KAISER: NO EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW! THEY WILL DESTROY YOU IF THEY SO DESIRE!

 Our society does not provide equal access to the law. People can take advantage over others if they are either an attorney, or if they have enough money to afford a defense. Help is few and far between and limited in scope and availability. I have noticed that programs that provide help are for only issues that are considered criminal, or for wills. Criminal matters are important, but those attorneys who want to bind someone start off as civil and then move into criminal by inflicting false contempt charges against their victim. Also, the various Defender programs are sad, because in my experience, they often do nothing, except make it look like the Defendant has had an equal opportunity to a defence, when it is not so. Maybe I am just in a unique situation where Kaiser, my attacker, has all the money in the world to buy a victory and it seems that no judge will turn them down. The US system of "justice" has been a grave disappointment. Those who know a person cannot afford private representation, can run all over a Defendant, even if their case against the Defendant makes absolutely no sense. People who do not have $5,000 to plunk down to pay for the costs and then $400, or more an hour are the play toy of the unjust "justice" system. They do not care about your evidence, or as I said, if the case makes no sense; it is how much money has been laid out that will make the difference. Like Obama Care for health; we need a Biden Care for legal health too! I have been run through the wringer over a false restraining order by my healthcare provider, Kaiser and their contract attorney, Michael C. Guasco. Kaiser has deep pockets to the tune of $28 BILLION! How can a retired medical/legal/tech Board of Directors member, who felt the sting of a crash of the company, afford to fight the home of the "bottomless bribe pit" of Kaiser Permanente?  Kaiser is running down/corrupting our Judicial System and it isn't funny. It is the heart of our democracy. If we cannot even trust our judges, what next, elected officials, police? I know I may sound like a naive child, but it isn't that; I want to believe in my country and its institutions. I don't like living a real life Mafia movie. I want to know that if I have TRUTH on my side, that I have a chance of winning my case, instead of 5 years of torment, cruel treatment, JAIL, merely because someone did not like the fact that I gave my kind, hard working doctor a few gifts to thank him for his extra efforts for me and I wanted to show I appreciated it. I should not go years being treated like a vile, feral, rabid animal, scorned and reviled, plus had my life threatened several times to boot? This is the most disgusting combination of our institutions of medical and legal. Vulnerable people, sick and in despair having to fight an unreasonable and cruel attacker when they are trying to endure pain and a weakened body; it isn't ethical, legal, nor humane. That is not a place of healthcare; it is Hell. It could happen to you. Beware the wolf in sheep's clothing. It has been over 5 years; I am STILL going through torment. It needs to end! I am a senior widow, with MS and a rare cancer survivor. I am tired. I deserve it to stop! Now! Please, I am begging you! Cheryl PS.
