Kaiser attorney, Mike C. Guasco said and wrote such cruel things to me. It wasn't necessary, but Guasco is just that kind of guy who seems to like to go that "extra mean mile!" He yells in my face and is such a chicken he ran away from me when I tried to talk to him. He appeared to be afraid of an older handicapped woman with MS and a brain lesion. That says real "quality" to me, wonder if he kicks puppies in his spare time?
