KAISER FAUX ATTORNEY MIKE GUASCO, IS CRUEL,VILE & BEATS UP BRAIN INJURED & QUADRIPLEGIC PATIENTS FOR FUN & PROFIT!

I find it extremely humorous that Kaiser hired attorney, Mike Guasco had to pull out all the stops, just so he could beat up a senior handicapped woman over a false restraining order he devised with the help of many extras in his off, off, Broadway production of, "The Magic Show," because all he has is "smoke and mirrors" instead of law. I have never met a such an officious, little mendacious ball of tumor in somewhat human form, ever before! (Actually, he resembles more, combo tumor, hairball bezoare and Tasmanian devil....in looks, demeanor and digestibility!)

In my case, Guasco lied, had signatures of his so-called-client forged, said his "client" was present, when he was not, sneaked a troglodyte attorney, Charlie Smith IV on me as my babysitter, who claimed he was with the Private Defender program, when he was not; he just screamed at me to "SHUT UP!" Guasco "magically" had judges buy his load of crap and turn a blind eye to my irrefutable evidence that should have completely exonerated me, since it showed that it was all a premeditated trap to make me look guilty; in police jargon: entrapment!

Mr. Guasco is a relatively young man, but he seems to have all the "tricks of the trade" all firmly under his belt. From my observations I'd say he is a prodigy in the art of pure unadulterated, B.S. in the tradition of the Mafia. Hard to lose when even the judge is on your side. Guasco was shooting fish in a barrel....just call me trout.

Mr. Guasco is so brave that when I tried to speak with him after the bathroom break/hearing, he grabbed his adorable little (manly) cart and hauled his ass through the long corridor of the court in true Tasmanian devil, break neck speed form. He was brave enough to blindside me and lunge in my face and scream at me, but to have a civil conversation about substantive issues, he turned tail and ran.  He made a woman with MS chase him along the lengthy, shiny waxed floors while his cart did a merry tarantella as it bounced and gyrated behind. Fortunately for him he did not drop his load....of false evidence he never bothered to share with me. It was comical. Mr. Guasco was brave and blustery in the courtroom with a judge (Danny Chou) who seemed to enjoy feeding off of Guasco's excremental offerings, but cut me off after saying only a couple of words, and telling me that he "had enough" of me.  Really? Was something hanging out of my nose, or something? It certainly could not have been anything I said, because I merely told him that I live far away and rarely leave home. But, he seemed to think that Guasco's bushel of fetid excreta was Mozart's concerto in A major, when to any unbiased listener knew it was more closely resembling monkeys banging dented metal trash can lids together...complete with remnants of cabbage and soiled condoms clinging precariously by a thin gluey thread to the inner portion of the lid.
That is Guasco in a nutshell: a real "class" act. For a sideshow at a carnival, yes, but for an attorney in the courtroom, no; it/he was a disgrace.
I hope he got big money for the false case against me, because one day, some judge will be pissed off by Guasco's smirky, smarmy, shit eating grin face and the feces that dribbles out, and put his ass in jail.....where it belongs!
(Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that he was married to a BIG time arrested druggie and he was arrested twice.)

Dear Judge Novak:

I do not need to review all

facts of what was done to

me, but to put it succinctly:

you brutalized me.

You intimidated me,

mocked me, called me

names, harassed me into

accepting an attorney I did

not want, to the point that I

had my head down on the

table and was crying.

You knew that the attorney,

Charlie Smith IV was there

to keep me quiet and be an

ineffective defense for me.

He cleared the courtroom

prior to the trial, so that you

both could denigrate and

humiliate and terrorize me.

That way, you could shake

me up and make me feel

even more vulnerable during

that kangaroo trial you

conducted. You even went

to the point of heckling me

as I walked by you to go to

the witness stand and called

me, “STALKER!” You had no

reason to call me that since

there was no evidence that

I was EVER a stalker!

You said that my doctor,

Dr. Lukaszewicz was afraid

of me. There was no

evidence of that either.

In fact, you did not seem to

care about finding the truth,

you already knew what you

had planned to do to me;

you wanted me jailed!

You sidestepped the DA,

so he would not find out

that the case against me

was bogus. You were

completely under the control

of the other side.

You subverted the law

and made a mockery of

the system of Justice and

for what reason? Were you

given a bonus by Kaiser,

or the Kaiser law firm of

Buty & Curliano, or one

of their minions? Had you

looked into my evidence

and the timeline, or anything

pertinent to the case, you

would have easily seen that

what was done to me was a

frame job. Dr. Lukaszewicz,

when on the stand said that

my gifts to him were, “very

nice and expensive” and he

looked very kindly at me and

said my name with a soft tone

to his voice and looked

directly at me while saying it.

He was a victim in this entire

case. He was being punished

more than myself, yet you

tried so hard to make me out

as a predator. I believe you

were taking direction from

people from Kaiser who had

personal stake in keeping me

restrained and tortured.

You threw a senior widow,

cancer survivor with MS

into jail for no good reason.

Mr. Guasco had contempt

charges made up by (at

that time) security guard,

Edward Souza. I filed with

the court a witness

statement that said that

Edward Souza had

confessed to me that the

Kaiser psychiatrist, Marija

M. Petrovic, was hired,

“specifically to get rid of you

as Dr. Lukaszewicz’s patient.”

My witness heard him say

that, because he was on

speaker phone at that time.

He wrote a statement to

that fact and I filed it with

the court. It was ignored.

It should have ended it all.

In fact, everything I used

on my own behalf as

evidence was ignored.

I had handwriting experts

saying Dr. Lukaszewicz’s

signature had been forged

in several instances.

All ignored. It helped to

show that Dr. Lukaszewicz

was not a willing participant

in this faux legal matter.

Mr. Guasco lied in court

filed documents and ignored

rules of court and falsified

evidence. You put me in jail

under false pretenses and

I believe you were complicit

with helping the Kaiser side

of the matter. You mocked

my mental health, you shut

me down on the witness

stand, you allowed Charlie

Smith to be completely

lethargic and ignored the

fact that he basically told me

to “tell them why you think

this is a false restraining order.”

That was it, no help from

him and I barely got started

before I was excused. 

It was all theater. You were

using me as a sacrifice to

make someone else happy.

They wanted me to suffer

and you complied. They

wanted Dr. Lukaszewicz to

suffer and you complied.

He was to be punished for

his kindness toward me,

by having his name on a

court filing that was against

his patient. If anyone had

bothered to look at the

timeline, they would have

seen that anything I could

have done wrong in regard

to Dr. Lukaszewicz, happened

97 days PRIOR to be given

a TRO. A TRO for what?

It was for giving my kind,

caring, hard working doctor

some gifts of gratitude for his

hard work on my behalf and

for a bogus charge of having

crossed personal boundary

lines with him. I had dropped

Dr. Lukaszewicz as my doctor

97 days prior, because we

had spoken about becoming

personal acquaintances and

one must discontinue being

a patient of a doctor for that

to happen. There is no set

guideline for a waiting period

and I had no idea either.

Some waiting periods I had

read about were as little as

3 months.  I figured I would

be apprised when the time

was up.

In the meantime, I found,

through the ER, that I needed

to have my infected gallbladder

removed so it would not infect

other organs. Since

Dr. Lukaszewicz is a surgeon

(vascular and general) I asked

if he could be there to observe,

because I was somewhat

frightened and I trust him with

my life. I was kept at Kaiser

SSF from Tuesday night until

Friday to have the surgery. At

that time Dr. Lukaszewicz had

half days on Fridays. I was told

by my surgeon that

Dr. Lukaszewicz had been at

my surgery. I called a message

line that I was told by Kaiser

SSF Patient Relations

manager, Bertha Ponse, let me
know where to find the email
address and his message line, so

while still in my hospital room,

I called and left a message for

Dr. Lukaszewicz saying thank

you for being so kind as to

attend my surgery to make

certain I was safe. Around 1

week later, I was served a

TRO. That was a fake message

line that had been set up at the

behest of the psychiatrist,

Marija M. Petrovic, who had

been hired back to Kaiser to,

“specifically get rid of you!” (me).

I believe that Marija M. Petrovic’s

role at Kaiser had been to make

plans of entrapment to remove

Kaiser of potential, “problem”

patients. I was funneled to

her as “someone nice to talk to.” 

She was not. She harassed

me and phoned me saying

cruel, humiliating things to

me and when I cried, she

hung up.

She piled on nearly every

mental illness she could think

of in my chart to discredit me

and when I asked her why she

did that she laughed and said,

“you noticed that, huh?” She

was unlike any psychiatrist I

could imagine, because

instead of helping, she harmed.

She seems very possessive

toward Dr. Lukaszewicz and

told me to, “leave Dr.

Lukaszewicz and myself alone!”

I believe that she knew Dr.

Lukaszewicz and his domestic

partner, Dr. Moayeri, who is

a Kaiser neurosurgeon,

because Marija Petrovic’s

brother (Marko) also

works at Kaiser in Neurology

and in the same areas of

California. Marija Petrovic

came back to Kaiser in

May of 2015 (earlier, she

had an office on the 3rd floor

of Kaiser SSF facility,

same as Dr. Lukaszewicz’s)

and I immediately saw things

going wrong, that I was

being targeted. Since that

time, I felt watched, treated

with suspicion and given cold

and rough treatment by the

Kaiser SSF staff, when prior

they had been so kind and

helpful. 

Judge Novak, I believe you

were a part of the plan to get

rid of me, because someone

felt threatened by the kindness

shown me by Dr. Lukaszewicz

and the fact that he attended

my surgery at my request,

when I was told I could not

see him. I believe Marija

Petrovic melded her idea of

getting rid of me with my

decision to drop my doctor

so we could become friends.

She is patient and waits for

the most opportune moment

to implement her plans. She

makes me think of an

embedded spy. What normal

psychiatrist makes all the

entrapment kinds of plans

as she does? They were all

directed at getting rid of me,

just as Mr. Souza said. She

made plans to frighten me

in order to stimulate me to

write numerous emails,

so she could use them as

evidence at a later date,

which Michael C. Guasco

did, so that he could extend

the false restraining order.

They made an effective team

of framing innocent people

into looking guilty.  In fact, I

was told by an attorney that

it had been noticed by fellow

attorneys that Mr. Guasco

serves and inordinate amount

of TROs on people and

patients who did not

seem at all to deserve

it to gain the upper hand

and uses Kaiser staff to

implement his plans.

I was told that he actually

served a male

quadriplegic Kaiser

patient with a TRO for

supposedly spitting at

a nurse. I find that low

and reprehensible. It

showed me that he

is rather cold blooded.

He told me, an MS patient

with a brain lesion that

could kill me, that he was

glad he was able to put me

in jail. Why? He knew he

made up this entire case

from A-Z with help from

his minions. I noticed that

he used Kaiser hired

security guards as his

helpers and that after

I was securely and falsely

restrained, that they

suddenly had permanent

Kaiser jobs and were no

longer merely contracted

workers there. I also noticed

that while in court,

Edward Souza commented

upon my health matters,

which he could have only

gotten from my medical file!

What right did a security

guard have perusing MY

medical file?

I have been on Mr.

Guasco’s false restraining

order for around 3.5 years.

With the time I did not see

Dr. Lukaszewicz, before

the actual court hearing,

to the scheduled end,

I will have been restricted

from seeing him for nearly

5 years. I only saw him in

court maybe 3 times and

have not spoken

directly/privately to him in

the entire time. 

The only reason I ever

agreed to the initial

restraining order was

because I could not

find an attorney

(I appear to be blacklisted

somehow) and I was so

ill from what I believe were

MS symptoms of dizziness

and nausea, I could barely

stand and my mouth was

practically glued shut.

I was afraid that I had hurt

Dr. Lukaszewicz’s job by

giving him gifts, so I agreed

to the 30 months by saying,

“if it will make them happy,

okay.” I never believed it

was Dr. Lukaszewicz’s

TRO/RO. To me, if anything

he was under duress, threat

and coercion to do it to me.

I am pretty certain he knew

I didn’t believe it was from

him either. The attorney you

forced on me (who did

nothing but yell in my face)

Charlie Smith IV, said to me,

“why won’t you believe that

Dr. Lukaszewicz is doing all

of this to you?” I said,

“because I care about him

and because he is a victim

too.”

Both of us have been through

a nightmare….and Kaiser

allowed it.

Mr. Guasco blatantly lied,

bullied, forged and bribed

(?) his way through this and

he never showed one tiny bit

of concern for me, or how he

was hurting people. He

screamed in my face that

he could keep the restraining

order going FOREVER! He

said he could use his false

evidence (my emails from

2015, but he did not share

the evidence with me,

discovery), I just knew from

the number, 163, that they

were the emails Marija Petrovic

frightened me into writing,

because she accused me

of doing something

inappropriate to

Dr. Lukaszewicz and

somehow, no one at Kaiser

SSF, or anyone in

executive positions would

help, so I wrote emails to

Dr. Lukaszewicz on their

bogus email/voice mail

site that Bertha Ponse

told me about and used

them against me.)

Mr. Guasco came to court

for the extension hearing

brandishing two binders of

that “evidence” and claimed

they were from 2017, just

before he so happily had

me jailed. He said he could

use them to have me

forever restrained. He

also claimed that he

could give me contempt

charges for each of the

163 emails I wrote.

He just wanted to terrorize

me and knew I had no one

to protect me from his

brutality. He seemed to

enjoy it. He never once

showed me any kindness,

or compassion, even though

he knew it was all of his

manufacturing. He had

Dr. Lukaszewicz’s signature

forged on the extension

paper he filed with the

court and lied and said

that Dr. Lukaszewicz had

been present at that

hearing, when he was not.

(as my adult son attested

to in a statement) My

handwriting expert had

said that the likely forger

in my case was Marija

M. Petrovic. What normal

psychiatrist forges signatures?

(It even looked like Judge

Chou’s signature had possibly

been signed by her too, since

I saw her signature prior and

it looked very similar to me). I

had been a currency sorter for

the Federal Reserve Bank

(and also worked for the

Treasury Dept) and differences

in things stand out to me.

I have been treated so roughly

and unfairly, that it occurred to

me that since everyone knew

of my fragile health and the

large MS lesion on my brain

(as told to me by my Kaiser

neurologist) which could

seriously harm me

That was the reason everyone

yelled at me and were so over

the top with the brutality,

that they were trying to have

me hurt, or worse. It may be

construed as attempted murder.

It is something I firmly believe.

Judge Novak, I believe you

were complicit in everything

that Mr. Guasco and his team

wanted. You ignored my civil

rights (as you mocked me

about) and you trampled on

the law. There was no justice

in your courtroom, only lies

and subverting the law and

showing blind justice complete

disdain. You know what you

were doing to me and you

did it to me looking very pleased.

That was more than contempt;

it was criminal. 

How did Mr. Guasco get you

to go along with this travesty

of justice? Who was it helping?

Who benefited from my jailing

and torment? (Misplaced eye

for an eye, “justice?”) Who is

the obvious choice? Someone

who might be jealous or

worried about their status quo?

Who at Kaiser might they want

to help and keep happy? 

Judge Novak, you were not a

judge in my case, you were a

torturer. You must have

benefited immensely

“somehow” to do all

the terrible things to me. I

suppose everyone did in

some way….except me. 

I noticed that Mr. Guasco

bought a new house recently

….I suppose his actual

(shadow) client was very

grateful.

As for myself, I have been

battling depression and cried

for the better part of 3 years.

Sometimes, I did not want to

live. I moved away

to a remote, isolated town by the

ocean. I almost never leave my

home, unless it is for this

obscenity of a “legal” matter,

or health issues. I write poems

and a daily diary blog

to try and keep from sinking

into a dark place of sadness. I

infrequently see, or

communicate with family, or

friends. I don’t want

to bring them down.

I am a senior

and should be enjoying my

remaining years, but you

robbed me of that. My

name has been

smeared and my name

is in a police database.

I am someone

who has never harmed

another person. My life

is in tatters, because

selfish people were

afraid of losing someone,

or money, or both. Human life

seems to mean nothing to

any of you.    It is disgusting.

I will never understand people

like you, or Mike Guasco,

Marija M. Petrovic, Edward

Souza and all of the people

who helped protect you all.

Criminal prosecution belongs

in all your futures. I pray no

one else has to fall victim to

this same kind of obscenity.

Prison is a great place for

people like you to languish.
