🔥"Liar, Liar" 🔥

Anyone familiar with the old movie "Gaslight? Well, for over three years, I have been living it! (It is not a nice life, either!)

For those neophytes out there, who STILL believe in the integrity of the Legal and Justice Systems---stop reading now--- because I don't want to disillusion you and pop your idealistic Legal and Judicial cherries as was the case with me (well as I am older, so, mine was more of a raisin, than a cherry, but it was, for me, a traumatic and brutal rape scene, none-the less!) Remember! Rape is not love, it is exercising power over someone weaker and more vulnerable!

Kaiser 🔥"Attorney", 🔥Michael C. Guasco🔥, now partner with the law firm of Buty & Curliano took me, a shy and vulnerable senior woman with MS and fragile health condition and denigrated and abused my warm and caring, compassionate heart, merely because he could, or perhaps merely wanted. (I always did have him pegged as a misogynist...) There was no truth to the legal matter into which he threw me. No shades of gray, it was outright fraud! (Unless you consider lies, verified forgeries and one sided and accommodating Judge$, one of whom threw this innocent widow with MS, into jail under a false restraining order to evade the DA's office's intrusion into the matter and who brutally forced an innocent defendant to accept the attorney of the judge's choice, which in essence, hobbled and silenced the defendant, so no Judicial fairness was ever visible! 

Each day I am astonished at what falls under the category of the practice of law, when it seems that what is passing for law is actually seen at the Magic Castle every night, or the circus each day. The quote attributed to P.T. Barnum, "there's a sucker born every minute" was used by gamblers and con men, which pretty much sums up the show in which I have been forced. Just throw in a big bunch of money and the court becomes, "The Big Top!"
What a farce!

Mr. Guasco lorded his power over me, frequently said cruel and abusive things to me and took away even my small bits of hope by saying he could use his false evidence to restrain me forever! He said that the person I care so much about for whom I would die to save his life, hated me and did not want anything to do with me. There is nothing good about a person who seems to derive pleasure out of saying such soul killing things to an innocent person who he knew that stress could be a killer! That is called, intentional infliction of emotional distress! Mr. Guasco is playing both ends against the middle! He pretends he is doing something that will be good in the end, but it is merely his cover story to fall back upon, if someone busts his REAL motivation, which is to please his hidden benefactor! It is a very adept spy tactic, which makes me believe that he had Kaiser psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic write his script. To me, she behaves more like a spy due to her cruel ways and elaborate gaslighting and entrapment plans. She is NO normal psychiatrist, which is why I call her a "spychiatrist!" She would call me and tell me that the one I love hated me and was embarrassed by me (Wow, who does she think she is, "Tokyo Rose?") She would hang up on me as soon as I started crying! She called me "STALKER", which was the same thing Judge Novak heckled at me when I walked past her to the witness stand.  Coincidence? No, I don't think so at all....

Guasco put me in a submissive position, because I did not have the means to hire an attorney, and even if I did have the funds to do so, it appeared Mr. Guasco had somehow blacklisted me...I am still unable to hire one. I asked him about it and he merely smiled his superior ringmaster smile at me and left me with that as his only answer, which I interpret as, "Qui tacet consentit".

It gets a bit obvious that something underhanded has been done when attorneys and firms who specialize in restraining order cases say they no longer practice that kind of law, yet their ads continue to tout their excellence at handling those types of cases! Not a lot of creativity, or thought went in to most of the reasons for turning me down. (Hell, why bother with creativity, when there was nothing in it for them?) I even received an anonymous email saying no attorney would ever let me hire them, so any accusations of paranoia on my part, can be laid to rest. One attorney, Marc Pelta, even went as far as to let me interview him and took my court file to "familiarize himself with my case".  I called him a couple of weeks later and he said he had accidentally shredded my file! (That was no small feat, it was large!) The next time I spoke with him, though, he said he shredded it to keep it safe, since it had been sitting around for awhile. (I wonder how long it took him to come up with THAT "genius" excuse?) Did he never think to ask me to come pick it up, or deliver it to me? Well, my brain decided that something was up, so I asked Guasco if he had my court file. His response was, "you mean the one that has your will and your lie detection report in it? Yes, I have it in my safe. Someone delivered it to me, but I don't know who." No return address, no questioning of the delivery person by the receptionist, "just here is a box for a Mr. Guasco?"...(...or bomb, anthrax or perhaps cocaine in bulk? That is seriously lacking in reception work!) "Yes, Mr. Guasco, I believe each and every honeyed word that drips from your crafty, smarmy lips, because you have treated me so VERY well!!

"Mr. Guasco: I absolutely adore it when you get up so close to yell in my face, that I can count your severely over-loaded nose hairs! (A $5 buck investment in nose hair whackers from China, would seriously improve your Neanderthal "look" to a metamorphosis of one slightly more humanoid; I think Darwin would approve...) And, the treat is all mine and when you run away from me, like a tiny little coward as you pull your adorable little cart while your little homunculus leggies frantically scramble to propel yourself along the court corridor (like Kafka's bug clattering around in abject confusion) as you try to evade the terror of actually facing an irate handicapped woman old enough to be your mother (But, probably would never be willing to admit the relationship....yeah, neither would I!)

 I deal in reality, I'll leave the smoke and mirrors to Mr. Guasco.

Anyone who believes Guasco has ANY flea speck of altruism in my matter IS a complete SUCKER! New houses require an extra income from a desperate benefactress who doesn't want to lose her fancy lifestyle providing, other income....right Guasco? It is like rape...love has nothing to do with it....just pure greed and face saving, with a liberal dose of narcissism and revenge thrown in!

I have had to live with the grinding frustration, tormented mind and heart ache over this dark, twisted and maniacal spy "thriller." It has been a terrible subversion of law and justice and a mockery of the Court. Each day I am held to false law and I cry bitter and sad tears, but I still abide by it, while the criminals who claim to be respectable, enjoy lives of shallow, but upscale, criminal greed and hold their human ATM hostage, and unloved. They will drain him for everything he has and then he will be tossed away.

I found myself in the center ring, with Guasco  as the Ringmaster and the judges as the sideshow clowns. They did whatever they were told and with the compassion that I found in Mr. Guasco, I'd find it less dangerous to put my head into the mouth of a lion who hasn't seen a scrap of food for a week!

I was the tightrope walker with no net and an audience that prayed for a misstep.  Either way, I was assured of being completely fucked no matter how great my balance!




PS. If I should end up dead, it was because of Kaiser "attorney" Mr. Guasco and Kaiser "Psychiatrist" Marija M. Petrovic and their cruel and soul destroying plans against me. I hope they can find good lawyers, because my proof and witnesses know it all first hand. NO ONE should have to deal with them; they did horrible things to me along with judges they twisted the law for over 3 years! They did it for someone else, who was jealous? I guess. Revenge? Could be. Power trip? Likely.
