Hello,
I guess nothing is going to be appealed, since what was presented in court was about as solid as air. Can something that was not real be appealed? Did they even do a transcript? This entire thing was just a punishment, or lesson to leave me beaten up. Not sure what I was supposed to have learned; not be nice, or grateful for kindness shown to me? That people wanted me dead? Believe me, I have been suffering since 2015. I think people who have done actual crimes have gotten off lightly, or had no suffering at all. I am trying hard to stay above any illness myself, whatever is wrong. I cannot go to be helped, because I could be attacked at Kaiser because of a crazy doctor who thinks I have done something wrong, when in fact she has been trying to cover for her crimes of abuse and attempted murder. She obviously gets her colleagues to support her, since they have already proven it.
It is ironic that someone who was grateful to someone else for their uplifting kindness and life-saving support ends up being the scapegoat for the actual criminal, where it has been arranged that I am prevented from getting help and in fact smeared and made to be an abuser of some sort. If people would be honest, I could deal with the false accusations that were foisted off on me. No one will say what I was supposed to have done, they merely revile me and show their disdain.
I do believe I am a part of their con to kill me and get the will money I have left to Dr. Lukaszewicz, because of his kindness to me.
Who has such power as to make an entire court, judges, DA's office to eschew evidence and testimony in order to make a criminal get revenge against an innocent person, using nonsense and false law? It must be money. My true accuser, Dr. Moayeri has done so much to try and murder me and make me suffer under false law and now in pain with the results of my fear from her false breast cancer diagnosis. They tried so hard to get me into surgery, when they knew I do not have breast cancer; why? I deserve to know what is being said about me. I am sure that is why Marija M. Petrovic, Dr. Moayeri's friend, was brought back to Kaiser. (As the involved security guard, Edward Souza said, "She was brought to Kaiser specifically to get rid of you!") Dr. Lukaszewicz saved my life from her attacks; he knows the truth, but he is under threat. It has been since mid 2015 that I have been attacked. It is an egregious disgrace. No one cares, because money and gravitas are more important than truth. They are more important than a widow with MS and damaged vascular system and kidneys and missing a gallbladder, so I get digestive pain. Mr. Guasco is being paid to keep me restrained by Dr. Moayeri, a criminal. Guasco knows it is false. He knows it was a forgery of Dr. Lukaszewicz's (and Judge Chou's?) signature. He knows I did nothing wrong. He is perpetuating a lie, perpetuating the attack on my life to help a criminal and hoping I die to get Dr. Lukaszewicz's portion of my will, which is why he has not returned my court file to me. Guasco is a disgusting crook, yet he continues to live his life, happy and free, when he should be in prison as should his partner in crime, Dr. Moayeri.
Mental and physical anguish for so many years and attempted murder all against me, so a greedy, spoiled doctor can be happy and keep her abuse of Dr. Lukaszewicz, quiet. What a bizarre world!
