KAISER TERROR CONTINUED!
To Those In Authority:
If you question the former security guards they
may easily talk (they are nervous types): Edward Souza (Janitorial manager) and Emanuel
De Guzman (Communications manager) who were given permanent jobs at Kaiser South San
Francisco, I think they would break down and talk about their roles in this matter and that it was
NOT just some innocent little thing done to me
that had anything to do with my wanting to become friends with my doctor. They waited for me to
drop my doctor, Dr. L, so we could eventually become friends, as their reason to implement rules and restrictions against me. Their tone was not as one would expect for people embarking on a pleasant journey to becoming friends, it was cruel and accusatory. It upset me,
because it was supposed to be a pleasant thing, not one to raise ire. They turned it around and said he dropped me as a patient and implied that he did it because he was upset with something I had done
to him. Emanuel (Manny) De Guzman played the largest role from the beginning. He played both
ends against the middle, because he both incited
me to be afraid as if I could be arrested for doing something "inappropriate" to my doctor and he also called me kind of as an informant to let me know what was going on. He called me and said, "did you know that your psychiatrist ( Marija M. Petrovic, who was basically forced on me) had a Risk Management meeting in regard to you and Dr. L?" He said, "she brought your
emails and the gifts you gave him in a purple bag
(a canvas bag from a Buddhist temple in Mountain View, CA) and had Dr. L with her. He
did not look like he wanted to be there and he said, I just want this over." It sounded like he was forced to attend. After that meeting, I was sent a "cease and desist" letter, supposedly from the Kaiser law firm attorney of Buty & Curliano, Ondrej Likkar. Later, I asked a handwriting expert about the signature of that attorney and I was told that it very likely had actually been signed by Kaiser psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic, but since she was working hand-in-hand with Mike C. Guasco of Buty & Curliano, she had the law
office stationary (she has been the attributed author of Dr. L's forged signature too).
I called the phone number in the letter and was supposedly connected with Mr. Likkar, who
screamed at me and told me their "party line" of Dr. L being upset with me for my "inappropriate behavior" and that I could not contact him. I told him that what they were
saying about me was not the truth. He said, "the truth doesn't matter!" I thought that very odd. I asked an online attorney for advice and he told me that as long as I sent a copy to the attorney I
could still write to Dr. L to understand what was going on. I did. Three months AFTER I dropped Dr. L as my doctor, so we
could have time apart to become friends (I had no idea of time frame) BUT ONLY ONE WEEK AFTER Dr. L came to my emergency gall
bladder removal surgery at my request (through the ER doctor) I was served a TRO for giving unwanted gifts and for some sort of "inappropriate behavior." Since I had not seen Dr. L for around 3 months, giving a TRO seems like an abuse of the meaning of a TRO. In actuality, it was because Dr. L came to my surgery to be certain
I was okay, I stupidly called a monitored voice
mail line to thank him. (I should have known it was
a set up message line, since that number and email address for Dr. L given to me by Bertha Ponse, manager of Patient Relations. It was a line to gather "evidence"against me). I trust Dr. L with my life and would give mine to save his. He has always been there for me, even when I did not know it at the time. (I always realised it later.)

In court, he seemed VERY flustered (and actually like drugged), but he settled down and looked at me, said my name so kindly and said my gifts were, "very nice and expensive!" There was no mention what-so-ever of any "inappropriate behavior!" THAT should have been the lead story, but they did not want Dr. L to shoot it down too, so they just let it go. It was used
basically to get a TRO, to make it sound like an urgent matter. The judge was either suckered, or paid. (My bet is on $$$ paid, but....). Anyway, from my experience in speaking with (now former) security guard, Manny De Guzman, he went along with the entire charade and even lied and had me come in to patient relations, with Bertha Ponse, and give my point of view as a patient on how well

I do not know what Mike Guasco has been telling people, so they ignore my case and refuse me as a client, but I know it is something bad. They make
up all sorts of absurd reasons why I cannot hire them. I know I have been blacklisted somehow.

Look, I have gone through HELL! Marija M. Petrovic is some sort of spy type who makes entrapment plans, forges signatures
and acted smarmy and extremely cold blooded. I think she is basically a "hit man" who gets rid of "problem" patients at Kaiser (and ?) Guasco comes in after she "tenderizes" them and hits them with first, a false TRO, to weaken them, then with lies and false evidence to seal it. I believe he picks on the most vulnerable of clients: those of low income and health compromised. They cannot fight back as well. Plus, he appears to smear their names to
poison minds. Guasco even gave a TRO to a quadriplegic man (patient) for supposedly spitting on a nurse. It just told me how low Guasco would go.

I don't know entirely how Guasco gets it all done other than with money and promises of full time jobs at Kaiser (the security guards he seems to rely upon frequently) and the staff at Kaiser, he ropes in. With the help of Marija M. Petrovic, doctors and techs are involved. I know she comes to appointments and monitors them. Doctors suddenly become unresponsive and cruel and "mistakes" are made with tests and the nurses made weird comments and treated me roughly. It was never
that way, prior to Marija Petrovic coming back to Kaiser. Edward Souza would follow me around Kaiser, or have one of the guards do it. He would
tell me I had to leave, if I sat on a bench. Even
when I was just released after surgery and was waiting for a ride home, he made me get up and leave. He lied about me to get false contempt charges against me. He spoke about my health
issues in court that could have only come from my medical file. He tried to make me think he was jealous of me because, "Dr. L likes you more than me, but I have known him longer!" It was surreal, a grown man talking like that. Marija Petrovic had written to me, "leave Dr. L and I alone!" It was like they were all pulling on him. But, it only makes sense that the person who wanted me gone the most and who Guasco was really working for was Dr. L's domestic partner, Dr. Moayeri. Kaiser would probably do anything for her, since she is a neurosurgeon at Kaiser Redwood City. I imagine
they would give free reign to anyone who wanted to help get rid of me. (as Edward Souza said, "MarijaPetrovic was hired to specifically get rid of you!")

None of my complaints to Kaiser were ever seriously considered. I was kicked off the online Kaiser site and I cannot get the same benefits as other Kaiser patients. I was told that I abused the online account. Supposedly, Dr. Kao signed the order, but when I asked him about it, he knew nothing about it. Later, he suddenly said he did it. (Guess the news traveled slowly...)
If this was all merely to facilitate my becoming friends with Dr. L, then why not just say so? It is no mystery thing when doctors and patients decide to become friends, no subterfuge, or covert activity is necessary. It is two adults making a decision, period. Why the drama?

I am firmly convinced that Dr. Moayeri was upset and got Guasco and her friend, Marija M. Petrovic involved, because Marija M. Petrovic, Serbian psychiatrist, is NOT a normal psychiatrist; one can tell she has
been trained in covert, espionage methods. Dr. M was obviously feeling upset that my few thank you gifts and my innocuous emails with Dr. L threatened her "happy home". Why would she think that? Why not discuss it with Dr. L? Not a very close relationship when someone must force their partner to file a TRO against a patient! Also, not a very good
mental attitude for a surgeon. I think it is pretty creepy, myself. It is also seems very narcissistic
and possibly sociopathic behavior. A person who feels so above everyone else, she feels she can get people to do her "dirty work"and not to bother herself with the details of how much the victim was being tortured is inhumane as well as illegal. I have been worried for Dr. L's safety because of such possible callous, self-centered behavior. I was worried that she could be possibly physically violent. I knew he would be too gentle and a gentleman to respond in kind. I know how unconcerned anyone has been about me. I have been labeled with many false diagnoses by Marija M. Petrovic to get others to dismiss me and make them give my complaints little, or no credence. I have been dehumanized. I am invisible. I don't matter. I am a bug to them. Investigate this criminal activity! Kaiser's deep pockets should not dictate the law and justice! End it now, before (more?) people are harmed! From my observation and the attacks against me, there is no off switch on the degree of cruelty they will administer to someone they consider a problem!
Mike C. Guasco was made partner and bought a new home in January 2019, Marija M. Petrovic is no longer just a temp as a "hitman", she gets to deal with patients as a full time job. Really? The two security guards who helped to facilitate the lies and torment against me and JAIL me, Souza and De Guzman, now have full-time Kaiser jobs.
I sit at home. I cry. I am beaten up and am stunned that judges would purposely harm a person for what reason? Money? How can I trust our system of justice if it is for sale? I cannot afford justice, I guess. I have been marginalized because I am not wealthy.
