Mike Guasco, Kaiser hired attorney, from Law Firm Buty & Curliano, keeps giving me FORGED false restraining orders for NO REASON and FOR FALSE REASONS! I believe that he is doing it because my doctor wanted to become my friend and Mike Guasco wants to keep him from having his freedom to do so! Then, he threatens my doctor to stay quiet, or only say what he is instructed. From what I believe to have have found out is that Mike Guasco's real client is a Dr. Moayeri, my doctor's domestic partner, who through a work colleague, threatened me and tormented me while taking biopsies for breast cancer! Dr. Moayeri hired Mike Guasco (a Kaiser "perk") to put her domestic partner's name on a false restraining order and then piled on false contempt charges to get me thrown into jail!
Mike Guasco KNEW that I was supposed to have breast cancer surgery and that I did not trust a place where a doctor threatened its patient by waving a long needle in her face, berating her and calling her names and then, when the patient was bleeding profusely, had her go for a mammogram that was squeezed down so hard the pain was excruciating and blood flowed out to the floor, like juice from a pressed grape!
So, when the false restraining order was over, I called my doctor's office and left a message asking if he could observe my breast cancer surgery to keep me safe, just as he did when I had my gallbladder removed. A few days later, Mr. Guasco had me served a TRO under my doctor's name, but he had nothing to do with it. Mr. Guasco was so lazy, he used copies of old paperwork, but changed the dates! He acted like he owned the judge and did not even present a case, no reason at all, and asked for a 5 year restraining order and got it! At first the judge said 3 years, and I said, "but I'll be dead by then" so Mr. Guasco with no compassion, but obvious sadistic glee said he wanted 5 years. That meant that Mike Guasco DID NOT CARE IF I DIED UNDER HIS FALSE RESTRAINING ORDER! My doctor looked tired, thin and as if he had been beaten up. A police officer from his city had said to me that "men aren't the only abusers, women can abuse too!" That meant to me, that my doctor/friend, Dr. Lukaszewicz, was living with an abusive woman, Dr. Moayeri. He looked and acted like someone who had recently been abused. I think she has Kaiser people watch him and keep him from freedom!
Mike Guasco is NOT my doctor's attorney; he is the contract attorney for Kaiser and what I have heard from victims, is that what Mike Guasco does is abuse the law and uses it falsely to take advantage of innocent Kaiser patients, like me. It is awful! I believe he picks on those patients who are low income and who have health problems, even serious ones and attacks them using the names of random Kaiser employees and then uses actors in court to portray injured parties as Plaintiffs. Kaiser's VERY deep pockets seem to explain why so many of his false cases seem to just glide on through, without much reason and barely hear of a defense. Attorneys are either too expensive for the victim, or Guasco manages to blacklist the Defendant, or supplies them with one, who does nothing for the Defendant, but makes it look like it was an even playing field. HA! What a joke! Guasco set it up that my attorney seemed to come from the Private Defender program, but he was not. I did not even qualify. He yelled at me (I believe Guasco tells them to yell) and told me everything was my own fault. That was Charles Smith IV. He even had the Judge (Novak) clear the courtroom and she just reamed me out with lies and bizarre insults! She sounded insane. I had hives all over my face the next day!
Guasco even gave a TRO to a quadriplegic man and a man with a son with a traumatic brain injury. Mr. Guasco seems to derive joy from smearing innocent people's names and threatening them with jail. It is all made up, yet Mr. Guasco piles on the false contempt charges and the mental abuse. In my book that is called a MONSTER!
I believe Mr. Guasco got the idea of saving Kaiser big money by eliminating costly patients with false TROs and also became creative with the false TROs/R.O.s and applying them to various situations. IT HAS BEEN GOING ON WITH ME FOR FIVE YEARS NOW! I NOW HAVE WORSE MS AND A BREAST CANCER DIAGNOSIS! NOW< HE GAVE ME ANOTHER 5 YEARS OF R.O. WITHOUT A CARE ABOUT MY BREAST CANCER DIAGNOSIS! BEWARE OF KAISER! YOU COULD END UP IN HELL LIKE ME! I THINK MIKE GUASCO BELONGS IN PRISON WITH ABUSER, DR. NICOLE N. MOAYERI WHO USED A HITMAN TO TORMENT ME! CEO RICHARD ISSACS DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT! I THINK KAISER IS AN INSANE ASYLUM! BEWARE!
