Kaiser Permanente OWNs their doctors! They file restraining orders against patients using the doctor's name and force the doctors to go along with it! I gave my doctor a couple of gifts of thanks for his exceptional care for me, which made his doctor domestic partner jealous, so Kaiser attorney, Mike Guasco, put my doctor's name on a restraining order against me! I have gone through 5 years of HELL, because they invaded my personal life too, created false contempt charges, threw me into jail because of them and now that the restraining order was expiring, I was served with a TRO (a preliminary restraining order , for emergency protection situations). AGAIN! For what reason? FOR WHAT I MIGHT DO! THAT IS INSANE!

They have made up ugly lies about me, blacklisted me with attorneys, got my HOA against me, police won't respond, or listen to me, etc, etc! Why would a Superior Court judge sign off on a TRO for what I "might do?" Give gifts for which I was thanked profusely? The faint of heart would not be able to endure what I have endured. I found out that most judges can be bought and that 5 years of torment can make MS worse and create a breast cancer diagnosis! Is this Trump "presidency" influence? We now live in a lawless society.....unless you are wealthy! What does judge bribery go for nowadays, anyway?

Kaiser acts like they own their doctors, body and soul. They poke their noses into their personal lives and they give free legal services from what appears to be the most unethical attorneys on Earth. Those attorneys commit pre-emptive strikes against patients they fear could have a reason to complain. The patient is hit with a TRO (TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER) so they are basically frozen from doing anything legal back, otherwise it would look retaliatory. Also, the visits of doctor and patient are often monitored to keep an eye on things. A Northern CA Kaiser hired attorney, Mike Guasco, gave a TRO (The worst kind to get, because it makes the defendant seem very dangerous) to a quadriplegic man (patient) who Mr. Guasco claimed, "spat on a nurse." Please! That is the ONLY LIE one could make up about someone in that situation! Kaiser hired "hit men" to set up undesirables and gather false evidence about them. Then deep pockets are liberally used and judges are bought. They "win, win" that way! They put innocent people in jail and scream at them and smear their name in the legal community, so no attorney will take their case. The security guards are used as helpers and often found permanent jobs for completing their tasks. I was legally (illegally) attacked at Kaiser for 5 years. SSF Kaiser is set up as spy central. They make electronic traps, false message numbers, emails and have assistants spy on doctors. Mr. Guasco has used Kaiser employees as Plaintiffs in cases and then used actors in court. It is dirty, abuse of court and as illegal as Hell. It appears that there is no depth to which Kaiser attorneys will not stoop to put forward their agenda. It is reprehensible!

Kaiser uses covert spy methods at their hospitals for entrapment! Not even their doctors know!

Kaiser South San Francisco has tapped lines on their doctor's phones! They admit that they put certain blocking on particular numbers and listen to the messages on others. They do not apprise their doctors that it is being done! They set up entrapment plans for patients they want to harm with false legal actions and remove from the Kaiser system! They force their doctors to accuse the innocent patient of wrongdoing! It happened to me! It has been a nightmare!
There is much more to tell! I am frightened!

• Cheryl Petrovich: My doctor's jealous domestic partner was jealous, so she got Kaiser's freebie law firm to put my doctor's name on a restraining order, then they forged his signature, made up contempt charges and threw me into jail. I was so sick from my MS, I could barely walk, or hold up my head. They have bribed judges and kept me from getting an attorney. Then they forced one on me by saying he was with a program. He wasn't. He only yelled at me and kept me quiet. He had the judge clear the courtroom and she reamed me out so badly, I had hives all over my face the next day. She said such cruel things to me, none true. It has been 5 years of nightmares! Now cancer! I can see why, my life has been HELL for over 5 years!!

Attorney Mike C. Guasco used forgery and lies in a false legal case against me, now I may have breast cancer from the stress.

Attorney Mike C. Guasco and Kaiser "psychiatrist" Marija M. Petrovic

Marija M. Petrovic and Kaiser hired attorney, Mike C. Guasco, for law firm, Buty & Curliano, for five years treated me brutally by gaslighting me, making cruel plans against me and used false law to have me jailed, merely to help benefit a jealous client of theirs who wanted me out of the way because she was afraid of my friendship with a doctor she was worried about losing.

After five years of being subjected to absolute Hell, by those two and the obvious deep pockets of Kaiser at their disposal, I have now been
told that I very likely have
breast cancer.  I will get biopsy results Wednesday. I believe there is a direct link between the constant bullying, lies, taunting and horrible worry to which I have been subjected and my health situation today. (Biopsy results: CANCER!)

I have proven that those two used lies and forgery as their mainstays and no other explanation but bribes as their means of making judges turn a blind eye to their stories that were so full of holes, even a moron could see through them!

I had no attorney. "Somehow" they were kept from my being able to hire them, but when they wanted me to look represented, forced their own on me and had them pretend they were from a Bar Assn. program that I found out I was never in, nor did I qualify to be in. Their attorneys merely told me to shut up and allowed me to be railroaded and jailed.

They wanted me out of the way for their client and based on the cruelty they used against me, considering my
health conditions, they actually wanted me dead.

Now, facing what the doctor says is most likely breast cancer, they may just get their wish.

Both Marija M. Petrovic, Psy and
Mike C. Guasco of law firm Buty & Curliano, as well as their client, belong in prison.

I will fight with my last breath to see them behind bars where they belong....right next to their client!

I am a widow , rare cancer survivor, have MS and have a brain lesion and yet Kaiser allows their hired attorney, Mike C. Guasco, of CA law firm Buty & Curliano to brutalize me for 5 years because someone was upset/jealous that I gave my doctor thank you gifts that he kept, for helping me so much and for and asking him to come observe my surgery. Mr. Guasco screams at me, put me in jail and wrote me an email saying he was glad he did it! I found out that giving INNOCENT Kaiser patients false law (restraining orders) is Mr. Guasco's specialty. He is such a "great" attorney that he appears to attack predominantly those who are severely handicapped or poor. I guess that he makes up for his lack of ability, he beats up on those who cannot defend themselves. He does it to make certain the poor, or disabled do not have any complaints against Kaiser, especially if warranted. Hit them even with absurd restraining orders and judges seem to not even care that they make no sense, they just keep cranking them out. I suppose those with deep pockets can give the judges ju$t the right motivation. I hear Mr. Guasco was made partner of Buty & Curliano after he bagged me with a false R.O. Yeah, a crippled widow laid low is quite a coup. I am sure Trump will be pinning the medal of freedom on Guasco before long, especially if Guasco can add in a blind mother with a baby and two children with cancer, that is....
I never thought attorneys would look at another attorney as giving them a bad reputation, but I believe Guasco has cornered that market! What better attorney to drag Kaiser back down to their former bad reputation than an attorney who seems to delight in seeing people suffer. I mean, really, doesn't a quadriplegic man have just too much fun in life already? Might as well add some faux law in to make his life more "festive", right?

Mr. Guasco said he could keep me restrained forever, I am so glad I could add a warm thought to add to his cold, winter's evening.

4.5 years of a restraining order for giving my doctor a few thank you gifts that he accepted and for which he thanked me! WTF? And for which I was JAILED? Money must be flowing!

My doctor's signature was forged (expert testimony) and when my doctor refuted the entire false R.O. in the courtroom, no one paid attention to him and I went to jail, sick as a dog with MS!

Can anyone think of a more cruel/sadistic person who is not a current president, than Mr. Guasco and the law firm of Buty & Curliano? Probably not.
