Attorney Mike C. Guasco, contract (hack) attorney for Kaiser gave me a restraining order to please a female doctor who was jealous of me because a doctor she wants asked me to be his friend instead of his patient. She got the attorney to put my doctor's name on it as Plaintiff and forged his signature on it!
Now, Kaiser is making him go along with it by threatening his job if he does not and the thug attorney keeps him under threat! Kaiser is disgusting for allowing this! I have been to jail from false contempt charges and have been railroaded into a misdemeanor by Kaiser's deep pockets buying off judges! I am a retired widow, cancer survivor with MS. Mr. Guasco uses some sort of smear tactic to get attorneys to NOT let me hire them! I have gone through this for going on 6 years! IT NEEDS TO STOP! The female doctor has tried to kill me twice! She had a radiologist falsely tell me I had breast cancer and was trying to lure me into surgery. Gee, I wonder why? Before that, under the guise of getting biopsies, the radiologist waved a long needle threateningly across my eyes and ranting at me telling me I was selfish, that I got everything I wanted, that I take things that belong to others....on and on! After roughly pulling out 5 large core breast samples, she sent me for a mammogram and the machine was clamped down so hard on my bleeding breast, blood flooded down to the floor in an enormous pool! My MS kicked in and made me so dizzy, I nearly fell to the floor, but an assistant caught me.
It wasn't testing, it was torture!
I don't have breast cancer, yet they gave me medication to take, which made me sick and unable to sleep and I keep getting called to come in for surgery! I had an expert check me and she said that I DO NOT HAVE BREAST CANCER! I told them, but they still call me to come in!
I told Kaiser top brass Dr. Richard Isaacs and Kaiser in house attorney, Mark Zemelman what has been going on and crickets, nothing! I have kept them apprised from square one and NO HELP AT ALL! I am just a nobody patient at Kaiser! EVERYTHING against me was MADE UP to do what?
And the jealous doctor got a Serbian psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic to try and get me to kill myself!
The jealous surgeon is Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, Kaiser Redwood City and she is not someone I would trust if I were a patient to have ploughing around in my brain, or spine! She is clearly unhinged! Who behaves that way? Her attorney does anything he can figure to make my life miserable, even has the HOA bother me and try to cost me money.
I cannot understand why Dr. N. N. Moayeri is still walking the streets!
If you do not want to live in HELL, like me, DO NOT JOIN KAISER PERMANENTE!
