Kaiser Permanente keeps letting their law firm hurt innocent people!

Kaiser's hired law firm of Buty and Curliano, through Michael C. Guasco, hurt me, by using entrapment plans manufactured by a temporary hire, named Marija M. Petrovic who I was told was "specifically hired to get rid of you!" Her primary goal was to get rid of me as my doctor's patient and stop me from ever being able to see him in any manner ever again. Why and who did my presence bother? I did nothing wrong and neither did he, but she set it up to look like I did something wrong and then used the false information to get me a restraining order with my doctor's name on it and her forgery handiwork in it. Nothing I said or did, made any difference, nor did my doctor refuting it in court even matter.

Covert expert Marija M. Petrovic it seems, has recently beaten a hasty retreat to Florida.....

This hideous abuse of law and an innocent person (me) has gone on for 4 years now. It has taken a toll on me in many ways. I am suffering from a possible breast cancer situation now, from all the stress it has caused me.

I didn't have enough money for an attorney, but magically one appeared as "my" attorney claiming to be from a Bar Assn program, but he was not. Instead of helping me, yelled at me all of the time and told me to "SHUT UP," told the Judge untrue complaints about me, cleared the courtroom so the judge could ream me out with bizarre lying tirades so intense, I passed out. When the judge had everyone return and I was called to be a witness, she heckled me from the bench and called me stalker as I walked past her. Then she interrupted me with each thing I said and had most of it stricken from the record. Somehow, the judge found me guilty and sentenced me to 5 days in jail and a fine. It made my MS kick in and I was intensely dizzy and nauseated, but no one cared.

It was all a part of the Kaiser hired law firm, Buty & Curliano's customized template for railroading innocent Kaiser patients into getting emergency restraining orders as a preemptive attack against them, before they could perhaps have a chance to hit Kaiser with a legal matter. I certainly do not think it is a legal enterprise. Kaiser is saving time and money by making potential (but innocent) plaintiffs look bad in the eyes of the court, so that any legitimate complaint the patient might have, looks merely like a vindictive, retaliatory move. 

It amazed me at how many others involved themselves in the small pleasantries of two people (my doctor and myself as patient) and made them into "News of the World" and blew an innocuous relationship intentionally and completely out of proportion. The covert Kaiser people who were involved in setting me up, made a fake message line for my doctor to entrap me and "somehow" put the phone number and his email address in my chart and then left them for me to see online (Later, they shut down  access to my online account to me altogether). It became my last resort of contacting my doctor after they accused me of doing something untoward to him. I was looking for answers from him, because no one else at Kaiser would help me. In essence, I was left in a burning building with only one route of escape and upon availing myself of its safety; I was basically arrested for using it.

Throughout the entire matter, I was pushed into looking guilty by someone hired to do just that. Kaiser has a "hit man" they hire temporarily to get rid of those patients they deem in one way, or another as a "problem" to them. That method has since been replaced by one much more streamlined, but just as insidious: now they just use the name of a Kaiser employee on a false restraining order against a Kaiser patient they assume might be a "problem patient" monetarily for Kaiser sometime down the line, or if they think a doctor has misbehaved and the law firm wants to cut the possible accuser off at the pass, so the law firm uses a preemptive strike in the serious form of a restraining order (a TRO) against the patient and lie about them committing some lewd act, or other sinister accusation that prompts the employee to be forced into seeking a restraining order against the innocent patient (victim). In short, they frame innocent patients. Then they use an actor in court to play the "maligned" Kaiser employee.

The innocent patient who may have an actual claim, instead becomes a defendant and is rendered too tainted by the preemptive false restraining order to be able to seek a remedy for their own legitimate complaint. The court looks at them with a jaundiced eye and and decides that the innocent patient's claim of malpractice, or other offence, is specious and seen to have been done merely out of disgruntlement for being caught out for their own "bad behavior" which necessitated in the "abused" Kaiser employee into being forced to protect themselves against an imagined offender. It is all created B.S. from the start. Kaiser hurts innocent patients to keep them from being a potential drain Kaiser's resources, or reputation. 

The Kaiser hired law firm assess the patient's situations, keeping a very close eye on patients with possible legitimate complaints and if it seems that red flags pop up in one way, or another, they use the war and sports strategy: "The best defense is a good offense." If you keep your opponent forever in a game of defense, they will never win. Accuse before you can be accused. It is used in politics too; accuse the other side of the crime you are planning to commit yourself. Judges will assume your opponents are merely being retaliatory and have no actual legitimate complaint should they file one.

My advice: don't tip your hand, keep your hospital complaints to yourself; they will merely set you up up for a false preemptive legal attack. Have an attorney listen to your complaint, if it is bad enough. Fly under the radar, especially at Kaiser, where, I have found "the walls have ears."

It is too bad that a medical place of healing feels they must be so double dealing.

It seems like Kaiser looks at all their patients (through their law firm's eyes) as potential enemies, not people looking for help for their pain. While lovely, friendly, concerned propaganda goes out to members and potential members, an insidious danger in the form of their law firm lurks just under the surface ready to pounce and make your life a living Hell.....just like they did to me and an innocent quadriplegic patient and currently a father of a seriously brain damaged son, who was merely looking for answers for what was happening in regard to his son's situation. The Kaiser hired attorney, Michael C. Guasco, partner of Oakland law firm Buty & Curliano has been instrumental in making life Hell for both father and son, by giving a false restraining order to the father using the name of a Kaiser employee who was represented in court by an actress. The father happened to know the named employee, through his business office dealings with her and the person in court crying and pointing the finger of blame at him, was not she. The father is a retired Coast Guard officer and has financial struggles and is the sole caregiver to his son 24/7 and even knowing that situation, and the restraining order is false, Mr. Guasco still threatens the man's attempts at defense, with jail. The father was smeared with lies that happened to sound reasonable because of his past profession. They claimed he was threatening Kaiser employees with a gun! (a "little" on the nose!) Why no assault charges? The man is unable to hire an attorney, because they are too expensive and because they will often not help a defendant in a restraining order case; they are considered guilty before being found innocent, so if you cannot afford an attorney, or have been blacklisted, you WILL BE CONSIDERED A FILTHY, VILE, RESTRAINING ORDER PERV!

Kaiser has sunk to an all new low.

And they did it to me too.

Why? Because I gave my doctor gifts of gratitude for his exceptional hard work and dedication to my case and doing me the favor of observing my gall bladder removal surgery to make me feel safe.  I had not seen, nor communicated with my doctor for 97 days with no problem, but one week, or so, after leaving a thank you message on a voice messaging line for him (number given to me by the Patient Relations manager) I was served a TRO that said I gave my doctor unwanted gifts and made unwanted romantic overtures. I had no gifts refused and was thanked for them and I am not someone who does that twisted romantic sort of thing, they just wanted to get the attention of a judge to sign off on the TRO. But, Mr. Guasco must have "forgotten" to tell the judge that the last time I had seen that doctor was 97 days prior! So why give me a TRO, (which is meant to protect against immediate bodily danger) 97 days after I had last seen him? Guess the judge was very trusting of Mr. Guasco's veracity (first mistake)! I have witnessed Mr. Guasco lie to the court with the ease of water going over falls. It was astonishing to witness that prodigious display of meteoric mendacity!

What has been done to myself and to other unfortunate victims of Mr. Guasco and the Law Firm of Buty & Curliano, who put their stamp of approval on each paper Guasco filed, no matter the lack of veracity in the documents (or the forging of important signatures of those supposedly involved) has been nothing less than a nose thumbing at the entire system of justice. Mr Guasco appears to believe that he is in complete control of it all and will face no repercussions for any of his misdeeds. He acts like he owns the courts and the judges; well, with Kaiser deep pockets, maybe he DOES!

And if anyone thinks Bernard Tyson was not informed about the obvious nefarious deeds of Mr, Guasco and Buty & Curliano, think again. I have kept him and his upper echelon management and CEOs quite informed with nearly every mode of communication used today, including the highly touted Twitter route. The result? Mostly being ignored or blocked. They either know and want to bury their heads in the sand, or figure that I am too insignificant to be taken seriously. It is appalling!  What was Bernard Tyson's cause of death? No one telling? Did his conscience finally get to him about preemptive strikes and it was an "easy way out?"

I am a senior widowed woman, rare cancer survivor with MS and other issues that were as a result of the year long harsh, experimental chemo. Subsequently, I was told by a neurologist that I have a MS brain lesion. Stress is notoriously bad for my condition(s) and Mr. Guasco knowingly has made certain that my stress level is raised by the outrageous way he has me treated by himself and those who are his co-conspirators.

Guasco had me jailed under a false restraining order and said he was glad to have done it to me. It is an example of his anti-social mindset of feeling that whatever he does is justified. I believe many sociopathic/psychopathic/narcissistic murderers justify their deeds that way too, from what I have read. No remorse for terrible things they do to others. I saw online that Mr. Guasco had been twice arrested and had been married to a woman who was caught an astonishingly amount of times with controlled substances. (Was it a family business?) It just seems to me that Mr. Guasco appears very comfortable on the wrong side of the law. He has broken it many times in regard to me, that is for certain!

How does Gua$co get judge$ to go on the offense for him? Conduct kangaroo trials? To brutalize, mock and jail innocent people such as myself? I gave my doctor some gifts of gratitude for all his help, when other doctors who did not understand my health issues would not! Since when did being grateful constitute a crime?

I believe my doctor and the staff who have been made/threatened/forced to participate even to some degree, or had their name used without their knowledge, deserve remuneration. It seems that Guasco doesn't mind putting those people at legal risk either. I guess he has decided that whatever means he uses will justify it all by getting the ends he desired. After all, it helped to get him law firm partner!

It is my wish that someday, it will get him a cozy jail cell with blood on the floor, like mine had.

There is so much more to tell.

I hope other victims will be courageous and step forward.

It is sad that Kaiser allows their doctors and staff to be implicated in the terrible deeds perpetrated by attorney Mike Guasco and his firm, Buty & Curliano, just as they did to my doctor. Maybe jobs are threatened? Or does it get more sinister? It needs to be investigated and discovered. More people will get hurt, or possibly even die. It needs to stop!

Tell Kaiser they are committing crimes through their unethical law firm and it will no longer be tolerated! 

Kaiser hired attorney, Mike C. Guasco, with Buty & Curliano, astonished me with the ease at which he stood in front of a judge and lied to him with what seemed such exalted proficiency! So, not only did Guasco put me in Jail for a false restraining order full of lies and forgeries, somehow my ability to find an attorney was erased, but my damning evidence against Guasco, which cleared myself, was somehow insignificant. What would cause a judge to ignore one side's evidence and go along with the most absurd lies of the other? Starts with an "M".....what IS it?  All I can say is bring a checkbook with a hefty deposit in it if you want to win. But, then who has a deeper pocket than Kaiser?

Dear Kaiser CEOs, Ellison and Isaacs:

I am a Kaiser patient who was systematically targeted and brutalized and put through the torments of Hell by your hired law firm of Buty & Curliano, specifically by Mike Guasco. I am a part of the what seems to be the approved method of that law firm to abuse the legal TRO, which is a type of emergency restraining order that was put into law to protect individuals from violent attack. It has come to the notice of other attorneys, that Mr. Guasco has filed an inordinate amount of them against Kaiser patients as a preemptive method of weakening and smearing a potential disgruntled patient, or patient who may be draining away, in Kaiser's law firm's opinion, too much in financial costs due to the severity and outlook of the patients' health circumstances. I was told of a quadriplegic patient who was accused of spitting at his nurse and another, a father of a traumatic brain injured son, both hit with TROs. Mr. Guasco filed TROs against those people to smear their names with the court, limit their investigative freedom and to remove the sympathy factor, etc. The people in question are often, ill, low income and therefore cannot afford to hire an attorney, or as I strongly also suspect that Mr. Guasco smears their names with the appropriate legal community, so hiring an attorney is impossible. From what I have seen, Mr. Guasco uses highly suspect methods to leave his targets as sitting ducks. He doesn't seem to mind that he is very obvious in his methods, as if he is acutely aware of the fact that what he has filed against his victim(s) is frivolous, but that he already knows he has a "done deal", or a "sure win." Mr. Guasco is not a good attorney, not from what I have seen of his "smoke and mirrors" legal methods anyway; he just makes certain he holds all the cards, the Way is pre-(paid?)paved for him.

  

From what I have witnessed myself and heard of from another current victim of Guasco's, Guasco uses the names of Kaiser employees on the fraudulent TROs, and other false paperwork, but in court, uses actors to play the role of the plaintiff. Mr. Guasco uses the TRO in many ways, but uses the basic TRO template and then decorates it with personal details of the victim to make it fit them as closely as possible to look plausible. Mr. Guasco did it to me too. I believe that a lot of deep pocket activity has played a significant role in the judicial "decisions". 

In my case, Mr. Guasco incorporated a psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic who employed covert methods/gaslighting, harassment, confusion (etc) in her plans against me. She acquired me as her patient and dove right in setting me up for future accusations, false evidence, degradation and humiliation. She used mental manipulation and placed false diagnoses in my chart to damage my credibility and closed down my online access after I mentioned that it was strange that my doctor's mother died right after she (that psychiatrist) arrived back to Kaiser in her job as "hit man." Suddenly, I noticed on another website that she moved her date of hire back to Kaiser to a later month. It appears that Marija M. Petrovic comes and goes from Kaiser as needed, to "get rid" of "problem patients." It is exactly what Kaiser contract security guard, Edward Souza said was done to me, with my witness hearing him say it. Later, Mr. Souza lied in his falsifying contempt charges against me in an obvious attempt to mollify Mr. Guaco's anger for his slipping up and telling me the truth about Marija M. Petrovic's roll in my situation.

I was targeted because I gave my doctor, Dr. L some gifts of gratitude for his extra concern for my health issues. He understood them, whereas other doctors did not and often they would not even examine me. I believe that his domestic partner was unhappy that my gifts were happily accepted and she had her friend, Marija M. Petrovic come back to Kaiser SSF to, "get rid of you" as Edward Sousa, security guard told me. Mr. Souza is now a Janitorial supervisor at Kaiser SSF. Another security guard involved in it, Emanuel de Guzman, wrote an incendiary letter to me about my doctor, which caused me to react with emails, that were used as future false evidence, by Guasco. Later, I discovered Mr. de Guzman had a new Kaiser position as some sort of supervisor of Communications. 

It appears that someone wanted Mr. Guasco to stop me from being Dr. L's patient, so first, I was tormented, questioned, bullied, harassed and mentally manipulated by the covert psychiatrist, then Mr. Guasco jumped in with his legal maneuvers and falsified a TRO. 

I needed gall bladder removal surgery and to feel safe, I asked the ER doctor if Dr. L could observe. He did, but a week later, I was served a TRO, supposedly from Dr. L against me. It was 97 days after I dropped Dr. L as my doctor, so that we could be on a waiting period away from being doctor and patient, to become social acquaintances. Why would my doctor come to my surgery to keep me safe, only to serve me with a TRO a week later with his signature forged in the paperwork?  Then later in court he refuted the entire TRO/R.O., but no one paid attention to him and I was sent to jail. 

When the restraining order time was up, Mr. Guasco filed for a two year extension using a forged signature of Dr. L's and false evidence that he did not share with me, but from the numerical amount I assumed them to be the old emails I wrote when Mr. de Guzman wrote his accusatory, incendiary letter to me in 2015, saying I had done something "inappropriate" to Dr. L. I was shocked and appalled and thought I would be arrested for a false accusation. I am not certain Dr. L had even been aware of the accusation made on his behalf against me. Many of the plans depended upon a lack of knowledge of both parties involved. Marija M. Petrovic was quite proficient at making plans of an espionage, covert nature, with mental manipulation and false diagnoses thrown in. I have been openly posting my experiences with her online. Recently, I discovered Marija M. Petrovic picked up and left for Florida. Strange that someone with a major portion of her family in California, would go to such a distant location and so quickly. I believe she is a criminal. My handwriting expert said that Marija M. Petrovic was most likely also the forger of the signature of Attorney Ondrej Likar in a cease and desist letter sent to me. Dr. L was not present at the extension hearing, but Guasco marked on the court form that he had been present, but had he been involved and present, why the need to forge his signature? I watched Guasco lie to Judge Chou as easily as water rolls over the falls. It was astonishing. I noticed that it appeared that Judge Chou's signature seemed too similar to forger, Marija M. Petrovic's own signature, it has caused my suspicions to kick in, but I have as yet, had no way to verify it. 

Mr. Guasco and his "Law" firm of Buty & Curliano are saving some money on one hand perhaps, but are sacrificing the newly revived Kaiser reputation on the other. As a law librarian in the 80's, I read, "Jury Verdicts Weekly" and the most egregious and salacious stories offered were from Kaiser. It was jaw dropping.

The only way Kaiser can prove their attempt at reviving their reputation as a "Thriving" and safe place to belong and work is to make a good start by cutting loose that rotten law firm of Buty & Curliano. They are dragging Kaiser back into the darkness and will be their undoing. If a patient such as myself has figured out the sordid secret, others cannot be far behind. I am certain it would be a relief to employees to no longer be forced into betraying patients and putting their own legal safety on the line by being forced into unconscionable acts against innocent people. It is too much to ask of any employee. Mr. Guasco was arrested twice and was married to a woman who had an arrest record as long as a trip to the "moon and back"; my wrist was getting carpel tunnel merely from scrolling through them all. Mr. Guasco seems way too comfortable with the wrong side of the law for easy (or at all) redemption. He has participated in terrible acts against me alone. Do not hesitate to disentangle Kaiser from that fetid albatross of a law firm. Something that so closely resembles mob activity is not healthy for ANYONE! 

Please be a wise caretaker of your corporation and those who believe in its possibilities. You have some fine doctors, like Dr. L. I have seen that Harvard doctor/surgeon treated like yesterday's garbage. Such a waste and such a disgrace! He belongs in the upper echelon, not in the discarded fringes. The CEOs are only as good as their excellent people who have quality and loyalty and believe me, he is a team player. A top physician and mind like his is being egregiously abused! You are ignoring a gem amongst the heap! Do yourselves and Kaiser a favor and honor him at the top where he belongs, not beaten down as Mr. Guasco and Marija M. Petrovic 

relegated him!   

This needs immediate attention; I will not remain quiet and neither will the rest of the abused! Cut out the cancer that is Mike C. Guasco and Buty & Curliano, his enabler, make reparations with the innocent victims; it will be a very good, positive and ethical beginning!

Dear Sonya R, etc:

Your corporation, Kaiser, through your hired
law firm of Buty & Curliano, has had a “habit”
of striking preemptively against patients they
assume could be problems. They hit them with
various limitations to their services (as in
disabling their online account and no freedom
to make “self appointments”, etc.) and they
hire outside people (also incorporating contract
security guards and employees and doctors in
the gaslighting and legal attack plans) to come
and aggressively harass innocent patients and 
psychologically torment them. Instead of solving
problems: they eliminate the patient with a
preemptive strike and make the patient the
problem, instead of any blame pointing to Kaiser.
Make an innocent patient the “bad guy” by hitting
them with a surprise TRO, smear them and make
them look bad to a court, or jury; etc. I believe it
is a cost & reputation-saving method used in place
of treating issues openly, fairly and decently in the
standard American legal and judicial fashion of
handling disputes. It is a sad side to Kaiser, so the
monetary bottom line of cash outflow may be kept
at a minimum. It is illegal. It is criminal, but Kaiser
seems to have no compunction about using it. Why? 

The truth does not stay hidden forever.   

For an example of cost saving methods: Kaiser’s
hired law firm, Buty & Curliano have Kaiser
employees file false restraining orders against
patients who are deemed as potential
monetary/reputation liabilities to Kaiser and use
their employee’s name on the legal papers and
then use actors in court to act like the harassed
and beleaguered plaintiff. No one asks for ID in
a court matter (but they should). Mr. Michael C.
Guasco has been using the courts in that manner
it seems with abandon to this point.The process
has evolved from using forgeries, to instead using
a real person’s participation, but just not appearing
in court, for that instead using an actor, so as to not
disrupt the employee’s work day. In my situation,
Mr. Guasco actually had the temporary psychiatrist,
(as told to me by a handwriting expert) Marija M.
Petrovic forge the necessary signatures (possibly
even a judge's).     

“Dr.” Marija M. Petrovic was hired back to Kaiser as
a “hitman” of sorts and was brought in to get rid of me
as my doctor’s patient. She put several false diagnoses
in my chart, laughed about them and then would call,
harass me, say humiliating, cruel things to me and so
it appeared, try and get me to kill myself. If I did, all she
would need to do is point to the false diagnoses
(5 severe “diagnoses” after 4 office visits of only talking
about my doctor). She tried to make one of her diagnoses
come to fruition by her humiliating phone calls to me. She
made covert plans and traps. I believe she was no novice
to espionage. (AKA, a spy.)

She also used Dr. Koa’s name to cut off my online account,
because she did not want me to see the problems with
some of the dates and how they may have related to
certain events that took place. When I spoke with Dr. Koa
(Radiology) he was blindsided and knew nothing about me,
or the situation with my online account.  

It took him time to be brought up to speed, but he still had
no reason for his wanting me banned from my online account,
but apparently went along with it. I supposedly abused it, but
no one knew what the abuse was, or could explain it.
A temporary hitman comes (back) to Kaiser, has free reign
to incorporate accomplices and has carte blanche to do
“anything” she deems fit, yet I as a patient did nothing wrong
and yet has had the terrors of Hell set upon me.
She turned Kaiser SSF into a terror zone for me (and how
many others?). I feel badly for those who work at Kaiser,
due to the possible challenges to their ethics on a daily basis.
Even the wording of your letter was a triumph of
political-style ambiguity and just a hint of threat at the end. 

So, basically, you are telling me that it was my fault for being
a victim of a concerted, planned effort against me. I have
noticed that Kaiser will not take the blame for anything, not
even as small as a complaint against the x-ray tech smoking
in the hospital. 

It is time for Kaiser to clean-up, not cover-up.

I had and the cancer that could come back 
from all the stress. You could help end my 
suffering and let me off the false restraining 
order. You have the proof. Please help me.  
Is that really what you want for me? I have 
suffered endlessly in my life, why make it last 
longer? It has been my torment for over 4 
years. Please stop my agony and end this 
terrible crime now. I am begging you. 
An innocent person should not have to worry 
about a terrible cancer returning from stress. 
Please have mercy on me and just get the bad 
people who hurt me. Please? I don't have the 
strength to fight it all again. Are you going to 
sentence me to this cancer again, knowing

Abstract

Peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumors (pPNETs) are
rare, small cell carcinomas with a poor prognosis. The aim
of the present study was to describe therapeutic approaches,
outcomes and probable prognostic factors. The clinical
features, treatments, and outcomes of 89 consecutive
patients with pPNET treated at the Peking Union Medical
College Hospital from 1999 to 2018 were retrospectively
reviewed. A total of 43 males and 46 females were included
in the study, with a median age of 25 years (range, 5-73
years). The predominantly affected regions were the
abdomen and pelvis, followed by the thoracopulmonary
region. The mean primary tumor size was 12.6 cm (range,
1-30 cm). A total of 16 patients (18%) initially presented with
metastasis. A total of 46 patients received combined therapy,
 35 received mono-therapy, and 8 underwent only biopsy
with no further treatment. The period of observation ranged
from 1-232 months. The median overall survival (OS) time
was 15 months [95% confidence interval (CI), 9-21 months],
with 3- and 5-year OS rates of 32 and 25%, respectively.
Large tumor size [adjusted hazard ratio (aHR)=3.65; 95%
CI, 2.07-6.42; P<0.001), metastasis at initial presentation
(aHR=4.34, 95% CI, 2.23-8.42; P<0.001), and combined
modality treatment (aHR=0.16, 95% CI, 0.06-0.39; P<0.001)
were significantly associated with OS. The prognosis of
pPNET is, overall, poor. Large tumor size and metastasis
at initial presentation are associated with poorer outcomes.
This highly malignant tumor requires an aggressive
combination of radical resection, chemotherapy and
radiotherapy, when indicated.

Kaiser's TERRORIZING Plan to Get RID of UNWANTED PATIENTS!

The Kaiser law firm of Buty & Curliano has a template for getting rid of Kaiser patients that they feel may endanger Kaiser's bottom line, MONEY! If a patient has a valid reason for filing a claim against Kaiser, their law firm will jump in and file a preemptive restraining order against the innocent patient so that the patient will look bad in the eyes of the court and will restrict the patient from evidence gathering. Employee's, or contract security guards are used to have their names on the restraining orders and they have used actors in court, who cry and act so upset and pretend they are horribly harmed by the innocent patient. The Law Firm, especially twice arrested Mike C. Guasco, has used lies, forgeries, false evidence and very complying judges who seem to appear to turn a "blind eye" to the "irregularities" presented by Mr. Guasco. I witness such a thing happening. Mr. Guasco had an attorney represent me in court as a part of the Private Defender Program, obviously so he could control my behavior and keep me quiet and ineffective. I found out the attorney was not with the program and he merely yelled at me and kept me quiet and closed down the courtroom, so the judge could berate me, mock me and make false accusations regarding me. Mr. Guasco and Kaiser traumatized me.  A psychiatrist from Serbia was hired, "to get rid of you (me)"as per the security guard confession. She gaslighted me, tormented me and put many serious false diagnoses in my chart to discredit me. I also think it was no coincidence that I was unable to hire an attorney to represent me. I got an anonymous email from (supposedly) and attorney after I posted for on on the NOLO site that, "No attorney will ever let you hire them!" What was my "crime?" I gave my doctor gifts to thank him for his dedicated work for me and they added in a false charge of doing some salacious thing I supposedly did to him, but actually, I believe that my doctor's domestic partner caught wind of my gifts to my doctor and hired Kaiser's "hit man" psychiatrist from Serbia to come to torment me and make me "disappear." She was brutal and I know her cruelty and mind control methods were supposed to make me kill myself. She has now run away to Florida from California. She has 5 medical licenses and has moved around frequently. My name has been smeared, I have been treated badly at Kaiser, my online account removed from me and I have been subjected to false contempt charges, Mr. Guasco makes up the false contempt charges with the help of others, like the security guard to extend the false restraining order. One security guard even told me that the psychiatrist had been hired to "specifically get rid of you!" (with my witness hearing him say it!) I have been restrained for 4 years now. I had not seen my doctor for 97 days, yet one week after I asked my doctor to observed my surgery, which he did, I was served a Temporary Restraining order! TROs are bad, because they imply that an emergency/ danger was involved. How could that be, when the doctor whose name was on the restraining order had just come to my surgery to keep me safe? It strongly points to my doctor's domestic partner as being Mr. Guasco's ACTUAL client, but put my doctor's name on it as punishment for us both and to have me resent and hate him. BUT, my handwriting expert(s) found that my doctor's signature(s) had been forged and the one who was deemed to have done it? The Serbian psychiatrist. I was even sentenced to 5 DAYS IN JAIL!. My doctor refuted the restraining order in court, BUT NO ONE CARED! I was SENT TO JAIL! I am STILL FIGHTING THIS THING! There is another innocent Kaiser patient fighting the same false restraining order in court, but they used an actor in court to accuse him. He knew the person on the restraining order and the person representing that Kaiser employee was NOT the person in court! I told CEO Mr. BERNARD, TYSON, Exec VP, Mark Zemelman, filed MANY KAISER complaints, BUT NO ONE DID ANYTHING! TO HELP ME! Kaiser and their law firm, HURT PATIENTS! BEWARE OF THE HELL YOU MIGHT GO THROUGH IF YOU ARE A MEMBER, OR A DOCTOR, OR STAFF THERE! KAISER ACTS LIKE THEY OWN THEIR EMPLOYEES!

Mr. Tyson allowed their law firm of Buty & Curliano, with Mike C. Guasco as lead attorney, to attack certain patients with false restraining orders so they could "neutralize" them and put them in a bad light, BEFORE that patient could bring up a legal complaint against Kaiser, or perhaps if the patient was deemed to be putting a financial drain on Kaiser with their chronic illness. They would smear them and threaten them with jail. They make their employees put their own names on the restraining orders and use actors in court to cry and make accusations against innocent patients who could not hire an attorney! TRO/RESTRAINING ORDERS are DIFFICULT TO FIGHT, ESPECIALLY W/O an attorney!

KAISER/their law firm, TREATS EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING DOCTORS, LIKE THEIR PROPERTY! They FORGED my doctor's signature and LIED in court docs and even used FALSE EVIDENCE! MR. GUASCO (Arrested twice and was married to a woman with many, many, many arrests for controlled substances) LIED IN COURT, HAD MY DOCTOR'S SIGNATURE FORGED, SAID MY DOCTOR WAS PRESENT IN COURT, IN COURT FILED PAPERS, WHEN HE WAS NOT THERE (My adult son is a witness) and OUTSIDE COURT, MR. GUASCO SCREAMED IN MY FACE AND THREATENED ME! HE SAID HE COULD KEEP ME RESTRAINED FOREVER! I also believe that the Judge's signature was forged and by the same person who was deemed the one who forged my doctor's signature! It was looked over by an expert handwriting analyst: THEY DETERMINED IT TO BE KAISER PSYCHIATRIST, MARIJA M. PETROVIC from Serbia! She TERRORIZED ME with her devised plots and by making cruel and humiliating phone calls to me. She packed my chart with 5 false major mental illnesses, then harassed me with the cruel phone calls! I believe she wanted me to KILL myself and nearly succeeded. My doctor was my HERO! He must have sensed something bad was going on and he had many people call me and distract me.

I suppose it is all done to help Kaiser save the IMPORTANT bottom line: MONEY and reputation and to please someone (another Kaiser employee) I supposedly annoyed because of my doctor's kindness toward me!! I wrote MANY emails, tweets, etc to Mr. Tyson and he did NOTHING TO STOP IT FROM CONTINUING! Neither did exec VP MARK ZEMELMAN and I spoke twice with him on the phone!! They allowed me to be tortured and traumatized for 4 years! I DID NOTHING WRONG, YET I WAS SMEARED AND FALSELY ACCUSED!

THERE IS ANOTHER INNOCENT KAISER PATIENT SUFFERING NOW TOO! He has been going through Hell and has a son with a traumatic brain injury to care for 24-7, yet GUASCO threatens the poor man, the ONLY caretaker for his son, to be threatened with JAIL! The man's story is heartbreaking, yet GUASACO tells him how glad he is to hurt him!! How Guasco and law firm, BUTY & CURLIANO allow such horrible things to go on is DISGUSTING! I KEPT THEM APPRISED! What did they do? THEY MADE MR. GUASCO PARTNER!

THEY all DID THINGS TO TRY and MAKE ME FEEL LIKE DYING! None of my complaints to KAISER were EVER given ANY consideration! They got judges on their side and especially Judge Novak at San Mateo Superior Court! She harassed me, she mocked me, she had the courtroom cleared and she said terrible untrue things about me! Mr. Guasco of Kaiser hired law firm of Buty & Curliano, manufactured a TRO against me (which is his usual M.O. against innocent patients) and smeared my name and made it so no attorney would take my case. I had no real resources to fight my battle anyway. I was accused of giving my doctor unwanted gifts! REALLY! Then they added in some fake salacious accusation to make it seem dire, I guess. Another thing was, that I had not seen that doctor for 97 days prior to the TRO! BUT as soon as my doctor came to observe my gallbladder removal surgery at my request, a week later, MR. GUASCO had me served with a TRO! The TRO was in my doctor's name, but I believe he actually did it for another Kaiser employee who did not like my doctor's kindness toward me and wanted me out of the way, or as Kaiser security guard, Edward Souza (now in Kaiser SSF Janitorial as a supervisor, most likely as reward for all his cruel acts against me) said to me, "Marija Petrovic was hired back to Kaiser, SPECIFICALLY TO GET RID OF YOU!" I have a witness. Marija M. Petrovic VICIOUSLY BRUTALIZED ME AND ATTACKED ME! MR. TYSON, KAISER CEO, DID NOTHING TO HELP ME! THEIR LAW FIRM HAS TOO MUCH POWER/CONTROL! THEY ARE RUINING KAISER!

I am a senior widow, and former cancer patient and have some serious issues with my MS and MR GUASCO KNEW IT, so it is most likely why he had everyone connected with Kaiser and the case, YELL at me, so I would die of the MS brain lesion, or make my cancer come back! (I have a suspicious mass in my breast now) An attorney, Charles Smith IV (Redwood City, CA), pretended to be my attorney with the Private Defender Program and he screamed at me and kept me quiet and did NOTHING to help me! In fact, he served me up to Judge Novak on a platter and asked to have the courtroom cleared, so she could ream me out so badly that I know I passed out for a moment! In court, Judge Lisa Novak heckled me and called me "STALKER" as I walked past her to the witness stand. Then, she interrupted me and had everything I said stricken from the record! She gave me 5 days in JAIL, even though my doctor , whose name was USED (no doubt under lies and threats) on the restraining order, refuted the entire restraining order on the witness stand! Judge Novak ignored him!! They never brought him back to court!

Kaiser is obviously spending a ton of money on my case and has hurt me like mad, all because my doctor was kind to me! His life has been made inconvenienced, to say the least and had to go through the humiliation of giving a restraining order to his own patient, for his being kind to her! Guasco was wrong to take a case of this nature, but worse for trying to harm me, and for lying to the court! He is supposed to be an officer of the court yet he spits on it and shows complete disdain to their rules and protocol! Because I have seen what he has done with all the lies, forgeries and false evidence, I feel no regret in calling Mike C Guasco and his law firm of Buty & Curliano: CRIMINALS! I feel the same about Marija M. Petrovic! KAISER HAS BEEN A PLACE OF TORTURE THROUGH THEM BOTH! IT NEEDS TO STOP BEFORE PEOPLE DIE, OR STILL....

I DESERVE COMPENSATION. I frankly think my doctor does too, he has gone through a lot through this travesty!
