I was a patient of Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, Vascular Surgery and I was doing great. He was so concerned about my health and progress and he understood the complications associated with my health issues, whereas the doctors outside his specialty did not. His understanding of the complexities of my health issues and the interconnection they had with other health issues was refreshing. Many doctors will treat symptoms and not understand the real cause. So, if a patient has a disease that causes them to look overweight, they tell you to "lose weight." But, they are ignoring the heart of the problem and losing weight is not the entire answer. A person with lymphatic issues is not going to just "lose weight" It is complicated and is not a matter of food ingestion; it is a matter of lymphatic fluid buildup. At any rate, Dr. Lukaszewicz saw how I struggled with the misunderstandings I ran into and helped me with more of the health problems I had that were directly as a result of lymphedema/lipedema, thereby avoiding misdiagnosis and possibly avoiding the medications that were unnecessary. It was a relief to be treated like a human being, not a shunned fat person. He sees beyond the obvious symptoms of heavy limbs, he sees the person inside. He does not make a person feel embarrassed, or weird; he is an empathetic person and knows it isn't their fault anymore than having Parkinson's is their fault. A lot of doctors don't look beyond the size of a person. He does and he wants to help.

I thanked his kindness with a few small gifts, which I have always done for those who go above and beyond for me. Nothing could repay the kindness, but it was a physical token of my great regard and gratitude. But, what did those in charge do to that kind, nice picture of gratitude? They hit me with a RESTRAINING ORDER! AND they forced my doctor to put HIS NAME on it! I was made into a PARIAH! I have been TORMENTED! I have been through a NIGHTMARE of legal woes, and I was THROWN INTO JAIL! Kaiser (twice arrested) attorney Mike Guasco and law firm, Buty & Curliano, decided that a person who gives a GIFT to her doctor DESERVES to be BRUTALIZED through the legal and justice systems! They have an intricate system of Kaiser employees who came to life and made subtle and not-so-subtle attacks against me!

I made complaint after complaint to Kaiser, but I got NO help back! They listened to my complaints and did NOTHING!

Kaiser allowed a revolving door psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic to be hired to come in and attack me with psychological torment: blindsiding and gaslighting and putting false major mental illnesses in my chart to discredit anything I say, or perhaps a reason if I am found dead "somehow". She created a complicated plan of lies, confusion and false accusations to stimulate me to ask why things were being done to me, and then she used my searching AGAINST ME to get me a TRO (temporary restraining order). THEN when I tried to get an attorney, "somehow" I could not find one.

Without an attorney at the first hearing of a restraining order, a defendant is S.O.L.! I got a 30 month (2.5 years) restraining order and Mr. Guasco put my name in a POLICE database, so that if I drive anywhere and get pulled over, I am looked at like some scum bag. It is INSANE! I gave away my deceased husband's vintage rifles, since "desperate criminal  characters" such as the gift giving type "criminal" as myself, could not be trusted with weapons & if caught harboring them, could go straight to jail!

Each time I tried to get an attorney, I was turned down, but after the important hearing was over & my fate was sealed, they somehow managed to come out of the woodwork! I had two, but they were never really mine; they worked for the Kaiser "team" They were both foisted on me, one by deception (Charlie Smith, Redwood City) and one (Donald Bloom, SF) who called me saying he heard I needed an attorney. Charlie Smith approached me & said he was with the Private Defender Program, but I called them & they denied it and anyway, mine was a civil case and they only took criminal cases.Who paid him? What he did was yell in my face & helped me get jailed. Mr. Bloom was lethargic, kept me quiet and did nothing effective. Even when the judge invited him to contest the restraining order, he refused. He said I would never win...even with a formal invitation from a judge? THAT said a LOT!

Anyway, that judge retired suddenly, & in stepped Judge Lisa A. Novak. She acted nothing like a judge. She insulted my mental health, she wouldn't allow me to talk on the witness stand for more than a second,interrupted & had what I said stricken from the record. Charlie Smith sat there like a lox and did nothing & let me be JAILED!

Mr. Mike Guasco, Kaiser attorney, used forgeries & lies in his court papers. He used false evidence that he did not file w/the court,or even share & said he could us that "evidence" to keep me restrained FOREVER! He extended it 2 yrs! KAISER LET IT ALL HAPPEN! BEWARE! YOU COULD BE NEXT!
