Kaiser=Mafia?
This narrative is based on my first hand account and natural progression.
What I have noticed is that Kaiser has done themselves a great disservice by allowing a contract law firm and one specific attorney to have such a sweeping sense of power over every facet of important decision making over K doctors and staff. Not only are the doctors being offered legal assistance, I am telling you; they are given NO CHOICE in the matter! I would also suggest that the scope of law that is being offered by the law firm is very limited and serves to benefit the law firm/attorney specifically in the long and short run! The doctor may end up being embroiled in a legal situation that the doctor never wanted, but is forced by the attorney to participate. Basically a ready made unwilling participant in a grift.
The attorney and law firm are a Trojan Horse; they came in with a good idea of helping doctors with legal matters, but in reality; it was a way to implement a con. A money making scheme….for THEMSELVES!
From what clearly appears to be the case, the attorney figures out ways to benefit from many parts of the legal process. I believe Judges are being paid, which could mean a slice is taken from each interaction with each judge used for the attorney's purpose. Kaiser patients are falsely accused of doing something reprehensible to a Kaiser employee and they are blindsided with a false TRO (an emergency restraining order). The attorney has Carte Blanche with the patient's records and it can be determined as to which patient would be the easiest target and most likely unable to hire an attorney due to weakened financial status and seriousness of health issues. The low income patient shows up to court alone and is most likely unaware that a defendant without an attorney at the initial restraining order trial is a LOSER! Shooting fish in a barrel! A "problem patient", or costly patient with pre-existing conditions and on Medicare is able to be removed from Kaiser member rolls for “causing” serious problems!
So, everyone seems to benefit, but the patient. The judge gets a slice, no doubt the attorney takes a slice, the bailiff, etc, etc. I am telling this from the perspective of someone who has been through the grinder of illicit legal deeds of every form from this unique mob style setup that is taking down the integrity and quality of our local Judicial system.I am STILL SUFFERING! I am reporting based on what has become sadly too apparent and painful torture.
I am someone who thought if they had the TRUTH on their side; it would be a “slam dunk”. No, there are people out there who don't give a crap about your "goody two shoes" morality....there are ill-gotten gains to be made off of your naive ass! Oh and if you think the Private Defender Program is going to help you, THINK again! I have been thrown into a fictionalized situation of having my case turned into a criminal one, by creative minds. Once they have gotten you past the initial stage they will turn you into a serial contempt charge criminal and the attorney given to you by the Private Defender Program will just watch you be gutted, filleted and grilled, then jailed by a judge who knows the score.....which is: NO MATTER WHAT, YOU ARE GUILTY!
Kaiser is reprehensible and needs to understand: IT ISN'T ALL ABOUT MONEY! WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS AND WE HURT! GET BACK TO HEALING!
Start by GETTING RID OF THAT LAW FIRM; THEY ARE USING YOU....and WORSE, USING YOUR VULNERABLE PATIENTS AND BUSY DOCTORS!! Kaiser isn't the Mafia, but they are becoming a very reasonable facsimile of it! The illegal things I have witnessed and experienced would make you feel despair for the system of Justice upon which our country is based; it is DYING! IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY!
Stop the DESTRUCTION!
