To Whom It Should Concern: I find it revolting that the "attorney" Mike C. Guasco for Kaiser used every lie and trick in the book in his restraining order case against me and as obvious as it was, he got away with it, because nothing I said, wrote, or filed was ever taken into consideration. He kept me from getting an attorney (I asked him, he merely smiled) stole my court file, by not giving it back to me after Attorney Marc Pelta sent it to him. Guasco used forgeries, had judges colluding with him to keep me restrained, tampered with my experts, forced an attorney on me twice, (Charlie Smith IV) merely to keep me quiet (that attorney, had the courtroom cleared and then Judge Novak went off on me like a nuclear bomb, saying absurd things to me, calling me names, insulted my mental health, said I embarrassed my doctor, that he hated me, that I was a stalker and insane and that I was worthless and just wanted a doctor, etc. Everything she said about me were cruel and untrue and merely meant to beat me down prior to a hearing to shake me up). She heckled me from the bench! She called me a stalker as I walked past her! She said, "no wonder the doctor is afraid of you!" I was astounded that ANY judge would go along with such a disgraceful thing! She obviously showed which side she was on! There was NO blind justice! She beat me down so hard that I passed out for a moment. I believe that Marija M. Petrovic was actually present (hidden) and prompting the judge on what to say to me. I had hives on my face the next day. I was thrown into jail without due process, because Judge Novak subverted everything! She even sidestepped the DA, so he would not have a contempt trial, by throwing me into jail and fining me! (I would have gotten an actual attorney on my side through the Pvt. Defender Program, and that attorney would have seen through the false case against me and everything would have imploded, so Judge Novak could not have that!) She is a criminal! Who does all this extensive subterfuge for a restraining order case? It was all made up for what reason? It is pretty much ALWAYS MONEY! $$$ People are expendable, so it seems, but as it also seems that money IS NOT! The people involved in this were driven by MONEY! I did nothing wrong, Dr. L did nothing wrong! Yet we were both used in this insane game! Charlie Smith IV needs to be forced by subpoena tell you how he got involved in this case and why, etc. He has ALL the answers. They also got Mr. Donald Bloom (SF) an earlier attorney I had, who treated me like garbage and did not like what he was doing to me, so he claimed he had a heart attack and dropped me as a client. It was obvious that he had been roped in to doing it. I guess Guasco figured it would look bad for me to not have an attorney, so he managed to get Charlie Smith IV as my attorney through the Pvt. Def. Program, problem was that the Pvt. Def. Program said I was not in it, because I did not qualify, since it was not a criminal matter, so Guasco went out of his way to TURN IT INTO A CRIMINAL MATTER! Judge Livermore was a part of it too, sadly to say, because he was nice. He even said that he thought it was an invalid restraining order, but "MY" attorney Mr. Donald Bloom took the cue and asked to have a conference in the judge's chambers. Dr. L and I sat in the courtroom alone. The judge acted like he had never said anything about it being an invalid restraining order again. The hearing was continued about 2.5 months and by then, Guasco got security guard, Edward Souza to lie about me in a contempt hearing. He made a false list of things I had supposedly done that were in contempt of court. Lies. Mr. Souza now has a permanent job at Kaiser in Janitorial, that way he has the run of the facility and can keep an eye on Dr. L. Mr. De Guzman, another security guard, who was central in this entire thing from the beginning by saying I had done something inappropriate to Dr. L, which prompted me to try and find out why. By Bertha Ponse, Patient Relations manager,  I had been told about an email address and phone number that were supposedly private doctor communication areas, so when I could get no one at Kaiser to help me, I finally broke down and attempted to contact Dr. L directly, because I was so baffled as to why he would say anything bad about me, because he knew it wasn't true. I wanted to hear it from him directly, because that was not him to say untrue things, or to try and hurt me. I was frightened that I was going to be arrested for something I did not do. I persisted trying to find help and trying to get Dr. L to respond. Nothing. After 163 emails, and I don't know how many voicemails, Marija M. Petrovic had a Risk Management meeting and presented my emails and my thank you gifts to my doctor. Then, she wrote a "cease and desist" as a Buty& Curliano attorney, because according to a handwriting expert, Marija M. Petrovic was the person most likely to have been the forger. I also believe she may have forged Judge Chou's signature on the court extension paperwork that was filed with the Clerk's office along with the initial paperwork forgery of Dr. L's signature from the beginning of the extension paperwork. Dr. L was not at the courtroom extension proceedings, yet Mike Guasco put on the paperwork that he had been there. Mr. Guasco used the old emails I wrote in 2015 (to find out why I was being accused of an "inappropriate behavior" and no one would help me) as his "evidence" to extend the restraining order. It is obviously why he did not follow court procedure and share his so-called-evidence so I could refute it. Judge Chou just went along with EACH AND EVERY ABSURD thing Guasco pushed through.  Guasco even said that he could uses the same evidence against me FOREVER to keep me PERMANENTLY RESTRAINED! He quoted a "citation," Collins....? But to me it sounded like crap, fake law he designed for his own purposes. Judge Chou pretended to take it seriously and even wrote it down to give the full effect and to make me feel forever doomed. I was a County Librarian, so I asked the librarians at San Mateo County Law Library, if they had ever heard of a citation wherein evidence could be used over and over again to keep a person restrained. They researched throughout the day and later told me that they found nothing, but it did not seem reasonable, or true to them either.   It appears that Mr. Guasco has to use all the "tricks of the trade" to win a case against a senior, handicapped woman....and then yell in the face afterward that her doctor DOESN'T LIKE HER and DOESN'T WANT A RELATIONSHIP WITH HER! It was so DESPERATE of him! I asked for mediation long before, but Guasco slammed it down. If it was so "open and closed" why all the fakery? (forgeries, lies, false evidence, using a cruel psychiatrist to make plans of entrapment? Why compromise judges? Why spend all the time and money?) Guasco said to me, "I can keep you restrained as long as you "seem" to want a relationship with Dr. L!" He said I, NOT "Dr. L can keep you restrained". That is because Guasco WAS doing it for his OWN benefit, NOT Dr. L's! I believe Dr. L was used as a pawn. That is disgraceful! I believe Mike C. Guasco was paid by someone to do this entire production against me and he was afraid he would lose his bonus. I moved over 140 miles away with a very difficult drive on Hwy 1. It has taken me as much as 6 hours to get to San Mateo Court and it wipes me out! I am sure it would not be much less to get to South San Francisco Kaiser and I have not. I have not spoken with, personally seen, or written to Dr. L during the entire time of the R.O. It has been over 3.5 years. I think that shows that I complied even with a false restraining order. Mr. Guasco has no reason to want me restrained further, except that it could upset the real person who wanted me restrained, humiliated, tormented, JAILED and terrorized, because it was worried I could disrupt the "status quo" of that person's life! Wow! Not caring that all that was done to me could have ended my life? That is pretty cold, heard hearted and narcissistic! It could also be called attempted murder without much effort!  I offered MANY times to Mr. Guasco to stop the R.O. and I would sign "Hold Harmless" agreements for all involved, but he was not up for it. He is a gambler with lives, but not his own. He seems to make pretty certain he is not involved.....but he IS! He is UP TO HIS NECK WITH INVOLVEMENT!  Maybe I am unique, but I am not exactly enamored with people who try and DESTROY my life! I was able to survive because of my tenacity, my prayer and my faith in the kindness and compassion of Dr. L. (I was also EXTREMELY worried for his safety, being under the thumb of such cruel individuals!) He is not someone who purposely hurts another human being. He is a spiritual, upstanding, good person and these CRIMINALS who have dared to speak for him, controlled him with lies, threats, disruption of his life, have tarnished him with their corruption and vulgarity and their disgraceful ABUSE of the court and our system of justice! Mike Guasco and Marija M. Petrovic and their helpers, belong in JAIL!  I do NOT CARE what they put out there as their back-up LIE, but NO ONE for NO REASON, SHOULD DO WHAT THEY DID TO ME! THE ANGUISH! THE TERROR! THE HUMILIATION! By the time this travesty is scheduled to be over, I will have lost 5 years of my life! I CANNOT GET THAT BACK! IT IS PRECIOUS! That is not right! It needs to be over, NOW! This is a GRAND JURY CASE! I want it to be presented as a criminal case! Sincerely, Cheryl J. Petrovich
