Dr. Nicole N. Moayeri, OF KAISER REDWOOD CITY, TRIED TO HAVE ME KILLED!

To Whom It Should Concern:

Dr. Nicole N. MOAYERI HIRED PEOPLE TO KILL ME and has put me through 5 years of ILLEGAL law! She put her domestic partner's name on a restraining order against me and had his signature forged! When he came to court, he refuted the restraining order, but Judge Novak, IGNORED his testimony and put me in jail! It has been a deep pocket situation in court. Kaiser has a HUGE slush fund! 

I have gone through years of HELL because Dr. Moayeri decided I was a threat to HER way of life, "status quo" and SHE could not be bothered discussing the matter like a mature grown-up,  but instead figured the best way to approach things was to have someone else take the fall for their own insecurities and put that person's name on legal papers and then go after me. THAT is what I call a COWARD and GUTLESS WONDER! 

Through easy deduction, it is OBVIOUS to me that Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, Kaiser neurosurgeon, Redwood City, CA, did not like the friendly, kind and helpful atmosphere and informative communication I enjoyed with her domestic partner, Dr. Gregory Lukaszewicz, MD, Kaiser vascular surgeon. The only thing that makes sense is that since Kaiser has free legal services for their doctors and a very accommodating law firm, it appears that the obviously annoyed and completely insecure Dr. Moayeri wanted me to be restrained from ever seeing her domestic partner (Dr. Lukaszewicz) again, so instead of looking completely unreasonable herself, with Kaiser and their law firm backing, she decided to force her domestic partner to have his name affixed to the paperwork instead, as what? His punishment? A warning? Humiliate him? Piss him off at me, or me at him? Whatever the reasoning, (and it seems like very little reasoning went into it) she must have told Mike Guasco of Buty & Curliano, Kaiser's law firm, her wishes to put a restraining order on me under the name of her partner to no doubt show him who is boss and that he was not allowed to be nice to other people, or the boom would be lowered on him. I guess she must have thought I was too insignificant for her to speak with in person and with whom to share her feelings. Mr. Guasco has shown me that he has no moral fiber that I could discern, due to the complete lack of concern he showed me, or my health, and all the lies and forgeries he turned in as court documents. He seems to have little, or no respect for the Court, or our system of justice, since he subverted the rules of court with each lie and forgery and every judge he compromised with his actions. There could not possibly be a judge who would take his lack of correct procedure and his lies without question as was the situation with the judges in my case. He obviously compromised judges: Livermore, Novak and Chou with his lies and forgeries. I can only speculate why they all helped his case along, despite GLARING defects, but they did; only money comes to mind as a reason for them to show such dedication to such a weak case. They ignored my evidence and statements and just moved it right along, and for extra "fun" I was screamed at, heckled, taunted and threatened, when the courtroom was cleared by Judge Novak. She gave me verbal punches that knocked me out! Literally! I passed out for a moment, I was so shocked and stunned! I was so upset that my face was covered with hives the next day! I have been in the field of law as a librarian, paralegal, law student, observer of court trials and my father-in-law was a lieutenant in the LAPD. What was done to me in court was bare knuckle boxing, but using brass knuckles while my hands were tied behind my back. I was a punching bag and was unable to respond, because Judge Novak FORCED me take Charlie Smith IV as an attorney, or she said she would JAIL ME!  What he did was basically keep me quiet, yelled in my face to, "SHUT UP!" and let me drown during my own testimony, while Judge Novak interrupted me every two words and had them stricken from the record. I could barely speak, I was so nervous and beaten down. It makes me shake and want to cry now, even just thinking about it. Each time I had to be in contact with Judge Novak, she said something dismissive and cruel to me. She sidestepped the DA's office when they wanted to have a contempt trial. For the contempt charges made up for Kaiser attorney Mike Guasco, by Kaiser security guard, Edward Souza (who now holds a permanent job at Kaiser SSF.) I believe Mr. Souza made up contempt charges in an attempt to make up for disclosing to me (and my witness) that Marija M. Petrovic had been hired (back) to Kaiser SPECIFICALLY to get rid of me as Dr. Lukaszewicz's patient. She began her work on me in late May, 2015. She was hired back to Kaiser to torment me to "get rid" of me. (Very broad term....). She made psychological traps and used mental manipulation (which I have read is common in her native Serbia). My witness's statement of her intentions for me, should have blown the ENTIRE CASE out of the water, DOA! She did a job of entrapment on me, because that apparently is her job; she is a "hitman" for Kaiser to get rid of patients they look at as being problems. (She was known to Dr. Moayeri. ) I was a problem; she was hired back, and I got a restraining order. Enough said....one would THINK, anyway....but NO, my witness statement, my recitation of the terrible way she treated me....ALL IGNORED!!

I was treated worse than vermin! No consideration at all for my health issues, what-so-ever. I was basically beaten up mentally and 

had no support.

 Even Guasco's OWN (supposed) client, Dr. Lukaszewicz, shot down the ENTIRE case with his testimony in court! Was Judge Novak asleep? He called my gifts "Very nice and expensive!" He said it in a warm. kind tone and looked directly at me when he said it and when he said my name. He did not have any disdain, fright, or disgust in his voice, nor in his demeanor. No one said another word about it and he was never brought back to court after that hearing, wherein I was found guilty and sent to jail.....WHAT? Why? Dr. Lukaszewicz never came back to court because he told the truth and that didn't fly for the purposes of the Kaiser law firm. For the absurd, illegal extension hearing Mike Guasco had Dr. Lukaszewicz's signature forged on the paperwork, and did not bring him along. Guasco SAID Dr. Lukaszewicz WAS there, but he was not. My adult son wrote a statement confirming that no plaintiff was present in court. Guasco, once again, lied to the court and abused it. When I saw Judge Chou's signature, it looked like the same signature that Marija M. Petrovic used before and even as her own. If that is true, then Judge Chou did not want to put his signature to Guasco's lies. (But it also meant, that he was allowing my suffering to go on for another 2 years! Why?

Dr. Lukaszewicz was more often, than not, an absentee "plaintiff". His signature was forged several times. "His" statement did not match what he said in court, he smiled warmly at me each time I saw him in court. He came to my surgery at my request through an ER doctor. I was a bit worried about surgery. I trust him. I will always trust him. A week after he (unauthorized) came to my surgery on his 1/2 day, to calm my fears, I got a TRO...from him (?) He risked reprimand to make certain I was safe and looked after, only to give me a TRO a week later for things I could only have done 3 months before, because I had not seen him for 97 days, since I had dropped him as my doctor, so we could be on a path to becoming socially acquainted. (It may be a run on sentence, but it says it all!)

Tell me, who else would be upset thinking their partner might wander? Who can get free legal? A doctor. She is a doctor. Why has she remained in the background? Why not testify to her partner's "annoyance" at me? Show him support? I believe that not only did Mr. Guasco have Dr. Moayeri as his REAL client, I believe that Dr. Lukaszewicz was lied to about details and was also under some duress and fear of job loss, or other implication. Forgeries and lies and saying Dr. Lukaszewicz was present in court, if it were his restraining order, no tearing down his own case in court, no coming to my surgery to assuage my fears and then upset me in the extreme a week later by serving me a TRO!? Who did it serve the most by having me restrained? Who would possibly suffer a loss of other comforts and lifestyle in their mind? My automatic reply would be the domestic partner. Why didn't Guasco put her on the stand as a witness to Dr. Lukaszewicz's so-called torment from the gifts I gave him, that he thanked me for and kept? THAT "torment?"

The ONLY way Guasco could have even had a chance to have this laughable case "fly" was to keep me from getting an attorney, later forcing one on me claiming he was from the Private Defender Program....he was not. Guasco worked hard on that one so he could make me get contempt of court. He had Edward Souza make up a string of lies to have it become criminal. 

So, Mr. Guasco was so unsure of his case, that he had to forge Dr. Lukaszewicz's signature, pretend he was in court,when he was not, falsify contempt charges, get me thrown into jail using them.....it goes on and on what he and Marija M. Petrovic did to make their friend and real client happy, so she could keep her status quo. All at the expense of my mental torment, the horror of being carted off to jail, crying in despair each day and the toll it has all taken on my time, finances, health and emotions. Gee, I hope she is not too upset! I think not. I doubt if she thinks I am worthy enough to spend a moment of time in her thoughts, while each day, I had to find a way to keep from despair.  

The last time I saw Dr. Lukaszewicz personally, or had a conversation with him, was October 9 2015. Mike Guasco used false evidence that he did not share with me to get a two year extension, then cruelly said he could keep it going forever.  I am sure his client gave a big bonus, January 2019 he bought a new house. That is a step up for him, since he had been married to a woman who was arrested, many, many, many, many, many times for possession of controlled substances and forging a doctor's signature.... family business?

As I said, a step up, wealthy doctors...!     

I was told by an attorney that Mike Guasco has a frequent habit of using TROs to get "one up" on the opposition by poisoning the minds against them by judge and jurors. That attorney says Guasco has filed many frivolous lawsuits. I guess I am just one more notch on this belt! It is an ugly pattern that he has shown to the legal community. He has even done it to a kind man who has a son who has a traumatic brain injury and a quadriplegic man. How "proud he must be of himself" hurting the people who are already in pain, and giving them a swift kick in the crotch as a final parting gift! That is reprehensible! Mike Guasco's victims need to FIGHT BACK!

It shows that there is a great lack of 

communication between Dr. Moayeri and Dr. Lukaszewicz. Dr. Moayeri seems to have a sense of entitlement over her domestic partner, not love. Who subjects someone they supposedly care about to possible legal repercussions, aggravation, humiliation and embarrassment? Where was her support? I would stand by the person I love and testify about their annoyance by the gifts of thanks, etc. Not one word from her, not a bit of support, written, or in person. I think it had to have been that he actually liked the gifts and had nothing to say about my having been too forward either.....because I was NOT! I was not inappropriate and neither was he and he thanked me for my gifts and KEPT THEM! 

It was disgusting that I was used as a scapegoat for a bad relationship. When communication is so broken down that illegal methods disguised as real law are used; it is an obvious breach of trust and respect. When those basics are at an end, so is the relationship! Mike Guasco broke the law. Psychiatrist ("hitman") Marija M. Petrovic, broke the law. What was done to me could only be construed as immoral, depraved and disgusting! I was beaten, blamed and jailed for the problems of other people! If Dr. Moayeri cannot even face me to rebuke me for my perceived wrongs, but instead uses illegal means to attack me, that means her judgment is terribly flawed! A brain surgeon with a terribly flawed sense of judgment, is not someone I would want digging around my brain, or any other part of me during surgery, either. Mike Guasco should have refused an exceedingly unwise and vengeful request as well as should her friend, Marija Petrovic have counseled her against such a terrible and dangerous plan! But no, it was carried out without regard to my safety, or consideration of my mental. or physical health. I was treated roughly and with great disdain. The repercussions have been far reaching and no one cares. I cry and I wonder how any decent people could do this to another human being who did nothing wrong. No one deserves the treatment directed at me for ANY reason! I was given no due process, or any kindness. Being reamed out by Judge Novak, threatened often with jail and heckled at by her and treated like she could not stand the sight of me was awful. Nothing like that has ever happened to me. I am generous, kind and was a volunteer in Hospitals, Ronald Mc Donald House, food banks, and at churches. I do not hurt people! I have lived a difficult life having been kidnapped as a child, fighting a deadly cancer, losing my husband of over 20 years to drowning, losing my home, my best friend taken by ovarian cancer and now being removed from the kindest person I have ever known, Dr. Lukaszewicz. Serbian psychiatrist, Marija M. Petrovic and Kaiser attorney Mike Guasco did extremely illegal acts of terror and mental torment that usually one finds only in foreign places of POW camps. Marija Petrovic and Mike C. Guasco are supposed to be professional in their fields, but It appears they forgot there is no war, no POWs, no torture. This is the USA where people are given the protection of the law, not kept FROM the law! Kaiser needs to investigate, and stop, the cruel behavior done by Mike Guasco and Buty & Curliano!

US Senator John McCain, who experienced torture as a prisoner of war in Vietnam, has said that if he were forced to make a decision between enduring psychological or physical torture, he would not hesitate to pick the latter.

What was done to me was ILLEGAL and shows a clear lack of reason. It is obvious that, that person is not concerned about anyone else but themselves and does not mind humiliating and degrading the person who was forced to put the restraining order under their name. I never bought it in the first place as it being from Dr. Lukaszewicz. It was illegal. The person who wanted the attorney and who was the actual client should be ashamed....and arrested! There were multiple forgeries and lies in the papers and I was treated like scum! The person forced into it was a victim like me! I was abused for many years! I have SUFFERED so much! THIS IS A DISGRACE! 

Please tell Mike Guasco and Kaiser and any California legal entity, that the cruelty MUST STOP!
I have MS and I am not young. I just want to live my life in peace, but the cruel people keep making life miserable. Do they really enjoy that for themselves? They obviously do not believe in the "Golden Rule".
