewicz’s home at my request. I wanted to keep him safe, but obviously, Mr. Guasco did not. 

That is still my primary goal. Dr. Lukaszewicz, through the years always kept me safe and was there for me at all times. Even new doctors I saw told me that he called them and told them how to treat me and keep me from anything painful, or embarrassing, since I have a condition that keeps me heavy and with very painful lumps.

Dr. Lukaszewicz needs to be compelled to come and be a witness for this case and be freed from the false imprisonment shackles of Mr. Guasco and Dr. Moayeri. It could serve to free me from past and the present invalid restraining order(s), restore my reputation and allow the focus to be on the real criminals, Dr. Moayeri and attorney Michael C. Guasco. Amongst the charges are false imprisonment, attempted murder, invalid restraining order, conspiracy, forgery, etc. 

My so-called-attorney, Alejandro Jacome has been compromised by Attorney Mike Guasco. I have no control over his actions, he was forced upon me by the PDP, but he is as close to a hostile attorney as one can get. I am not certain I will get a fair trial with him. He does not want to present the forgery as evidence, nor does he want to use the invalid restraining order as evidence as to my innocence. He also did not want to have Dr. Lukaszewicz’s testimony  exonerate me. He instead said he wanted to focus on the contempt charge. I contend that to be foolish, because there can be no contempt with an invalid restraining order, or if I never believed it to be valid, or from Dr. Lukaszewicz in the first place. I have never had contempt for the Court, but with all the lies and forgeries that Mike Guasco has filed with the Court, he has plenty of contempt and abuse of Court! He should be disbarred.  Thank you.

Kaiser has opened a new HORROR HOSPITAL in CA! BEWARE!

I saw that you cut a ribbon on a new Kaiser facility. I thought you might be interested in the ugly side of Kaiser and that some CEOs know about it and do NOTHING about it! You may end up having opened a new horror hospital in your city. The Kaisers in Northern and Southern California have terrible things go on against patients that resemble Mafia methods. I have been tormented, terrified and been under illegal methods they use to get rid of their so called problem (patients) that could cost them money (some with costly health problems, etc). They use their deep pockets to own the court for their questionable practices. I am sure it is how they are able to have 28 billion in reserves. No one wins a lawsuit against Kaiser, because they have a slimy law firm, Buty & Curliano, with attorney Mike C. Guasco as head slime. He has done horrible things to patients who do not have the resources to fight back. He has made life Hell for many, and a kind man who is the father of a brain injured (traumatic) young man. His story is jaw dropping as to what has been done to him.  (Jeff Lusk and Tyler Lusk, their story is online and I have even more details.) Mr. Guasco has also given a TRO to a quadriplegic man, saying he spat at a nurse. Thank goodness he was able to get a good attorney, John W. Busman to fight the corruption and exonerate him. I have not been so lucky. I have been under false restraining order for over 5 years and now it is being escalated to where I am getting physically attacked and given a false breast cancer diagnosis, so they can lure me into having surgery. I was on a kind of chemo for 3 months and my hair began falling out and other awful symptoms. You can imagine why they want to have me go to surgery, even though I do not have breast cancer.... It has been a nightmare! I believe my doctor's partner is unhinged and should not be doing surgery on patient's brains. I told CEO Richard Isaacs about what she has done to me, (and everything else) but he just lets her keep on doing surgery. She has very poor judgment, obviously.

     I have kept the CEOs, etc, from Tyson and now Dr. Richard Isaacs (and other Kaiser people and entities on Twitter) apprised of what has been happening to me and others and they do NOTHING TO STOP IT! I cannot even use the Kaiser insurance, because I am afraid for my life and I am in pain now from some kind of kidney pain. They terrify me! I cannot afford other insurance, but I pray that Kaiser will clean up their act and get rid of the Mafia style cruel methods of their law firm, etc.

     The attorney of the quadriplegic man, John W. Busman told me that attorneys in his area were noticing that Kaiser's attorney, Mike Guasco (he's all over California victimizing Kaiser patients to save Kaiser money by using legal preemptive strikes, via TROs, against innocent patients who could have legitimate claims against Kaiser) was filing an inordinate amount of TROs. It is how he hobbles his victims and makes them look already guilty in the eyes of the court. It is insidious! Mr. Guasco also uses the names of employees as the Plaintiffs in the court filed papers and then actors as the Plaintiff in court. They cry and act so upset against an innocent Defendant. It just so happened that one defendant knew the person whose name was used in the paperwork, but said it wasn't she who was in court. Kaiser's deep pockets seemed to make the judge uncaring when it was pointed out to him in court. 

     I have seen Kaiser allow their doctors to be forced into participating in this cruel business. It is demeaning, but if it lets Kaiser keep a buck, they do not seem to care how much it disrupts their lives. Kaiser acts like they own their doctors and keep them under the thumb of Attorney Guasco. I have seen him absolutely run their lives! Mr. Guasco violates so many laws, he could go away forever, but "somehow", he slithers his way out. I have seen judges act helpless under his thumb. I wish they would stand up to him. My own doctor was set as Plaintiff against me. It makes us both suffer, since he has to watch his former patient suffer. He once spoke up in court against the restraining order against me, but it made no difference, I was sent to jail for 5 days, but served 3. I was brutalized in jail and my MS hit me hard from fear. The judge also cleared the courtroom and castigated me for 15 minutes, or so. I was so frightened, I passed out and had hives the next day. When I went to the witness stand she said, "STALKER" to me as I walked past. I was being accused of harassing my doctor, because I gave him some thank you gifts for his excellent work for my complicated health matters that other doctors did not understand, but had far reaching implications on other health issues. My doctor's domestic partner, a doctor herself, became upset by my few gifts and decided she was threatened by it, so instead of talking to me about it, she got other people to terrify me, threaten me and then give me a false breast cancer diagnosis. She is the assistant chief of surgery, so what she says goes with Kaiser. Even her partner, my doctor, is under her thumb, in fact, their police intimated to me that they knew she was abusive to him. She is the one behind Guasco's restraining order against me and I am sure she pays him a bundle to keep me restrained, thereby motivating him to keep me restrained, even without reason. I believe my former doctor is an actual, literal prisoner of hers and of Kaiser and Mr. Guasco. I have been trying to free him as well as rid myself of the false restraining orders. That attorney said to me outside of the courtroom, "I can keep you restrained FOREVER!" Now, January 8, I have a court date with the DA for a false contempt charge. I could go to jail for five years and pay $10,000 in fines.....for giving my doctor thank you gifts that made a crazy female doctor jealous!

     They put a literal wall around my doctor's office with a locked buzzer door and cameras everywhere. They want to make it look like they are protecting him, but I think it is to let him know that he is being watched. Mr. Guasco bugs his phone and voicemail and has Kaiser SSF "wired for sound". It is a SPY ZONE! People spy on his patient visits. A Serbian psychiatrist, friend of my fmr. doctor's partner, was sent to attack me and interrogate me like a foreign spy (she tried to get me to kill myself using mental manipulation, but my doctor saved me). She filled my chart with bogus diagnoses after never even talking about me, but asking only about my doctor and our relationship. I saw her 4 office visits total, but she put 5 major mental illnesses in my chart and prevented me from using my online account, using another doctor's name. One handwriting expert said she was most likely the forger of my doctor's signature on court filed documents. She also makes the plans to create trouble for innocent patients.

     I have had my personal life attacked and things were broken in my home, before I could move in. My name was smeared with my HOA and in the town. No one will let me employ them and the people living in my complex act like I am Jack the Ripper. I gave my doctor a tea cup and saucer from an antique tea set that belonged to Nan Wood Graham, sister of artist Grant Wood; their family were neighbors of my family in Iowa. Anyway, when I got to my new home, an overhead light was on and illuminated on the piano was the rest of the tea set in a straw suitcase.  I thought it was strange. When I picked it up, it sounded like it was full of marbles. I cannot prove it, but it seems like a pretty big coincidence if it was not an act done by Mr. Guasco and his crew. Many other strange and damaging things have happened to me and I have been kept busy putting out many "fires!"

     I do not know what is going on with me that is putting me in pain for months, but I cannot go in and have it checked at Kaiser, because my life could be in danger. I might end up dying from it, who knows, but, you need to know what kind of abject terror you may have just cut the ribbon on in your town. Kaiser looks all shiny and new, but there is a deadly, terrorizing potential that has just been unleashed. I beg you, for the good of the citizens who go to Kaiser innocently, they could be in danger and in for the worst nightmare of their lives; DEMAND that Kaiser tell you that they will get RID of their evil practices and rid of Mike Guasco who makes a good place evil, or you will completely regret allowing them into your unsuspecting town and will warn the citizens against Kaiser!

Right now, my doctor suffers and I suffer! You can help end it.  Thank you! 

PS. I would be happy to take any form of lie detection and I have a lot of proof and of course, my doctor knows most of it. This, what I told you, is only the tip of the iceberg. Kaiser MUST get rid of Mike Guasco (he should be in prison)!
