Kaiser Contract Attorney Has Kept Me Falsely Restrained and Even Jailed!

In RE: People v. Petrovich

Dear DA Wagstaffe,

I hope this finds you very well and safe.

In the matter of The People v. Petrovich, It was an invalid restraining order from the beginning, manufactured against me by Kaiser Contract Attorney, Michael C. Guasco, using lies and forgery, threat and duress.

I would please ask that Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, MD, (#3 Mountain Wood Lane, Hillsborough 94010) be subpoenaed to be a witness for the case to shed the light of truth (on the case). Dr. Lukaszewicz was used in this matter against his will and as a matter of fact, he has been kept a prisoner so that he is unable to have outside contact and freedom to tell his story. 

Dr. Lukaszewicz, is listed as Plaintiff in the restraining order case against me, but he is as much a victim as myself. His honest testimony, without the Kaiser Attorney present, will end the entire case against me and save the Court’s time and money and can focus on the people who put us both through Hell for over 5 years with invalid restraining orders, using Dr. Lukaszewicz’s name and his forged signature and threats and duress to further comply, but when he did not comply once in court on the witness stand and told the truth, Mr. Guasco did not bring him back to court, but pretended on court filed documents that he had indeed been there. My adult son was present and wrote a statement saying no Plaintiff had ever been present. Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, MD and the Kaiser contract attorney, Michael C. Guasco manufactured the entire matter against me, pretending Dr. Lukaszewicz was the true plaintiff, when he was not.  

This entire matter was devised on behalf of a Dr. Moayeri, by attorney Michael C. Guasco, who is a contract attorney for Kaiser (NOT Dr. Lukaszewicz). Mr. Guasco devises very “creative”, cruel, illegal ways of ridding Kaiser of patients they find undesirable, such as severely handicapped, as the quadriplegic patient he framed as having spat at a nurse. The quadriplegic man, who was the client of John W. Busman in Orange County, CA. was exonerated. Mr. Guasco, also by using an illegally obtained TRO, harmed a father of a brain injured/traumatized young man, merely because the father was looking for justified answers for his son's treatment. Mike Guasco also frequently threatened the man (father), Jeff Lusk, often with jail, merely to be sadistic and keep the man in line (in fact, not once have I ever experienced an act of kindness coming from Mr. Guasco toward myself, only unprovoked cruelty). Mr. Guasco knew the man was the only caretaker of his son Tyler, so jail would be a disaster for him. There are more horrific parts to the story, when Mr. Lusk's home was invaded by men dressed as officers of the law and Mr. Lusk and  his son were roughed up and his son's essential morphine was stolen. 

I believe that I am being charitable by calling Mr. Guasco a monster. 

Mr. Guasco uses Kaiser employees’ names as his Plaintiffs in his fabricated “legal” tales and then uses actors in court to complete the entire deception. One of Mr. Guasco's victims, Mr. Lusk, knew the employee (I have her name and work phone number) who was supposed to be the plaintiff against him and knew he was not looking at the person named in the invalid R.O. Mr. Guasco has a sordid plan going to assist Kaiser in keeping their 28 billion “kitty”and come off as their invaluable asset.

Mr. Guasco has used a very similar plan/template to put me under an invalid TRO and then R.O. I was unable to find an attorney for the first hearing and I became suspicious. I asked Mr. Guasco if he had anything to do with my inability to find an attorney, he just smiled. I was certain of it, since I called so many attorneys and often got strange responses. I even got an email response that said, “stop trying to get an attorney referral, no one is going to let you hire them. Leave the kind doctor alone!” It was obvious that someone warned them off, with lies. 

Mr. Guasco's true client is Dr. Moayeri. She is an important surgeon to Kaiser and they want to do anything to make her happy. It has been Dr. Moayeri’s restraining order from the very start, not Dr. Lukaszewicz’s. She has hired two people to attack and threaten me using intimidation, torture and threat.

It isn’t even Dr. Lukaszewicz's style to do that kind of false legal thing. Dr. Moayeri and Dr. Lukaszewicz, I believe, had an agreement about investment and other entanglements of a personal nature, that he would know about, not myself. I suppose the time came up when those entanglements prevented him from feeling tied down any longer to Dr. Moayeri. Anyway, on the last day I saw him for an appointment, Dr. Lukaszewicz merely asked if I wanted to be his friend. I agreed. I suppose it did not settle well with Dr. Moayeri and did not want their past financial (etc) arrangement to end, so she contacted Mike Guasco, the contract attorney provided free by Kaiser for the complimentary use of their doctors to help her force Dr. Lukaszewicz to stay under her thumb. I believe he has been a controlled prisoner ever since. 

The last day I saw Dr. Lukaszewicz alone, October 9, 2015, he asked me to be his friend. I said that would be nice. I dropped him as my doctor to begin the process. About 100 days later, I had chest pain and went to the ER. It was an infected gallbladder and I was told it had to be removed. I asked the ER doc if Dr. Lukaszewicz could observe. I never heard back. I waited for the surgery from Tuesday evening until Friday afternoon, when Dr. Lukaszewicz had a half day. My surgeon, Dr. David Le told me Dr. Lukaszewicz had been there to observe. I was also told by the floor/desk nurse that Dr. Lukaszewicz had been there to check on me while I was still asleep from the anestesia. He was making certain I was doing well and safe, not being angry with me.  

About a week later, I was served with a TRO saying I had given Dr. Lukaszewicz unwanted gifts and made unwanted romantic overtures. None of which could have even been done except around 100 days, or more prior, which begs the question, why a TRO? They are for emergency protection, how was giving gifts that long ago an emergency? (The idea of my saying untoward things to Dr. Lukaszewicz was never an issue again, merely a ruse by Mr. Guasco to get the judge to sign the TRO) Neither of the reasons for the TRO were true. Dr. Lukaszewicz never returned any of the few gifts, and instead wrote me thank you notes and called me to say how much he liked what I had given him. It made no sense to be given a terrible, life altering TRO for things he liked and for behavior I never did, nor did he ever mention prior, or since. Nothing made any sense and for good reason. It was done as a desperate attempt to remove me from Dr. Lukaszewicz's life by Dr. Moayeri. I was given the phone number to a dummy message line for Dr. Lukaszewicz, by Patient Relations manager Bertha Ponse, so I could thank him for his kindness toward me. A week later I was served with a terrifying TRO.

 Why would Dr. Lukaszewicz come to my surgery at MY request, to keep me safe, if he were going to give me a terrible, life altering TRO in a week, especially with a forgery of his signature on it? A forgery invalidates a restraining order. I also never believed the restraining order was valid, or actually given to me by Dr. Lukaszewicz. I thought perhaps it was all Kaiser’s doing, but why the need to forge Dr. Lukaszewicz’s signature? 

Mr. Guasco was doing it for Dr. Moayeri, because she wanted to prevent Dr. Lukaszewicz from having freedom of movement and his own life, with his own friends. And with the help of Mr. Guasco, she has been able to accomplish just that. 

Dr. Moayeri has twice hired people to attack me. One, her friend, Marija M. Petrovic, a psychiatrist from Serbia and a colleague, Dr. Moon in Radiology (Kaiser, Daly City) to diagnose me with false breast cancer, and a terrorizing breast biopsy session where she had Dr. Moon berate me and wave a long needle menacingly across my eyes and use threatening language. I had never met Dr. Moon before, but she called me selfish, that I always got everything I wanted and that I took away things that belonged to other people. It suddenly dawned on me that she was speaking for Dr. Moayeri, from  her point of view. It was similar to when her psychiatrist friend (temp. Marija M. Petrovic) called me and said I embarrassed Dr. Lukaszewicz and he hated me, on and on, until I sobbed uncontrollably, then she abruptly hung up. She had obviously known I had a phone check-up appointment later that day with Dr. Lukaszewicz. I was still sobbing when he called and I apologized to him for embarrassing him, or causing him any problem. He barely spoke, but I must have worried him. He called everyone he knew I knew and had them call me, even Sgt. Steve Petit called me to ask when we were going to work on traffic problems together. The phone calls brought me out of the harmful attitude I had toward myself and saved my life. Dr. Lukaszewicz saved me. I asked Sgt. Petit if Dr. Lukaszewicz asked him to call me and he said, “that would be a violation of HIPPA to tell you.”

Dr. Lukaszewicz has always been there to keep me safe. I suppose it upset Dr. Moayeri that he did that and accepted and kept my gifts to him, so she put him between a “rock and a hard place” and had a Kaiser attorney threaten and force him to participate as much as he was told, but during court on the witness stand he said, “her gifts to me, were very nice and expensive.” That was after he said my name very gently and sweetly, which caused me to blush. At that point I thought the suffering would be over, but his testimony was ignored and I was given a sentence of 5 days in jail, serving 3.

This has been a plan by a desperate woman, Dr. Moayeri, to hold on to a partner and a willing attorney, Mike Guasco, who is obviously being paid by her as motivation to keep me restrained as long as he can (He said to me outside of court, “I can keep you restrained FOREVER!” 

I saw the wall and buzzer door Mr. Guasco had installed around Dr. Lukaszewicz’s waiting area and a plethora of security cameras made to look as if they were protection for his office, but I contend it was all done to keep an eye on him, so that he cannot leave without someone knowing. I do not believe he is able to have freedom of movement. After he made a frightened phone call to me, but having had hung up quickly, I believe he has been restrained for a long time. I asked a local PD of his if I should ask for a welfare check on him. The officer said to me, “better to be safe than sorry”.  He also said, “I know who lives there, a powerful woman.” He also said, “Men are not the only abusers; women can abuse too.” I agreed to the welfare check. Later on in court, attorney Mike Guasco belittled me for calling the police and said I was doing it to be a stalker through the police. I think only a twisted mind would come up with such a strange answer as that. Mr. Guasco, I was told, called off the extra patrolling the police agreed to of Dr. Lukaszewicz’s home at my request. I wanted to keep him safe, but obviously, Mr. Guasco did not. 

That is still my primary goal. Dr. Lukaszewicz, through the years always kept me safe and was there for me at all times. Even new doctors I saw told me that he called them and told them how to treat me and keep me from anything painful, or embarrassing, since I have a condition that keeps me heavy and with very painful lumps.

Dr. Lukaszewicz needs to be compelled to come and be a witness for this case and be freed from the false imprisonment shackles of Mr. Guasco and Dr. Moayeri. It could serve to free me from past and the present invalid restraining order(s), restore my reputation and allow the focus to be on the real criminals, Dr. Moayeri and attorney Michael C. Guasco. Amongst the charges are false imprisonment, attempted murder, invalid restraining order, conspiracy, forgery, etc. 

My so-called-attorney, Alejandro Jacome has been compromised by Attorney Mike Guasco. I have no control over his actions, he was forced upon me by the PDP, but he is as close to a hostile attorney as one can get. I am not certain I will get a fair trial with him. He does not want to present the forgery as evidence, nor does he want to use the invalid restraining order as evidence as to my innocence. He also did not want to have Dr. Lukaszewicz’s testimony  exonerate me. He instead said he wanted to focus on the contempt charge. I contend that to be foolish, because there can be no contempt with an invalid restraining order, or if I never believed it to be valid, or from Dr. Lukaszewicz in the first place. I have never had contempt for the Court, but with all the lies and forgeries that Mike Guasco has filed with the Court, he has plenty of contempt and abuse of Court! He should be disbarred.  Thank you.

Kaiser has opened a new HORROR HOSPITAL in CA! BEWARE!

 Hello Councilman Bird,

I saw that you cut a ribbon on a new Kaiser facility. I thought you might be interested in the ugly side of Kaiser and that some CEOs know about it and do NOTHING about it! You may end up having opened a new horror hospital in your city. The Kaisers in Northern and Southern California have terrible things go on against patients that resemble Mafia methods. I have been tormented, terrified and been under illegal methods they use to get rid of their so called problem (patients) that could cost them money (some with costly health problems, etc). They use their deep pockets to own the court for their questionable practices. I am sure it is how they are able to have 28 billion in reserves. No one wins a lawsuit against Kaiser, because they have a slimy law firm, Buty & Curliano, with attorney Mike C. Guasco as head slime. He has done horrible things to patients who do not have the resources to fight back. He has made life Hell for many, and a kind man who is the father of a brain injured (traumatic) young man. His story is jaw dropping as to what has been done to him.  (Jeff Lusk and Tyler Lusk, their story is online and I have even more details.) Mr. Guasco has also given a TRO to a quadriplegic man, saying he spat at a nurse. Thank goodness he was able to get a good attorney, John W. Busman to fight the corruption and exonerate him. I have not been so lucky. I have been under false restraining order for over 5 years and now it is being escalated to where I am getting physically attacked and given a false breast cancer diagnosis, so they can lure me into having surgery. I was on a kind of chemo for 3 months and my hair began falling out and other awful symptoms. You can imagine why they want to have me go to surgery, even though I do not have breast cancer.... It has been a nightmare! I believe my doctor's partner is unhinged and should not be doing surgery on patient's brains. I told CEO Richard Isaacs about what she has done to me, (and everything else) but he just lets her keep on doing surgery. She has very poor judgment, obviously.

     I have kept the CEOs, etc, from Tyson and now Dr. Richard Isaacs (and other Kaiser people and entities on Twitter) apprised of what has been happening to me and others and they do NOTHING TO STOP IT! I cannot even use the Kaiser insurance, because I am afraid for my life and I am in pain now from some kind of kidney pain. They terrify me! I cannot afford other insurance, but I pray that Kaiser will clean up their act and get rid of the Mafia style cruel methods of their law firm, etc.

     The attorney of the quadriplegic man, John W. Busman told me that attorneys in his area were noticing that Kaiser's attorney, Mike Guasco (he's all over California victimizing Kaiser patients to save Kaiser money by using legal preemptive strikes, via TROs, against innocent patients who could have legitimate claims against Kaiser) was filing an inordinate amount of TROs. It is how he hobbles his victims and makes them look already guilty in the eyes of the court. It is insidious! Mr. Guasco also uses the names of employees as the Plaintiffs in the court filed papers and then actors as the Plaintiff in court. They cry and act so upset against an innocent Defendant. It just so happened that one defendant knew the person whose name was used in the paperwork, but said it wasn't she who was in court. Kaiser's deep pockets seemed to make the judge uncaring when it was pointed out to him in court. 

     I have seen Kaiser allow their doctors to be forced into participating in this cruel business. It is demeaning, but if it lets Kaiser keep a buck, they do not seem to care how much it disrupts their lives. Kaiser acts like they own their doctors and keep them under the thumb of Attorney Guasco. I have seen him absolutely run their lives! Mr. Guasco violates so many laws, he could go away forever, but "somehow", he slithers his way out. I have seen judges act helpless under his thumb. I wish they would stand up to him. My own doctor was set as Plaintiff against me. It makes us both suffer, since he has to watch his former patient suffer. He once spoke up in court against the restraining order against me, but it made no difference, I was sent to jail for 5 days, but served 3. I was brutalized in jail and my MS hit me hard from fear. The judge also cleared the courtroom and castigated me for 15 minutes, or so. I was so frightened, I passed out and had hives the next day. When I went to the witness stand she said, "STALKER" to me as I walked past. I was being accused of harassing my doctor, because I gave him some thank you gifts for his excellent work for my complicated health matters that other doctors did not understand, but had far reaching implications on other health issues. My doctor's domestic partner, a doctor herself, became upset by my few gifts and decided she was threatened by it, so instead of talking to me about it, she got other people to terrify me, threaten me and then give me a false breast cancer diagnosis. She is the assistant chief of surgery, so what she says goes with Kaiser. Even her partner, my doctor, is under her thumb, in fact, their police intimated to me that they knew she was abusive to him. She is the one behind Guasco's restraining order against me and I am sure she pays him a bundle to keep me restrained, thereby motivating him to keep me restrained, even without reason. I believe my former doctor is an actual, literal prisoner of hers and of Kaiser and Mr. Guasco. I have been trying to free him as well as rid myself of the false restraining orders. That attorney said to me outside of the courtroom, "I can keep you restrained FOREVER!" Now, January 8, I have a court date with the DA for a false contempt charge. I could go to jail for five years and pay $10,000 in fines.....for giving my doctor thank you gifts that made a crazy female doctor jealous!

     They put a literal wall around my doctor's office with a locked buzzer door and cameras everywhere. They want to make it look like they are protecting him, but I think it is to let him know that he is being watched. Mr. Guasco bugs his phone and voicemail and has Kaiser SSF "wired for sound". It is a SPY ZONE! People spy on his patient visits. A Serbian psychiatrist, friend of my fmr. doctor's partner, was sent to attack me and interrogate me like a foreign spy (she tried to get me to kill myself using mental manipulation, but my doctor saved me). She filled my chart with bogus diagnoses after never even talking about me, but asking only about my doctor and our relationship. I saw her 4 office visits total, but she put 5 major mental illnesses in my chart and prevented me from using my online account, using another doctor's name. One handwriting expert said she was most likely the forger of my doctor's signature on court filed documents. She also makes the plans to create trouble for innocent patients.

     I have had my personal life attacked and things were broken in my home, before I could move in. My name was smeared with my HOA and in the town. No one will let me employ them and the people living in my complex act like I am Jack the Ripper. I gave my doctor a tea cup and saucer from an antique tea set that belonged to Nan Wood Graham, sister of artist Grant Wood; their family were neighbors of my family in Iowa. Anyway, when I got to my new home, an overhead light was on and illuminated on the piano was the rest of the tea set in a straw suitcase.  I thought it was strange. When I picked it up, it sounded like it was full of marbles. I cannot prove it, but it seems like a pretty big coincidence if it was not an act done by Mr. Guasco and his crew. Many other strange and damaging things have happened to me and I have been kept busy putting out many "fires!"

     I do not know what is going on with me that is putting me in pain for months, but I cannot go in and have it checked at Kaiser, because my life could be in danger. I might end up dying from it, who knows, but, you need to know what kind of abject terror you may have just cut the ribbon on in your town. Kaiser looks all shiny and new, but there is a deadly, terrorizing potential that has just been unleashed. I beg you, for the good of the citizens who go to Kaiser innocently, they could be in danger and in for the worst nightmare of their lives; DEMAND that Kaiser tell you that they will get RID of their evil practices and rid of Mike Guasco who makes a good place evil, or you will completely regret allowing them into your unsuspecting town and will warn the citizens against Kaiser!

Right now, my doctor suffers and I suffer! You can help end it.  Thank you! 

PS. I would be happy to take any form of lie detection and I have a lot of proof and of course, my doctor knows most of it. This, what I told you, is only the tip of the iceberg. Kaiser MUST get rid of Mike Guasco (he should be in prison)!

Kaiser surgeon, Nicole Moayeri has been trying to Kill me AND KAISER ALLOWS IT!

Dr. Nicole N. Moayeri, Kaiser Neurosurgeon at Redwood City has been trying to kill me! She is behaving like an unhinged person and Kaiser does NOTHING ABOUT IT! She became upset because I gave my doctor a couple of thank you gifts and she didn't like it! She gave me a restraining order under my doctor's name using an accommodating Kaiser hired attorney, Mike C. Guasco, who only appears to know enough law to give Kaiser patients restraining orders and use Kaiser deep pockets to pave his way. He hurts innocent Kaiser patients, obviously with Kaiser's blessings! I have written directly to Kaiser CEO, Richard Isaacs along with Kaiser VP, Mark Zemelman and either no response, or something useless. Nicole Moayeri should not be seeing patients according to the poor, crazy, unhinged judgment she uses with me! She had a colleague terrorize me during a breast biopsy and also had the department of surgery pretend I have breast cancer, so she could lure me into surgery and obviously have me fail to come out alive, or in some way impaired! I was taking a breast cancer med for a couple of months for NO REASON! I was going through the unpleasant side effects FOR NO REASON! The surgery Dept. kept trying to get me to come in for breast cancer surgery, but I said I wanted to wait until the false restraining order against me was over, so I could have him, Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, come observe. He is a surgeon of great renown and he did the same before for my gallbladder removal surgery, to make certain I was safe. We had been on a path to becoming friends, but obviously Dr. Moayeri did not want that, so she plotted to kill me. She already tried once before by hiring a Serbian psychiatrist to go after me and she attempted mind control to try and make me kill myself. When that didn't work, because Dr. Lukaszewicz became suspicious and had people call and distract me. That psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic saw me 4 times as merely "someone nice" to talk to, ended up interrogating me like an investigator and took her information back to her friend, Dr. Moayeri. Marija Petrovic put 5 major mental illnesses in my chart, so that if I were to be found dead, any one of the fraudulent illnesses could explain it away. Every attack on me, I complained about to Kaiser, but nothing was done. Now, it has come down to making up a physical, frightening disease, figuring I would most certainly follow their instructions and go in for surgery. Then, I would be at their mercy.  The breast biopsy was weird enough it wasn't diagnostic, it was physical torture, while she berated me about being selfish and taking away things that belong to others! FIVE large holes in my breast, blood dripping and she sent me for a mammogram! I was squeezed like a grape! Blood poured to the floor! I nearly fell to the floor from my MS dizziness! I had never met Dr. Moon, but she was obviously familiar with my innocent story of having given Dr. Lukaszewicz a few gifts of gratitude. I gave him gifts for taking such great care of me and for his having taken on more responsibility for me, since other doctors did not understand my difficult health issues. He did. It only seemed right to thank him with an outward, tangible sign of gratitude. Obviously, it set off a reaction of bizarre behavior in Dr. Moayeri. For 5 years now, I have been through irrational torment and legal harassment. I was even sentenced to 5 days in jail, it mattered not to the judge that Dr. Lukaszewicz got on the witness stand and refuted the entire restraining order. Everything carried on without him. Even all of his signatures were forged. I believe that even a Judge's signature was forged, which would mean he knew it was fake and did not want to be a part of it, but it would really actually highlight that he knew it was false.

The Serbian psychiatrist, Marija Petrovic was the forger, according to the handwriting expert. She makes plans and behaves like a spy. She comes and goes from Kaiser when she is needed to get rid of a patient who is considered as a problem to Kaiser (a money drain) or to an important Kaiser employee, like Dr. Moayeri. The problem with Dr. Moayeri, is her judgment is not normal. She would not be my choice of surgeon to be in my brain doing repairs. She seems to me to be seriously unhinged.  Kaiser allows her to keep doing surgery despite the crazy things she has done to me. I was blacklisted within the legal community and an attorney would be too expensive for me anyway.  When I still thought I had breast cancer and wanted to have Dr. Lukaszewicz to observe my breast cancer surgery, I waited for the false restraining order to be over and called his office to find out if he would observe. His staff refused to give him my call. They said I was restrained. I had just called the court. It was over. Dr. Lukaszewicz, they said would call the attorney to find out. Next thing I knew, Mr. Guasco, Dr. Moayeri and Kaiser's attorney (such that he is) had me served a TRO, a temporary restraining order until trial. I had just gone through a 5 year false one with jail and torment during it, but now, he dragged me to court, yet again, but he was so lazy he used the same old papers copied and even had the same old forgery of Dr. Lukaszewicz's signature. There was no hearing, barely any time for me, and Judge Foiles granted a 3 year restraining order. Based on no and false evidence. But, I said, "I'll be dead by then!" To which Mike Guasco replied to the judge, "make it five!" To which the judge complied. It is insane. As the judge walked away he said, "you'll have a fair trial with the DA!" YES, GUASCO GAVE ME ANOTHER FALSE CONTEMPT CHARGE TOO! As far as I am concerned, Mike C. Guasco is the lowest, most unethical piece of scum on Earth and Dr. Moayeri is the most insane surgeon the world has ever seen. If I must, I will live out my days putting them both in prison! 

AVOID KAISER AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY COULD! THEY ALLOW TERRIBLE THINGS TO GO ON!

Hello, I am a "Defendant"in a case that was illegally thrust upon me by an attorney named Mike C. Guasco, who works for Kaiser as a contract attorney. He uses and abuses the Court, and the Private Defender Program as it were his own to do with as he pleases. He pays attorneys to pretend they come from the program, but they actually work for him. He wants everything to look equal and fair, but he pays the attorneys to hold back on any defense; they are basically babysitters to keep the False Defendant from getting their story across, basically allowing the Defendant to be railroaded. The attorney who was thrust upon me twice was Charles Smith IV. I was told twice that he was my attorney. Once, when I knew no better, he came up to me in court and had me fill out a piece of paper that asked about my income, etc. and contacted me saying he was my attorney. He did nothing but scream at me and tell me everything was my fault. I did not understand what was going on. Later I found out that the Program was only for criminal cases. Mr. Guasco tried to make me into a criminal by making up contempt charges. Judge Novak went along with whatever Mr. Guasco wanted and paid no attention to my evidence, nor even the testimony of the false Plaintiff. (Dr. Lukaszewicz, as Plaintiff) who denied the entire restraining order in court, plus his signature was deemed to be a forgery by 3 different experts. Judge Novak followed Charles Smith's request (staged) to clear the courtroom and then Judge Novak reamed me out with such strange accusations and tirades, I did not think she was speaking to me and looked behind me to be certain. I must have blacked out because I felt as if I had lost time.  Judge Novak, nor Charlie Smith were interested in truth, they were obviously interested in railroading me and tormenting me. I was heckled by Judge Novak when court was back in session, she called me, "STALKER" in a stage whisper when I walked by her to the witness stand. Again, as I mentioned, I had Charles Smith IV as my attorney, under the guise of his being with the PDP. I did not want him again as my attorney for this false contempt charge and I just knew when Judge Novak was badgering me to take a PDP attorney, I knew it was again going to be Charles Smith IV and I did not want to deal with his yelling at me all of the time and doing nothing to help me. I was going to go In Pro Per, but Judge Novak said that if I did not take him, she would put me in jail, right then and there. I took him as my attorney, but it did me no good. So, despite my damning evidence in MY favor and the Plaintiff himself rejecting the R.O. against me, I was found guilty and sentenced to 5 days in jail. It was horrific! In my dealings with that court, judges and additional staff, from the top down and including your program, all have been a part of the corruption to which I have been subjected at that court. It is astounding and discouraging.  I would think it was a joke of some sort, but it has been serious and frightening and no one should have to experience it!   I am a woman who was given a false R.O. for having given my doctor a few gifts for his work for me that went even beyond his specialty, because other doctors did not understand my condition and would not treat me, or did not know what to do. Dr. Lukaszewicz's domestic partner was upset by my gifts and wanted me away from him, so she had his name put on a restraining order against me and had her Serbian, spy trained psychiatrist forge his signature on the filed court docs. Mike C. Guasco, attorney with Buty & Curliano, did everything to put the plan in action and always treated me with cruelty and disdain. All of the judges ignored my evidence and ignored Guasco's lack of it! I even told Judge Karesh about it and he denied anything was wrong. Mr. Guasco's lie of a restraining order ended, but before I knew it, Guasco had a TRO served to me for no reason!  He merely told Judge Foiles that he wanted a 5 year R.O. and Judge Foiles complied!! Mr. Guasco said something lame about "past history" but the "past history" was all from the twisted mind of Mike Guasco and the twisted mind of his real client, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri. who has hired people to berate me and threaten me and tried to get me to kill myself. This was no innocent game, it was meant to lead to my demise! Now, Mr. Guasco has again tampered with the PVT DEF PROG. and has compromised the first attorney I was going to have and then the second attorney had obviously been frightened off!  First, I was given Alejandro Jacome and he would not get back to me when he said and he would not give the best defense, which is that it was a false restraining order from the start, plus he always screamed at me. Then, I was told Thomas Greenberg was my attorney. He was such a whiny baby, he was screaming and nearly in tears over it. He told me he was NOT MY ATTORNEY and said he talked with the Panel and they said he was NOT my attorney, yet, after I was again given a false restraining order by Mr. Guasco, Judge Foiles jammed it through, no matter what, but said as he was leaving, "you have a hearing with the DA, December 2, @ 8:30 AM, and Thomas Greenberg is your attorney. You should get a fair trial with the DA!" I again called Mr. Greenberg and he flew off the handle as usual and sounded like he would rather poke out his eyes than represent me. It is not a "warm and cozy" feeling to have someone reject you in such a vociferous manner. I was already in a terrible frame of mind, but to have such a large attorney whining like a baby at me; was bizarre. (Except he said to me, "we can talk Monday, if you want to hire me privately, we can talk about it." Obviously, he knew I did not have money to hire him privately, so he was trying to make me think Guasco had not frightened the shit out of him. Good God people are such chicken shits! Guasco is a thug! I guess he uses threats and Kaiser deep pockets to get his way and some absurd threats, but that criminal does not frighten me and he is a terrible attorney. He should be disbarred, Bar Association! He hurts a lot of innocent people! So, in my situation, I guess if you have only cruel and subpar attorneys to offer, I am in Pro Per.  I do NOT want to have to do a substitution, or a Marsden. Your program can cut them loose for me. I want NEITHER of them! They seem incompetent and insulting. I would get life in prison with them representing me! I want it in writing that I will not have either of those "attorneys" taking my case at all. I do not want to find out that one of them went in ahead of me and messed things up for me, just the way attorney Haley Arron did to me through your program! I WILL SUE YOUR PROGRAM! Dr. Nicole Moayeri and Attorney Mike C. Guasco are Abusive!

 Kaiser doctor, Dr. Nicole Moayeri and Kaiser attorney, Mike Guasco have been abusing me, a Kaiser patient, for over 5 years. They and their helpers have been making false accusations against me with the court and getting false restraining orders against me, using one of the Kaiser doctor's against me as Plaintiff. They had a psychiatrist named Marija M. Petrovic, someone known to Dr. Moayeri, to set me up for a fall. She managed to get me as a patient and set out to create a case against me using an astonishing amount of serious false diagnoses against me. I saw her 4 times; pretty fast to diagnose 5 major illnesses! If all of them were true, I would barely be able to get out of bed, much less live through the Hell they foisted on me, in good shape. It became apparent they wanted me dead, but hoped that I would accommodate them and do it for them and would point to my "diagnoses" from Marija Petrovic as the reason.

They used security guards, Emanuel de Guzman and Edward Souza as part of their team to set me up, make false contempt charges against me and testify in court against me. Those people had a false demeanor of kindness with a tsunami of cruelty just below the surface.

Kaiser Doctor N. Nicole Moayeri and Kaiser hired Attorney Mike Guasco are holding Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz prisoner!

I don’t know what to do, I am frightened. Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, Hillsborough, CA needs serious help. It is difficult to get various authorities to respond. He needs to be checked on and questioned in safety alone, at the police station, or ?. He has been held as a hostage/prisoner and watched at all times, even at home and work (Kaiser Permanente, 1200 El Camino Real, third floor, Vascular Surgery, 650-742-2188). I believe he goes to work, but he is observed by camera at work and kept behind a locked door that is such that someone needs to be buzzed in. I feel helpless and doing what I can! I am a victim too and used as a scapegoat! Someone goes home with him to guard him and his phone at work is tapped. I am thinking that Mr. Guasco, Kaiser hired attorney, seems to be a predator and is working together with another Kaiser doctor, Dr. Moayeri, to keep him from being able to exercise his own will and be free, because of the fear of losing his income, etc. Guasco could be an embedded spy, or just a con man who found a mark and will suck Dr. Lukaszewicz dry until he is dead. I believe that Dr. Lukaszewicz actually sought me out as a patient he could eventually trust with his captive dilemma. I take his dilemma seriously.  He has done so much to make my life better with his attention to my complicated health issues and with his kindness toward me. I owe him and as a friend I morally owe him as a human being in serious trouble. I was given a false restraining order by a Kaiser hired predator/crooked attorney. I know that from what he has done to other Kaiser patients. He uses the legal and justice systems for his own gain and takes advantage of people and situations to harm them and make money off of them, or also to save Kaiser money on seriously ill patients, who could cost Kaiser too much money, so he essentially hobbles them and gets rid of them using the TRO, etc. He has used the names of Kaiser employees on the paperwork for the court and actors in court to play the role of the Plaintiff. I have spoken to one such victim. It was frightening. Guasco had him terrorized. Guasco is cold and calculating and dangerous. He even hit a quadriplegic patient with a TRO!  He uses threats to get his way.  I spoke with an attorney in Orange County, CA, John W. Busman, who said that Mr. Guasco was filing so many TROs, other attorneys were talking about it. I am one such victim and so is Dr. Lukaszewicz. Mr. Guasco has me as the Defendant and to punish Dr. Lukaszewicz as the Plaintiff to punish him for wanting to be my friend and for doing me a favor of coming to my surgery at my request to keep me safe. 

I was given a false contempt charge and on Dec. 2 @ 8:30 am, I go to a hearing with the DA’s office. The Kaiser attorney has been compromising attorneys who were given to me by the Private Defender Program. One attorney said that he refused to tell the Court my best defense that it has been a false restraining order from the start. I have evidence that Dr. Lukaszewicz’s signature was forged several times, proof of lies by Guasco. Dr. Lukaszewicz himself, refuted the restraining order on the witness stand, but he was ignored! I was given a 5 day sentence to jail (cut down to 3). I was bullied and treated roughly. I have never been in legal trouble before, so this has been a very odd experience. They even had a psychiatrist friend of Dr. Moayeri, from Serbia, come to Kaiser to have me as her patient and “get rid” of me, as was told to me by former security guard, Edward Souza (now a Janitorial Supervisor, who made up false contempt charges against me previously).  Mr. Souza, as janitor can roam freely throughout the Kaiser facility; I believe it is so he can keep an eye on Dr. Lukaszewicz. 

The psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic, was said by an expert handwriting expert to have been the one who forged Dr. Lukaszewicz’s signature and others.

South San Francisco Kaiser has become a snake pit spy zone by Mr. Guasco. Another attorney, Moira Hogan (Willow Glen) told me that Guasco, et al, were, “very, very bad people” and seemed to be too frightened to take my case. 

I have had many nefarious plans made against me at that Kaiser and most recently being threatened by medical professionals, who traumatized me while performing painful and unnecessary medical procedures while berating me, so I would take a “hint” that I was supposed to give up on trying to help Dr. Lukaszewicz, but I cannot. He called me frightened one time and the fear in his voice wedged itself in my brain. He barely said anything before hanging up. I wanted to have a welfare check done on him by the police, but I was nervous about having it done. The officer said to me, “better safe than sorry!” He also told me that Dr. Lukaszewicz’s domestic partner, Dr. Nicole Moayeri was known to him. He asked if she were a powerful woman and I said yes. He then said, “you know, men aren’t the only abusers, women can be abusers too.” I never heard the outcome of the check, but Mr. Guasco, in court later on, accused me of using the welfare check as a means of stalking him. I could not believe what a twisted take Guasco had on concern. Mr. Guasco has been arrested twice and his wife was arrested many, many, many times for dealing in illicit substances and forging doctor's signatures on Rxs. Crime is obviously no stranger to Guasco. Now he picks victims from the Kaiser patient list and decides their fate. He decided that by helping Dr. Moayeri try and keep Dr. Lukaszewicz tied to her, he could make a lot of money, in one way, or another. (Maybe try and take my home too.) She berated me through Dr. Moon by saying that I take things that belong to others! Dr. Lukaszewicz IS treated like a piece of property and she showed me that it wasn’t appreciated. I am confident that my breast cancer diagnosis was false, so I would go into surgery and be murdered, or left brain dead. No one has even tried to pressure me into surgery like they were after I said I would not have surgery unless Dr. Lukaszewicz were there to observe. I am sure that is why Guasco made my false restraining order for 5 years! That would be 10 years for and absurd reason, of giving gifts for which I have thank you emails! It was to keep me from helping Dr. Lukaszewicz and to keep him from being my friend as he wanted.

He needs rescuing.   

I know the people involved in this are sociopathic and dangerous. I am worried that with this current DA case coming, perhaps Dr. Lukaszewicz will be called as a witness and it will push Mr. Guasco and Dr. Moayeri into a corner and will harm Dr. Lukaszewicz prior to Dec 2, maybe permanently. When I saw Dr. Lukaszewicz recently at court, it hurt. He was thin, disheveled, had messy hair and looked sleep deprived. He yelled his answers and had strange, halting movement. I really think he is in danger. They have forged his signature so much (identity theft), they could make a fake will and then “get rid” of him, just as Edward Souza said about the psychiatrist, friend of Dr. Moayeri (with my witness hearing). If Dr. Lukaszewicz were able to have his say, away from his home and told he was completely safe, I know he would tell of his terrible situation. At the hearing, I plan to give my evidence and testimony and implicate Mr. Guasco and Dr. Moayeri in the plot against me and for hiring two professionals to torment and threaten me. This has gone on 5 years and Mr. Guasco lied his way into a new 5 year restraining order about a month ago. It is insane! I was accused of giving my doctor unwanted gifts and saying romantic things to him. I am sure they did it to get a judge to sign the TRO (along with Kaiser deep pockets). I had not seen Dr. Lukaszewicz for nearly 100 days, because he asked me to become his friend, but doctors cannot be friends with patients, so I dropped him as my doctor to begin an (unknown by me) waiting period, although Mr. Guasco endlessly yelled at me saying, “it is NOT a waiting period!” He and everyone in his sphere yelled at me, because he wanted me to die of my MS brain lesion. 

It has been Hell and I am sure it has been the same for Dr. Lukaszewicz. I cannot risk his demise, by doing nothing to help him.

Dr. Lukaszewicz is in trouble. I need and owe it to him to help him!  

  

Additional information :

I have been used as a scapegoat as a reason for all the newly implemented security and was given a false restraining order by the crooked Kaiser hired attorney, Mike Guasco, because the attorney knew that I would do anything to help Dr. Lukaszewicz. Dr. Lukaszewicz knew that is how much I appreciated his kindness toward me. His domestic partner, Dr. Nicole Moayeri, (who also works at Kaiser, but in Redwood City) does not want to lose him as a source of income, since they share ownership of a large home for investment purposes. I believe she joined forces with the crooked attorney to keep him held as prisoner. As I said, I believe they used me as the reason they made up to have a reason to keep him as a hostage to “keep him safe” from me. I am a widow with MS and they have kept me under a false restraining order for 5 years and unable to find an attorney to take my case. Mr. Guasco supplied me with an attorney from the Private Defender Program, so he could control me. Mr. Guasco is a prolific and facile liar; it flows like a river toward the falls. I have watched in awe while he lies to judges about me and his false evidence he uses to make his case to keep me restrained. Recently, after 5 years, the restraining order was supposed to be over. I gave Dr. Lukaszewicz a call and left a message to ask if he might be able to observe a surgery I was told I needed to have. He had previously come to my gall bladder surgery at my request to keep me safe. I did not know his message line was bugged by Emanuel de Guzman a former security guard, given a permanent job in “Communications”. He is able to take Dr. Lukaszewicz’s calls and messages and give them to Mr. Guasco. Mr. Guasco hit me with a false restraining order, although I was no longer restricted by his previous R.O. He just wanted to keep the restraint going unbroken, but did even have a reason. Dr. Lukaszewicz had no part in any of it; he is a victim like me.  I live around 140 miles away from South San Francisco, I have a hard time driving, especially Hwy 1 with all the curves. I am not a threat, I want to rescue Dr. Lukaszewicz and let him escape his bad situation and explain on his own with no threat, or coercion, or intimidation, by Guasco, or Dr. Moayeri.

I am also a victim, but it is a pressing situation for him. I am stuck, or else I would be doing anything I could to help him, instead of doing what I can from 140 miles away.

I am in a strange position because I am the victim of a false restraining order (I have proof) but one of your Hillsborough residents, Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, #3 Mountain Wood Lane, was forced by a crooked attorney, Mike Guasco, to have his name on a false restraining order against me. His signature was forged several times. My evidence was always ignored in court and it has gone on for 5 years. I keep trying to find an attorney to help, but somehow I have been blacklisted and even now, with the Private Defender Program, no attorney wants to be my attorney, or one attorney said he would take the case, but not defend me by saying that the restraining order was false in the first place, due to lies and forgeries. Dr. Lukaszewicz, a vascular surgeon at Kaiser in South San Francisco, has been made into a prisoner of sorts. He works, but his phone is tapped and I believe he has someone always with him and watching him.  He has a domestic partner, Dr. Nicole N. Moayeri with him. I was told by Dr. Lukaszewicz, that he was with her for investment reasons and children. Now that his children are grown, he wants to leave his situation and be free to live his life as he sees fit, but the problem is that his partner, a Kaiser neurosurgeon, doesn't want him to have his freedom and wants to force him to stay due to income reasons. She got the Kaiser attorney, Mike Guasco, to put Dr. Lukaszewicz's name on a false restraining order against me, forged by Dr. Moayeri's friend, Marija M. Petrovic, a psychiatrist she had come to Kaiser to "get rid of you" (me), as was admitted to me by a security guard, who was involved in the plan. He wrote false contempt charges against me and gave them in court. I ended up going to jail, because of them. The security guard, Edward Souza now has a better job at Kaiser as a supervisor in Janitorial, so he can go everywhere at that SSF Kaiser. (He may be guarding Dr. Lukaszewicz.) I had basically become a friend as well as a patient of Dr. Lukaszewicz and at one point, he asked me if I wanted to be his official friend. I said yes and it meant I had to drop him as my doctor. I had not seen him, or been in communication with him for over 3 months and I needed gallbladder surgery. I asked the ER doctor if Dr. Lukaszewicz could observe. I was given no answer, but ended up waiting from Tuesday night until Friday afternoon, his 1/2 day off. My surgeon, Dr. David Le told me Dr Lukaszewicz had been at my surgery and even came to my room to check up on me. I was very grateful, so I called a phone number the manager of Patient Relations had given to me as being his message line. I called it and told him thank you and how much I appreciated it. A week, or so later, I was served a TRO and unable to find an attorney, I lost at the hearing. It was so strange! I thought that perhaps I caused Dr. Lukaszewicz problems with Kaiser, so I agreed to the timeframe of the R.O. (30 months) The order complained that I gave Dr. Lukaszewicz unwanted gifts, which was a surprise to me, since he seemed very happy to get them and wrote thank you emails to me.(I have them.) The TRO also said I had said unwanted affectionate things to him, which I did not. He is a vascular surgeon and handles cases of patients with Lymphedema, which can cause a patient to become large with fluid build-up. Doctors would merely call me fat, so Dr. Lukaszewicz became defensive for me and took on a larger role in my healthcare than a specialist might take. I thanked him periodically with some gifts of thanks. I am a gift giving type and when it makes people visibly happy, it makes me happy too. It made no sense, the entire restraining order business. I first had a suspicion I was being kept away, so I would not ruin the waiting period to become a friend of a doctor. But, Mr. Guasco denied there were any wait period and always screamed in my face and told me I brought things on myself, etc. He knows that he has manufactured everything against me and I have been rendered helpless by his lies and attorney he foisted off on me as being from the Private Defender Program, but I did not qualify for the program, because it was a civil matter and they only handle criminal matters. The attorney he gave me was Charlie Smith lV and all he did was babysit me and keep me quiet. He basically handed me over to the judge and called me crazy. Dr. Lukaszewicz got on the witness stand and refuted the R.O. and said, " her gifts to me were very nice and expensive!" I thought it would be over, but instead, I was sentenced to five days in jail! I have a mugshot! I gave my doctor a few gifts of gratitude! That is all! I began to realize that who the Plaintiff really was, was Dr. Lukaszewicz's domestic partner, Dr. Moayeri. She had hired a psychiatrist friend if hers to go after me and get me as a patient and made me look as bad as possible as gave me several false diagnoses and tried to use mental manipulation to push me to kill myself. I realised that Marija Petrovic was more than a psychiatrist, she was a friend of Dr. Moayeri. Dr. Moayeri is important to Kaiser, I am not. None of my complaints get any notice. One time, Dr. Lukaszewicz called me from his home. He started to talk, but had to hang up. He sounded extremely frightened. His number was restricted, so I could not call back. I called the Hillsborough PD. An officer gave me reason to worry even more. He asked if the woman living there were powerful. I said yes and he said, I know who you are talking about. Then he said, men aren't the abusers, women can be abusers too. I had been reluctant to ask for a welfare check call, but he said, "better to be safe than sorry!" So I agreed. Next thing I knew, Mr. Guasco was ridiculing me in court about stalking Dr. Lukaszewicz using the police! Only a twisted mind would think that. I also asked if an extra patrol could be done by his home and the officer agreed it could be done, but Mr. Guasco ended it. Who does that? A wealthy neighborhood could easily be a robbery target; any free patrolling should be a welcome thing. 

Mr. Guasco is an attorney for Kaiser and his practices are more than questionable. I spoke with one of his victims who said Mike Guasco gave him a false TRO too, but the Kaiser employee he chose as Plaintiff turned out to be someone the victim knew, but the person he saw in court, was not that person. Guasco had hired an actor. Mike Guasco uses TROs as his weapon to hobble his victims. I believe he does it to make himself invaluable to Kaiser to get rid of patients who cost Kaiser too much money. Attorney John W. Busman has a blog and asks, if Kaiser files too many frivolous lawsuits. It is Guasco's M.O. and it used it against me. I had taken a lie detector test and it said amongst other things, that I would do nearly anything for him. I thought it was good to give it to the accusers early on before the TRO, but instead, they clamped down harder on me and was most likely why I got the TRO. Mr. Guasco knew he could not trust Dr. Lukaszewicz in court again, because of the way he had spoken out in my favor before, so when he went to court to "ask" for an extension, he had no Plaintiff, no was one ever present, but my son was there and wrote that he never saw anyone who was a Plaintiff (there), yet Guasco marked on the court paperwork that Dr. Lukaszewicz had been there. The request for an extension had a forged signature on it and the evidence he claimed he had, was not shared with me, but from the number, I knew they were my old emails to Dr. Lukaszewicz from 2015. Mr. Guasco claimed they were from 2017, just before he sent me to jail, he said. I could not send any email at Kaiser at all and had I been able, I would have been caught after one, not 163 as he claimed. Then, outside the courtroom, Guasco yelled close to my face that "HE" could keep me restrained FOREVER! I tried to answer but he ran away. I have MS and heavy, twisted legs, but I tried to follow, but I could not keep up. Mr. Guasco has been using me as a scapegoat for anything that goes on. Dr. Moayeri is upset with me because I gave her domestic partner gifts that he enjoyed. I found out that I made her very upset when I had to go to Kaiser for a breast biopsy because they said my mammogram indicated breast cancer. I went in and a radiologist I had never met, Dr. Moon began the procedure, but she suddenly waved a long syringe​ needle​ ​​across my eyes in a threatening way and began berating me in an accusatory manner. That was radiologist, Dr. Moon, but she was speaking as surrogate for Dr. Moayeri. ​​​(Assistant head of surgery in Redwood City.) 

After she removed 5 large, core pieces from my breast, she sent me to have a mammogram. I was bleeding profusely from my breast. The mammogram was clamped down hard. It hurt so badly, I screamed out loudly in horrible pain. There was a large puddle of my blood on the floor. I was not given a diagnostic procedure, it was torture...and a warning! Dr. Moayeri is unhinged and dangerous and I think I saw one of the abusive things she did to Dr. Lukaszewicz. He may have somewhat a case of Stockholm Syndrome. 

I cannot allow him to be harmed by those predators. He looks like he is in desperate shape.

I was a county Law Librarian, paralegal, Law student and worked for city attorneys. I have never seen anything like this situation before. It is horrific to think people would abuse a kind doctor/surgeon; it is abysmal! Help needs to be forthcoming.

If there is nothing to hide, then they should not.

Kaiser Attorney Mike C. Guasco is Trying to Kill Me for Kaiser Doctor Nicole Moayeri, because she is acting like a crazy person!

 Kaiser neurosurgeon, Dr. Nicole N. Moayeri wants me dead, because she thinks I am trying to take away her domestic partner, Dr. Gregory C. Lukaszewicz, because I gave him some thank you gifts in appreciation for his hard work and dedication to my health. It is weird, because normal people would talk and work things out, but instead, she got Attorney, Mike Guasco, who works for Kaiser and he and his "law firm" give free legal help to Kaiser doctors. So, Dr. Moayeri, of Redwood City Kaiser, decided that the correct thing to do was to put her domestic partner's name, forge his signature on a TRO, then R.O. to keep me restrained.

 She cannot have good judgement, or have much of a relationship with Dr. Lukaszewicz, if she has to force him to stay with him by using Kaiser muscle and her money! I would not want a person who hired people to threaten and terrorize a senior woman (me) so, she could try to eliminate her so-called competition (me). But, who does that? Who would trust that kind of person to do surgery on them? Not me! That does not exhibit normal thinking to me. That sounds like an unhinged person to me. I called their local police and spoke with an officer about getting a welfare check done on Dr. Lukaszewicz, because when he called me about test results after hours and he suddenly sounded frightened and had to hang up. I called the PD and spoke with an officer who described Dr. Moayeri and said, "you know, men are not the only abusers, women are too." I had the welfare check done and the Kaiser attorney said it was my way of stalking on Dr. Lukaszewicz. How absurd! It just sounded like he was foisting her abusive behavior into mine. In fact, this entire time of year the false restraining order, Mr. Guasco has been smearing me, so that it will seem like I am as bad as Moayeri. I believe she is trying to make me the terrible one merely because she doesn't treat him well. I am a distraction, a scapegoat! Sounds like Dr. Moayeri and Mike Guasco have Dr. Lukaszewicz under constant guard. They have forged his signature so much, I am worried they will forge his signature, take his assets and then, his life. I truly do not understand why they have put five years of my life through Hell, jailed me, made up contempt charges against me and then, for no legal reason gave me another restraining order and made it for five years! He knows the restraining orders are all so false, but he "somehow" gets judges to push them through and do not listen to my evidence. This time was more blatant than the last, not a single reason to get an R.O. and the judge said to me: "you'll get a fair trial with the DA!" As if he had just run out of fair trial on the menu! San Mateo, CA, Superior Court has to be the most corrupt court ANYWHERE! I have been dragged by 5 judges who swallowed any lie Guasco served them and not a word of the truth that I had offer. I was ignored! Kaiser has deep pockets and they can pay off any judge from west to east coast!

Right now, I am facing court for a false contempt charge. Mr Guasco KNOWS I have MS, widow, cancer surviviri and got a breast cancer diagnosis, yet he treats me roughly and put a wrong address on the served papers, so I had an arrest

If anyone out there can help me and help Dr. Lukaszewicz, who is in danger and get him out of his prison created by Dr. Moayeri and stop the threats so he can tell the truth. I have been added into this scheme for blame, or to pull attention away, I am not sure, but I am so abused, dragged through such difficult times, had embarrassment and disdain heaped on me.

If you need surgery, avoid Kaiser Redwood City! (Kaiser at all, actually!) Dr. Nicole Moayeri, has not behaved in a normal, or mature manner. She needs to be evaluated, before something really awful happens!
