Attorney Mike C. Guasco used forgery and lies in a false legal case against me, now I may have breast cancer from the stress.

Marija M. Petrovic and Kaiser hired attorney, Mike C. Guasco, for law firm, Buty & Curliano, for five years treated me brutally by gaslighting me, making cruel plans against me and used false law to have me jailed, merely to help benefit a jealous client of theirs who wanted me out of the way because she was afraid of my friendship with a doctor she was worried about losing.

After five years of being subjected to absolute Hell, by those two and the obvious deep pockets of Kaiser at their disposal, I have now been
told that I very likely have
breast cancer.  I will get biopsy results Wednesday. I believe there is a direct link between the constant bullying, lies, taunting and horrible worry to which I have been subjected and my health situation today. (Biopsy results: CANCER!)

I have proven that those two used lies and forgery as their mainstays and no other explanation but bribes as their means of making judges turn a blind eye to their stories that were so full of holes, even a moron could see through them!

I had no attorney. "Somehow" they were kept from my being able to hire them, but when they wanted me to look represented, forced their own on me and had them pretend they were from a Bar Assn. program that I found out I was never in, nor did I qualify to be in. Their attorneys merely told me to shut up and allowed me to be railroaded and jailed.

They wanted me out of the way for their client and based on the cruelty they used against me, considering my
health conditions, they actually wanted me dead.

Now, facing what the doctor says is most likely breast cancer, they may just get their wish.

Both Marija M. Petrovic, Psy and
Mike C. Guasco of law firm Buty & Curliano, as well as their client, belong in prison.

I will fight with my last breath to see them behind bars where they belong....right next to their client!

I am a widow , rare cancer survivor, have MS and have a brain lesion and yet Kaiser allows their hired attorney, Mike C. Guasco, of CA law firm Buty & Curliano to brutalize me for 5 years because someone was upset/jealous that I gave my doctor thank you gifts that he kept, for helping me so much and for and asking him to come observe my surgery. Mr. Guasco screams at me, put me in jail and wrote me an email saying he was glad he did it! I found out that giving INNOCENT Kaiser patients false law (restraining orders) is Mr. Guasco's specialty. He is such a "great" attorney that he appears to attack predominantly those who are severely handicapped or poor. I guess that he makes up for his lack of ability, he beats up on those who cannot defend themselves. He does it to make certain the poor, or disabled do not have any complaints against Kaiser, especially if warranted. Hit them even with absurd restraining orders and judges seem to not even care that they make no sense, they just keep cranking them out. I suppose those with deep pockets can give the judges ju$t the right motivation. I hear Mr. Guasco was made partner of Buty & Curliano after he bagged me with a false R.O. Yeah, a crippled widow laid low is quite a coup. I am sure Trump will be pinning the medal of freedom on Guasco before long, especially if Guasco can add in a blind mother with a baby and two children with cancer, that is....
I never thought attorneys would look at another attorney as giving them a bad reputation, but I believe Guasco has cornered that market! What better attorney to drag Kaiser back down to their former bad reputation than an attorney who seems to delight in seeing people suffer. I mean, really, doesn't a quadriplegic man have just too much fun in life already? Might as well add some faux law in to make his life more "festive", right?

Mr. Guasco said he could keep me restrained forever, I am so glad I could add a warm thought to add to his cold, winter's evening.

4.5 years of a restraining order for giving my doctor a few thank you gifts that he accepted and for which he thanked me! WTF? And for which I was JAILED? Money must be flowing!

My doctor's signature was forged (expert testimony) and when my doctor refuted the entire false R.O. in the courtroom, no one paid attention to him and I went to jail, sick as a dog with MS!

Can anyone think of a more cruel/sadistic person who is not a current president, than Mr. Guasco and the law firm of Buty & Curliano? Probably not.

Kaiser is allowing their law firm to attack their OWN patients with FALSE LAW if they are afraid the patient has a LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM!

So, what I have found is that Kaiser's attorney, Mike Guasco appears to blacklist the opposition, so they can't find an attorney and they are left representing themselves. It seems that if he has an even competent attorney opposing him, he cannot win. I have witnessed him lying like a fountain to judges and also seems to enjoy the use of Kaiser's extremely deep pockets! At even a whiff of a possible law suit, or complaint, Guasco seems to enjoy the use of pre-emptive strike TROs and makes the patient look bad before they can hit Kaiser with a valid complaint. That way the Court figures the patient is just annoyed that they were busted for being a bad patient in the first place.  Kaiser employees are used as plaintiffs and then actors are used in the courtroom. Mr. Guasco was married to a woman who was arrested for controlled substances, it could give you carpal tunnel scrolling through them all. Guasco himself was arrested twice. He seems very familiar with the wrong side of the law...but not in a good way. Guasco is a great attorney.....if his opposition is bound and gagged and the judge likes the color of green,  then his law is "magical!"

I have been in a lot of pain and I cannot be in contact with the only specialist, 
Dr. L, outside of Arizona who deals with my issues, so I am suffering.

Anyway, I want you to know that Kaiser has been complicit with everything that 
happened to me in this atrocity. My complaints were ignored about all of the 
attacks on me and they ignored the terrible treatment their law firm of Buty & 
Curliano, especially through their partner, attorney Mike Guasco, who has been 
doing to the Kaiser patients they feel might cost them money, for one reason, 
or another, by hitting them with faux legal pre-emptive strikes (TROs) to weaken 
the credibility of the patient in the eyes of the Court from having a legitimate 
complaint taken seriously. They use the names of Kaiser employees on the 
complaints and actors to represent them in court. It is insidious. 

It has been the same tactic used against me only modified to fit my situation. 
I believe Dr. M. was upset that I gave presents to Dr. L, because of the 
attention he gave me for my complicated health issues and got Mr. Guasco to 
put Dr. L on as Plaintiff against me after she brought Marija Petrovic back to 
Kaiser to basically beat me up to get me to stop being a patient of Dr. L. (As 
confessed by Edward Souza, security guard, who is involved in this situation 
and who was heard by my witness to say it ). 

Dr. L was put into a terrible position. He knows that I trust him implicitly and 
understood that he could not speak up, but when he did speak up in court, it 
was ignored and Judge Novak sent me to jail anyway. I told him that if he ever 
needed, I would be the scapegoat, but it was never agreed upon, but I seem to 
be more than that. Guasco turned me into a punching bag. He does not like 
our friendship and would love me dead. That is why he screams at me and has 
others do it too. He wants my health to kill me. I still think he and Marija Petrovic 
had direct involvement in a death. They are just that cold blooded.

Mr. Guasco is clever at street smarts and has made, no doubt, a good cover story
for all of his devious actions. He has help from Marija M. Petrovic who is a 
psychiatrist from Serbia who makes entrapment plans to harm innocent people. 
She behaves in a covert manner and seems to have special training and carries 
out her plans in an efficient and methodical manner without emotional 
involvement. It was frightening for me to think that a cold blooded person like that 
was in control of Dr. L and stealing his identity by forging his signature. As I have 
mentioned, it began looking as if Dr. L might be more of a target than me. That 
would mean Dr. M was involved in the entire matter. I believe she was worried that 
Dr. L might wander from home and she would lose his income. That is a 
significant reason to have heavier powers involved.  

They had me watched for quite awhile, it was very evident. I am observant. 
I wrote many, many complaints to Kaiser, but got no response. My online account 
was shut down. My personal life was attacked in many ways. It was too obvious 
and it happened during the time of Marija Petrovic's rehire. She is Kaiser's Hitman 
and comes and goes as needed.

She began working at Kaiser many years ago, maybe 15, or more (look at her 
Kaiser pic, very old pic) and was on the 3rd floor in Dr. L's same area on the 3rd 
floor. She comes, does a job, then leaves after the heat is off. She claims to be in 
Florida now. I am sure she felt she had better run and avoid any spotlight. 

I kept Bernard Tyson and Mark Zemelman apprised along with one of their board 
of directors. I never heard back. When I had a long conversation with Mark 
Zemelman, Kaiser exec. V.P. , he broke down and became very emotional and 
screamed and rather cried and told me to write it down and send it to him. I kept 
sending him the same emails as I sent to Mr. Tyson. I told them what was being 
done by their hired law firm in the name of Kaiser to help them save money, by 
discrediting patients with potential legal and reputation worries for them. They 
quickly hit the patient with a TRO and suddenly the potential Plaintiff changes into
the Defendant, looked down upon and suddenly rendered into a pariah, instead 
of a patient with a credible complaint. Then Guasco and Kaiser's deep pockets 
pave their way through the Court and anyone else who can be compromised. I 
know Mr. Tyson on down, knew of the disgusting way their law firm was/is 
behaving, but billions in profits were too hard to resist. 

I do not appreciate being used as a nonperson who can just be thrown around 
and victimized by cruel, compromised Judges and attorneys, etc. I have been 
traumatized and have avoided most medical care out of fright, which is why I 
asked if Dr. L could be in attendance for my surgery and why I am in terrible pain 
from my condition getting out of hand to the point now, that I am in constant pain 
and can barely walk. It froze me into feeling I could go nowhere. Thinking about 
this situation is a daily routine. 

It feels helpless and frightening. They have been invasive. I have had my voice 
taken away and discredited so no help has been forthcoming. I battle sadness 
because of it. My worry for Dr. L has been excruciating and frustrating. Being 
handled by cruel Mafia acting types is not a safe atmosphere. Mr. Guasco 
discredits my attempts to keep Dr. L safe by calling them my means of stalking 
him. From what I was told, the police report in SSF says I was obsessed with 
Dr. L. That is a false police report and purposefully incendiary to make police turn 
a jaundiced eye toward me. It is reminiscent of the Guasco/Petrovic methodology 
of smearing their victim. If a similar devious person were to take the opposite 
approach, they could say the same about Dr. L, for all of his 
"beyond the call of duty" kindness he did for me, but of course he is too important 
to them as their property to be maligned, and they have criminal intent.

Dr. L does not have free will at Kaiser and possibly at home too, they own him 
from top to bottom. I think it gets to him too. He is their prize Harvard surgeon, but 
basically a prisoner. They even put up a wall around his office after this thing 
started, no doubt to give him many thoughts about being restrained himself, or 
that I was a danger to him, rather than the truth, that I would give my life to save 
his.

So, I am a victim who is being dragged through a blind-to-truth (for me) system if 
Justice and am deteriorating as I go along. I could have cancer. I cannot sleep 
from physical pain and worry. I cannot live normally. These people representing 
Kaiser are ruthless, they do not care about my suffering at all and Guasco, et al 
are doing a form of this to other innocent people all of the time. Ask Jeff Lusk he 
goes through worse Hell than myself. Mr. Guasco and Buty & Curliano harm 
relentlessly. They need to be stopped.

Kaiser Permanente keeps letting their law firm hurt innocent people!

Kaiser's hired law firm of Buty and Curliano, through Michael C. Guasco, hurt me, by using entrapment plans manufactured by a temporary hire, named Marija M. Petrovic who I was told was "specifically hired to get rid of you!" Her primary goal was to get rid of me as my doctor's patient and stop me from ever being able to see him in any manner ever again. Why and who did my presence bother? I did nothing wrong and neither did he, but she set it up to look like I did something wrong and then used the false information to get me a restraining order with my doctor's name on it and her forgery handiwork in it. Nothing I said or did, made any difference, nor did my doctor refuting it in court even matter.

Covert expert Marija M. Petrovic it seems, has recently beaten a hasty retreat to Florida.....

This hideous abuse of law and an innocent person (me) has gone on for 4 years now. It has taken a toll on me in many ways. I am suffering from a possible breast cancer situation now, from all the stress it has caused me.

I didn't have enough money for an attorney, but magically one appeared as "my" attorney claiming to be from a Bar Assn program, but he was not. Instead of helping me, yelled at me all of the time and told me to "SHUT UP," told the Judge untrue complaints about me, cleared the courtroom so the judge could ream me out with bizarre lying tirades so intense, I passed out. When the judge had everyone return and I was called to be a witness, she heckled me from the bench and called me stalker as I walked past her. Then she interrupted me with each thing I said and had most of it stricken from the record. Somehow, the judge found me guilty and sentenced me to 5 days in jail and a fine. It made my MS kick in and I was intensely dizzy and nauseated, but no one cared.

It was all a part of the Kaiser hired law firm, Buty & Curliano's customized template for railroading innocent Kaiser patients into getting emergency restraining orders as a preemptive attack against them, before they could perhaps have a chance to hit Kaiser with a legal matter. I certainly do not think it is a legal enterprise. Kaiser is saving time and money by making potential (but innocent) plaintiffs look bad in the eyes of the court, so that any legitimate complaint the patient might have, looks merely like a vindictive, retaliatory move. 

It amazed me at how many others involved themselves in the small pleasantries of two people (my doctor and myself as patient) and made them into "News of the World" and blew an innocuous relationship intentionally and completely out of proportion. The covert Kaiser people who were involved in setting me up, made a fake message line for my doctor to entrap me and "somehow" put the phone number and his email address in my chart and then left them for me to see online (Later, they shut down  access to my online account to me altogether). It became my last resort of contacting my doctor after they accused me of doing something untoward to him. I was looking for answers from him, because no one else at Kaiser would help me. In essence, I was left in a burning building with only one route of escape and upon availing myself of its safety; I was basically arrested for using it.

Throughout the entire matter, I was pushed into looking guilty by someone hired to do just that. Kaiser has a "hit man" they hire temporarily to get rid of those patients they deem in one way, or another as a "problem" to them. That method has since been replaced by one much more streamlined, but just as insidious: now they just use the name of a Kaiser employee on a false restraining order against a Kaiser patient they assume might be a "problem patient" monetarily for Kaiser sometime down the line, or if they think a doctor has misbehaved and the law firm wants to cut the possible accuser off at the pass, so the law firm uses a preemptive strike in the serious form of a restraining order (a TRO) against the patient and lie about them committing some lewd act, or other sinister accusation that prompts the employee to be forced into seeking a restraining order against the innocent patient (victim). In short, they frame innocent patients. Then they use an actor in court to play the "maligned" Kaiser employee.

The innocent patient who may have an actual claim, instead becomes a defendant and is rendered too tainted by the preemptive false restraining order to be able to seek a remedy for their own legitimate complaint. The court looks at them with a jaundiced eye and and decides that the innocent patient's claim of malpractice, or other offence, is specious and seen to have been done merely out of disgruntlement for being caught out for their own "bad behavior" which necessitated in the "abused" Kaiser employee into being forced to protect themselves against an imagined offender. It is all created B.S. from the start. Kaiser hurts innocent patients to keep them from being a potential drain Kaiser's resources, or reputation. 

The Kaiser hired law firm assess the patient's situations, keeping a very close eye on patients with possible legitimate complaints and if it seems that red flags pop up in one way, or another, they use the war and sports strategy: "The best defense is a good offense." If you keep your opponent forever in a game of defense, they will never win. Accuse before you can be accused. It is used in politics too; accuse the other side of the crime you are planning to commit yourself. Judges will assume your opponents are merely being retaliatory and have no actual legitimate complaint should they file one.

My advice: don't tip your hand, keep your hospital complaints to yourself; they will merely set you up up for a false preemptive legal attack. Have an attorney listen to your complaint, if it is bad enough. Fly under the radar, especially at Kaiser, where, I have found "the walls have ears."

It is too bad that a medical place of healing feels they must be so double dealing.

It seems like Kaiser looks at all their patients (through their law firm's eyes) as potential enemies, not people looking for help for their pain. While lovely, friendly, concerned propaganda goes out to members and potential members, an insidious danger in the form of their law firm lurks just under the surface ready to pounce and make your life a living Hell.....just like they did to me and an innocent quadriplegic patient and currently a father of a seriously brain damaged son, who was merely looking for answers for what was happening in regard to his son's situation. The Kaiser hired attorney, Michael C. Guasco, partner of Oakland law firm Buty & Curliano has been instrumental in making life Hell for both father and son, by giving a false restraining order to the father using the name of a Kaiser employee who was represented in court by an actress. The father happened to know the named employee, through his business office dealings with her and the person in court crying and pointing the finger of blame at him, was not she. The father is a retired Coast Guard officer and has financial struggles and is the sole caregiver to his son 24/7 and even knowing that situation, and the restraining order is false, Mr. Guasco still threatens the man's attempts at defense, with jail. The father was smeared with lies that happened to sound reasonable because of his past profession. They claimed he was threatening Kaiser employees with a gun! (a "little" on the nose!) Why no assault charges? The man is unable to hire an attorney, because they are too expensive and because they will often not help a defendant in a restraining order case; they are considered guilty before being found innocent, so if you cannot afford an attorney, or have been blacklisted, you WILL BE CONSIDERED A FILTHY, VILE, RESTRAINING ORDER PERV!

Kaiser has sunk to an all new low.

And they did it to me too.

Why? Because I gave my doctor gifts of gratitude for his exceptional hard work and dedication to my case and doing me the favor of observing my gall bladder removal surgery to make me feel safe.  I had not seen, nor communicated with my doctor for 97 days with no problem, but one week, or so, after leaving a thank you message on a voice messaging line for him (number given to me by the Patient Relations manager) I was served a TRO that said I gave my doctor unwanted gifts and made unwanted romantic overtures. I had no gifts refused and was thanked for them and I am not someone who does that twisted romantic sort of thing, they just wanted to get the attention of a judge to sign off on the TRO. But, Mr. Guasco must have "forgotten" to tell the judge that the last time I had seen that doctor was 97 days prior! So why give me a TRO, (which is meant to protect against immediate bodily danger) 97 days after I had last seen him? Guess the judge was very trusting of Mr. Guasco's veracity (first mistake)! I have witnessed Mr. Guasco lie to the court with the ease of water going over falls. It was astonishing to witness that prodigious display of meteoric mendacity!

What has been done to myself and to other unfortunate victims of Mr. Guasco and the Law Firm of Buty & Curliano, who put their stamp of approval on each paper Guasco filed, no matter the lack of veracity in the documents (or the forging of important signatures of those supposedly involved) has been nothing less than a nose thumbing at the entire system of justice. Mr Guasco appears to believe that he is in complete control of it all and will face no repercussions for any of his misdeeds. He acts like he owns the courts and the judges; well, with Kaiser deep pockets, maybe he DOES!

And if anyone thinks Bernard Tyson was not informed about the obvious nefarious deeds of Mr, Guasco and Buty & Curliano, think again. I have kept him and his upper echelon management and CEOs quite informed with nearly every mode of communication used today, including the highly touted Twitter route. The result? Mostly being ignored or blocked. They either know and want to bury their heads in the sand, or figure that I am too insignificant to be taken seriously. It is appalling!  What was Bernard Tyson's cause of death? No one telling? Did his conscience finally get to him about preemptive strikes and it was an "easy way out?"

I am a senior widowed woman, rare cancer survivor with MS and other issues that were as a result of the year long harsh, experimental chemo. Subsequently, I was told by a neurologist that I have a MS brain lesion. Stress is notoriously bad for my condition(s) and Mr. Guasco knowingly has made certain that my stress level is raised by the outrageous way he has me treated by himself and those who are his co-conspirators.

Guasco had me jailed under a false restraining order and said he was glad to have done it to me. It is an example of his anti-social mindset of feeling that whatever he does is justified. I believe many sociopathic/psychopathic/narcissistic murderers justify their deeds that way too, from what I have read. No remorse for terrible things they do to others. I saw online that Mr. Guasco had been twice arrested and had been married to a woman who was caught an astonishingly amount of times with controlled substances. (Was it a family business?) It just seems to me that Mr. Guasco appears very comfortable on the wrong side of the law. He has broken it many times in regard to me, that is for certain!

How does Gua$co get judge$ to go on the offense for him? Conduct kangaroo trials? To brutalize, mock and jail innocent people such as myself? I gave my doctor some gifts of gratitude for all his help, when other doctors who did not understand my health issues would not! Since when did being grateful constitute a crime?

I believe my doctor and the staff who have been made/threatened/forced to participate even to some degree, or had their name used without their knowledge, deserve remuneration. It seems that Guasco doesn't mind putting those people at legal risk either. I guess he has decided that whatever means he uses will justify it all by getting the ends he desired. After all, it helped to get him law firm partner!

It is my wish that someday, it will get him a cozy jail cell with blood on the floor, like mine had.

There is so much more to tell.

I hope other victims will be courageous and step forward.

It is sad that Kaiser allows their doctors and staff to be implicated in the terrible deeds perpetrated by attorney Mike Guasco and his firm, Buty & Curliano, just as they did to my doctor. Maybe jobs are threatened? Or does it get more sinister? It needs to be investigated and discovered. More people will get hurt, or possibly even die. It needs to stop!

Tell Kaiser they are committing crimes through their unethical law firm and it will no longer be tolerated!
