KAISER NEEDS TO STOP breaking the law and hurting people!!

 

Dear Kaiser,

You need to allow Dr. Lukaszewicz to speak freely without Mr. Guasco interfering, since he has his own 

greedy criminal agenda and is using false law to harm us both and is also holding Dr. Lukaszewicz captive

 at Kaiser and at his Hillsborough home. (for the pleasure of Dr. Lukaszewicz's housemate/co-homeowner,

 Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri of Kaiser Redwood CITY) Mr. Guasco is a criminal (I have seen some of his criminal 

deeds) he belonged to a family drug dealing enterprise and HURTS KAISER INNOCENT PATIENTS. Does

 Kaiser make a habit of hiring dangerous criminals to work as their contract attorneys? Do you understand

 that he is is not helping the doctor(s) as much as he is taking advantage of them and in Dr. Lukaszewicz's

 case he is helping desperate, unhinged behaving Dr. Moayeri hold him prisoner against his will and against

 the law of the USA? Dr. Moayeri recently had Dr. Moon terrorizing me with a long needle across my eyes 

and while she was roughly removing parts of my breast for a fake breast cancer diagnosis, calling me names

 and saying I get everything I want and take other people's belongings (Dr. Lukaszewicz is a BELONGING?

) that I am a bad person, etc, and took me in for an extremely painful mammogram with my blood flowing 

to the floor. It was NOT TESTING, IT WAS TORTURE!

They figured I could be brought into surgery after the "diagnosis" to be harmed, or killed. I tell you that

 and what did you do about it? NOT ONE THING!

Dr. Moayeri has also keeping me under false law, because she had Mr. Guasco gave me a false restraining 

order illegally using Dr. Lukaszewicz's name on it and a forgery done by Dr. Moayeri's friend, temp Psy. 

Marija M. Petrovic who was brought back to Kaiser as a reprise of her role as a "hitman" to get rid of a 

Kaiser "problem" patient; ME this time, because PATHETIC Moayeri is jealous of me! Moayeri is such a 

low self-esteem loser, BULLY and narcissist that she cannot trust allowing a possible relationship with 

Dr. Lukaszewicz to go its own natural course, NO,  she has to manipulate every aspect and trying to 

force him to stay with her, including falsely restraining a patient who was grateful to her kind doctor 

for helping her (Dr. Lukaszewicz) so she gave him a few gifts to show her gratitude! For that reason 

alone, she has been BRUTALIZING ME AND through GUASCO, EVEN HAD ME JAILED! DOESN'T 

THAT SOUND INSANE? IT IS! SHE HAS DONE MUCH MORE TO HURT ME! YOU ALLOW THAT 

PERSON TO DO BRAIN SURGERY? WHAT? She has obviously very POOR JUDGMENT! YOU 

ALLOW HER TO HOLD DR. LUKASZEWICZ PRISONER, BECAUSE SHE IS AFRAID HE WILL 

RUN AWAY FROM HER! WHO WOULDN'T?! (Guess she could not find anyone else, GEE, I WONDER 

WHY?) THAT IS KIDNAPPING! MR. GUASCO IS HELPING HER HOLD A DOCTOR PRISONER! 

(I am sure he is getting big bucks to do it!) FREE DR. LUKASZEWICZ! Kaiser is an accessory to 

KIDNAPPING! PROVE THAT DR. LUKASZEWICZ MAY LEAVE WHENEVER HE WANTS! LET 

HIM GO! I am 150 miles away; it has nothing to do with me, but everything to do OUR US 

CONSTITUTION! FREEDOM! They are KILLING his spirit! They make him lie in COURT using 

threats! TELL DR. Moayeri she is a BULLY and a COWARD and a KIDNAPPER and Kaiser, STOP 

HELPING HER and GET RID OF A KNOWN CRIMINAL, GUASCO! Guasco harms! HE HAS BEEN 

ABUSING ME WITH FALSE LAW, LIES and USING KAISER MONEY TO BUY EVERYONE OFF! 

That harms our Judicial System, it weakens our DEMOCRACY!

Now, Guasco has been taking the role of getting rid of INNOCENT PATIENTS completely! He 

uses the names of Kaiser employees as Plaintiffs on Court Documents and uses actors in Court!

 He illegally rids Kaiser of Patients he must think are too costly, or too time consuming. He usually 

hits the poor, or very ill, so the chances of them affording an attorney are slim. Sounds like a 

MONSTER TO ME! Attorney John W. Busman wrote about Kaiser filing an inordinate amount of 

frivolous lawsuits, TROs in particular, because it is all Guasco appears to know about law! Guasco 

seems to specialize in setting up innocent people with TROs, because they are devastating to even 

innocent people, because the Court trusts the attorneys and does not expect them to subvert the 

law and decency; guess the Court had better wise up! (Mr. Busman defended a quadriplegic man 

against Guasco's frivolous, cruel attack and won, since Mr. Busman actually IS a quality attorney 

who actually KNOWS LAW, not just cheap party trick law, like Guasco's brand of law comes off as!) 

There are predators on the loose in the "Halls of Justice" in the form of Mike Guasco, corrupting 

the sanctity of the fabric of our country and the glue that holds it together, with his lies and 

forgeries! San Mateo County Superior Court has become a cesspool of corruption! I have had 

6 judges, so far, leave me out of any part of the legal proceedings; just come down with a verdict 

against me. Even an attorney supplied by the Bar Assn's Private Defender Program sat on his hands 

and gagged his own mouth during a false trial and left out my evidence, didn't object to the 

objectionable and worst of all did not question the witness I asked to have be there, Dr. Lukaszewicz, 

instead of allowing him to tell the truth of the matter, they fed him humiliating lies to tell against me, 

no doubt under threat and duress, as usual. He was obviously instructed to perjure himself to save Guasco

 from being guilty of using false restraining orders against me and putting me in JAIL for no reason! 

The time when Dr. Lukaszewicz surprised them, he spoke the truth and completely destroyed the 

restraining order in court, but I was sent to jail anyway, due to Security Guard, Edward Souza's lies he 

made up as contempt charges against me. He had made up for his having told me that Psy. Marija M. Petrovic 

was brought back to Kaiser by Dr. Moayeri to "get rid of you" (me) which my witness heard. (Mr. Souza 

was paid off for his lying, with a permanent Kaiser job in SSF Kaiser as a supervisor in Janitorial just as 

Mr. de Guzman was paid for harming me with a job in SSF Communications, so he could snoop on 

Dr. Lukaszewicz's phone calls for Guasco's spying pleasure!) I do not think I have heard one factual 

word come from the mouth of Guasco about this bogus case, even when speaking to a judge. (Maybe 

I should say, especially when speaking to a judge!)  Mike C. Guasco is a disgrace to law and the profession 

of law, he seems to think it exists to see how much it can be abused, not to follow! Kaiser giving him 

carte Blanche funds to do what he pleases is wrong! Keep the innocent patients, get rid of the unnecessary, 

harmful attorney Guasco; he has proven himself to be a con man and criminal (if there is any difference!)

 Kaiser is behaving like a Mafia organization, or worse! Soon they will be classified as a terrorist 

organization!, unless they purge themselves of their evil ways! FIRST, STOP KEEPING

EMERGENCY! DOCTOR KIDNAPPED! HELP!

RE: Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, M.D. has been holding Dr. Lukaszewicz prisoner, with help from Mike Guasco Kaiser Contract attorney.

Dear Dr. *****,

I think it is very necessary for me to bring up these disturbing occurrences that happened between Dr. Moayeri, Dr. Lukaszewicz and myself. As you may well know Dr. Lukaszewicz and Dr. Moayeri have had a personal history together and Dr. Lukaszewicz is employed at Kaiser South San Francisco. He is a very kind person and he helped me greatly. Over the years that he helped me, he brought my life to a much higher standard. My husband drowned and I was diagnosed with a fairly rare cancer (pPNET) that took a year of chemo to bring me to the point of being called in remission. 

The chemo was extremely strong and it created in my legs, etc, Lymphedema and Lipedema. I became a recluse. I figured that was the way I would live the rest of my time, quietly at home. Dr. Lukaszewicz, as I mentioned, was very kind to me and brought me out of my inhibitions, more, or less. He kept apprised of how my appointments went and he would give his input where the lymphedema came in as a factor in my treatment. Most doctors are not extremely well versed in lipedema/Lymphedema and would eventually lump everything under the heading, “lose weight and you’ll feel better!” That didn’t settle well with Dr. Lukaszewicz

Since he is a perfectionist with the treatment his referred patients receive as was he was with the treatment he himself gave to his own patients. He ended up giving me more of his time than he was required. He does not like to see people feel bad and tries to remedy it. He is a healer of the complete person, not merely the obvious health issue. I was grateful.

I tried to find him a few unusual, but nice gifts that I knew he might enjoy. He seemed to enjoy them with more thanks than I have witnessed from anyone for a gift prior. It made me feel good that he seemed to enjoy getting them as much as I did giving them.

After one appointment Dr. Lukaszewicz asked me if I might like to become a friend. He said that friends could not be patients, so I dropped him as my doctor. I had read that doctors and patients had to go through a waiting period too, but I had no idea how long. Around 3 + mos. Later, I went to the ER with chest pain. I thought it could be a heart attack, but was told it was an infected gall bladder that needed to come out. I asked the ER doc if he could ask Dr. Lukaszewicz if he could observe. Well, about a week after I got his number to leave a thank you message, I was served at home with a TRO restraining order, supposedly from Dr. Lukaszewicz. Never in thousands of years would show me such kindness and then through me into worse peril legally. It has been a nightmare!

Catch up to current. I found out through various processes, not the least of which was that Dr. Moayeri was not very subtle, that she has manufactured various forms of torment for me. For one thing she brought back a psychiatrist friend of hers, Marija M. Petrovic, to get me as her patient and interrogate me as if I were a spy in WWII. She pretended I had several major mental illnesses that she put in my chart. I had been lured to see her only because the woman who approached me said she was someone nice to talk to. She was not. She only asked me about Dr. Lukaszewicz and made a few accusations at me, including that she insinuated I might hurt him. That was so strange that I went out and got a lie detection test and passed with flying colors. I gave her a copy of it. 

She was a very cruel person and happened to call my cell phone when I was staying at a hotel to get some rest. Marija M. Petrovic said the most mean, hurtful things to me that anyone could say to anyone, much less her patient. She said that Dr. Lukaszewicz was embarrassed by me and that I said things I never said that made him sick and that he did not like me at all.  Funny (not really) how they keep attacking me from that angle. I do not know entirely what he thinks about me, but I know we have lovely conversations and like many similar subjects, authors and travels. 

I suddenly began having other strange things happening around Kaiser, like people using whisper campaigns and making derogatory comments about my clothes, weight and tests would come out being done badly, painfully. Naturally, a nurse is not going to say she purposely jammed needles in both my arms so that my arms felt electric and with a feeling of shock. I was told by a security guard, Edward Souza, that Dr. Moayeri brought back Marija Petrovic from the place she had been working since prior at Kaiser to "get RID" of me. That could have a variety of levels, but it sounds very ominous. It also sounds very bad considering she has a serious breast cancer diagnosis made up for me and was rushing me into surgery. As I got an outside exam and I was told no cancer, I held off the pressure to get surgery. I wanted to get Dr. Lukaszewicz to observe, but for no reason, Mike Guasco hit me with a 5 year restraining order instead. He is a terrible person.

Let’s put it this way, Dr. Moayeri has done more through her minions; it is like she thinks she is too good to talk with me. 

One day a while ago, Dr. Lukaszewicz called me from home (where he lives with co-owner Dr. Moayeri …...and then suddenly he sounded frightened. He hung up, so I called his local PD, there was no caller id.The officer I spoke with said that he knew the house and that the woman who lived there was an abuser. He said that I should ask for a welfare check, so I did. The attorney Dr. Moayeri has decided to hitch her wagon to a low quality Kaiser contract attorney, who had been a part of a drug dealing family. Like Marija M. Petrovic, he is extremely cruel. He treated me like garbage and had everyone scream at me, which I am pretty certain has something to do with my MS brain lesion. He obviously wants to give me some kind of terrible traumatic event to try and cripple, or kill me.. 

Mr. Guasco and Dr. Moayeri further joined forces to torment me at a top level. He is able to use Kaiser money to subvert justice and gets a result that he and his client want. She hired him to give me a TRO legal order that is about his limit when it comes to law. She put it in Dr. Lukaszewicz’s name and had it forged by her friend, temporary psychiatrist Marija M. Petrovic, who was supposed to interrogate me and then manipulate me into killing myself, but Dr. Lukaszewicz heard about it and saved me. I hired a handwriting expert who verified my claim as did two others.

Dr. Lukaszewicz has been kept prisoner by Dr. Moayeri and Mike Guasco and he is taken back and forth to work from home. They restrained me so I could not help him. Everything they say about me are lies. Mr. Guasco yelled in my face that he could keep me restrained forever. Dr. Moayeri never even faced me, all she did was grab the Kaiser “attorney” and have him throw a restraining order on me with no chance of fighting it. Mr. Guasco admitted that he was keeping me from getting an attorney. I have no idea how that is accomplished. After it was past the initial hearing, I got an attorney, but Guasco took him over and my thousand dollar deposit was wasted, because my attorney dropped me as a client. Dr. Moayeri has been a part of my terror every step of the way. She has been harassing me for a very long time now; always trying something different. She even had me jailed for no reason. She and Mr. Guasco use the court system as if it were their personal system of twisted justice. Dr. Moayeri is a coward. She will not face me to even talk things out. She has been blindsiding me for years. She is behaving like her city police said, which is abusive. She is not normal.

What Dr. Moayeri did to me was have a radiologist, Dr. Marianne Moon in Daly City terrorize me under the guise of doing breast biopsies. She made threatening gestures with a long needle, jabbing at me and then roughly took out large chunks of my breast and axillary region. As she did that, she berated me and said that I take things that don’t belong to me and that I get everything I want, that I am a bad person and on and on. I was so much in shock, it was hard to process. I realized she was speaking on behalf of Dr. Moayeri. From what I got about her, it always seemed like she spoke about Dr. Lukaszewicz as if he were her possession, not an equal human being and business partner. He does not (just like anyone) deserve to be held captive (is she so twisted that she thinks it is normal to do to a person, or do this to me). If she and Mr. Guasco are not holding him captive, she needs to let him be free to do what he wants and live like anyone else. Does she seriously think that keeping a person restrained at work and home, would warm them to you? That shows very poor judgment. Terrible profession for really bad judgment all around. 

One of the extremely worrying things is what the outcome of all this is to be? Mr. Guasco is not a kind person, (drug dealers rarely are) I don’t know how Kaiser could be so off on their hiring policies. Maybe it is because they are doing cruel things by kicking people off with previous conditions (to joining up the insurance rolls) by setting them up (framing them) and then making it appear they have done something bad to a Kaiser employee give them a TRO (restraining order) and have an excuse to dump them from Kaiser insurance rolls. That is Mike Guasco’s job, but he also made himself a freebie attorney to Kaiser doctors…..but look out, that freebie can come back and wallop you in the face. He is an opportunistic predator. You will not be let off as a free lunch, because there ARE NONE! I believe Dr. Moayeri has become entangled in that kind of situation now

with Dr. Lukaszewicz being held captive and may be able to find no way out (except a final one). Dr. Moayeri is being desperate by taking away a person’s basic right to civil liberties. It is so rudimentary. It is frightening. That is not someone I would  trust to be trolling around in my skull. I think that if Kaiser heard about her eccectrisities they would pull her from the line up (SHOULD)!

Please help free a fellow surgeon and help free Dr. Lukaszewicz. No one has the right to keep a human being as a pet. Dr. Moayeri needs to get some help and stop attacking people as if she has the right to do so.

An attorney named Mike C. Guasco gave me false restraining orders that were forged and made no sense and the judges of San Mateo County Superior (6) of them, just pushed them through. The restraining orders were supposed to have been from my doctor, but actually they were put into my doctor's name by his business partner who is jealous of me. I found out that his signature was forged by the friend of the business partner My doctor spoke up in court and sided with me and spoke of me in kind and sweet tones. He was ignored. It has become apparent to me that the judges were paid to side with the partner's point of view. I was supposed to have given my doctor gifts over the years that he did not want. Yet, he sent me notes and called me to thank me. My doctor, Dr. Gregory C. Lukaszewicz, works at Kaiser (South San Francisco ) and so does the contract attorney as well as does the business partner, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri works at Kaiser (but, in Redwood City) . Mr. Guasco carved out a niche for himself at Kaiser by offering himself as indispensable by getting rid of patients who have previous conditions that are expensive. Mr. Mike C. Guasco manages around the healthcare act's previous conditions clause, by getting rid of them AFTER they have been accepted. He sets them up to be given FALSE RESTRAINING orders by a Kaiser employee (in name only) and then has someone forge a signature on the court docs and then has an actor pretend to be the Kaiser employee in court. The actor plays the part very well in court and of course the Plaintiff wins and then Kaiser has a good reason to kick off the falsely accused member from the insurance rolls. Many attorneys have noticed the large influx of TROs filling the CA courts. Mr. Guasco learned how to do TROs and then forgot any other law. Kaiser does not sully their inhouse attorneys for that slimy job, they leave it for the contract attorney. (Mike C. Guasco, was a part of a drug dealing family) then went to law school to learn TROs. I would not be surprised if he paid someone to take the Bar for him; he is not bright. Mr. Guasco tried to kick off a quadriplegic man with a lie, but an attorney with a brain John W. Busman, protected him and he won. Mr. Guasco helps give free legal to Kaiser doctors, but from what I have noticed, it seems that Mr. Guasco is picking them to take advantage of them. he tries to provide the doctors with fantasy legal and knows he is promising them with illegal fantasies and uses Kaiser money to get the judges to compromise their ethics to do a deal for Guasco. He is taking Justice out of reach of possibility for most people. I am sure Guasco takes a slice of each transaction. Mr. Guasco illegally had me thrown into jail with false contempt charges. I am sure it thrilled his jealous client. I am sure they have been hoping they have been making me so upset that I will kill myself, they tried hard, but I am still here! Now, Dr. Moayeri has been hands on trying to kill me with Mr. Guasco's help! She had a radiologist terrorize and torment me while pretending to do a breast biopsy (5 core) also ranting at me and calling me names and berating me saying I take things that belong to other people and that I get everything I want. I was put into a terribly tight mammogram machine after the removal of the large chunks of my breast and I was bleeding profusely with blood dripping to the floor in a puddle. It was torture, not testing. Naturally, I was told I had terrible, serious cancer 2.5 cm and needed to get surgery RIGHT AWAY, "OR I WOULD DIE!" I wanted to wait until the most recent false R.O. was over, so I could have my hero, Dr. Lukaszewicz come and keep me safe as he did before for my gallbladder surgery. He always looked after me. So, now Dr. Moayeri is attacking me and trying to murder me (She has done it twice. I tried to call Dr. Lukaszewicz after the false R.O. was over (I called the court to be certain). So, as expected I was not allowed to speak with him, Guasco serviced me with ridiculous old papers that were recycled old ones, that even had the forgery on top. I mentioned it and he removed it. Mike Guasco is a joke. Without Kaiser money paying off judges, Guasco with win nothing. By the time the false restraining orders are over, I will have been under them at least 10 years! Of course, Dr. Moayeri is not only restricting my movement, she is now a kidnapper! She is keeping her partner physically restricted! He is taken to work and at work, he staying behind a locked, buzzer door, with his phone restricted and his every move watched. I am sure it is getting him down. The authorities are compromised and will not go check on him. His captor does not love him, she wants his money. I also think the predator attorney, Guasco will do something to steal her money and they will both forge a will of Dr. Lukaszewicz's and make him disappear! I keep wondering if Guasco threatens, or bribes. It cannot be perpetuated. Our system of justice is crumbling under his destructive watch. He is a dullard. I think he learned TROs then he gave up. There is something so pathetic about him. He will try and become the top dog by taking from others. It is the easy, thug way to riches, like the drug dealer way to the top. I used to tell him how ashamed his mother would be of him. Anyway, I liked it better when attorneys seemed to have ethics and law librarians actually knew how to look up a case, or a paralegal knew what they were doing.  It must be weird for you to go between Guasco false law and the real deal. I know it was a stroll into the Twilight Zone for me ....At the beginning of this farce, I found Judge Livermore's phone number and kept calling his retired ass and asking him (on his vm recording) how he could do what he did by just trashing me the way he did. Guasco has had me under this thing since late 2015 really.  I thought I was in a wait period to be a friend of Dr. Lukaszewicz. He is not married to Dr. Moayeri, but she wants him to be her robot. She is keeping him as a sex slave, after she removed all the unnecessary (to her) parts.  It is so cliche that she is holding him as a prisoner and she is from Iran. She knows he will not be able to take it all that much longer. I believe she really wanted to isolate him, so she had both his parents done in. (My theory about his dad, but his mother was killed by Marija M. Petrovic. (monster.) I beg you, do not give in to Guasco style "law". I went to a fly by night law school ages ago, but you went somewhere honorable and well regarded. My old friend, Jimmy Napoli went to Santa Clara, but is retired now. He went later in life after being a teacher for a while. Anyway, Guasco smeared me so badly that I could not understand why I was being turned down to hire an attorney. He cannot have anyone opposing him, otherwise he cannot win.  I was speaking with John W. Busman about it. We were thinking of busting Guasco, but Guasco threatened him, I guess, because John dropped all that talk. Weird, a thug goes to law school (I guess anyway)  and turns it into a criminal enterprise for a large healthcare organization. Getting rid of costly patients with pre-existing conditions. He made a way of getting around the healthcare act's best provision, but attorneys noticed, John Busman noticed. Moira Hogan noticed and told me Guasco was a very bad person. 

All the sordid business does not sit well with me. I do not like what is being done to Dr. Lukaszewicz. He called me one time when he was frightened, that was when the PD was uncorrupted, but Guasco got to them and messed up all that nice honesty. Money bothers me; it's just too bad it runs everything. I want the truth; if that is impossible, forget it. I hope that you could please go with the fact that the TRO was never valid in the first place. For one thing, who gets a TRO for giving your doctor gifts for taking so much time and effort for you and you getting thank you notes and phone calls in return? We enjoyed talking to each other. We enjoyed all the same things. We laughed and enjoyed our time together.  I was only there during my appointment, but it was made to sound like I was hanging around all of the time. I sometimes spoke with him after my appointment, if he called me over and only for a few seconds. They were trying hard to make it into a big deal. I was gradually being set up and then Moayeri brought Marija M. Petrovic  back to Kaiser and I was set up to become her patient, so she could kill me. She gave me 5 major mental illnesses, for God's sake......after 4 office visits!!! I did not even need a psychiatrist! I was told she was someone nice to talk to. I was solicited in the ER of all things and said okay to get rid of the woman. That was my first mistake going to see her! Kaiser is an absolutely corrupt, weird place, where anything goes. Ugh!  Poor Dr. Lukaszewicz, mixed up with a crazy person keeping him at her beck and insane call. He needs rescuing......NOW!

Kaiser Permanente violates the healthcare act, by getting rid of patients with previous conditions!

Kaiser Permanente has allowed cruel contract attorney, Mike C. Guasco to rid Kaiser Permanente of their patients they had to accept with previous health conditions, by framing them as having done something awful to a Kaiser employee, by giving them a TRO (an emergency restraining order to make it look really bad/serious). He has been picking on those he knows are low income, by obviously picking first on those with financial assistance, so he knows they will be least likely able to be able to hire an attorney (Easier prey that way, especially since Mr. Guasco "somehow" gets judges to go along with him, no matter how little the case makes sense, or how little he follows laws, or court procedures.)

I have been one such patient at Kaiser, but Mr. Guasco has adapted it to fit my situation too, but he is also victimizing the Kaiser employee too, the doctor! My doctor, Dr. Lukaszewicz is a kind, caring, gentle person. He helped me with my complicated healthcare issues and picked up helping me with my healthcare problems where other doctors refused. 

I am a senior widow whose husband drowned while out sailing in the San Francisco Bay alone. I was diagnosed with MS after having survived a rare cancer called a pPNET. I went through the years,  difficult treatment for it right after I buried my husband of over 20 years. It was a horrible time. I became a recluse. I went nowhere. Life felt over. My legs and other parts of my body began swelling up and painful. I was diagnosed with lymphedema and lipedema. I would get terrible heavy looking and my legs were fat and twisted and ugly. 

I was referred to a vascular surgeon. He was very kind and understanding and unlike other doctors who looked at me and called me fat and turned me away; he had compassion and understood and called me a victim of my circumstances and understood that I was lucky to be alive from my rare cancer and helped me, rather than ridicule me for my size, as did the other doctors before him.

He gave me the emotional strength to be less of a recluse and made me feel motivated to want to help others, like he did me. I began a walking group for others afficted like me and who might feel too shy because of their size to go out in nature and exercise alone. It was popular and I had over 300 members. 

I was so grateful, I gave my doctor a few gifts over the years. He had made me feel human again; I could not just let that go unrewarded. He was always appreciative and thanked me kindly and with deep gratitude. We had a lovely friendship within the confines of doctor/patient. He is an above-board doctor. He had even been the President of the local, San Mateo County Medical Association.

I was feeling a lot of pain which seemed to come from my chest one night and I was worried about a heart attack. I was told that my gallbladder was infected and needed to come out. Since my doctor was also a Harvard surgeon and somebody I trusted implicitly, I asked the ER doctor if he would ask Dr. Lukaszewicz if he would observe my surgery. I was nervous and he would make me feel safe. I was in the hospital from Tuesday night until Friday afternoon without hearing a word, but after the surgery, my surgeon told me Dr. Lukaszewicz observed my surgery and had even seen my "fatty liver" (how embarrassing)! I asked the Patient Relations manager, Bertha Ponse, if there might be any way, I could call Dr. Lukaszewicz and thank him? She called me later with a number and I left him my thanks for keeping me safe.  A floor nurse told me that he had even come to check up on me. That was like him to be so responsible and concerned for a patient. 

Around a week later I was still at home recovering, when I got a strange knock at my door at my Millbrae home. It was a "shave and a haircut" knock which I later because to understand was the process server's knock, unique to himself. To this day, it makes my blood freeze and my heart stop.

Kaiser contract attorney, Mike Guasco had put together a very weak premise, ridiculous emergency TRO restraining Order. It said I gave my doctor, Dr. Lukaszewicz, unwanted gifts and that I behave romantically toward him. It was bizarre and so antithetical to his lovely nature. I figured that somehow Kaiser, after several years, had decided they did not like my gift giving and were cracking down on it. I was worried I had gotten him in trouble and they were punishing him through me. It just did not seem like the way an insurance healthcare provider would handle things. 

As time went by, it became clear that it was not my doctor's restraining order; he was not angry with me and they never again brought up the absurd thing about my behaving romantic again; I guess it sounded better to have something salacious in it to get a judge more involved in it, besides perhaps compensating him for maybe overlooking a few things. It was the sleazy contract attorney's restraining order; he had been giving them to innocent Kaiser patients for quite awhile, but for them, they were too costly in the care to keep on the  books, so their crime was to have a previous health condition that Kaiser did not want, so Guasco framed them big time and made them sound too awful for Kaiser to have to keep. One man, the man who was a quadriplegic, was able, to Guasco's surprise, was able to get an attorney; an attorney who actually knew law, not just how to throw a false restraining order at someone innocent and poor. 

One time outside the courtroom, where again my evidence was ignored by a judge and my doctor was not there, but the paperwork was filed with the court said he was there, (but my adult son said he was not) and his signature was forged, Guasco got two inches from my face and screamed at me, "I CAN KEEP YOU RESTRAINED FOREVER!! " and he ran away!! I ran after him saying, "what a big man, running away from a woman with twisted legs and MS!

That terrible man had me falsely put in jail and told me HE WAS GLAD HE DID IT! I was CHAINED AROUND MY WAIST, MY HANDCUFFS ATTACHED TO THAT CHAIN! CHAINS IMPEDING MY LEG MOVEMENT! THE SHERIFF YELLED AT ME TO HURRY UP! NO HELP GETTING MY HEAVY, SHORT, CRIPPLED LEGS INTO THE VAN! THE SHERIFF AGAIN CRUELLY YELLING AT ME TO HURRY UP AS HE PULLED HIS ROTUND FIGURE INTO THE VAN WITH THE STEERING WHEEL!

Dear Editor:I'm a senior citizen widow,former cancer pt w/MS.I'm being harassed & brutalized by Kaiser Perm's Contract attorney,Mike C.Guasco.Mr. Guasco violates Pres.Obama's provision that healthcare can't discriminate against patients w/prior health conditions by getting rid of their patients w/prior conditions by accusing them of false illegal charges & drags them to court under false restraining orders.Using a Kaiser employee name,a forged signature & an actor in court to cry & act indignant.Mr.Guasco seems to pick not only ill people,but those w/too little money to hire an attorney.I suppose Kaiser then has a reason to kick out a patient they feel costs them too much $,getting around the Obama Care law in a roundabout way.Kaiser knows & allows it to go on.Guasco used his template against me for other reasons.I gave my Doc thank you gifts for saving my life & it made my doc's domestic partner,Dr.Moayeri jealous,so they pretended my doc gave me a restraining order.He did not.His signature was forged(expert verified)He stood up for me in court.He was ignored.I was sent to jail.I gave the DA my evidence,he ignored it & put me through a terrible trial.Kaiser has lots of money,28 bil.(Hint)I don't.It's been six+ years of torture.Worse,they're keeping my doc,Dr. Lukaszewicz, SSF Kaiser,hostage/prisoner & guarded @home & office since he stood up for me.I need help,so does he.My life has been threatened,they gave me a false breast cancer diag.wanted me in surgery asap,a year ago,Dr.Moayeri is a surgeon!YIKES!I have no cancer!They want me harmedAvoid Kaiser!
