KAISER FILES FALSE RESTRAINING ORDERS PREEMPTIVELY! TO WEED OUT THE "HERD and SAVE MONEY!!"

Kaiser Permanente gets rid of undesirable patients who may sue, or somehow cost them too much money, by preemptively hitting them w/fake lawsuits! 

They put Kaiser employees' names on the lawsuits and use actors in court. That way, if a patient is draining Kaiser's money, or has a potentially valid reason to sue, they make up salacious lies about them, hit them with a restraining order and smear them like mad and it gives the judge(s) a bad impression of them, so their potential lawsuit is blown out of the water and the patient is  gone and the $$money$$ it cost to care for them is saved.

TO KAISER IT IS ALL ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE!$$$$$ They want patients WITHOUT PROBLEMS, WHO DON'T COST THEM MUCH!

They did it to me. They tormented me until I nearly DIED!

They did it to the father of a brain injured son.

The bottom line to Kaiser and their crooked law firm? 

MONEY!

Tyson allowed terrible things to go on at Kaiser; things that need to be investigated.  Their law firm, Buty & Curliano are criminals and are trying to take over Kaiser. They do awful things to patients. They hit patients with pre-emptive restraining orders, to stop potential complaints and force employees to have their name on them and then use actors in court. Attorney Mike C. Guasco, twice arrested, has been noticed to file an inordinate amount of restraining orders. He hits the most vulnerable patients who could cost Kaiser money and accuses them, before they can cause trouble for Kaiser. It keeps money for Kaiser and their reputation looks clean. It is NOT! The act like they own their doctors and get right up in their personal lives! I was given a restraining order for giving my doctor thank you gifts for his excellent work for me.  It made someone unhappy, so they forced my doctor to have his name on a restraining order against me. His signature was forged in the restraining order. It is DISGUSTING what goes on at Kaiser. If I were Tyson's family, I would have an autopsy done and look for a needle mark.......

State of Captivity~

I want to be happy in my life again

It starts with a look in your eyes

I know you’re a captive with locks

At your feet and punitive daggers of lies

They marched you around while under 

control

And picked at your heart and threatened your 

Soul

Your freedom of thought is not free at all

I only loved the one that I knew, who challenged

And does the right things, but palliates few

I long to escape the draconian world, where

Who adhere to an anthem that is mockingly sung

The disease that they show is an obvious fix

Possible cancer fueled by the stress from FALSE LAW!

Cancer

I am worried I may have breast cancer. I survived

another rare malignancy around 20 years ago and 

have been fine, but this stress has been hard to 

take and it also fuels breast cancer. There is NO 

QUESTION THAT THIS IS A FALSE R.O. 100%.! 

PLEASE! I am BEGGING YOU, please end it! This 

is exactly what Kaiser attorney Mike Guasco 

wanted! The stress has set me up for cancer!

Letter to Law Enforcement:

I have been left in the dark over this situation and that is not normal for anyone. I think I have been pretty reasonable in the face of the unreasonableness that has been given to me. Most people would not be able to deal with it this long. It has not been nice, legal, or fair.

Had I not been financially compromised at this time, which is what my attackers counted upon, plus blocking my ability to find legal help, it has been closer to terrorism than anything. This should never have taken place in a country that touts freedom and civil rights, it has been a field day of abuse, of which I believe I was never to have survived. It has been a sadistic game wherein my opponents held all the cards. It has been horrific. Shooting me dead would have been more humane than this awful treatment. Torture of innocent people, is not in our Constitution. This was tantamount to spitting on our basic rights and it needs to never happen again. It is a serious situation and of great concern.

Institutions Under Threat

Dear Enforcers of Law and Justice,

I believe that Mr. Guasco, of Buty & Curliano smeared my name to the point that 

I am perceived as a monster, but I cannot get anyone to tell me what was said, 

or the source. I know it was done to my HOA President and another one in the 

group, but again, they will not say anything, but do not deny it. But they treated 

me like dirt before I even knew them and the HOA president said, "you lower 

property values."  This is the type of people with whom I have been dealing, 

Mike Guasco and Petrovic. It is obviously why Judge Novak lit into me with 

fiery diatribes right out of the gate, by calling me out on my mental health and 

acting as if I were the Devil's twin. It is ironic that they smeared someone who 

is so much the opposite of what I have encountered as a reaction to me, before 

they have even heard me speak! So much of what Judge Novak said to me sounded 

like it came directly from the mouths of Marija Petrovic and Guasco. I would so 

appreciate to find out what has been said and if there was a source named. That 

is a miserable way to treat a person, but again, it was also done by Guasco against 

his current victim, Jeff Lusk, who is a retired Coast Guard officer and one of the 

kindest individuals with whom I have ever spoken. Mr. Guasco smeared him by 

saying Mr. Lusk had a gun and was threatening Kaiser employees with it. Where 

does it end? Mr. Guasco has bent the law so far back it could see its own rear! 

It is dirty and outrageous and so beneath the sanctity of the legal profession! 

The corruption methods with Guasco seem to have no bounds! He truly IS a 

cancer that MUST be STAMPED OUT! It is not law, it is just thuggery! It is 

deep, dark and shady and it is vicious! He is causing terror and destruction to 

innocent and kind people! It is hard not to think that goodness and decency are 

anathema to him!  

This is a new world of cruelty and technological secretive bullying of which I have 

no real understanding, but have been thrown into the deep end by those who feel 

it is just a "part of the game!" I thought the justice system was meant to find 

the truth, not played like "Game of Thrones" where "anything goes!" People need 

to be suspicious if someone is smeared to them, not accept it as true. Good, 

honest people believe in fairness, not this covert means of winning at any cost! 

It is vile and reprehensible and should be stopped, or any semblance of what was 

the Legal and Justice Systems will be gone forever. I have been beaten up pretty 

hard by Guasco and his team member Petrovic. I believe she has been trained in 

espionage in her native Serbia and has implemented her "tricks of the trade" here

in the USA and using it to sway the law via Guasco and make it implode. I am not 

going far out on a limb by saying they are attacking me to keep me from being 

close to Dr. L, so they can use his money for THEIR GAIN! They have 

been forging his signature on court papers with abandon and if he is not 

cooperative with them, they will steal his identity completely and do away with him,

or he will lead a miserable life as a captive, until he dies.  He needs to be rescued. 

He should live a life that HE desires, he certainly deserves it! 

Guasco and Petrovic made a devious plan by subverting the R.O. laws and pitting 

Dr. L against me, the one they knew who was dedicated and loyal enough

to fight for him and care about his welfare. He knew I would care about what 

happens to him and so did they. It is why they forced me to be 

Marija M. Petrovic's patient, so she could confirm my feelings for him. It was 

insidious and yes, like a spy movie. Marija M. Petrovic is trained as a spy and she 

has Guasco as legal muscle, while Kaiser's deep pockets provide the money to use 

to "paper" their way! I do not like being a patsy in their terrible activities and it 

hurts to see our legal institutions being used as a toilet!

Please help stop this travesty! 

Giving false testimony in court, in support of a restraining order or anything else, is the crime of perjury. That’s true whether the testimony is in oral or written form.

Kaiser attorney Mr. Guasco has a LOT to answer for! Nearly everything he did, or said was perjury!
