MY KAISER TORTURE STORY! HELP!

 

Hello, 

I have been having a serious Kaiser issue and I have tried to go through the usual routes and nothing has worked. I desperately need help. 

My doctor asked me if I wanted to be his friend. His name is Dr. Gregory C. Lukaszewicz. He is a vascular surgeon @ South San Francisco Kaiser. All I knew about becoming a friend of a doctor was that you had to drop them as your doctor first; I know nothing else: time frame, rules (?), etc. I did drop him as my doctor in good faith, but his domestic partner (not married) must not have been happy with it (Dr. N. Nicole Moayeri, MD, Kaiser Redwood City). I was told that their relationship was for business and other matters, not romantic.  

I went to the ER in pain and was told I needed gallbladder removal, due to infection. I asked the ER doc if Dr. Lukaszewicz could observe my gallbladder surgery, I was made to wait the better part of a week until Friday, his half day off, while I was in the hospital. After surgery, my surgeon indicated to me that Dr. Lukaszewicz had observed the operation. I never saw him at all, but I asked Patient Relations manager, Bertha Ponse, if there might be a phone number for Dr. Lukaszewicz, so I could thank him. I called, but I think it was a false line set up by Guasco. The reason I say that is because a week later I was served a restraining order. It had Dr. Lukaszewicz as Plaintiff. I was very suspicious, because only three months prior, he was happy about my becoming his friend. The TRO said I gave him presents that he did not want and that I said romantic things to him. (Untrue.) Our relationship had always been above board and in no way romantic. We just happened to find out that we had many likes in common and enjoyed our conversations. He wrote thank you notes for anything I gave him. 

The attorney handling the matter is a Kaiser contract attorney named Mike Guasco of Buty & Curliano. He is extremely abusive. I spoke with another Kaiser member who said Mr. Guasco was abusive to him and used threats against him. It does not seem like it should be the kind of way Kaiser would want to be represented. I spoke with an attorney who said Mr. Guasco gave a TRO to a quadriplegic man and said that the man had spat at his nurse. I think Mr. Guasco picks members/patients who have few financial resources, or are unable to speak for themselves in their own defense. The quadriplegic man was able to find an attorney and was vindicated. I was also told by the attorney that many attorneys had noticed that Mr. Guasco filed an inordinate amount of TROs. I think it is his way of unloading undesirable patients, or those who are costly to Kaiser, so he could make himself invaluable to Kaiser. Now, Guasco manages to keep his victims from getting an attorney. I know he has smeared me, but I do not know what he has said about me. I got an email from an attorney to whom I made inquiries and he said, "I would not let you hire me if you were the last person on Earth and leave the poor doctor alone!" What?

Mr. Guasco seems to play both ends against the middle. (I think he tells people it is merely to keep me from seeing Dr. Lukaszewicz during a waiting period, but I never knew what that was! I also never heard of torturing and trying to kill a potential friend, or putting them in jail!) He is a free attorney for the doctors and while he pretended to be an attorney for my former doctor, instead he was an attorney for his domestic partner, Dr. Moayeri, who was thinking she might be losing her partner, so she was insanely always trying to get rid of me and harm me. The restraining order papers were forged. I have a trained eye as I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank looking for currency forgeries, so I notice when things do not match. I had three independent handwriting experts verify it and had a report written up by one of them. None of my evidence mattered to anyone, nor did Dr. Lukaszewicz's testimony on the witness stand in my favor, make any difference. I was JAILED over a false restraining order and false contempt charges given by a then security guard, Edward Souza.  He did that because I had been attacked by a psychiatrist friend of Dr. Moayeri, named Marija M. Petrovic. Marija's brother, Marko also works at Kaiser and is also in a branch of neurology as Dr. Moayeri and worked for awhile at the same Kaiser in So. Cal. (I had a sample of Marija M. Petrovic's signature and found out that she was most likely the forger of Dr. Lukaszewicz's signature.) Marija Petrovic managed to get me as a patient through a rather deceptive method (A woman came up to me in the ER and asked me if I might like to speak to a nice person who was easy to talk to and very kind.) She was wrong on both counts. Marija Petrovic, as I was told by Edward Souza, was hired by Dr. Moayeri specifically to "get rid of you" (me). She was not anything close to nice; just awfully smarmy. I realised that her job was only to interrogate me about Dr. Lukaszewicz and how I felt about him and to report back to Dr. Moayeri. I saw Marija M. Petrovic 4 office visits and stopped going. She used Dr. Koa's (Radiology) name to shut down my online Kaiser account. I spoke with him and he knew nothing about it, but would not open it back up again. Marija Petrovic put 5 false diagnoses in my chart and laughed when I asked her to remove them and said no. If I were afflicted by all five, I would never be able to do anything productive, or have lasted over 5 years of the torment that I have endured. One morning, she called me when I was staying at a hotel just to rest. She called me around 8:30 am and wanted to know why I was not coming back. (I heard her softly mutter, "It can work over the phone too....")  She began berating me and saying that Dr. Lukaszewicz hated me and wanted nothing to do with me and that I embarrassed him. I began sobbing, so she hung up. All I knew was that afterward I was seriously depressed.  Dr. Lukaszewicz called me for his scheduled phone check-up and I was still crying. He was baffled about why it had all taken place, but it seemed that he was sincerely worried about me, because I suddenly began getting phone calls from all sorts of people I had not spoken with in a long time. He was wise, because he actually saved me. A police officer I was going to be working with on traffic in my city even called and I asked him if my doctor had called him and asked him to call me. He said he could not tell me, because that would violate HIPPA. 

What serious psychiatrist, thinking I had even any mental disorders, calls their patient and does what she did? Only ones who want their patient to kill themselves. I know full well it was Dr. Moayeri's intention for her to do to me. I complained to Kaiser, but as usual, they turned a deaf ear and said, as usual, "all was well!" Dr. Lukaszewicz's mother died of a stroke at Kaiser SSF. In my complaint about Marija M. Petrovic, I mentioned that his mother died right after Marija Petrovic arrived at Kaiser in June. Petrovic changed her arrival date to August, but I said she forgot I was at her office in June. Then my online account was slammed off. I have been very curious as to why she was so sensitive about when she arrived at Kaiser, but now that I know about her casual ability at cruelty and attempted murder; I just might know why. Kill two birds with one stone.... I think it could be something that is hung over Dr. Lukaszewicz's head to cooperate with some of the false legal things against me, or he could be next. 

Mr. Guasco stole my court file from an attorney I had interviewed. The attorney had been reprimanded by the Bar twice. He told me he had shredded my file to keep it safe from anyone else. Another time he said it was accidental. I got ahold of Guasco who said, "you mean the one with your will and power of attorney in it?" "It is in my safe. Someone sent it to me, but I don't know who." I believe the attorney sold it to him. It has never been returned. I put Dr. Lukaszewicz in my will for 1/4 and gave him power of attorney papers to sign if he wanted. But, Mr. Souza pulled my mail to Dr. Lukaszewicz out of the Kaiser mail, even before the decision to become a friend, or the false restraining order happened.

The security guards seem to all be under the direction of Mike Guasco and he used them in his plots against me and rewarded them with permanent Kaiser jobs as a result. Mr. Souza always followed me around and harassed me, then lied about me in court and got me jailed. Even after I was out of surgery and waiting for my ride home, Mr. Souza kept chasing me off of any place to sit. He was always cruel to me. Mr Emanuel de Guzman wrote a false letter against me accusing me of bothering Dr. Lukaszewicz somehow. Dr. Lukaszewicz and I always had a friendly relationship, but others wanted to speak for him and say otherwise. I am sure it was all under the control of Dr. Moayeri and Mr. Guasco, who I am sure is paid extra by her to be her watch and attack dog. Kaiser SSF has turned into Mike Guasco's domain and he is making it a snake pit! It is basically "wired for sound!" It is a regular spy zone. Mr. de Guzman works now in some sort of Communications dept and listens to Dr. Lukaszewicz's messages and reports back to Guasco. I called Dr. Lukaszewicz one time to tell him that Guasco was forging his signature on all court docs and God knows what else. I said that law enforcement calls that Identity theft. I do not believe Mr. Guasco cares about law. It appears he uses Kaiser funds as a means to pave his way with judges; etc. The judges have treated me abysmally and Mr. Guasco lies to them as easily as water going over the falls. The last paperwork filed with the court, Guasco turned in papers with Dr. Lukaszewicz's signature forged and were actually old papers he had used previously, but had them updated and copied. It also looked like the judge's signature had been forged. It looked like Marija Petrovic had used her own signature, but where the judge's signature belonged. Mr. Guasco always took the papers to be filed to the Clerk's office, but also added on his own desires prior to turning them in without telling the judge. Mr. Guasco uses the Private Defender Program attorneys as his own stable of attorneys. He even uses them when they are not supposed to be used. When the program told me they only supply attorneys for criminal matters, Guasco turned me into a criminal, by making it a criminal matter. That way, he would shove an attorney on me, not to help me, but be my babysitter, yell at me, keep me quiet and let me be railroaded. 

Mr Guasco knows I have MS and could have a deadly lesion on my brain, depending on the progression. Stress is bad for MS, so Mr. Guasco makes life as stressful for me as possible. He gets right up in my face and screams terrible things at me and runs off. He has the attorneys he foists on me yell at me too. Judges say mean things for no reason. One judge, Novak, had the courtroom cleared and then berated me so long and so viciously, I passed out. I did not recognize any of the things she said to me. She heckled me as I walked to the witness stand and she said, "STALKER!" to me, which made no sense. I never stalked anyone EVER! The judge said, "no wonder the doctor is afraid of you!" But in that same session Dr. Lukaszewicz told everyone how nice my gifts were and that they were expensive. He said my name very sweetly. I thought it would be over. He always sent me kind emails and thank you notes. No one cared about my evidence, or the support of the so-called-plaintiff, but Judge Novak ignored anything helpful to me and gave me a 5 day jail sentence. I was strip searched and given clothes 2 sizes too small. I had a mugshot done and fingerprints taken. It is obvious that Dr. Moayeri wants me to feel like scum, but she is the actual piece of abusive scum! She needs to be in prison!

This has been such a frightening premeditated nightmare against me! The security guards, Dr. Moayeri, Marija M. Petrovic and anyone else they roped in to assist in my torture (they hoped, demise) are all complicit in conspiracy to commit murder! 

Last year, Dr. Moayeri had another doctor, Dr. Moon, a Radiologist from Kaiser Daly City, become involved in a plan to kill me. She took 5 large pieces of my breast out on a pretense of looking for breast cancer. After she tormented me by waving a long needle past my eyes and then berated me saying I was selfish, that I got everything I wanted, that I took things that belonged to other people, on and on, I understood I was listening to Dr. Moon (I had never met), but hearing Dr. Moayeri's words and anger. After roughly removing 5 large pieces of my breast, Dr. Moon sent me for a mammogram. The blood was running down my arm and left a trail on the floor. The mammogram machine was tightly put on my breast and I screamed out in pain. The blood flowed out like grape juice in a wine press. There was a blood lake on the floor. I was being affected by my MS and became so dizzy, I nearly fell on the floor.  As I was leaving, I saw one of the ultrasound techs and I said "good night" to her. She looked up, saw who it was and then looked back down and kept walking as if she was ashamed of what she helped do to me. 

Of course, I was told I had breast cancer. They wrote me a letter saying it was a 2.5 cm tumor and needed to have surgery asap to remove it. I was given medication to take: Arimidex. It was not pleasant and gave me hot flashes and later my hair was falling out in clumps. The doctor who gave it to me sounded reluctant.  She said on the phone, "some people take it, but some people do nothing at all...." I did not understand that. I was frightened. I did not want to go to surgery with those cruel people in charge, so since the false restraining order from Mr. Guasco as Dr. Lukaszewicz, for his REAL client, Dr. Moayeri was going to be up in a few short months, I said I wanted to wait until I could ask Dr. Lukaszewicz if he would observe my surgery again. Obviously, they warned Mr. Guasco of the plan, because when the false restraining order was over, he hit me with another one! Judge Foiles was going to make it for 3 years, but Guasco looked at me and said, "make it FIVE years!" There was no reason given, but "past behavior!" He had a very roughed up looking Dr. Lukaszewicz with him, who barked out his agreement, like someone with a gun to his head. (Not only have I been abused, but Dr. Lukaszewicz has had no rights and has been a rag doll. They must threaten him about his mother's death, his job, or whatever, but he would not have done it otherwise.) I said, "I will be DEAD by then!" Judge Foiles said, "you have a hearing with the DA coming up, you will get a fair trial then." I said, "are you saying this was not a fair trial?" He just walked away.

People were calling me to push me into going into surgery; even Dr. Zuber, my OBGYN was obviously roped into calling me to encourage me to get it done. He had examined me the same week as I was given a 2.5 cm tumor diagnosis. He had noticed nothing. He is at least a 30 year veteran. I think he would have noticed, yet he still called me telling me I needed to go into surgery soon, or I would DIE! DIE! (He screamed it twice.) So, I went to an outside doctor to be examined. She said, "you do not have breast cancer and certainly not a 2.5 cm tumor!" They must have used someone else's test results! How unethical is that? What would they do, call it a miracle?

It has been over a year later. I am still alive.

Mr. Guasco and the other involved doctors knew I did not have cancer too.

Why did they want me to go into surgery? It was no mistake, Dr. Moayeri wants me DEAD, so they back her! I am afraid she will be so upset with Dr. Lukaszewicz she will harm him, or worse. 

Are those doctors good representatives of Kaiser? 

Dr. Moayeri cannot be sane, yet she still dives into people's brains and spines with a scalpel!!!!! She needs to retire to a nice prison!

How much does a person have to complain to Kaiser "powers that be", before they decide a doctor is horribly dangerous, or do anything to help an innocent victim?

The trial with the DA was not fair. I was given a Private Defender Program attorney, Alejandro Jacome, who did nothing for me. He did not discuss the case on the phone, or in person. He did not turn in my evidence.

He did not object, he did not cross-examine the witness. He just sat there. The female prosecutor just ripped into me from beginning to end. She said nothing but lies. She did not even address my case. Nothing was real, but nothing was EVER real, or true, or honest. Dr. Lukaszewicz was given a script to memorize. None of it was true. It was just to vindicate Mr. Guasco at the expense of Dr. Lukaszewicz's veracity and give him contempt of court. But who would care? Everyone was complicit. I was again beaten up.

People listen to Guasco's lies, but he acts like a Mafia boss. He is ruining Kaiser! I cannot go back with Dr. Moayeri there! No matter which one. 

Mr Guasco said he could keep me restrained FOREVER he screamed in my face!

I feel terrible for Dr. Lukaszewicz. I know that he is not treated well. They put a wall around his office with a buzzer door installed to let people in. They put up many cameras up to keep an eye on him. I believe they force him to be driven to and from work and hold him like a prisoner at his own home. One time, a long time ago, he called me and sounded frightened and hung up quickly. I called the local PD to ask what I should do. I said I did not want to cause him embarrassment. The officer said, "better to be safe than sorry!" I was also told that the officer knew of the woman who lived there and knew the house. He was vague, but not really: he said, "you know, men aren't the only abusers; women can be abusers too." I asked him if they could do an extra patrol around his home and I was told yes. Later, in court, Mr. Guasco used his champion mendacity skills and twisted the truth and told the judge that I did it as a form of stalking vicariously through the police. He was hoping no one would see that what he said made no sense, or he left much of the story out. Since Dr. Moayeri is also invested in the house with Dr. Lukaszewicz, she must have been present to get Guasco involved. All I did was follow the officer's suggestions. I was and have been worried about Dr. Lukaszewicz ever since. He really needs to have Mr. Guasco gone and let him make his own decisions and run his own life. If I were he, I would hope someone who helps Kaiser employees would make it their business to speak with him without Guasco interfering and telling him what to say, or threatening him. Mr Guasco also called off the extra patrolling! Who does that? It is a wealthy area; free protection is a great thing! If I were a big stalker, why would I want extra patrolling? I do not know where Dr. Lukaszewicz lives, but the Hillsborough police did.

I would not mind testifying against Guasco, or any of them. Guasco, in my opinion, is a monster. He is complicit in all the attacks against me, including attempted murder. There is no statute of limitations on attempted murder. He has harmed many patients/members and has used Kaiser money to compromise judges, because I have never seen so many corrupt judges. It is astonishing! He has smeared me from one place to the next and somehow manages to keep me from getting help. He got to my HOA even before I moved in and they have treated me like garbage. Things were broken when I got here and an antique tea set that had been given to me was sitting on my piano in the straw suitcase with a light on to show it off. I picked it up and it sounded like it had marbles inside. I had given Dr. Lukaszewicz a tea cup and saucer from the set. I guess it angered Dr. Moayeri. Something is really wrong with her. I think Guasco is extorting money from her. If he were honest, he would have told her that going after me and trying to kill me was a bad idea, but I think he feels he has found the Golden Goose, who is easily played because of her hate for me. 

My fear is that he is holding Dr. Lukaszewicz prisoner and will make him so sad that he could harm himself, or they will eventually use the same style attempts on his life as they have on me; maybe even have Marija M. Petrovic come back and give him a "stroke" like his mother's. I was someone devoted to Dr. Lukaszewicz and he knows I would do anything to help him, should he ever ask. 

They have forged his signature so much they probably feel confident in attaching one to a will made up for themselves. Since they know people mean everything to me over money, they knew I could not be bribed. That is why they want me restrained forever. I would risk my life to save Dr. Lukaszewic's life. He was so kind to me and took such good care of me more as a friend than even the marvelous doctor he is. He cared about what happened to me and I care about what happens to him. Please do not allow Mike Guasco to take his life, or mine, or anyone else's.  He is brutal, a thug. He threatened a man with a brain trauma injured son, to be thrown into jail, for no reason except to make himself feel like a big powerful man. He lied about the man and said he threatened people at Kaiser with a gun. I have spoken with him many times and he denied the lies. I believe him because he is a dedicated father to his son, who relies on him 24/7 and because he wanted to help me too. But, after a home invasion where he and his son were roughed up and his son's morphine was stolen, I don't hear from him. He told me that Guasco uses the names of Kaiser employees on false TRO restraining orders against innocent patients to get rid of them and then uses actors in court. The man I was in contact with, happened to know one of the employees whose name was used in a false restraining order against him, but it was not who appeared in court. He said the judge would do nothing about it. (Obviously bought.) Guasco is feeding off of Kaiser and turning it into his own Mafia Kingdom. Maybe he is saving Kaiser some money, but it is at the expense of Kaiser's reputation and the expense of the welfare of innocent patients, like me, that he attacks and tries to kill. The people in charge in Sacramento will do nothing. He probably has them threatened. I have called Guasco (to my friends), Satan on Earth and I meant/mean it! I will always take lie detection, give testimony, or whatever is needed. I have been attacked by those evil people for so long and I am so worried about the safety of Dr. Lukaszewicz. Someone at Kaiser needs to free him and protect him. I sold my house and moved 150 miles away, so I could not have any lies made up about me doing anything in person, but Guasco is creative with doing terrible things to innocent people. He really seems to really get pleasure from hurting them. His creepy tagline is, "you brought this on yourself." Sounds like a Ted Bundy, or someone similar. He shows no remorse. Please tell me how he can be removed from harming innocent Kaiser patients (like me) and doctors like Dr. Lukaszewicz. I am sure he thinks of them all as his potential victims. Let him know that Kaiser is not his playground for criminal activity.  He will tank Kaiser's rather new, better reputation. 

I am in desperate need of help, but more importantly for Dr. Lukaszewicz. Please!

Guasco had been married to the most prolific drug dealer I could ever imagine, so he is an expert hand at getting bad people out of trouble and lying at the drop of a hat. I scrolled through his wife's drug selling arrests and there were so many I lost count and my hand was tired, but it must have been over 200. She had also forged a doctor's signature on his prescription pad. It made me wonder where she got her drugs. It made me also wonder about the pharmacies at Kaiser and how Guasco always buddied up with the security guards and paid them with Kaiser jobs. Edward Souza is now a supervisor in Janitorial. He lied about me in court; he is a criminal. 

I did nothing wrong; I have been harassed for over 5 years and Mr. Guasco has, from what he has said, no intention of stopping it. He is a predator who has combined with an unhinged woman who wants to hold on to someone who seems to not want to be with her, but seems to be harmed by her, so Mr. Guasco has no business forcing him to be with her. Guasco needs to go. He is cruel. There is never a reason to just stick a restraining order on a person who did nothing wrong and torment them, throw them in jail and have people say bad things to them as if she were hated merely because an unhinged jealous woman wanted it that way.

 Then she tries to murder me. 

Why has this awful treatment been allowed? Please get me some help! 

I am tired and it has stopped me from getting medical help. Don't allow predators to work at Kaiser and take advantage of innocent patients! Please tell the Board of directors about this. I have a lot of evidence and if Dr. Lukaszewicz is protected; he can tell the truth about what has been done to him and myself.
