Hello,
I know by Guasco's desperation that he has given
me the restraining order for his own personal
desires and to make money from it. A person does
not take such risks and get so personally involved
as has Guasco merely for a paycheck. He was looking
for a BIG payday! I know the TRO/RO was not from
Dr. L. He came to my surgery at my request,
he came to see how I was doing after. Then he got the
itch to hit me with a restraining order a week later,
after not having seen him for 97 days prior?
Guasco really thinks everyone is gullible.....and it appears
they were.....or PAID to be so. Okay, we KNOW the R.O.
is NOT from my doctor. Who IS it from, then? Is it
from Dr. ****, who may have felt she might lose another
income to help fund her social climbing, wealthy lifestyle?
Hmmmm, sounds very likely. Would Guasco work so hard
to break the law and torment an innocent person and hold
them virtually AND LITERALLY as a prisoner and treat
them so terribly, that either their health, or their sadness
from being so beaten up by professionals that they might
want to kill themselves out of despair and feeling so low?
(They did not care what happened to me, either way).
OR is Guasco and crew looking to steal Dr. L's
identity and then take his belongs and just HOPE he doesn't
say anything? No. Okay, then, what about Dr. M?
If she hired Guasco to get rid of me and so far I am still
alive with only a year to go.....then what?
Maybe join forces even more and share in Dr. L's
money?
(My PI told me he could not find any marriage records for
Dr. L or Dr. M)
Mr. Guasco's screaming at me
outside the courtroom was of a desperate man (criminal).
He has already burned through willing (purchased?)
judges and Danny Chou is at South SF Court, so which
judge could he compromise next? We have already seen
that judges can be bought, especially those who are
about to retire....
So, with Kaiser's apparent blessing, Dr. M seems
to be the person in the shadows who is the REAL client of
Guasco.
I called it the first day I was served.. Does that mean that
Dr. M is not only a self-centered narcissist,
but a criminal too? She must have had no concern about
what was done to me, or how it might have affected
my health, because what I went through was brutal.
A less strong person might have died.
One reason I made it through, was my concern for
Dr. L's safety. He is basically a lamb to slaughter.
He knows too much. They will forge his life away,
or force him to sign and then? Can't leave him to blab....
By their treatment of me, I KNOW those people are
completely lacking in human compassion, or any capability
for empathy. They do not believe they can be caught
and they seem to feel justified in doing what they do
as illustrated by Guasco's tired use of his tag line,
"you brought this on yourself." Creepy...
especially since he knows he set up this entire illegal matter,
in conjunction with his helpers, who were paid with
permanent jobs....De Guzman and Souza. (Marija M. Petrovic?)
Those people fall under narcissistic and psychopath.
No empathy. No remorse. A feeling of entitlement.
To them, other people are insignificant.
Again, Dr. L is in DANGER! Keep him safe!
It is your duty! The evidence is OVERWHELMING!
I may not be as important as Dr. L,
or in as much danger, here, 140 miles away on a difficult drive,
but I DO deserve justice! Please, do not ignore this!

I was terrorized by this group of thugs! If they did not want me to talk, they should have left me alone and treated me like a human being, not like an animal! I would NEVER treat an animal the way I was treated!
