Kaiser Permanente is a scary place to me! I have been in Hell

 Kaiser Permanente is a scary place to me! They have a contract attorney who says he gives free legal to Kaiser doctors, but for what reason? Dr. Nushin Nicole Moayeri of Kaiser RW City has een hurting me for over 6 years by having the Kaiser contract attorney, Mike C. Guasco give me restraining orders that she wants, but she put them in the name of another person as a plaintiff! I am merely a patient at Kaiser, yet that woman decided I was somehow a threat to her relationship with Dr. Gregory C. Lukaszewicz, so she had attorney Mike C. Guasco break the law and give me a restraining order and has kept it up for over 6 years. It was supposed to be for gifts I gave him! I gave him a few nice, tasteful things over a 3-4 period ot time! Mr. Guasco is very loose with the law, because Kaiser has a lot of money and I suppose uses it to buy "justice!" San Mateo County Superior Court has a reputation for being corrupt! Judges act like I am invisible and Mr. Guasco does nothing much but lie to them and the judges do not question him! They even let him put me in JAIL! I had a nice, friendly relationship with Dr. Lukaszewicz and he was always kind to me! The T.O. dropped off once w/o Mr. Guasco's notuce and I called the court and I asked if I was at all restrained; I was told no. Since a friend of Dr. Moayeri's, a radiologist named Dr. Moon, terrorized me while taking breast samples (Biopsies) and told me what an awful person I was and that I took things that didn't belong to me and she poked at me with a long needle and put it near my eyes like she was threatening to hurt me; I knew she was talking for Dr. Moayeri. It was not a sane situation! Next thing, I was told that I had a very, very bad breast cancer and that I needed surgery asap, or I would DIE! I kept getting frantic calls saying I needed breast surgery, or I would die! While I was still off the restraining order, I called my doctor's office, and left him a message asking him that I needed to have breast cancer surgery, would he please observe it?  (He is a Harvard graduated surgeon, so I trusted him implicitly to keep me safe, plus he had not too long before observed my gall bladder surgery. I was well within my rights to ask my doctor to observe my surgery, but that was too much for Dr. Moayeri to take; her jealousy was too hard for her to take and twice had Mr. Guasco give me restraining orders when Dr. Lukaszewicz observed my surgery. THIS IS ABSURD! MIKE C. GUASCO HAS BEEN BREAKING THE LAW JUST TO ACCOMMODATE A SPOILED, OBVIOUSLY UNHINGED WOMAN INTO MANUFACTURING AN ILLEGAL RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST ME! That is CRAZY! I have been through HELL  BECAUSE OF THIS! WHAT HAS KAISER DONE TO HELP ME? NOT ONE DAMN THING! It has been over 2 years and I have had no breast surgery and I am still alive! Dr. Moayeri is a neurosurgeon and sge obviously gets people at Kaiser to do as she wishes! I do not believe that if I went in to surgery unobserved, that I would have come out alive, or mentally well. Is that the kind of treatment you would be happy with at Kaiser and no one in authority cares? It is disgusting!! I am lucky to be alive and this was not the first of the attacks done to me by Dr. Moayeri that took away my HIPPA rights and very nearly, my life! DO YOU WANT THAT TREATMENT FOR YOURSELF? KAISER DID NOT REPRIMAND HER AT ALL! I COULD NOT GET AN ATTORNEY! KAISER HAS TOO MUCH MONEY & DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE WHAT THEIR DOCTORS, OR THEIR CONTRACT ATTORNEY DOES! THEY PROBABLY HIDE DEATHS! I DO NOT TRUST KAISER! THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT HAPPENS TO THIS PATIENT! WOULD YOU TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LIFE? NOT IF YOU WENT THROUGH WHAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH! IT MAKES ME THINK OF MAFIA MEDICINE! KAISER HAS TOO MUCH MONEY AND JUDGES SEEM TO HAVE TOO LITTLE!
