Please Free Dr. Lukaszewicz from imprisonment by attorney Mike Guasco and Dr. Moayeri.

Dear Judges of the San Mateo County Superior Court,
I know and you know that Kaiser attorney, Mike Guasco has been violating court rules, thumbing his nose at them, and railroading me through fraudulent accusations of wrongdoing with the help of the judges of this court, who push through his invalid restraining orders to keep me from helping Dr. Lukaszewicz and for use for attacking my credibility.
The only rational explanation why any judge would put up with and approve his obvious lies, his forgeries and just the fact that his reasoning for the initial request for a TRO in 2016, made no sense (who gets a TRO for giving a doctor a few gifts he thanked her for many times? They were gifts for his exceptional attention to her healthcare, when other doctors ignored her. He thanked her profusely for the gifts. The last day she had seen him was 100 days prior and a week AFTER he had just attended her gallbladder removal surgery at her request to keep her safe) is MONEY!
The people who wanted the TRO given to me were the Kaiser contract attorney, Mike Guasco and Dr. Moayeri, Kaiser neurosurgeon, Dr. Lukaszewicz's domestic and business partner and the loyal followers. Dr. Moayeri heard about Dr. Lukaszewicz having attended my surgery and of my gifts over a span of 3-4 years and decided that I needed to be eliminated as a patient and as a living entity on Earth. She has twice tried to kill me using other people to do her dirty work, since she is too much of a coward and narcissist to do it herself. She hired hitmen to do it, but because Dr. Lukaszewicz protected me; she was not successful and the other one she hired, Dr. Moon, tortured me and threatened me and gave me a false diagnosis of breast cancer, so I would be lured into surgery to my death, or brain damage. I was written very persuasive letters and even my Kaiser OBGYN, Dr. Zuber weighed in with his loyalty to Dr. Moayeri, by calling me to lure me to go in for surgery by saying to me, "YOU'RE GOING TO DIE, YOU'RE GOING TO DIE!" Yes, had I listened to him, I very well likely would have died!
Mr. Guasco added in with his supporting role by giving me another false restraining order, so I would be unable to ask Dr. Lukaszewicz to come observe my surgery, just as he had done for my gallbladder surgery. Mr. Guasco had no reason for giving me the new 5 year forged restraining order, but to say, "past history!" and Judge Foiles complied. That would end up meaning I would get 10 years of a restraining order plus jail, for giving my doctor a few thank you gifts for his exceptional care for my health. For forged restraining orders and without even a Plaintiff present at trial, but instead Mr. Guasco said Dr. Lukaszewicz was there in court papers he filed. Mike C. Guasco has dragged me thought Hell just so he can keep his Kaiser REAL client, Dr. Moayeri, happy, no doubt with a hefty paycheck for himself. Kaiser also wants to keep her happy and ignores her disturbing unhinged behavior and backs everything she wants, even the fact that they keep the center of their attention, Dr. Lukaszewicz a prisoner! They made him lie in court with the threat of death hanging over his head as the motivation. Kaiser obviously doesn't care about what happens to him, just as they do not care what happens to me, or any of her potential patients under her knife! Kaiser top brass have been apprised about the situation for a very long time, even before the false legal began.
They do not care that Dr. Moayeri has twice tried to kill me, yet they still allow her to dig in the brains and spines of their patients.
Quite a nonchalant legal risk Kaiser takes!
Kaiser has also been apprised from the beginning that Guasco has been abusing their patients, not just me, but ones, it seems who have serious health issues, such as the false TRO he gave to a quadriplegic man. Guasco probably accused him of wrongdoing, because his health was costing Kaiser big money and they would figure the man was causing too much outpouring of money, making Guasco a hero to Kaiser.... fortunately for the poor falsely accused man, he had an attorney, John W. Busman, in Orange County, CA, who prevailed against Guasco, since Guasco is the worst Attorney around anywhere, a hack. The only way he is ever able to win, is by using Kaiser deep pockets to buy those in court, etc, necessary to win cases and smear the target in the legal community, so the attorneys refuse the victim's case. If an accused in a TRO case goes to court without an attorney at the first hearing, the defendant is sunk. I was sunk. I asked Guasco if he had kept me from getting an attorney....he merely smiled.... What do YOU THINK? The paperwork was forged, it was a false court filing by Mr. Guasco in the first place; it was Mr. Guasco who was the criminal. He has done it many times. Mr. Guasco has committed so many crimes in my case alone, a calculator would be needed to tally up all his offences and years of sentence. Mr. Guasco is so desperate to hide his crimes that he has threatened Dr. Lukaszewicz with death if he tells the truth.
Mr. Guasco along with several Kaiser employees are guilty of contempt of court and conspiracy to murder! I think that if one digs deeper, one will find other ACTUAL murder victims in this disgusting criminal situation!
Mike Guasco, Dr. Moayeri and their conspirators will be taken down by GREED! Yes, this is all hinged on greed and the arrogance of people who feel they are above reproach and the law! They are not!
They have harmed and tried to kill me, and Dr. Lukaszewicz is currently on their list of near future murder victims!
They will forge a will for him and give the money and property to Dr. Moayeri and she will share it with Guasco! It is NOT a joke! Dr. Lukaszewicz's life is in danger!
Sacredness of life means NOTHING TO THEM! IF GIVEN THE CHANCE, THEY'LL KILL HIM! MONEY IS GOD TO THEM! HE IS ALREADY A PRISONER NOW! THEY WILL GIVE HIM A STROKE JUST LIKE THEY DID HIS MOTHER!
HELP SAVE HIM!
