Kaiser has become more corrupt with the addition of the outside contracted law firm of Buty & Curliano! attorney, Mr. Guasco faked up evidence using mental manipulation, threats & lies. they attack the most vulnerable, the patients who are paralyzed, or in low financial status so they cannot fight back. Mr. Guasco abuses the law and uses TROs and ROs  (temporary and regular restraining orders) as weapons, not the way they were intended; to protect abused people. then, he blacklists people, so no law firm will allow them to hire an attorney. Mr. Guasco uses lies and forgery and "somehow" gets judges to go along with him. he stuck an attorney, Charlie Smith, on me and pretended he was from a bar association program that supplies attorneys to low income criminal defendants! mine was civil, plus i didn't even finish the form! it was all fake, and Mr. Guasco had me thrown into jail under a fake restraining order, and of course, made up the contempt charges. I kept the Kaiser CEO,Bernard Tyson, VP, Mark Zemelman and a Kaiser Board of directors member informed about everything, and what did they do? NOTHING!! Guasco is saving them money! If you want to be railroaded, into a nightmare, by all means, go to Kaiser! They allow doctors free legal perks, so they can have their legal fantasies fulfilled!
Jeff is telling the truth, and i have been following his story with his son Tyler. there are many similar issues in both our stories, except, Mr Guasco forced one of my doctors to file the RO against me. i did nothing wrong, and yet they forced my doctor to file a false restraining order against me! Jeff is a good man, but they smeared his named and made many unfounded accusations against him and threatened him with jail!
shame on Bernard Tyson for letting this criminal behavior go on! He knew about it all!

Mr. Guasco, (Kaiser attorney)

Is it you, or Marija Petrovic who has everyone connected with the case yell at me? I think it is you now under her direction. Why? You try and sabotage anything I try and do for my RIGHTS. You JUST RECENTLY did it! You know, not everyone stays quiet, especially if they are charged with conspiracy! What reason do you give them to make them go along with you,?

Instead of all the subterfuge why not just be honest? Why have everyone YELL at me and call me crazy? It sounds like Marija Petrovic when she hacked my FB page and wrote crazy stuff to me as if it were one of my HS friends. My mental health is always challenged since she falsely loaded me up with 5 mental illnesses in merely 4 office visits, so she could discredit me and so she could speak openly about me as if I were a threat. She forced Dr. Lukaszewicz to play along. After seeing what kind of operation your crew has been running, and all the childish and embarrassing "mind games" you both pull, it is obvious that it isn't MY mental health that should have a light shined upon. None of it would have been successful without getting absolutely 100% cooperation by those coerced into it. Of course you win, when you stack the deck in your own favor.  Nothing clever about that. Just thug mentality. STOP IT! It is BENEATH YOUR PROFESSION!

Grow up and be a real attorney. 

Marija Petrovic may be a hopeless case; CRUELTY SEEMS TO COME VERY NATURALLY TO HER, but you seem not far behind.  She does not improve the quality of life, she tears it down to a critical degree and the really terrible part is that she feels justified in doing it. That sounds narcissistic and like a sociopath.  No human being should do what she does, but most certainly not someone who is supposed to heal. It is criminally negligent.

YOU, Mr. Guasco have contacted  MANY people I have attempted to honestly incorporate in my attempts to find justice for myself and you smeared me in order to have them reject me, so you could have a clear shot at defeating me. What do you do? Threaten them? Use KAISER money to pay them off? Tell them I am some smarmy criminal? (THAT title is YOURS ALONE!)

You could not fight a legal battle on your own wits and intelligence to save your life! Plus you recruit a crew to help you! Your standard M.O. is to use security guards to do much your dirty work and then get them other, better, more permanent jobs at Kaiser. Both Mr. de Guzman and Mr. Souza are prime examples. I know you do it elsewhere in the Kaiser system too. You get people to forge and lie and even steal, don't you? Is THAT how your wife got all the controlled substances?

Do you understand why I think that you are targeting Dr. Lukaszewicz in a predatory plan to keep me away from him, so you can take from him and maybe steal his identity and then maybe "remove him from the equation?" Mr. Guasco, you are merely a crook with a law degree! Did you have someone else take any part of the tests for you, because, sorry, but without all your tricks and smoke and mirrors, you are a piss poor attorney.    

You are keeping me restrained from Dr. Lukaszewicz because you saw in my lie detection test, that I would do nearly ANYTHING for him! This ABSURD restraining order against me, will damn you, if you try and do anything to steal from, harm, or force anyone on Dr. Lukaszewicz! You are NOT helping him, you are stopping him from getting help! He is your PRISONER and I am a SCAPEGOAT! There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON  TO KEEP ME HELD UNDER A RESTRAINING ORDER FOR GIVING HIM A FEW GIFTS, AND EVEN IF YOUR ROMANTIC OVERTURE STORY WERE CORRECT!

I believe you are trying to force someone on Dr. Lukaszewicz (Marija Petrovic, or Mr. Souza, who whined that he had "known him longer, so it is unfair!" ) so that they can have access to his finances and possessions! I believe you feel you will get a substantial payday out of it! You KNOW that keeping me restrained is a KEY element to hindering your efforts! Mr. Guasco, I am going to put your crooked, smarmy tactics so far and wide, everyone will know you and how you operate! People are already getting a clue and it won't be long until your crooked operation is shut down.

Do you think that ALL of the people you involved in your underhanded ways will stay quiet, if they are charged with conspiracy? It will soon be obvious that the one common factor in every underhanded thing you have done to me will point back to you, or one of your minions!

Stop it all NOW! 

Your LIES and threats will not work forever! You will go down! The judge in Oakland has already gotten your number, and so too have several attorneys, as it appears.

Marija Petrovic, Mr. de Guzman, Mr. Souza, etc are your core conspirators, they WILL crack under pressure!

You circumvented the DA, so he would not find out your case against me is bogus! You say you can restrain me forever. No honest judge will allow that. You have overstepped your abilities. You act so nonchalant about the way you mock the justice system with all of your forgeries, lies and manipulation of the system!

I will not allow you to victimize Dr. Lukaszewicz any longer! He is a VICTIM, not a Plaintiff! 

DROP THIS FALSE RESTRAINING ORDER!

YOUR CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR HAS CAUGHT UP WITH YOU! STOP IT NOW WHILE YOUR CAREER CAN (POSSIBLY) STILL BE SALVAGED! STOP MAKING ME THE SCAPEGOAT FOR YOUR CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES! YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CARRY THEM OUT WITHOUT EVERYONE KNOWING WHAT YOU HAVE DONE! 

How will you EVER explain Charlie Smith's part in it all? He was in NO program, so WHO paid him to keep me quiet? Who is the obvious choice? YOU!

Do you understand how much this thing has hurt me? I have gone through anguish each day. I have complained about it from square one, and no one did anything! That isn't right! No matter what it was for, it should not have involved my being tormented! Mr. Guasco has given me nightmares! I write about this EVERY DAY! Think of how you would feel! It has been frustrating and terrifying! How did Mr. Guasco get judges involved? Money? How did he get Charlie Smith involved? Money? This was REAL COURT! Mr. Guasco forged documents he turned in to the court! He had me jailed! There we LIES everywhere! I was mentally abused by Judge Novak! Mr Guasco taunted me and said he could make the restraining order go on forever! Who would agree that a gift giving widow, who did NOT say anything romantic, or do anything toward my doctor should be restrained for 5 years, or....? Chris Brown got something like 18 months of a restraining order and he beat the crap out of Rhinna! I gave a few gifts that were accepted and I was thanked! WHERE IS THE CRIME IN THAT? I SHOULD BE TOLD THE TRUTH! OTHERWISE, I AM JUST GOING TO THINK THAT I WAS A SCAPEGOAT SO MR. GUASCO COULD DO HIS PREDATORY THING, OR HELP A SHADOW CLIENT, WHO IS GIVING HIM A WAD OF MONEY!

To Whom It May Concern:
I believe that Mr. Guasco has a personal vested interest in this case. It has felt that way all along. It is either that he has a predatory interest in Dr. Lukaszewicz, or he has the interests of a shadow client at the forefront. Either way, it is a conflict of interest. Telling me that he can keep a restraining order going indefinitely merely because I "seem" like I want a relationship with Dr. Lukaszewicz is absurd. He should retire his crystal ball and deal in facts. This has been an insult to law and human decency and it would take no great amount of research to see that Mr. Guasco is restricting me for his own purposes. He has sidelined Dr. Lukaszewicz and has made it all go according to his own wishes. It may have been the plan all along and I was merely the scapegoat. If this absurd restraining order is not ended immediately I WILL seek damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment. I will seek damages from Mr. Guasco, his law firm and from Kaiser and I will seek his other victims to join in! This could be a MAJOR lawsuit!!! I KNOW Mr. Guasco has hurt many people with his frivolous lawsuits! I do not understand his exact motives, but money has to be at the heart of it.

I want the courtesy of a response, because the silence does nothing but make me feel you don't take me seriously. I want a notification that the false restraining order has been dropped.

It truly appears that Mr. Guasco takes an inordinate interest in the daily workings of Kaiser. It is if he is always looking for someone, or situation to prey upon and create problems where none existed prior. I also think it is beneath Kaiser to allow Marija Petrovic to spy on patients and create problems to hand over to Mr. Guasco to process. That is certainly how it has been in my case. She has spied on many of my appointments and directed doctors on what to say, or not. She has hacked my emails and made harassing phone calls to me. What kind of crazy KGB style place are your running? It is insane!

I believe it is all primarily due to the law firm and Mr. Guasco. Did it not ever cross anyone's mind that Mr. Guasco's former wife was arrested so many times for controlled substances, and there he was working for hospitals? You have handed the running of Kaiser in the Bay Area over to someone predatory, and very likely demented. I have seen him lie with such ease and such a look of innocence that it seems pathological. He harms me so easily and what seemed to be an attitude of feeling I should be grateful for his abuse.

I believe having Mr. Guasco so ultimately in charge of a hospital, is like giving him carte blanche to do any predatory fantasy he could imagine.

Again, Dr. Lukaszewicz has not been even present in the most recent extension. His signature was not on the court document, he was not present and he wrote no statement supporting the extension. It was ALL Guasco! HE IS A CRIMINAL AND I AM CONCERNED ABOUT DR. LUKASZEWICZ'S SAFETY!!

Please contact me. I want answers. I want the R.O. dropped.

Mike Guasco, twice arrested attorney with Kaiser hired Law Firm Buty and Curliano, Oakland, CA, married to a many times arrested woman for possession of controlled substances, has made life for me Hell. He and his "crew" of Marija M. Petrovic (Kaiser Psychiatry, Daly City) Edward Souza (went from Kaiser security guard to janitorial, Kaiser SSF) Emanuel de Guzman (went from Kaiser security guard, to communications, Kaiser SSF) all had a hand in harming me. They did such ugly things to me; it was reprehensible and shocking and it continues... They are destroying my life. I believe there is another person who is involved as a "shadow client" and if I am correct, she is behind it all. If she is the one behind it; I will find out, expose her and she will find out what it feels like to be reviled and live the nightmare life she created for me; except I did NOTHING to deserve it!

Mr. Souza went to court and lied about me and would harass me at Kaiser SSF. He would scream at me and not allow me to rest on a bench, or even allow me to sit on one when I was waiting for a ride home directly after surgery. Marija Petrovic got me as her patient, and would make harassing, ugly, cruel phone calls to me and would say they were on behalf of my kind doctor. His extreme kindness belied that assertion of hers. Mr. de Guzman, accused me of doing something inappropriate to my doctor. He was, on occasion, someone who would give me some helpful information, but it was transient. I have been treated like human waste at Kaiser, South San Francisco, CA and no one in upper management, or one woman on the board will step in a help me against my attackers. In fact, I was told by Edward Souza that Marija M. Petrovic was hired to come (back) to Kaiser just so she could "get rid of you as Dr. Lukaszewicz's patient!". I was psychologically manipulated, by Marija M. Petrovic, from Serbia, into getting a restraining order. It is nearly a well oiled machine conducted by the most brainless of twits, but when there is an attorney, like Mr. Guasco working against you with lies, forgeries, court connections and forcing upon me an attorney (Charlie Smith) who was more an abusive guard than attorney and merely kept me quiet and ran me down to the judge with lies whenever possible. (I am sure he is available for parties, weddings, Bar Mitzvahs and funerals too!)

No one connected with Kaiser has tried to help me. I have complained many, many times to people at the very top, on down. NOTHING!

They all ganged up on me for the atrocity I committed: Giving my dedicated, caring doctor a few thank you gifts. I am surprised I am not on death row!

Kaiser attorney, Mr. Mike Guasco indicated that he could keep me restrained as long as I still seemed to sound like I felt kindly toward the doctor (wanted a relationship, as he put it) I have never said anything about a relationship, one way, or another to him. I have said how nice the doctor always was to me, but never said I expected more. This is not the way restraining orders should be controlled. I have not even tried to see Dr. L. Mr. Guasco is sadistic and for the lies he tells, swearing to them in court papers, and by providing the court with forgeries of Dr. L's signature; it makes Mr. Guasco a criminal. He knows how demeaning it is to me and he wants to make me suffer. He smugly said he can keep me restrained as long as he wants. Mike Guasco, who put a false restraining order on me,  seems to forget that he is NOT actually the plaintiff, but I guess with all the forging of the Plaintiff's signature and speaking for him, he has either decided he has sufficiently stolen the Plaintiff's identity to make that assertion, or he thinks he is the actual owner of the Plaintiff. As you may infer from what he has asserted about Dr. L, aka: "Plaintiff",  is that the ONLY Plaintiff there has ever been is Mr. Guasco HIMSELF! I believe that Mr. Guasco is controlling the forced plaintiff's life. It is wrong, it is bizarre and it is scary. I believe Mr. Guasco has been forcing a Stockholm Syndrome situation on the Plaintiff. I believe the ersatz Plaintiff's life is in danger. Mr. Guasco has been arrested twice and had a wife who was a criminal, as she was arrested many, many times for possession of controlled substances. That is suspect when her husband has been an attorney for hospitals and has forced himself on a doctor to file a restraining order against the doctor's supporter and avowed protector and who gave him all powers of attorney and put him in her will. Mr. Guasco has committed even more crimes by filing papers with the court that have forged signatures of the doctor in them. Mr. Guasco abuses his position of power against others.   

Mr. Guasco has proved himself unfit to have the doctor under his watch. I ask that he be removed from the doctor and that the doctor no longer be held under this false restraining order. I believe it puts the doctor in a dangerous and untenable position. Mr. Guasco falsely had me removed merely to make perpetrating his plan that much easier. Mr. Guasco will hold me under this false restraining order until he is completely ensconced in his predatory plan, or I have died. It would have to be until I died, because as long as the doctor is in danger I will never give up on making certain he is safe. I have no doubt Mr. Guasco has the heart of a predator. It is due to the cruelty, lies, misinformation and gaslighting perpetrated by Mr. Guasco and his gang that has led me to my conclusion. As long as Mr. Guasco subverts the law and judicial systems, I will fight back!

Open letter and opinion to Kaiser Permanente and their Law Firm, Buty & Curliano, from the experience of a recent/current victim...ME!:

You who do multitudes of illegal maneuvers against me feel you can lord over me like you think you are so pure and above board, when in reality you are the most vile of hypocrites and criminals! I am honest and truly care about people, but you are actual predators who feel you are above me and act so sanctimonious, yet are the darkest and cruelest of reprehensible violators of decency and law!

You cannot behave legally and honestly, because you are afraid to be revealed as the liars and criminals you are; it would not fit in with your sordid agenda! You pervert the law, keep victims from their civil rights and then mock them. (Judge Novak, even mocked me about my desire to assert my civil rights). What would you call someone who does that to you? You certainly would have plenty of really choice sobriquets for them! You cannot allow people to exist in freedom, because it does not suit you, or your insecure wealthy shadow clients, or your demand for adherence to some vague, but frightening arcane rule to create a "loyalty" (family) of sorts. It is reprehensible and will only cement the attitude of the public that you are all disgusting, to be avoided and should be brought down.

Kaiser seemed to be doing a fairly decent job of fighting back from an abysmal reputation it had, but this law firm is dragging them back to Hell at record speed and into an even hotter place! I used to read __Jury_Verdicts_Weekly_ and the Kaiser entries were enough to curl my hair. Then the atrocities seemed to subside somewhat, but this unholy alliance with a law firm has now found a deeper new low to take them! They CONCOCT legal matters against patients and even their OWN employees! Why? B&C seem to want to make themselves indispensable by creating legal nightmares, by going on the attack from WITHIN Kaiser! They appear to be allowing some mentally twisted doctors to have the ability to have free legal fantasies carried out for them, or also the firm will pick on the less fortunate patient victims (low income, or limited health capacity) by creating a reason to legally (illegally) attack them with a restraining order to sully them and keep the upper hand over them. They file the defendant  with a police database to further create an unsavory picture of them. (It is all based on psycological control, which is where the input of Mr. Guasco's "hit woman" psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic, from Serbia comes in.)

How much can a poor patient, or severly health challenged patient fight back? Then, in court, the law firm attorneys cripple the innocent unrepresented defendant even more by lying about them and having ex-parte meetings with the judges and incorporating threats and false incarceration. They will keep moving goal posts so that restraining order ending times will never allowed to be met. Lies are told without evidence to back them and "miraculously" the judge buys the new time frame. It is not law, it is a TV reality gameshow with everything stacked in their favor!

They attack their own doctors to create subserviant employees: a cult of fear. That is NOT law! It is a maniacle dictatorship with law as a weapon, not a defensive necessity!  Kaiser is run as a dictatorship, with henchmen like Mr. Guasco. & his hitwoman, Marija  Petrovic., to stage plots to entrap innocent victims and use lies and forgeries to carry it out! They victimize their own doctors to create a strict line not to be crossed! They use forgeries on court documents, just in case the doctor is unwilling, or does not "need" to know what is being done in their name.

Kaiser and their law firm do not have a harmonious place where people, "Thrive" , they have created a foul dictatorship with frightened subserviant Stepford, robot type doctors and employees. This behavior between Kaiser and their law firm, has become too prevalent; they have overplayed their hand. It has come down to using attorneys who are not, "legal eagles" , but merely street thugs, who could not come up with a proper citation, or hit it "on all fours" to save their lives, so they make them up, and no one cares! It is easy when the judge is already a "team player!" No need for decent attorneys when there is no possibility of losing. Keep the poor defendant hobbled, put out a good lie about them, make them a pariah and it is all "sewn up!"

They have become so blantent and emulate disgusting dictators enough, I would not be surprised to see the day they just throw their innocent victims into oubliettes, or into cages of hungry dogs to tear them to shreds. My European ancestors put their victim's heads in spikes. Is that next for them, or have they already painted enough of a visual image to do the trick for their frightend and beaten down doctors, etc. ? Many dictatorships end with a coup...

Viva la revolution!

The more prevalent the illegal activities of the ugly symbiotic relationship between Kaiser and their hired law firm go on, the closer they will become to being completely exposed and shut down. This  seems to be a case where the hired help have taken control of the master and Kaiser is in so deep they cannot extricate themselves.

People will allow themselves to be beaten down only so long before they gather strength in numbers and righteous indignation.

That is when the revolution will occur.
