Dear Sonya R, etc:
Your corporation, Kaiser, through your hired
law firm of Buty & Curliano, has had a “habit”
of striking preemptively against patients they
assume could be problems. They hit them with
various limitations to their services (as in
disabling their online account and no freedom
to make “self appointments”, etc.) and they
hire outside people (also incorporating contract
security guards and employees and doctors in
the gaslighting and legal attack plans) to come
and aggressively harass innocent patients and
psychologically torment them. Instead of solving
problems: they eliminate the patient with a
preemptive strike and make the patient the
problem, instead of any blame pointing to Kaiser.
Make an innocent patient the “bad guy” by hitting
them with a surprise TRO, smear them and make
them look bad to a court, or jury; etc. I believe it
is a cost & reputation-saving method used in place
of treating issues openly, fairly and decently in the
standard American legal and judicial fashion of
handling disputes. It is a sad side to Kaiser, so the
monetary bottom line of cash outflow may be kept
at a minimum. It is illegal. It is criminal, but Kaiser
seems to have no compunction about using it. Why?

it seems with abandon to this point.The process

“Dr.” Marija M. Petrovic was hired back to Kaiser as
a “hitman” of sorts and was brought in to get rid of me
as my doctor’s patient. She put several false diagnoses
in my chart, laughed about them and then would call,
harass me, say humiliating, cruel things to me and so
it appeared, try and get me to kill myself. If I did, all she
would need to do is point to the false diagnoses
(5 severe “diagnoses” after 4 office visits of only talking
about my doctor). She tried to make one of her diagnoses
come to fruition by her humiliating phone calls to me. She
made covert plans and traps. I believe she was no novice
to espionage. (AKA, a spy.)

She also used Dr. Koa’s name to cut off my online account,
because she did not want me to see the problems with
some of the dates and how they may have related to
certain events that took place. When I spoke with Dr. Koa
(Radiology) he was blindsided and knew nothing about me,
or the situation with my online account.

It took him time to be brought up to speed, but he still had
no reason for his wanting me banned from my online account,
but apparently went along with it. I supposedly abused it, but
no one knew what the abuse was, or could explain it.

So, basically, you are telling me that it was my fault for being
a victim of a concerted, planned effort against me. I have
noticed that Kaiser will not take the blame for anything, not
even as small as a complaint against the x-ray tech smoking
in the hospital.
