Why Kaiser wins all their cases......DEEP POCKETS, and CHEATING!

 

Kaiser hospital has dragged me through such a long period (5 years+) of false restraining orders; it has given me some insight into their underhanded methods and their methods of getting rid of patients who seem to be too expensive, or if anyone (like me) asks too many questions. I have had my life attacked twice at Kaiser and someone even hired specially "to get rid of you" (me) as told to me by a contract security guard, who was later given a permanent job for his role in harming me. Another security guard also got a new permanent job for what he did to harm me.

Kaiser has 28 billion in reserves and they use it to buy judges and most recently, the DA's office.  It is astonishing that they have taken the time, energy and money to harm me and I am not entirely certain why it is being done, except that I am somehow being used in a plan to get rid of a doctor, get his money and blame me, or whatever. I am sure they have smeared me, a nobody, for some reason. It must be the small bit I put in my will for my doctor for his kindness. I suppose if enough people did it, it would be a lot.  It makes no sense why, since I have never done anything but be kind, this is being done to me. Judges have ignored law, procedure and even my pointing out to them (and with expert reports) that the legal papers against me, supposedly from my doctor, were forged, each and every time with lies and he was not even present, but now claim he was. No one cares that my grown son was there and saw NO PLAINTIFF THERE! I have written to Kaiser CEO Richard Isaacs and Exec VP, attorney Mark Zemelman, many, many times, but they ignore me. I got through by phone to Mark Zemelman a couple of times, but after his remembering I am the one who made him scream, freak out and cry, he says he does not feel comfortable talking to me. All I ever wanted to know was why was I being attacked at Kaiser all of the time and why a certain person was hired specifically to get rid of me! I have even gotten a fake breast cancer diagnosis and they tried to rush me into surgery because "you're gonna DIE!" I was told. That was a year ago. I am still here and an outside doctor said I did not have cancer and certainly not a 2.5 cm tumor I was told I had by Kaiser doctors. Since then, I have not seen Jesus on a tortilla, or my grilled cheese sandwich to have a spontaneous miracle "healing"; so what IS it? Their contract attorney Mike C. Guasco has given me 10 years now, of restraining orders, because they said I gave my doctor unwanted gifts and that I said something romantic to him. I never did, or maybe he read my mind.....They forged his signature on the court docs. They hold him prisoner and limit his life. I think they are planning to frame me as a stalker to kill him and take his money and assets. I don't know. His domestic partner, N. Nicole Moayeri, Kaiser Neurosurgeon, is acting like she is all jealous of me and wants me dead, so she is the one who came up with the fake cancer story, complete with a radiologist terrorizing me while pulling out large chunks of my breast and talking for Dr. Moayeri, saying I am selfish, get everything I want and I take things that belong to other people! I never even met the woman (EITHER of them!)! Then she continued the torment by having me get a mammogram on my profusely bleeding breast! It was not a test, it was torture. I have had my reputation smeared, my taxes questioned, my driver's license suspended, given false contempt charges, went to court with nightmare circumstances, sentenced to jail, given attorneys who did LITERALLY NOTHING for me! I just recently was taken to court by the DA, for false contempt charges, even after I sent him all the evidence of my innocence from square one, but only to be again railroaded. The attorney given to me by the Private Defender Program, Alejandro Jacome, refused to submit my evidence, object to anything and did not question the witness. Is there ANYTHING ELSE TO A TRIAL? The DA's prosecution came into the court with such terrible things to say about me, I think Jack the Ripper would have been ashamed! The lies they told were just astounding! None of it was real! Why? I had ALREADY given the DA all solid, verified EVIDENCE of my innocence! I am pretty sure all the judges I have been dragged past were bribed by the Kaiser contract attorney, Mike C. Guasco, because it made no sense; no legal procedure at all!  My reputation has been so dragged through the mud, no attorney would take my case, except one, Donald Bloom and he was taken over and did nothing for me, even though I had paid him, then he dropped me and said he would give me a restraining order if I ever tried to contact him again. At another hearing, Judge Novak cleared out the courtroom and went on a rant so vile and horrifying, I thought for certain she had the wrong person. I think I passed out for a bit. I have MS and I think I was on overload. She heckled me during the absurd trial, called me "STALKER" as I walked to the witness stand and she interrupted me every other sentence and had it stricken. She found me guilty, even though my doctor, Dr. Lukaszewicz, went on the stand and basically refuted the restraining order. I thought it was over! She sentenced me to 5 days! I was devastated. I was treated like garbage. I had on handcuffs attached to a waist chain and was being fast walked to a van to go to jail. I was so dizzy and nauseated from MS, I could barely stand it. I had to get into a tall van with my chained legs and handcuffed wrists while the rotund officer pulled himself into the van using the steering wheel while yelling at me to "HURRY UP!" All I could do was pull myself in using a small metal ring I saw attached to the front seat. I was able to put my small finger through it and could pull myself in using it. My legs are short and heavy from a year of experimental chemo I had from a rare cancer I had just after my husband drowned while out sailing in the SF Bay. There is much more to my story, it has been terrible. I am pretty certain they wanted me to kill myself, because they think I am mentally ill due to 5 false diagnoses given to me by my doctor's domestic partner's friend, "psychiatrist" Marija M. Petrovic, who arranged to get me as her patient. I saw her 4 times and never talked about me, only how I felt about my doctor. For me, Kaiser has been like a Halloween Haunted House, where something horrible pops out around every turn, only the danger is real and the attackers seem to have lost their marbles! I have gone through 5 years of attacks and torment and I am still alive. My doctor helped to save me once, but now with the false restraining orders Mike Guasco gave me, he cannot help me and I cannot help him; we are basically screwed. They put a wall around his office with a buzzer door and cameras everywhere. They are keeping an eye on him, NOT protecting him from me, the notorious gift giver! I think we are both sitting ducks.  Mr. Guasco would always have something served to me, or an officer come to my house, for one reason, or another. Now, I live 150 miles away, so it isn't as much, but he still drags an officer on a difficult drive here to scold me for one thing, or another! Guasco tries so hard to give gravitas to a lie! (He does a lot of turd polishing.) It got so that a knock on my door made my blood run cold, my heart beat out of my chest and my breathing stop. I imagine that by now I might have PTSD (Nah!). Guasco had everyone scream at me, no normal talking. They knew I had a large brain lesion from MS that was not yet completely visible (or so I was told), so it is my belief that Mike Guasco told everyone to scream at me and make me upset, so the lesion might make me die. (Believe me, he is not nice; I think he is a sociopath, hurting people seems to be no big deal to him.) 

So, they want me dead for one reason, or another. Mike Guasco does somewhat the same methods to other Kaiser patients that Kaiser wants to be rid of to cut back on costs. He gives them false TROs and makes up believable sounding stories to railroad them. He said a quadriplegic man spat at his nurse....gee what else could he do? He said a retired Coast Guard Officer was threatening Kaiser employees with a gun. The man is so gentle and he takes care of his brain injured son 24/7, yet Guasco threatens the man with jaill all of the time just to upset the poor man. The man, Jeff Lusk (son, Ty) has no gun at all, but since he was an officer, Guasco thought it would be believable. "Strange" how Mr. Lusk "just happened" to have had a home invasion, was beaten up, his son shoved around on his bed and his morphine stolen. Mr. Lusk no longer stays in contact with me, but said I could use anything he said to me as help. He had been planning to come to the farce trial to help me, but guess "someone" warned him off. (I wonder who?)  Guasco behaves like he thinks he is Mafia. Kaiser gives him Carte Blanche with their billions in reserves, so he is able to bribe every judge in existence. The last time Guasco dragged me into court for the final false 5 YEAR R.O., Judge Foiles went along with whatever Guasco said (yeah, so reasonable to give a senior widow 10 years of restraining orders for being a grateful patient giving her doctor a few gifts of thanks for his extra help!) My life is being held hostage by this! It is on my mind nearly 24/7 and looking for help for myself and my doctor. As Judge Foiles was leaving the courtroom he said to me, "You'll have a fair trial with the DA!" Really? No, I guess the DA has his price too! The DA brought in a case that was a stranger to me! It was ALL a lie! "My" attorney, Alejandro Jacome, from the San Mateo Cnty Bar Assn Private Defender Program, just sat in his chair, lips glued shut, not a spec of legal help did I hear from him. My evidence not submitted, no questioning the only witness, no objections! It was a FARCE! Judge du Bois merely sat sweating profusely and trying to appear like a real judge. One time, I asked Judge Karesh if I could have a menu of case types and what the prices were for them to get a winning verdict. No response. No legal approach was helpful. I guess he knew Kaiser could beat any price I could produce. I am a retired widow who lost everything to a/my tech company collapse and investments with Merrill Lynch. It didn't hurt Mark Barrenechea, my co-board member, but it devastated me. Now, I am just trying to keep my former doctor, Lukaszewicz alive, because as sure as the sun is shining today, something bad is planned for him and I am not about to let that happen. He treated me like the princess my great aunt really was!

I am beaten up and worn out, but still hope to write a book, if I live through this. There is much more to be told. Kaiser is a place where nightmares are CREATED AND REAL!

Kaiser must be stopped! Mike C. Guasco MUST BE STOPPED! He is taking down the Justice System and dismantling the foundation of Democracy with the help of greedy Kaiser!

Mike C. Guasco, Kaiser contract attorney beats up senior woman with MS, to make his client happy!

Mike C. Guasco, Kaiser Permanente contract attorney has been abusing a senior woman with MS just to make his jealous client happy and because he makes money doing it!

Guasco has been falsely restraining widow, cancer survivor and MS patient Cheryl Petrovich for the whim of his wealthy client, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri of Kaiser Redwood City neurosurgery! Ms Petrovich thanked her doctor for his outstanding medical help with a few gifts and it made Dr. Moayeri jealous and had her freebie Kaiser attorney (still too expensive!) Mike Guasco, give Cheryl a restraining order with her doctor's name on it as Plaintiff, with a FORGED SIGNATURE! The judges just push it through, don't care about Cheryl's evidence, because they get paid big bucks to do it! They have been doing it to Cheryl for over 5 years now and even had her put in jail!! She was so ill from MS, she could barely stand! WHEN IS KAISER GOING TO BE DECENT AND DROP THE RESTRAINING ORDER BY THE UNHINGED, SELF ABSORBED SURGEON! PLEASE, TELL KAISER TO FREE CHERYL PETROVICH FROM THE UNHINGED DR. MOAYERI AND  THE PREDATORY, MIKE C. GUASCO!

Recently, Dr. Moayeri had Cheryl given a false breast cancer diagnosis to get her into surgery! Why? Why do you think? She thinks Cheryl is the root of her bad relationship with her domestic partner! 

Guess what? Just as Dr. Moayeri knew.....CHERYL DOES NOT HAVE BREAST CANCER!

The local PD said in a roundabout, but clear way that Dr. Moayeri is an abuser of her domestic partner Dr. Gregory C. Lukaszewicz! 

So now, she takes it out on Cheryl with false law, threats on Cheryl's life and keeps her partner, Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, held as a prisoner!! It is horrific! Crazy! Yet, no matter how much Kaiser knows about it ALL, they still risk allowing DR. MOAYERI to dig around in patient's brains ANYWAY!! REALLY? Her behavior is NOT NORMAL!

 Kaiser's contract attorney, Mike C. Guasco has been busy doing a character assassination on me. In my opinion, the man just cannot seem to win a case without using dirty tricks, or bribery helping him along. He has been attacking me along with false law and spreading lies about me. It is pathetic. 

Dr. Moayeri is his client and is so pathetic and cannot hold a partner who wants to be with her that she keeps one a prisoner against his will. I was told by police in an indirect way that she is an abuser. I guess if the police felt the need to say that to me, they must have felt it was serious. She had my life threatened twice, so I do not doubt what the officer said for a minute; he was trying to talk me into doing a welfare check on her domestic partner who called me sounding frightened. For five years I have been held under false law with court papers that were forged and used a ridiculous story. Last time Mr. Guasco gave me a false restraining order, he did it pretending it was from my doctor. It was all a part of his plan to help Dr. Moayeri hold someone who doesn't want to be with her, a prisoner.

I was coming to the end of Mike Guasco's last abusive false restraining order against me, when his client, Dr. Moayeri came up with an idea of having her colleagues give me a false breast cancer diagnosis. The dumb part that seriously gave it away was that the radiologist doing the biopsies was talking to me as if she were Dr. Moayeri! No one else, especially someone I had never met before, would call me names and rant Dr. Moayeri's crazy idea that I was taking away something that "belonged" to her (a person!) because he was my doctor who did excellent work for me and I thanked him with a few gifts of gratitude. I do not know why Dr. Marianne Moon played along, but she did. I was also given medication to take that had nasty side effects and made me miserable. 

I did not think that anyone would go so far as to give a med used for breast cancer to a person, so despite the ravings of a crazy person, I saw reports that were meant to convince me that I had breast cancer. So I thought there was a possibility. Mr. Guasco was ready for me to call my wonderful doctor, Dr. Lukaszewicz, to ask if he could observe breast cancer surgery. There was no reason I could not call his office, but his staff had been directed not to allow me to speak with him. Dr. Lukaszewicz said he needed to call the Kaiser attorney, Guasco to find out. It was supposed to be his own restraining order against me, but did not know if he currently had one on me? I called the court and was told no; there was no restraining order on me at all. It was always Guasco's restraining order (Kaiser's) against me, not Dr. Lukaszewicz's because Kaiser wanted to keep their neurosurgeon, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri happy and she wanted to keep her "property" to herself. I know things may be different where she is from, Iran, but in the USA, we do not own people, or put them in jail for giving their partner, my doctor, a few gifts for going above and beyond to help them, and endless restraining orders! Plus, I was given thank you emails and phone calls of thanks!

So, Kaiser blindsided me with restraining orders without end and threats of death and bodily harm with painful tests and threatening me with a long needle going near my eyes and making stabbing motions at me with it too. KAISER HAS BEEN A PLACE OF TORTURE FOR ME!

Kaiser is more like a Mafia, mob organization from the way I have been treated and heard about from other patients and even attorneys! Mike Guasco seems to have carte blanche with their money and brutal handling of patients. Mr. Guasco appears to have the run of the hospital and patient information. He seems to know if the patient could afford an attorney, or not and also blacklists them if they can. Guasco loses if the opposition has an attorney, because from what I have seen, he can only win with everything sewn up for him!He seems to pick on patients with serious health issues, like a quadriplegic man he accused of spitting at a nurse, but thankfully, he had an attorney on his side who beat Guasco. Guasco also beat up on a man with a brain injured son. The man was a retired coastguard officer and the only one to care for his tragically injured son, 24/7, yet Guasco dragged the man through court and threatened him with jail, just to make the innocent man suffer. The man was trying to find out where the money donated to his son by kind people had gone. Mr. Guasco obviously did not want him to find out.....wonder why? Guasco spread lies about the man and just ripped up his reputation. Guasco also spread a lie saying the former Coast Guard office had a gun and was threatening Kaiser employees with it. I have met the man, he is docile, kind and does not have a gun. He is a sweet man. Guasco seems to pick on people in poor circumstances. It is not a nice person who does that. I do not think that setting people up for an inevitable fall is law, or the kind of person who belongs around decent people. 

I also heard from a victim, that Guasco uses the names of Kaiser employees as Plaintiffs on false restraining orders and actors in court. From what I have figured out, Guasco gets rid of Kaiser patients who are costly for Kaiser to have in their care. Must be how Kaiser has 28 billion in reserves. Must be court money.....Guasco does not seem to be a litigator, just a fixer. One sided court hearings. Hard to lose.

I DID NOTHING WRONG, so I MUST be a part of a con, but Kaiser has deep pockets, so no legal sense will free me! The San Mateo County Sup. Court seems to be "dedicated" to hearing only Mr. Guasco's non-sense and lies! It appears TRUTH is a stranger to that court house! I provide evidence that shows I NEVER did anything wrong, but I have been put through the wringer!

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS! My doctor, Dr. Lukaszewicz, did exceptional work for me with my difficult health issue and I thanked him with a few gifts of gratitude. Later, we decided we would like to be friends, so I dropped him as my doctor. Three months later he came to observe my gallbladder removal surgery at my request. Right after I left a message to thank him, I got a restraining order! It wasn't from him although it had his name on it as Plaintiff! His signature was forged! It turned out that his domestic partner, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, of Redwood City Kaiser neurosurgery, gave me the restraining order under his name and had a friend, Marija M. Petrovic forge his signature! Do you know, I am a scapegoat for that jealous woman, been to jail and had my life threatened twice and was given a false breast cancer diagnosis to lure me into unnecessary surgery? Why do you think they wanted me in surgery for NO REASON? HMMM? What comes to YOUR mind? Kaiser CEO Richard Isaacs and Kaiser attorney and exec VP, will NOT investigate it, because they don't mind sacrificing me, a nothing patient to be continuously under false law, dragged back into court for made up reasons merely to harass me to satisfy Dr. Moayeri, his shadow client. Mr. Guasco has obviously smeared my name in the legal community with lies, so I cannot find an attorney. My personal life has been attacked and I am sick of it! I have gotten anonymous emails from people claiming to be attorneys who tell me they would never let me hire them and they make it sound like I am doing something wrong to my doctor, Dr. Lukaszewicz, when instead, I hold him in the highest regard and would risk my life to save his; he has done so much for me! Kaiser does not want to admit their neurosurgeon does not appear to be playing with a full deck! It scares me that BIG MONEY is running our courts and healthcare! Mr. Guasco has been getting rid of Kaiser patients who have costly serious health issues by using falseTROs (temporary restraining orders, for emergencies) that have Kaiser employee's names on them as Plaintiff and from what I was told by a witness, actors in court! Excuse me, I am not an attorney, but isn't that WILDLY ILLEGAL? Also, FORGERY of a person's signature is IDENTITY THEFT! Dr. Lukaszewicz has been held like a prisoner! Need an Attorney to Share in BIG damages!

 I am adding to the previous post. I am seeking an attorney who wants to share in huge damages probable from a case. I have been attacked for over 5 years by Kaiser contract attorney and a year ago, it escalated to attempted murder! I was given a false breast cancer diagnosis by a radiologist who was ranting at me as she was removing tissue samples, so I knew who she was doing it for, Dr. N. Moayeri. I was given a scary diagnosis of having a 2.5 cm tumor and was urged to seek immediate surgery. It frightened me, so I said I wanted to wait until the false restraining order set up against me by attorney Mike Guasco was over, so I could have Dr. Lukaszewicz observe the surgery and keep me safe. No, Mr. Guasco could not have that! NO! He hit me with another restraining order and the reason he gave? "Past behavior!" San Mateo Sup Ct. Judge Foiles was only listening to Mr. Guasco, but I said I needed Dr. Lukaszewicz to observe my surgery to keep me safe, but Mr. Guasco said, "I want her to have 5 years!" He sure seemed like he wanted me to die! I know he is keeping me restrained to help Dr. Moayeri feel better about herself, but at the expense of my life? It is my only insurance and they all know each other and back each other! Kaiser is scary and their attorney, Mike Guasco is even scarier. I had an outside exam: I DO NOT HAVE BREAST CANCER! They know it! It has been a year now! Yet, they still call me to come in for surgery! It has been ATTEMPTED MURDER! I need an attorney! I filed police reports and have heard NOTHING BACK! 5 years of harassment, jail, humiliation, shame and they just don't stop! I moved 150 miles away! I have been in my house for much of the time! I need an attorney who will go for HUGE damages! I am a widow with MS, but Mr. Guasco, Dr. N. Moayeri (Redwood City Kaiser) do not care! They keep harassing me! Please message me, if you can help! Tell them to stop hurting me! I am in Northern CA in Mendocino County. Go for BIG damages and I will SPLIT them with you! Evidence galore, I was blacklisted, by....guess who? My life is being cut short; I should not have to live this way! Please help me and help my doctor too; he is being punished for doing nothing wrong too! Dr. Moayeri is obviously insecure and must think everyone should love her! The PD in her area said she is abusive! I do not feel sorry for her, plus I believe her attorney is making money off her, even though he is supposed to be a freebie for Kaiser doctors. I would never sign up with them, knowing what I know. I would run, fast and far! 

Free Kaiser Surgeon Dr. Lukaszewicz from Kaiser Attorney, Mike C. Guasco's false imprisonment!

Kaiser Neurosurgeon, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, became jealous of me and had the Kaiser contract attorney Mike C. Guasco (moron), give me several FORGED (verified) false restraining orders because she did not like that I gave my doctor, her roommate, gifts for his outstanding work for me. She has hired people to torment me and twice try and kill me. The last time, she had a colleague, Radiologist, Dr. Moon, violently take out breast biopsies while yelling strange things at me, that sounded like Dr. Moayeri and made false reports that I had a serious breast cancer of 2.5. Cm. I was being urged to go in for surgery, but I wanted to wait until my doctor could be there to observe, instead, I was again hit with a restraining order! To be sure I would either die by her surgical method, or by cancer, her attorney, Mike Guasco gave me a 5 YEAR restraining order, again FORGED, by a very "cooperative" judge, so I could not be safe with Dr. Lukaszewicz's observation/protection! I was wanted DEAD! No doubt! Kaiser will do nothing to help me! Dr. Moayeri is not acting normal! I believe she is a danger to Kaiser patients!

Dr. Lukaszewicz is held like a PRISONER! He needs help! Police, please do a welfare check on him, or even better FREE HIM!

I am still held under Mike C. Guasco's false law! He had someone write false contempt charges! It has been over 5 years now! I have MS and was falsely JAILED and was very ill in jail, but got no help!

Kaiser allows their contract attorney Mike Guasco to use criminal methods to hurt me!

 Kaiser contract attorney, Michael C. Guasco of Law Firm of Buty & Curliano, Oakland, CA has been holding me under false restraining orders of his own making and benefit and using the name of a Kaiser employee, Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, MD, of Kaiser South San Francisco as Plaintiff. Mr. Guasco uses his seniority over Dr. Lukaszewicz and obvious threats against his job to get him to comply at all. But, Mr. Guasco has forged the signature of Dr. Lukaszewicz in each document Mr. Guasco fraudulently filed with the Superior Court. I have had 3 seperate handwriting experts verify my claim. (Dr. Lukaszewicz should also verify the claim) Mr. Guasco is doing the restraining orders on the behest of Kaiser Redwood City Neurosurgeon, Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, MD.!!! She has been harassing me for years and has hired people to attack me and has gotten employees at Kaiser South San Francisco and Daly City to cause problems for me and take me on as a patient to make my life miserable and try and get me to kill myself in the form of mental manipulation from a psychiatrist she knows to come to Kaiser to interrogate me and then harass and psychologically torment me to into death.Mr Guasco uses many deceptive and other practices to get judges to find in his favor. His papers are all forged and are complete lies. He has yelled at me saying he could keep me restrained forever. He is obviously being greatly compensated by Dr. Moayeri. Mr. Guasco uses the same methods at other Kaiser Hospitals to get rid of undesirable patients for Kaiser, or those who cost them too much. Attorney John Busman has opposed Mr. Guasco and won and blogs about Kaiser frivolous lawsuits. Mr. Guasco has made my life terrible, demeaning and even had me falsely jailed. Dr. Moayeri recently tried to kill me by giving me a false breast cancer diagnosis to lure me into surgery so I could be harmed, or killed. She is insanely jealous of me! This has been ongoing for over 5 years. I have proof and I have MS and I am suffering terribly. Please help!
