Mr. Guasco,

Your abuse of the Justice System has motivated me to begin work on the creation of legislation for restraining order reform, specifically citing those attorneys who use them as a weapon and not as a protective measure. As I have heard from various legal sources, you seem to be at the top of the infamous attorney list of dubious notoriety for restraining order abuse (Amongst your other nefarious "attributes" of the bending of law as I myself have witnessed).

 

The way you have twisted a system that was intended as a means of safety for those in sincere need of help against possible violence perpetrated against them, is a mockery of the law and of the women and men who honestly rely upon it. You create animosity and hard feelings. You have looked at the law as would a criminal, or a con artist. You have not looked at it as a means of help, you have turned it into a weapon of hurt.

 

You turned a shield against terror into a means of proffering terror (against innocent human beings. )  To me, that is NOT law, that is a form of TERRORISM!

Law is not a game of winning at any cost, which is how you have perverted it to mean. It is supposed to find truth and equity. I abhor your sense of cruelty and abuse of power and the Court and try and call it law. As I mentioned, you spit in the face of the Court each time you abuse another of your victims through it and then expect others to give it, or you any respect. An officer of the Court who flagrantly abuses its own law family is repugnant! There is something intrinsically wrong about your thinking.

 

I believe the Court needs to file a restraining order against YOU!

Things will change and you can thank yourself for being the impetus for the change. Don't worry, I will make certain you are given full "credit" for your role in it.
