Very dangerous situation at Kaiser

Dear Inspectors, et al:

What was done to me at Kaiser SSF prior to the 

actual Faux legal restraining order proceedings, I 

was to be mentally tormented by Marija M. Petrovic

and the people she incorporated to assist her in 

her endeavors. She had free run of Kaiser SSF 

and its staff. Please do not take what I am saying 

to you lightly. What she did to me was classic 

mental torture that was refined for non POW use, 

but for the general public, but believe me, it is still 

dangerous and harmful. She worked on me from 

the moment she was hired BACK to Kaiser. (I 

believe she was hired back by Dr. Moayeri, 

Dr. L's domestic partner, because she was afraid 

Dr. L might stray. Supposedly, Marija M. Petrovic 

was a new hire when she got there, but that was 

not true, her picture was at least 10-15 years 

younger and she knew a lot about Dr. L and her 

office was still listed listed as being on the 3rd 

floor of the same Kaiser facility and floor as 

Dr. L. When she began in on me, late May, 2015, 

I called and asked Kaiser when they last had 

Psychiatry at the SSF facility and I was told that 

it had not been there for over 3 years. It is 

currently in Daly City, but I sensed that she came 

back to monitor my office visits with Dr. L. When 

she was there, as it seemed to me, the staff 

behaved more formal, still and not the friendly 

people I had known them to be. Even Dr. L.

who was always friendly, but proper, on former 

normal occasions, was completely formal and 

nearing unfriendly. His door was left open, and 

I could bet that had I jumped up from my seat and 

opened the door, it would have revealed Marija 

Petrovic nearby. I had two occasions to return to 

his office after having left and the atmosphere 

was completely different: friendly and warm. Dr. L.

was very concerned about me and told his assistants

to treat me gently (I have very painful lumps under 

the skin). He told me he was going to make another 

appointment for me, but I had decided to drop him 

as my doctor, so we could be on a path to friendship

and observe a waiting period. (I had no idea how 

long that would be). After I dropped him as my 

doctor, that is when the weird accusations flooded 

in about me being overly familiar ("inappropriate 

behavior" they said) with Dr. L and a letter from 

Emanuel de Guzman (security guard) stating that I

was not to communicate, or see Dr. Lukaszewicz 

again and that I had been given to another vascular

surgeon. It was such rough treatment and so 

serious and cruel, it did not seem like I was on a 

path to being friends; it seemed like I was on a 

path to jail. I was frightened that I would be jailed

and railroaded for having done nothing wrong. They

jumped on my desire to be friends with Dr. L. and 

when I dropped him as my doctor, turned it instead,

as if HE WERE DROPPING ME, because I 

supposedly did things that bothered him, familiarly 

forward, which was a complete surprise, because we

were already good, platonic friends, it just had not

 been made official. We had a very nice time talking

I think he reached out to me because he 

and I had much in common and enjoyed talking. I 

think he is treated like a piece of property. 
He called me once from home and was in a panicked 
and terrified state. He hung up quickly before 
saying anything of substance. Later on, I called the 
police after thinking about that and all that was 
going on and asked them to do a welfare check. 
Mr. Guasco found out about it and told the court 
that I was merely using it as a means of stalking 
Dr. Lukaszewicz. (Later, Judge Novak heckled me 
and called me, "STALKER" as I walked past her to 
the witness stand.) Everyone yelled at me, which 
was obviously a mental ploy to demean and break 
down my self-esteem and challenge my mental 
strength. I HAVE had great anxiety, but writing 
poems, and about this case helps somewhat. I also 
cry very easily, but I am far from being dead, 
which is what they hoped for me. I believe that 
of all the faux mental diagnoses Marija Petrovic 
piled on me in my chart (and she laughed about it!), 
I think she believed that I could have PTSD, so I 
believe she picked away at that idea, so if I were 
found dead, there would be the reason. That is 
most likely why she told me that Dr. Lukaszewicz 
had a serious mental disorder too (What normal 
psychiatrist does that?). I think it was a foreshadowing
of what is planned for him by those 
criminals. Get his money and find him dead of something
self-induced, or a "stroke", like his mother, a woman with 
gumption who just "happened" to die right after, had 
Marija M. Peterovic came back to Kaiser. When I 
mentioned that coincidence, I noticed that Marija 
Petrovic changed her hire date to two months down
the road. She just forgot that I had, had an appointment
 with her 2 months earlier. So, my online Kaiser 
account was shut down...no access to my chart....
how convenient....no one will reopen it. 
I want to protect him, they know it, because of my 
lie detection report, so they need me out of their 
way.  If I heard Dr. Lukaszewicz needed me for 
help, I would defy any false restraining order to 
be there for him. This abused and seriously 
FLAWED system can go to HELL! It never saw the 
OBVIOUS truth in my situation and I am sure many
 others have fallen to its corrupt judges and 
unbelieving DA's office too! Terrible things are 
going on and no one says BOO! I have been writing 
and writing and all that happens is that people say 
I write too much! Yeah, just let an innocent person 
like Dr. Lukaszewicz remain in serious danger! 
DOES ANYONE THINK I ENJOY THIS? I am 
TERRIFIED for Dr. Lukaszewicz's safety! It is no 
small thing to just be brushed off! They cannot see
 the forest for the trees! Listening to people with 
respectable sounding jobs is not the best; they can 
get away with much more than anyone else! There 
is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR ME TO 
REMAIN RESTRAINED! To allow it is to be 
complicit to the crime. Give me a voice, please! File 
a police report (they don't take mine) and get this 
case to a Grand Jury!

Forgeries, false evidence, lies, sidestepping the DA, 
claiming Dr. L was at a hearing when he was not, 
forging his signature, forcing an attorney on me from 
a program I did not qualify for! He did nothing, but 
shut me up and clear the courtroom so Judge Novak
could berate me to the point of my passing out! She

threw me into jail after a kangaroo hearing! The only
thing "my" attorney, Charlie Smith IV said when he
put me on the witness stand was, "tell them why you
think this was a false restraining order. Each time I
began to speak, Judge Novak interrupted me and had
what little I said struck from the record. It was insane!
No concern for my MS symptoms, or brain lesion from
the terror inflicted. No compassion. Nothing. They
wanted to destroy me from the stress and torment.
They wanted me dead. Attorney Charlie Smith IV,
said to me, "why won't you blame Dr. Lukaszewicz 
for anything?" I said, "because I care about him and 
because he is a victim too."

MY BIGGEST FEAR? WHAT IS BEING DONE TO
DR. LUKASZEWICZ! He is their prize cow, the
walking ATM! He cannot have freedom! I think that
 I represented to him freedom and he was grateful
to me. I have seen signs of his abuse....It still
frightens me. I think this entire thing was to keep
Dr. Lukaszewicz under control. I know Marija
Petrovic says he is not mentally well, but she says
that about me too and as far as she was concerned,
 I should have killed myself long ago. She and Mr.
Guasco poured on the abuse, saying cruel things and
screaming in my face like a drill Sargent. They
hope that either my MS brain lesion will kill me, or
they think I will kill myself. Then they would have
the freedom to carry out their predatory ways!
They all want me to believe that Dr. Lukaszewicz
hates me, but I know differently. He risked
reprimand to keep me safe, by bravely coming to
my surgery, but what it earned him was his name
on a TRO against ME! It wasn't against me, it was
Dr. Lukaszewicz's punishment for coming to my
surgery, plus it was meant to make me hate him
and him hate me. Didn't work. I believe in him and
he knows none of this is my doing. 

Here we are, both victims, held apart merely
because (I believe) a spoiled, money grubbing
Dr. Moayeri is in over her head with financial
obligations and Kaiser has given her the power to
keep Dr. Lukaszewicz tied to what I believe was a
relationship of convenience in the first place. He is
a piece of property in her eyes. I strongly believe
that. I speculate that she may be physically abusive too, but he as I
 mentioned, is spiritual and a gentleman and would
never even consider retaliation.  I do believe that
he is in danger. I think Marija Petrovic may have
had something to do with Dr. Lukaszewicz's
mothers death, or if not, has made him think she
did, so she can keep him line with the threat of
doing it to him too. Whatever is going on,
Dr. Lukaszewicz needs to be out of the
psychological influence of Marija Petrovic 
(and of course, Guasco). She mistakenly let it out 
that she could work her mental manipulation "magic" by phone too. I know. She did
it to me and I nearly killed myself, but
Dr. Lukaszewicz was my angel and found ways to 
check up one me. Marija Petrovic took Dr. Lukaszewicz 
to a Risk Management meeting, supposedly regarding 
my gifts of thanks to Dr. Lukaszewicz and innocuous 
emails. It was all a part of her covert entrapment 
plan. She behaved as someone who was

quite familiar with the place and procedures, not
like a recent hire. She was someone for Kaiser who
came and went, I believe, on a regular basis when it
was necessary in the minds of Kaiser, to get rid of
"problem patients." Marija M. Petrovic is no normal
psychiatrist. She is from Serbia and I believe she
was trained in covert work as a psychiatrist, and
most likely worked with POWs there, working in
interrogation. She begins subtly, makes friendly
overtures and works her way in to getting under
your skin and picking apart your sense of self-worth.
 It is similar to army methods of breaking down a 
soldier and then rebuilding them as, basically, well 
oiled machines that are able to follow commands 
and kill other people. From what I have observed, 
Marija M. Petrovic is as cold blooded as they come. 
She would call me, say horrible things to me and 
hang up. I think she had a hard time in Serbia, and 
most likely has psychological issues of her own. She
 made a comment in an online article that was 
British and she sounded like because of her past 
hard times, she would not let anything stand in her 
way to get what she wanted. It sure seems that she
does not, that is for sure!. 

From my experience and from what I have read,
Mike Guasco and Marija Petrovic are a lethal team.
Abuse of law and court and justice seems to mean
nothing to Guasco. I witnessed it first hand.
I have never witnessed such a facile, effortless liar
before. The lies just rolled off his tongue like a 
waterfall. I stood in complete amazement. 

Guasco had EVERYTHING in his favor in this case.
I did not stand a chance. Nothing I wrote, or said
mattered. I believe I was somehow blacklisted, so
I could not get an attorney for any reason. They
merely saw my name and turned me down. At the
absurd extension hearing where Judge Danny Chou
would have accepted (and did!) any absurd lie that
came out of Guasco's mouth and slammed me down
for no real reason. Forgeries, lies, false evidence
was in great supply from Guasco, and Judge Chou
just ignored the obvious problems with it all, but
I also do believe his signature may have been
forged on the court order Guasco handed in to
the Clerk for filing. Guasco seems also to have a
habit of adding in his own additional restrictions
after the judge gives it for filing. I watched him
add a few things on mine having to do with not
being able to contact Dr. Moayeri, or children. I
am not some creepy person to bother children
(adult now) but Dr. Moayeri needs to be be
questioned very intensely, because I believe she
is at the very heart of this matter, by providing all
the players, but keeping her own hands "sterile". 

As far as I am concerned, Guasco is a liability to
Kaiser, to law, to decency, to justice, to human
beings in general. I think of him as a thug and a
granter of evil wishes. I can understand why he was
 married to a woman who was arrested many, many
times for controlled substances and forging a
doctor's signature on a prescription. Maybe it was
a kind of family business? I would not doubt it at
all. I guess she just got caught too often for Mike
Guasco's comfort zone.

Prisoners subjected only to psychological torture report as much mental anguish as those who are beaten, according to new research.

The study of nearly 300 survivors of torture from the former Yugoslavia found that those who experienced no physical torment later developed equally high levels of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as those who did. The survivors also rated the distress caused at the time by the two types of torture equally highly. Researchers say the findings provide a strong argument against the use of psychological maltreatment of prisoners – referred to by some as “torture lite”.

The UN convention against torture came into force in 1987, prohibiting acts that cause severe pain or suffering in order to gain information from prisoners. Nevertheless, torture still appears widespread around the world: a 2005 report by Amnesty International found that systematic torture occurred in 104 out of 150 countries surveyed.

Since the attacks on the US on 11 September 2001, the nation received severe criticism for torturing suspected terrorists abroad, such as in the Abu Ghraib prison and at the Guantanamo Bay naval station. Officials claimed that the psychological torture used against detainees there – such as sleep deprivation – were legal as these did not cause direct physical harm.

“These techniques were designed to break down prisoners to get information without leaving a physical mark on them,” explains Leonard Rubenstein, executive director of Physicians for Human Rights.

Sham executions

To investigate the impact of purely psychological torture, Metin Basoglu of King’s College London, UK, and colleagues surveyed 279 survivors of torture from the former Yugoslavia, including both soldiers and civilians from the previously war-torn region.

Between 2000 and 2002 the survivors answered questions about the nature of the torture they endured. The majority of them had endured beating and other forms of physical torture, including electric shocks, tooth extractions and suffocation. But about 20 of the survivors experienced purely psychological manipulations, such as sham executions or the torturing of family members and threats of rape.

The researchers collected medical assessments of whether the torture survivors showed signs of PTSD – a form of lasting anxiety. They found no difference in the prevalence of this disorder between the two groups.

Mind and body

They also asked the participants to rate their distress during torture on a scale of zero (no distress) to four (maximum distress). Both those who suffered physical torture and those who experienced physiological torment alone rated their overall level of stress as 3.5.

Basoglu says the findings challenge the common perception that psychological torture is less distressing than physical torture. “Implicit in this distinction is a difference in the distressing nature of the events. The evidence takes issue with that,” he says. “And since psychological torture is as bad as physical torture, we shouldn’t use it.”

The findings chime with previous work, say others. “The conclusions are completely consistent with what those subjected to these draconian practices have reported,” Rubenstein says. He points out that US Senator John McCain, who experienced torture as a prisoner of war in Vietnam, has said that if he were forced to make a decision between enduring psychological or physical torture, he would not hesitate to pick the latter.

PLEASE! Get Dr. Lukaszewicz AWAY from Marija
M. Petrovic and Mike Guasco, they have not
displayed any concern for my welfare at all; I do
not believe they will stop with Dr. Lukaszewicz 
either, after all, his frequently forged signature
has been accepted by the court, why not elsewhere
 too? Bank? Stocks? I believe he is a literal and
mental prisoner by those two (3?) and their minions.
 He is their prize, I am merely in their way. They
saw that he would defy them, so they had to take
stronger measures. I am sure they still do. Those
two (three?) may even be foreign embedded spies....
they certainly behave as such!
I can write what happened, because it is the truth;
what I surmise, I say so. I truly don't care what
happens to me, because I am trying to make certain
my friend is safe. I have been beaten to a pulp for
ridiculous reasons that don't add up, make no sense,
yet the court lets them get away with it! Why?
money is a deterrent to ethics, dignity, decorum
and decency, that's why!
