Kaiser Attorney Mike C. Guasco of Buty & Curliano PURPOSELY HURTS PATIENTS and THEIR FAMILIES!

Michael C, Guasco hurts people like this, a young man, Tyler who has traumatic Brain injury. His father, Jeff Lusk is his 24/7 caregiver. Funds are meager. Mr. Michael C. Guasco of Kaiser Law Firm Buty & Curliano has hit Jeff with a false restraining order to hobble him and give any Judge a bad impression of him right from the start. Mr. Guasco has dogged Mr. Lusk with lies, smearing his name and hangs the threat of being jailed over his head. Mr. Guasco seems to have made a template of horror with which to attack those with few means to protect themselves.  Mr. Guasco even gave a restraining order to a quadriplegic male patient. Mr. Guasco and his law firm use the employees of Kaiser to put their names to the restraining orders and then put actors in to play the upset Plaintiff in court. Mr. Lusk know the person  It has devastating effects. Mr. Guasco did basically the same to me, but he had my doctor's name put on the restraining order.  My doctor completely blew the entire restraining order out of the water, but it was ignored. I should have been free, but instead, Mr. Guasco got a contempt charge against me, but they sent it to an old address, so I never knew about it. I did not find about it until a few days ago (around Sept. 20, 2019). It was ordered back in July of 2019; I now have a warrant out for my arrest. Mr. Guasco smeared my name like he did Mr. Lusk, so with that and a lack of money, it kept me from getting an attorney, I have also been railroaded and terrorized and thrown into jail. I am a widow, cancer survivor, with MS. Mr. Guasco yells at me outside the courtroom, because he knows that my MS kicks in and I get dizzy, nauseated and headaches. I also have damage to my body from a year of experimental chemo and my doctor helped me greatly, so I gave him a few gifts of appreciation. They made him happy and his happiness was mine. Someone did not like our friendship, so after I asked if he could attend my surgery, which he did, I was served a type of restraining order that was meant as an emergency situation....in my doctor's name. Yes, the doctor who had JUST come to my surgery at my request to keep me safe, was supposedly giving me an emergency restraining order, but he did not; he was a pawn in it. "They", the Kaiser law firm of Buty & Curliano actually made my doctor give me a restraining order saying I gave him unwanted gifts and I was crossing boundary lines (Both untrue). But, I noticed that his signatures did not match each other throughout the court documents. I got a verified signature from a real estate document at the Recorder's Office and sent it to an expert and the expert verified my beliefs. My doctor was resisting. In court, he also   blasted the false restraining order out of the water, but no one cared and I ended up in jail! Jail, for giving my caring doctor a few gifts! It is absurd! (It is CRIMINAL!) Mr. Guasco files LIES, FORGERIES and FALSE EVIDENCE! I say this with all confidence, since it happened to ME as well as Jeff Lusk! Mike Guasco and Buty & Curliano are HURTING PEOPLE! They have been HURTING me for over 3 years with their horrible treatment and bullying! I know they claim an inncoent reason for what they do, but brutal treatment and jail is NEVER an option! Until Kaiser gets rid of the law firm of Buty & Curliano, do not join Kaiser, or what happened to MYSELF, the quadriplegic patient and Jeff Lusk COULD HAPPEN TO YOU TOO! It is an APPALLING NIGHTMARE!

I have evidence that the restraining order is false, so with the warrant out for my arrest, I can get a free attorney who will blow the case out of the water in 2 seconds and make the County waste money on an unnecessary trial and make the DA look like a cruel moron who is further going after an innocent woman with health issues who merely gave her doctor a few thank you gifts for his dedicated work! I think the public outcry would be enormous! The attorney, Mike Guasco, who put my doctor's name on the restraining order should go to jail! He abused the legal process and put me in jail for no reason except to be vindictive! (and to please his ACTUAL client!, not my doctor).

Right now, I have no life due to the false restraining order. I want to live again. I did nothing wrong. I wish someone would help me. My sadness overwhelms me. Commentary and further information:
What I have trouble with is the hypocrisy of this thing. The people who are playing the roles of those dispensing the law are using brutal criminal methods to get their way. I did nothing wrong, yet they do such brutal, mind terrorizing criminal acts that they could get long prison sentences. I have trouble obeying faux law for their personal gain of keeping me restrained. They have only gotten away with it because they have made certain they have all the advantages. Brut force. They know enough law to effectively abuse it. What makes them better than me? I do not break the law! I have been beaten up no matter what I did, so has Dr. L, who was used as a pawn in this matter.

The people in this matter who presume to pass judgment, execute the law and punishment are criminals. The "law" they implement has been pulled out of their criminal imaginations. No American citizen is required to follow it. They are Mafia wanna be's and cowardly school yard bullies. They are not representing the law of MY country, the USA! I follow the laws of my country, not their terrorism! Find REAL LAW and I will obey it, not the laws of criminals.

If we allow these TRAITORS to our country's legal and justice systems to keep ABUSING it through the victimization of the fabric of this country, is to condone it! This has NOT been a fun game of keeping a person suspended between reality and fiction! It has been laced with such brutal corruption and confusion that it may be called torture. When a person has no equal footing in a matter, it destroys what an individual knows and holds as truth, it shakes the foundation of a belief system when corruption has been accepted and allowed to flourish unquestioned as normal. When the downtrodden knows it is anything but normal it is gaslighting and torment. It is not as if a person is being asked to have faith in an invisible deity, these are laws upon we base our rights and freedoms! Those who have been purposely subjugated under false law are not criminals, they are victims of domestic terrorism! This entire matter has been a violation of civil rights, corruption of law and psychological manipulation. IT HAS NO STANDING IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM! It must be why Mr. Guasco felt he must use a smear campaign and other means to keep a victim/defendant from having a skilled legal professional, such as an attorney for representation. What has been done to me is a violation of the 6th Amendment of the Constitution! It is why Mr. Guasco and Judge Novak forced Charlie Smith IV upon me, they did not want to be in violation (on paper) of the sixth Amendment of the Constitution, but there is more to merely being an attorney, there must be a concerted effort by that attorney to actually help the defendant to have a fair trial, not just for show and to keep them quiet. In my case it was merely for compliance of the Sixth Amendment, but the fact is, that I could have had a mannequin do as effective a job as did that attorney forced upon me at the threat of my being jailed. It gave the correct appearance, but no substance. An attorney using the full power of the law, legal research and knowledge of the case details, would in a moment, discover the inherent fallacy of this entire case, bring it to a close and file criminal charges against the perpetrators .

Mr. Guasco said that he could use false evidence to keep me restrained forever and even cited a fictitious citation of a case (Collins...?) in order to prove his statement. Judge Chou said he was unfamiliar with that citation and wrote it down. I asked the law librarians at the San Mateo County Law Library if they would research that concept of using evidence over and over to keep a defendant forever restrained. They all thought it sounded baseless, absurd and illegal, but they researched it by name and concept anyway and could find nothing to support Mr. Guasco's claim. (I myself, was a San Mateo County Law Librarian and trust their opinion and research skills.) Mr. Guasco's desperate attempt at justifying keeping me forever restrained, was a psychological ploy to undermine my resolve and to make me feel despair and anguish. Mr. Guasco is so desperate to keep me restrained, that he feels no compunction in using fabricated case citations to the Court, or lying in court documents. I have witnessed this same type of nefarious behavior by him many times over. I also am concerned that there was no swearing in, or anything that resembled a normal trial that could extend the (false) restraining order. (My gut instinct said it was entirely a bogus trial.)

Since the DA is requesting a hearing in regard to my alleged contempt of court, I would ask that I have a trial date and an attorney from the Private Defender Program (Other than Charlie Smith IV) call me to discuss the case and meet. If I do not find the attorney to be effective, or helpful, I will request another until I do find one who will actually defend me. I want this process to be done in a civilized manner, not be blindsided. If the DA drops the trial and decides not to pursue the case, then the restraining order shall also be dismissed on the grounds that it was invalid, as I have already proven to you with the evidence I provided and the false evidence Mr. Guasco withheld, which was the basis of the extension. Instead of my being persecuted under false law, Mr. Guasco should be brought up on criminal charges for filing a frivolous restraining order and using Dr. L under fear of threat, reprisal and job loss, as Mr. Guasco's pawn. Dr. L had already refuted the entire restraining order against me in court, but it was ignored and I was sent to jail for false contempt charges anyway. He should not fear legal backlash for any part he may have played. Mr. Guasco also incorporates psychological methods via Serbian Psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic, who seems to have no compunction about pulling out all the stops with her covert style methods of psychology. I have no doubt that she exercised those methods against Dr. L. I have witnessed unusual behavior on his part when I was aware that Marija M. Petrovic was monitoring certain of my visits with him. I am well aware of her methods myself, since I was also her victim. She is merciless in her methods and appears uncaring as to the affects she has on her victims. She and Mr. Guasco have teamed up on my case. I know that because a handwriting expert said she was most likely the one who forged Dr. L's signature on multiple occasions, including when faxing documents to the court using Dr. L's fax machine at his San Rafael office, on his day away. It was a psychological means of giving the documents that were forged, gravitas, in order to prevent any question of validity, but I noticed and had it checked by an expert.

I look forward to the DA either holding a trial on this matter, and setting a court date, or acknowledging that the case is to be dropped due to it being false and lacking in merit. If the contempt charge has no merit, then the restraining order to which it was attached has no merit either and it (the restraining order case) must be dropped and expunged from my record. I would ask as well to have the blacklisting of myself, that I believe Mr. Guasco implemented removed. I also want to have the legal freedom to sue Mr. Guasco for the intentional infliction of emotional distress which he has done throughout the years of this false case.

I also think that it would be wise to look into why Judge Chou went along with a case that was so rife with criminality and if the signature on the final filed paperwork was indeed his, or a forgery. I am questioning the actual validity of the case at all. It seemed to be a "smoke and mirrors" extension case, but merely staged in a convincing court setting for the effect of realism.

The people involved in this "case" are anathema to the Court, the practice of law and the legal system in general. It needs to stop. It is illegal! Right now, Mr. Guasco is creating the same style of Hell for a defendant named Jeff .... in the Contra Costa County Court system. Mr. Guasco is using the same M.O. on Mr. **** that he used on me; it is terror based, not fact based. It is absolutely killing him. He has a brain damaged son who needs care 24/7 by Mr. ****, yet Mr. Guasco is threatening to jail Mr. **** under false law. It proves that Mr. Guasco has a template for railroading innocent victims. Mr. Guasco is a cancer that needs to be eradicated; his brand of law is undermining the entire system of law and justice. He needs to be brought up on criminal charges and stopped.

I look forward to a notice regarding a court date for my contempt charges and notification to the Private Defender Program, or if I should contact them using the case number on the criminal warrant that I never knew about, until a friend found it by chance in the online case portal/system.

Has Kaiser's Law Firm, Buty & Curliano gone ROGUE?

There are serious issues coming out of Kaiser such as their law firm, Buty & Curliano, forcing Kaiser employees to file false restraining orders against innocent patients as a means of a pre-emptive strike for potential legal "problem patients!" It was done to me, and it was done to a quadriplegic patient and to a man who is the care giver to his brain damaged son. The attorney, Mike C. Guasco is the one who is mostly responsible for the reprehensible and evil deeds. Then they provide an actor in court to accuse and behave like a traumatized victim, who filed a restraining order out of "fear!"! This is an ENORMOUS BLACK MARK against KAISER and is the antithesis of good healthcare and decency! I believe that law firm is going rogue and tainting KAISER! They must be OUSTED "PERMANENTLY"!!!

All I ever did was give Dr. Lukaszewicz some gifts because he was so kind to me and because I loved the way he brightened up and had such a happy look on his face. I hated to know that he ever felt a moment of sadness. He always looked out and around in the waiting room and when he saw me, he stopped and smiled. It was really nice. I just get upset that they have been tormenting such a nice guy and forcing this absurd piece of fiction in the guise of law on him.  He is a highly educated, Harvard graduated doctor who loves his work and we were trying to see what might help his patients if they worked on me. (Diet, exercise, supplements, etc.) We were both kind of nerds about the research and comparing notes. I had a walking group for people with lymphedema and had over 300 members. I wanted to help people who felt too embarrassed about their large limbs and bodies in general to get out in nature and exercise. It is no longer. I barely leave home.  The people who did this terrible thing did not care that it was hurting others, they merely got their dirty, self-centered minds   believing things that were going on that weren't. It has wasted years of life in useless turmoil and hurt, when together we could have been doing good things for others.  I have always been fascinated  with medicine and trying to find ways to make people get better. I was even given a private lecture at the Linus Pauling institute when my friend had cancer. He was a very kind man and helped me with some medical issues of my friends. He was like Dr. Lukaszewicz in that he cared about helping people and being kind. You will find no person more kind than Dr. Lukaszewicz, yet I have seen him humiliated and treated like dirt.  The people doing this have hurt a beautiful man by forcing him to hurt me in name only. He knows I understand and that he is not like the hideous people who denigrate him. I am so angry at the way he was used and yes, abused. He did not deserve that. People who have no soul did this.  One person whose greed and jealousy turned everything ugly, just because she has a twisted, selfish attitude and greed. Michael C. Guasco has made life such Hell for this innocent woman that I often wish I were dead. He has destroyed my life for his own gain. He was not an attorney with me, he was a hit man, an exterminator. His threats, forgeries, lies, false accusations and cruelty, disgrace the court and turn people into little more than insignificant bugs for him to crush. He hits the depths of depravity with every human life he tosses on the pile as garbage like he did mine and then walked away....to do it to his next victim. Guasco VIOLATED my life! He RAPED MY LIFE! He stopped me from getting a fair trial. How? Kaiser's deep pockets? Very likely.

I was a quiet, shy, cancer surviving widow with MS who appreciated her doctor and gave him a few gifts of gratitude. Guasco used his power to force that doctor to be the scapegoat for the desperation of someone else who was his actual client.That person was so cowardly she did not have the guts to face me. She felt too important, too special, too invincible to dirty her hands, so she decided that she would force someone who was supposed to be special to her to have his name as a plaintiff, so he could be humiliated and beaten down. The people involved in handing out the Kaiser law firm's false restraining orders act like they are justified in harming innocent people. They behave as if they have a special right above others (even the law) to do whatever they want to them, even attempted murder (as in my case) if it helps as part of their goal.

Kaiser attorney, Michael C. Guasco demonstrated such an attitude to me. He has thrown himself into his role as the righteous defender of whatever nefarious cause he has chosen against innocent victims, that he has had the audacity to tell them, "you brought this on yourself" just the way some serial killers justify in their minds, their terrible deeds done to others.

It is completely disturbing how helpless one can feel when a substandard attorney can use deep pockets and lies to gain total control of your life legally and in other aspects too. I have seen judges go along with his lies that were so absurd, it was jaw dropping to witness and then have your own valid, damning  evidence ignored as if it never existed, merely because there was denial on the part of that deep pocket attorney.

Kaiser gives free legal services to their doctors. That way, any doctor that is in trouble, or a narcissist with a grudge, or jealousy, can paralyze their opponent and that innocent victim is suddenly in a legal battle that feels like they are fighting while ensconced in a human sized Hefty bag! No direction you turn will you find help. Suddenly attorneys who practice criminal , or family, or whatever law, are suddenly too busy to take new clients, or with you, their specialty of 20 years has suddenly changed to something completely irrelevant to your case and no matter how much you plead they will not cave to your desperate need. Why? How....is it done? Why are attorneys acceding to the wishes of an attorney who used anything but good law to get his way? I think of it as a form of legal kidnapping. When you have judges who bully you, call you crazy and shove an attorney on you under the threat of jail, so you cannot defend yourself at all, then you realize that our system of justice has been hijacked.

I have proven over and over that the restraining order against me was false, but it was like shouting at a tornado. Nothing will change its path, even if you could be heard. You may even become a pariah in your personal life too.  The tentacles are far reaching and sting like a medusa (jelly fish) causing sometimes life threatening poison to destroy your life. People are used to make you feel as if no one likes you, or wants anything to do with you to lower your self-esteem. It is not paranoia, it is real and even commented upon by un-involved people who witness it happening.

I just wonder, are we as potential victims of this kind of "law" going to just fold, or are we going to stand up to it and fight? Why are the attorneys merely leaving those of us who could have used their services allowing it to flourish? Mr. Guasco and his law firm of Buty & Curliano are subverting our system of justice and one day it may come down to if you can out "deep pocket" the "deep pocket!"

If we don't fight this abomination of law practice, then someday we may deserve Mike C. Guasco's creepy tag line,

I know that this false R.O. was piggybacked
on with my desire to become friends with 
my doctor. 

They decided to restrain me legally/illegally
to make certain I would stay away from him 
and keep me under their cruel and abusive 
control. That was most assuredly, illegal and 
abuse of Court and the justice/legal systems.
(Lies, forgeries, false evidence...screaming at 
me outside the courtroom, pretending I was 
given an attorney [Charles Smith IV, Redwood City, 
CA] through a Bar Assn. program for which I did 
not even qualify to be in and who only kept me quiet, 
helped jail me and did nothing to help me, but always
screamed "SHUT UP" at me 2 inches from my face!)
He asked me why I did not blame my doctor for any 
of the legal trouble and I said, "because I care about 
him and because he is a victim too!" He was used, 
which appears to be a Guasco tactic; using Kaiser 
employees to file bogus TROs against patients and 
then use actors to portray them in court! It is 
DIABOLICAL!

I was completely left in the dark as to 
what was going on. It made no legal sense, 
or any sense at all really. It was terrorism.

It was not much different than if
terrorists threw a hood over me and 
threatened me and psychologically tortured 
me (they DID, no hood.) Kaiser psychiatrist, 
Marija M. Petrovic brought BACK to Kaiser to
mentally abuse and break me down. (I call her a 
"hitman" who is brought back to get rid of 
"problem patients"and because she made many
covert plots to do so, I also gave her the moniker
"SPYchiatrist!")

It was horrific. I still have nightmares over
it and actually dislike even trying to sleep. 
I was humiliated and alienated from people 
I love.I felt such an overwhelming sense of 
shame, I could not face my family easily, 
or not much at all. 

Please do not brush off 
my pain to help save face for the people 
who wanted me to be hurt, or killed. They 
knew they were dealing 

with someone who could have died from 
health issues, due to their egregious 
treatment.  It was not something harmless.

As I have said, it could be construed as 
attempted murder. I think the DA's office 
should pursue this with the full righteousness 
of the law. 

It broke many laws, including false imprisonment. 

It was also, "intentional infliction of emotional 

distress." I consider the possibility of a 

recurrence of what was done to me, to other
people as a grave possibility. I have already 
seen similarities of my case, with Jeff Lusk's 
False R.O. case and in fact, it is being refined 
to be more effective and streamlined. He was 
BRUTALIZED, even though he has a son who 
has a traumatic brain injury to look after 
on a daily, 24/7 basis! 

In my case, Mr.Guasco and his REAL
client need to know that the game is up and it 
will no longer fly as a way to hurt/intimidate/
hobble people as revenge, or to stop a 

potential law suit. Mr. Guasco and his law firm, 

Buty & Curliano need to know that their frivolous 

TRO/RO days are over. It appears that innocent,
poor and handicapped people are being targeted and 
it is WRONG! Jeff Lusk has gone on a longer trip 
through Hell than myself; it is just evil what has 
been done to him and to me under the guise of 
law! 

Kaiser Psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic, in my opinion, 
belongs nowhere near patients and nowhere in 
the country! She needs to go back to Serbia and 
tough it out there. The USA has enough pollution! 
After what they did to me, San Mateo, CA 
Superior Court Judges Novak attacked me 
viciously and threatened me with jail if I would 
not take an attorney I did not want (Charles 
Smith IV again!)  and Judge Danny Chou, who ignored 
my evidence and allowed Guasco's false evidence that 
he did not share with me! Judge Chou added 2 more 
years based on lies and forgeries and Guasco 
claiming my doctor was present when he was not! 
NONE of the TRO/RO was valid!
  
Those judges should not be adjudicating! I can only 
figure they must have been paid to turn a blind and 
cruel eye toward the law and a frightened a senior woman 
with MS! If we allow everyone in this to go on 
un-reprimanded, they will merely get more covert and 
crafty in their ways and hurt MORE people!.

Mr. Guasco has always struck me as a gambler...
with OTHER people's lives! That must be why he 
seemed to have had no problem putting Dr. L's name 
on a false TRO/RO.

He would obviously feign astonishment and let his 
"client" take the fall. In my opinion, he is an absolutely  
unrepentant criminal and sociopath, that goes for 
Marija M. Petrovic as well.

They just astonish me with their show of
carefree depravity!

Please help the integrity of our Legal and Judicial 

systems and protect other potential victims of the 

cruelty they spread with complete abandon!  

Please, I have faith in your ideals of upholding the 

law. Please get the FALSE RESTRAINING DROPPED!
I have suffered TOO MUCH for something made up!
It isn't fair! I did NOTHING WRONG, but the 
people who did this are CRIMINALS!!

Michael C. Guasco's Legal Abuse In My Case and Others!

Kaiser Law Firm of Buty & Curliano, especially Michael C. Guasco appear to use "unique" methods when it comes to legal procedure and abuse of court. (I do not feel that they expected me to be still alive after their brutal attacks on me and never thought I would be able to relate their abuse of me and of the court.) In my case they did the following (not in any particular order of occurrence):

1.) They used a Kaiser doctor's name to file a TRO against me that had no merit. My doctor was made to attend trials and hearings, until he completely refuted the entire basis for the TRO and subsequent restraining order, then they merely said in the court filed documents that he was there, when he was not (witness statement to that fact) and they had his signature forged. 

2.) In the extension trial, Mike Guasco used false evidence and said old emails were from 2017, when they were from 2015. He did not follow discovery rules: I never was given a copy.

3.) Buty & Curliano filed the TRO 97 days after I had last seen (had dropped) my doctor, but only around a week and a half after that doctor attended my surgery at my request. (Why would a doctor who wanted to have a restraining order against me attend my surgery because he made me feel safe?)

4.) They forged the doctor's signature in court filed documents. (Expert verified). One time, they faxed forged signature court documents from my doctor's alternate office when he was not present, to give it gravitas. (Clearly showed attempt at deception). As the expert said that a rehired Kaiser psychiatrist was the most likely forger, it showed how closely the psychiatrist and Mr. Guasco were working.

5.) Someone had former Kaiser psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic (from Serbia) rehired, to get me as her patient, so she could pile on false diagnoses into my chart to discredit me and achieve her goal of getting rid of me as my doctor's patient. (Verified by part of the involved party to the activities against me, with my witness hearing it and wrote a statement to that fact.) The psychiatrist only asked me about my doctor, yet in 4 office visits, she put into my chart 5 major mental illnesses. (I believe that they were insurance in case I were found dead by my own hand, or other means and those fake mental illnesses could be pointed to as the reason.)  She made extremely cruel, humiliating and hurtful phone calls to me and hung up when I began sobbing in earnest. She seemed to be purposely trying to get me upset enough to kill myself. That is not the normal behavior of psychiatrist, but I DO feel it could be called attempted murder.

6.) I was phoned and told by my doctor about a medical conference that had to do with my health issue of vascular insufficiency/lymphedema/lipidema
I attended the conference. When I arrived back home, the psychiatrist phoned me and called me a "STALKER." I fail to see how that moniker applied to me; I was at the conference to listen to a doctor who is the leading physician in that field and to learn more about the disease that had afflicted me after my year of harsh experimental chemo on a rare cancer. (It makes the body enlarge, especially the limbs, but can also affect many other areas of the body.) 

7.) Once I had an attorney, Mr. Donald Bloom (SF) who had contacted me and said he had heard I needed an attorney. He made it so affordable, I "couldn't refuse that offer." Yet, ultimately, I discovered Mr. Bloom was not helping me as much as he was helping Mr. Guasco. I spoke up in court despite Mr. Bloom and the judge's response was, "well in that case, this may very likely be a false restraining order!" Mr. Bloom dropped me and said that if I ever tried to reach him, he would give me a restraining order. (I could really use that $1,000 I gave him....)

8.) After Mr. Bloom, I was magically given an attorney I had previously attempted to hire, but who told me he did not handle my kind of case and who just met with me at court to return my file. He had yelled out for all to hear, in front of Mike Guasco and my doctor, "She is NOT my client, I am NOT her attorney!!" Next thing I knew, he was handing me a form to fill out for the Private Defender Program. (Later, I found out I was not in the program because it was not a criminal case, but Charles Smith, IV, pretended he was anyway.) He merely yelled at me to, "SHUT UP!" and kept me quiet as I was being railroaded.

9.) Mr. Guasco ended up with my court file at one point during my attempts at hiring an attorney, Mr. Marc Pelta (SF). Mr. Pelta was (I guess) trying to perfect his reason for why he no longer had my file. He said he shredded it. He said he shredded it mistakenly. He said he shredded it because it had sat too long in his office (2 weeks) and wanted to keep it safe. That last attempt is the one upon which he landed and stuck (like a teen Communist gymnast at the Olympics).  After I found it at Mr. Guasco's office (he said someone delivered it, but he did not know who and said it was in his safe) he never returned it to me. I called Mr. Pelta and he screamed at me and sounded close to tears and denied everything. Mr. Guasco certainly seems to stir up emotions....

10.) Mr. Guasco seems to have a great affinity for padding his court filings and delivering them as close to the court date as possible. He sent me false contempt charges that numbered 300 in pages, on a Thursday afternoon, for a Monday morning hearing! (I live, with traffic and hour of day, 5-6 hours away from the court!)
Three hundred pages sounds like a healthcare bill that no Congressperson read in its entirety! It was, no doubt, intended as visual mental attack on the recipient as well as for the judge's "pleasure." It is all just a part of Guasco's "shtick". (He must be a fan of prop comedy....)

11.) All THREE OF THE SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES IN MY "CASE"  (Judge Livermore, Judge Novak, Judge Danny Chou) WOULD NOT GIVE ANY CREDENCE TO MY EVIDENCE! NOT EVEN ABOUT THE FORGERIES, OR THE STATEMENT BY THE INVOLVED SECURITY GUARD, EDWARD SOUZA (Kaiser South San Francisco security guard at the time, now with a better, permanent job at Kaiser, not with a contracting company any longer, the same as Emanuel de Guzman, who helped railroad me, he now works in "Communications" at Kaiser SSF) WHO SAID, (WITH MY WITNESS HEARING) THAT THE PSYCHIATRIST WAS REHIRED TO KAISER TO GET RID OF ME AS MY DOCTOR'S PATIENT! That should have been DAMNING EVIDENCE IN MY FAVOR! IT WAS ALL MANUFACTURED! WHY IS A FALSE RESTRAINING ORDER STILL IN EFFECT?

12.) TWICE, I was saddled with attorney, Charles Smith IV as a baby sitter, NOT an attorney! Had he been an attorney actually WORKING FOR ME, he would have quickly learned about the absolute FRAUDULENT nature of the case and would have ejected it into the universe and Guasco would have been disbarred and depending how far the case had gotten, most likely JAIL time too!

Kaiser Law Firm's Depravity!

Kaiser attorney Mike C. Guasco has really hit bottom with his cruelty and depravity, since he has attacked this innocent victim: a man who is the 24/7 sole caregiver to his son who has a traumatic brain injury!

From what I have gathered according to my own experience, Guasco takes patients with lawsuit potential against Kaiser and puts them on the defense by hitting them with a bogus TRO restraining order, so in the eyes of a judge it makes them look already guilty for something extremely unseemly, because a TRO means it was a dire, emergency situation of having to stop probable violence against someone, thus creating a negative impression against the person who previously was a potential plaintiff, but now with the ugly TRO on their record, effectively switching them instead into a defendant....and a probable violent one at that. In my case and in the father's case, our names were smeared with false allegations! This is an illegal and and underhanded and unethical way to try and gain the upper hand! I have watched Mr. Guasco stand in front of the judge and so effortlessly LIE, when he KNEW THE TRUTH from what I had told him prior! I also believe that Mr. Guasco TAMPERED with my expert, so that my report was emailed to me the day AFTER it was promised! The same thing happened on 2 other occasions! THREE TIMES my experts were subverted in basically the same way! TOO MUCH OF A COINCIDENCE! 

All that comes to MY mind is that Guasco is a SUBSTANDARD ATTORNEY and NEEDS ALL THE HELP HE CAN, EVEN TO WIN AGAINST A WIDOW WITH MS!

It may be a clever maneuver, but it is also ILLEGAL! It seems like Guasco feels that the ends justify the means! If Kaiser is left unscathed, then he feels he has done the right thing! The way he practises law, one does not need to be an attorney, just have everything in your favor (in any way necessary) and you win, easy! It doesn't seem to matter how it is done, winning is all that matters to him. In my case, Judge Novak made no pretense of even trying to have a fair court hearing, she smiled at me and then just reamed me out by calling me names, insulting my mental health and then had an attorney of her choice "represent"me! (Forced on me, with the threat of going to jail!) Charlie Smith IV, who I call the "Court House Stray Cat", since he is always hanging around there looking for "client crumbs" from the judge who forwards unrepresented defendants to him. All he did "for" me was clear the courtroom and allowed Judge Novak to say ugly, untrue things about me that were so severe, I passed out for a moment. The next day, my face was covered with what a doctor called hives. Judge Novak heckled me and called me, "STALKER" as I walked to the witness stand.
Anyone surprised that I ended up being sentenced to jail?

Oh, the reason I got a TRO....was (supposedly) because I gave my doctor some thank you gifts and attention he didn't want....forget the fact that he thanked me for the gifts and the other was merely to sound salacious to get a judge to sign the TRO. "Someone" had already tried to get rid of me by hiring a psychiatrist to basically beat me up mentally, but since that did not produce the desired effects, they went "legal!"

Kaiser has a law firm for the freebie use by doctors, so they can have all their most twisted legal desires meted out to unsuspecting victims. In my case, someone was unhappy that I gave thank you gifts to my doctor, who as it seems was obviously being kept on a tether, but the "keeper" was afraid he might get loose and live like a human being, instead of an animal, so she had to show her restraining powers, by cowardly having a law firm do her blindsiding dirty work, instead of talking to me, like a rational human being. That is one scary person, but the Kaiser law firm should have the sense to say NO to irrational requests....but they obviously don't. How is that law firm any different than organized crime? Kaiser is screwing themselves over by keeping them. Who can say if a dirty sounding law firm like that won't just bite the hand that feeds them and take over the ENTIRE operation?


In my case, Guasco had a security guard write up a list of things I supposedly said to him that created a sense of my having the attitude that I could thumb my nose at the (false) restraining order (he lied and forged to give to me) and violate it freely, since it was false,  so that if I even made a small, unintentional mistake, it would look as if I were thumbing my nose at the court and being in contempt with abandon. One obvious problem with that was, why would I be telling that information to a security guard? Yet, that security guard, Edward Souza, sat on the witness stand and helped to build up a false contempt case against me to have me jailed.


Guasco also had an interesting thing that he did, which I witnessed, which was adding on more restrictions to the court paperwork after the judge had already signed off on them.

Who will want to be a member of a healthcare organization, if at any second, they could face false legal action against them, for even the smallest of provocation? I was told that Guasco gave a TRO to a quadriplegic patient who supposedly spat at his nurse! Having employees comply with being a plaintiff on his false restraining orders seems to be a part of their Kaiser job description.....that is appalling! 

"Attorney" Mike C. Guasco, partner at Buty & Curliano, uses false restraining orders to weaken his victims and "somehow" manages to get judges to ignore exonerating evidence and keep the defendant on tenterhooks wondering if they will be jailed, or not. Twice arrested Guasco was married to a many times arrested, repeat controlled substance offender (and doctor's signature forged on Rx) so it would seem he is no stranger to being on the wrong side of the law. Well, now he can use his creative "lawyer-ing" for a company that can intimidate and use deep pockets to keep him relatively safe. That, and the cooperation of judges, he can live in a dream world of restraining, railroading and harming innocent people to his little heart's desire!

In my opinion, there should be most wanted posters distributed to courts and anywhere decent people can be warned of his subversive acts such as forgery, lies, false evidence, using Kaiser employee's names on restraining orders and then in court, presenting an actor in place of the plaintiff named on the court documents and somehow managing to get judges to go along with even the most lame arguments and explanations presented.

I have been on a bogus restraining order for over 3 years and Mr. Guasco, said he could use his false evidence to keep me restrained forever! IS THAT JUSTICE? No attorney will help me! I can only figure I have been blacklisted somehow. A REAL attorney would kick Guasco's ass, but I guess all the attorneys would rather allow a poor, innocent widow with MS to just live under his thumb forever!

Mike C. Guasco and the judges who allow his lies, etc are in contempt! He hurts people, and his manipulations hurt our system of Justice. It needs to STOP, before it becomes a pandemic, so that only those with the pockets the size of Kaiser's will be left unscathed. More billions in profits.....but at what cost? That is NOT "THRIVING!"
