I was harassed and mentally manipulated by Kaiser psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic, at the Kaiser Daly City facility, and by telephone, in an attempt to stop me from being a patient, and acquaintance of my vascular surgeon. Someone close to my vascular surgeon, must have been threatened by the mere friendship of myself and that doctor, and brought her in to "neutralize" me! My appointments with him were obviously monitored, and he was told to treat me badly, so I would not want to be friendly toward him. He must have been threatened, or under mental duress, because when the appointment was over, and I had to return afterward, a couple of times, for one reason, or another; he returned to his normal behavior I knew of him to have. 

Marija Petrovic, amongst other things, would call me at various times, and tell me that my doctor hated me, or would accuse me of stalking him, and other cruel things that came out of her hateful mouth. She would be so sadistic, that I would break down in tears and despair. Why was she even involved in my business with my doctor? I began having terrible nightmares, and couldn't sleep.She would suggest that my doctor thought I might hurt him, which prompted me to go out and get a lie detector test, that proved I was no danger to him. She tried to make me jealous by saying we were rivals for him. She had the people in charge refuse to help me when I requested it. She was obviously very adept at mental manipulation.  Suddenly doctors at Kaiser So. San Francisco would say horrible things to me, and call me, a "bad person." I think that there were things planted in my chart to make doctors who looked in it react badly to me. One doctor even said it was something he saw in my chart; but would not clarify his statement. The head of security accused me of an, "inappropriate behavior" toward my doctor, but would not explain his statement either. It was so far from the truth! I am a quiet, shy widow, with MS, and I have been attacked myself. The absolute horror of being victimized, made me empathize with other victims; I would never be an attacker! I heal people; I do NOT attack them. People who do such things are inhuman, and filth. They take an essence of a person's life away. I have never harmed anyone in my life.  I was scared, because I felt like I was being framed for something I did not do! I was told by that same head of security, that since Kaiser was a corporation, I did not have to be told what I did, and that I had no rights there! I was told I could not contact my doctor in any way. I tried to contact Kaiser So. San Francisco management, and head of Risk Management for help. I got none. No return calls, nothing.

Marija Petrovic used my kindness, and issues of abandonment against me, and cut me off from my friend suddenly, and without explanation. I was made to feel as if I were going to be accused of some invasive crime. I was so anxious to get answers, so I kept seeking them. I eventually ended up with a restraining order because of my seeking answers. I noticed that some signatures in the legal court documents were suspicious looking to me; so I had a handwriting expert look at them. Her findings were that Marija Petrovic had signed a signature of an attorney who worked for Kaiser hired law firm, Buty & Curliano; and most likely also signed the signature of the doctor's too. Marija Petrovic certainly does not seem like your usual psychiatrist, with her covert methods. She harmed, she did not heal. I cry every day. I know there are things I don't even remember that she planted in my head. She knew how important my friend was/is to me; so she made certain that she suddenly cut me off from any communication with him. She had said she thought I had PTSD, which comes about from sudden traumatic events. It is cruel and sadistic to either purposely cause it in a person; or evoke a response that could have even caused self- harm because of it.  She did numerous other things too; too many to put here. She made my life Hell for many months! She needs to be investigated. I don't want her using her covert style skills to harm anyone else either! 

I asked Kaiser, VP and in-house attorney, Mark Zemelman, several times to investigate this matter; but he refuses! Why was a newly hired "psychiatrist" allowed to weld such power over a patient, a doctor, and an entire medical facility? It is so very strange! This is NOT the way a healthcare facility should be run! Please help me to force Mr. Zemelman to find the truth! I suffered, and am still suffering from the outrageous treatment I received at Kaiser! I am a good, decent, caring person; I do not deserve this!
