Hello,
I am just so curious as to why being treated in such a cruel manner was allowed during this time of false restraint; it was seriously abusive. How is breaking the law allowed at any time? Breaking the law is still breaking the law, no matter the reason. My treatment was harming my pre-existing health conditions, that Guasco knew about and in fact, were done purposefully to aggravate those health conditions.
I do not understand why the DA's office presented a completely different case than what was supposed to be presented and that I had already sent evidence to the DA and an inspector for, that cleared me of any wrongdoing. I begged to have Dr. Lukaszewicz come as a witness, because I knew what he should have said. I was stunned at the lies he must have been forced to say. I would not beg to have a witness come just to badmouth me. The truth never emerged from anyone besides me and my PDP "attorney" Mr. Jacome, did not lift one finger to help me. I was set up. It was a conspiracy.
The Prosecutor smeared me with lies and terrible slander. It was obviously a plan to railroad me to help along Dr. Moayeri's lies against me, since she is desperate to hold on to Dr. Lukaszewicz's money; which she was afraid of losing, since she does not trust him. She had no compunction about making over 5 years of my life miserable, merely because she figured I was collateral damage and not as important as she. I am just a nobody to her. Her wishes seem to be the only ones that matter. She did not have the decency to speak with me; she just hired hit men to attack me and hunt me down like a dog. She is clearly not someone with good judgment, or human compassion. She is obviously a narcissist with no remorse and as the Hillsborough PD officer said to me, "women can be abusers too." Why should Dr. Lukaszewicz have to live as a prisoner under those circumstances of cruelty and narcissism without the help of Kaiser authority to protect him. They gave all power to Guasco to abuse Dr. Lukaszewicz as if he were not important. Mike Guasco is the one who is not important; he breaks laws like a two bit hood with a complete lack of remorse and a violent streak.
It was obvious that the intention of much of this was to push me to death by my own hand; just as Dr. Moayeri tried to lure me into deadly surgery by having me given a serious false breast cancer diagnosis and she had her friend, Marija M. Petrovic give me five false mental diagnoses to keep anyone from questioning my death no matter how it occurred. Then she said such cruel and humiliating things to me to incite me to kill myself.
They were relentless in trying to kill me.
Kaiser was notified many, many times and does not care. Decent people would be horrified. They are not decent. Money is their only concern in the end.
Kaiser sincerely does only seem to care about money, not about keeping people alive. What is the point of Kaiser, if not to save lives? The answer is: to make a LOT of money, buy judges, etc, be powerful and undermine our US Justice System! It is reprehensible and it is traitorism! Kaisor is anti-American! They think that what they want is the ONLY correct answer! Kaiser=Russia! Mike Guasco's style of law is illegal and he belongs in prison for all the laws he broke trying to harm me and Dr. Lukaszewicz. Kaiser treats their doctors as property and forces them to behave against their free will. It is disgusting!
